All the trash cans were filled to the top with trash all around. Not sure if someone just forgot or decided not to empty the cans. My daughter and I shared a queen bed and she was bitten all over her back and legs. Not sure what it was, I only had a few bites on my shoulder. Sadly, the pool was locked with no explanation why, the temperature was in the 80’s and we were hoping to get in the water. Room was clean, air in room worked great! Check-out was easy and the two ladies in the front office greeted me quickly and had smiles on theirs faces.

Horrible bed had springs almost popping through horrible pillows. People made noise all night long. Sounds like they live there. They weren’t there for the tourist attractions. It was just bad never stay at this place!!! Parking lot fills up so you won’t be able to find a park. Main thing is you can’t get any good sleep. Cleaning ladies are banging their carts and making noise just talking and talking and talking right by your window. My door barely closed because it has been kicked in so many times I hate that place!!!

First when you got in the room the bathroom sink was clogged burn marks on the shower. We stayed 3 night and after the second day we asked for for towels & was trying to give the old ones back for new ones, the maid lady said they didn't have but two face towels & one small one not big enough to dry anything. The pool was out of order looking disgusting!!! I took my son up for the Jam On It tournament which they did win the whole tournament in they grade but that's another story... The trip was amazing but the service and experience at this establishment was terrible. Yes I Do Have Pictures, Just Have To Locate Them...

It look like it hadn't been cleaned for 5 years with mold and everything else just nasty.

We were told there would be a microwave provided with the room, there was not a microwave in our room. We were in a room next to the laundry room. This was a bit noisy at times. And I think our location was not the best place for us to be. There were people back and forth constantly all night long with yelling and screaming at each other with foul language to boot.

The general manager Miss Kathleen was absolutely amazing & delightful. But everything else was really really bad, we called the front office multiple times for 3 days & went in numerous times to try to get any clean towels possible for 3 days, never got any. Air conditioner/heater did not work at all! And 2 mornings i was woken up at 2am by fighting & screaming outside our window that went on until about 7am each morning. Asked multiple housekeepers for clean towels & 4 of them rather rudely told us they only had dirty ones!! .

I stayed here for 3 days checked in on a Friday and checked out on Monday morning. I received NO CLEAN towels. Even after going to the front desk to ask for towels. I was told the housekeeper would bring me towels and they never came at all for 3 days. I was forced to use the same towels for 3 days. That is a big problem for me.

Room smelled like smoke, so we asked for another room, but she said they didn't have anymore. Ok, so we went and bought some odor stuff at Walmart and took care of it. The bed was comfy, the pillows were too. There is barely enough room between the 2 doubles, but it worked. Ac worked, but vibrated awful when it kicked in. Lights outside make it look like its daylight outside because the curtains dont fit flush to the wall, so if you need it black to sleep, you won't care for this. But for value, and free dog stays, yep.

Short staffed, air conditioner leaked, TV only had 1 channel, and I was not able to get an available room till 5:30pm. Check in time is 3pm. Experience was definitely not worth the money paid for the room.

The room was mediocre but not bad at all. The bed was comfortable and it was very convenient that my dog was able to stay for free.

the lady at the front desk flipped out because the other person helping her took a break !! she had a lobby full off guests waiting to be checked in but she was ranting on phone about refusing to work and complains , went on for at least an hour and I was re considering my stay here .

A nonsmoking hotel posted on the web has smoking odor found bugs in the sink toilet and bed I had a bug bite on my left leg shower certain broken shower head broken. From Thursday to Sunday room were not cleaned only got fresh towel but not wash clothes. Some front desk staffs were helpful but the manager Catheleen were not apologetic requested room from Sherri far from free way but was assigned a one next to freeway asked to get a different room due to bug issues and smell of smoke three to four times but were declined on Sat night very very loud noise were heard from a nearby facility until very late to the night Noise from outside were heard constantly toilet almost doesn’t flash no hair dryer available not even at front desk this motel is so old and run down it needs to be shut down !!!

The nightstands were convenient and had multiple plugs including USB. The room smelled a lot like cigarettes, there appeared to be mold in the bathroom, and there was no parking available during check in.

Air conditioning was good, all lights and electrical worked and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was broken.

The rooms themselves are very nice, since they have recently been remodeled. The property exterior, however, has not been updated and feels quite run-down. Not a great neighborhood, but safe enough to stay for a night.

The gym wasn't open, and in order to use one i had to pay $10 a day.

The TV did not work. The staff was not helpful. There was drug activity in the parking lot. They do not have any TVs that work. Their beds are extremely uncomfortable. They have active drug users working at that location.

So if I had to call the front office, I had to use my own cell phone. This isn't the first time that this has happened at that location. pretty clean Toilet would not flush, when I asked for toilet to be fixed they gave us a plunger. Issue was not fixed. I had requested for a room not facing the freeway, she said I was too late (?) to request and put us in a room facing the freeway. Very noisy ... on top of that holes in the blackout curtain and people fixing or doing car work at 2am in the morning. Loud enough for us to hear it over the din of the freeway. I was so sleepy for lack of sleep, I almost fell asleep on the drive back to my home.

The room was clean but there is no fridge, hairdryer or tissue. The air conditioner worked good and the parking is convenient. The room did have a bit of a livestock smell when we first walked in but I sprayed some room spray and then it was fine.

1st we drove 6 hrs to Reno for a show we get to the hotel, we find out we have no fridge in our room, and the beds were like sleeping on concrete!!! Other then that everything was fine just wish we had a place for our drinks n a comfortable bed to sleep before another 6 hr drive home

I did not feel safe staying here. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was not much left of a lumpy mattress. The walls were so thin I didn’t get much sleep. A homeless guy in a wheelchair was right outside my door when I left one time.

Curious as to why no shampoo?

We didn’t eat breakfast there after finding cockroaches in our room. We checked out as soon as possible in the AM. Roaches were crawling out of the cracked, warped bathroom floor. The room barely fit the two beds. The furniture was beyond shabby. It was noisy all night, rundown, and the lobby stunk. Also parking lot did not feel safe.

It was very small room

The toilet was not working. The chain was not attached in the tank, so the handle didn't work. In order to flush the toilet, I would have to reach my hand into the tank and left up the plug to release the water from the tank. And if the handle didn't work, either the person cleaning didn't clean the toilet, or they knew it was broken and didn't do anything to fix it. Also, there was someone sleeping under the stairs when I went to leave.

Location I was double charged on my credit card. I paid for the room through booking.com on March 26th and my card was charged again the day I checked in.

Cracks in the floor, no lock for bathroom door. 1/2”+ gap between the front door and ground. Was told I was getting one room and got something completely different was told I was going to be put on the side away from the freeway, was put right next to the freeway.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower head was broken and sprayed all over me when I turned it on. There were also no tissues in the room.

The property is in need of a major overhaul. The front desk lady’s if you want to call them that. Where rude and seemed like they were on something. The lady that checked me in could not remember that she gave me my parking pass from only 9 minutes earlier. They are very strict on the 3pm check in time. Our RM 129 was trash. The door had been obviously kicked in a few times. When the door was closed you could see daylight. Only 2 screws held the strike plate in place. I laughed at the wording on the door lock. Lock dead bolt for your safety. In the bathroom the bath fan didn’t work the grill on the fan looked like it had not been cleaned in years and the shower was a corner shower that was filthy. The property is not in a very safe area, we observed people on drugs just standing around like zombies. I will not be staying here again and I recommend no one stay at this place. I will be posting pictures on any platform I can.

I know Motel 6 is a budget option, but the beds need a serious upgrade. The springs were sticking out and digging into our backs. A basic night's sleep shouldn't be this painful.

I really enjoyed myself here. The room was clean and I had an interior room with a pool view close to the office. I had a fridge, microwave, tv, a desk, chair, 2 beds, heater and air conditioning, soft towels, plenty of storage and lighting, as well as outlets on the walls, lamps, desk and nightstand, and I appreciated the way they did their sheets. Flat sheet, warm brown blanket and then another flat sheet on top. It was really comfortable. I felt safe at night as the facility is well lit. I liked how the property doesn't allow outside visitors/not open to the public and that they are strict on parking. It all adds to me feeling safe. The location is close to downtown and the airport. It made ubering and door dashing a breeze. There is coffee in the office in the morning and best of all, the wifi was super fast and reliable for my college classes. Definitely recommend, love the remodel and effort from the staff. After checking in the front desk called my room and checked on me. It was really nice. Thank you!

Everything is ok. But the mattress was so bad. I did not sleep anything that night I can feel the metal on the mattress no cushion at all. Very bad experience.

First, I arrive at 2:15pm was told check-in isn't until 3pm come back. So, I come back after 3, the room I want isn't clean, was told technically the maids have until 5pm to finish cleaning. But we can check you in and you can come back after 5 to get the key. So, I come back after our concert around 9-10pm get my key. Wake up at 5:30 am use restroom, lay back down hear running water. Go into restroom and water is running down the walls and out the celling around light fixture and around where the shower head is connected. We get dressed, pack our bags go and check out let them know what happened and all I get is we are Sorry. I was supposed to stay 2 nights; I cut it to 1. Was never offered a refund and had to pay for 2 nights. I will never stay with motel 6 again.

Outside lights so bright you could not tell it was dark outside and the blinds could not fully block out the light. Other guests yelling and fighting as well as dogs barking. Not the first time staying there. Other times no problem, had never had an interior room. Will not go back.

The room was spotless, the check-in was smooth, and the woman at the front desk was great. The hotel is shady. Not their fault, just the guests that stay there. I definitely saw suspicious activity. I did not go out at night. I would stay again; it wasn't horrible. The only thing I would suggest is to power wash the walkways; they were gross.

This location has definitely stepped up their game. The room was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, convenient location, and the room was affordable.

I was not impressed with this Motel 6. I know that it’s Motel 6, but I’ve stayed at nicer Motel 6’s. The flooring in the room was not great cracks in between the laminate flooring. The bathroom mirror had pieces of coding missing from it. There was all kinds of space around the door frame. And there was loud noise from some industrial machine dealing with the pool at 9:52 in the morning on a Saturday. The lighting in the room wasn’t great either.

The room was clean and the tv worked. The shower is very small and difficult to maneuver in. The area of the motel is next to a highway and there is a lot of traffic and noise all the time. I chose this place because of the cost and I thought it was closer to the university than it was. To be honest, I did not feel safe staying here and could not relax while I was in the room.

The internet was good, the staff were really friendly, aircon was good, but our room had a horrible smell to it. We asked to be switched but they were booked out. We asked for some sort of compensation because the air was truly awful and they were very nice to try and help but still have not received the compensation we were promised. The smell was horrendous, did not go away even after spraying febreeze and perfume.

Repaid for a king size bed room but they gave it away to somebody else and we were driving from California so it was not a good thing in my part and the staff didn't want accommodate us to give us a king size bed and there's people that stay there a long time homeless in and out people living there staying long time. Think about it before you stay there

1st and foremost i checked expedia prior to our emergency trip due to my brother experiencing cardiac arrest and thankfully surviving do to cpr and shock treatment 3Xs, the qoute was $71 a night we get there and was told $139 a night but beings we travel with our 4 legged child i accepted it to go it the room thats a double bed room or should i say a single room with 2 beds stuffed in it i swear me my 13yr old daughter and wife could hold hands while touching wall to wall ! To realize all the guest but us did calistetics beginning at 10pm its the loudest most uncomfortable room and nights sleep ive ever had !! I will say the receptionist was a sweetheart and the property was clean and to top it off as im checking out i have to walk past two Reno PD patrol cars that will give you a rough idea of what to expect during your stay ! Oh i almost forgot as im sitting on the toilet i noticed atleast 3 or 4 hairs stuck to the walls and shower stall that appeared to of came out of a RV and beleive me the hairs were definitely from other areas below the neck we will say kinda disturbing!!

The shower setup was not good the spout was right above the shower curtain so the bathroom floor completely flooded when I done showering I had to clean the floor for 30 minutes

This served our purpose, but it would've been good for the room to have four towels since we had to stay there for a few days and it would've been nice to have a second chair and two more pillows. Other than that it was a good stay.

The room was clean however the backlight to the bed one of them was broken upon entering in room 146. I didn't receive housekeeping at all during my stay, the receptionist however was very sweet and kind. The hot water was so nice and the TV was working this time too.

Beds are uncomfortable and our room didn’t have a microwave despite paying for a room with microwave. It took them over 24 hrs to provide one for us.

Beds are uncomfortable and our room didn’t have a microwave despite paying for a room with microwave. It took them over 24 hrs to provide one for us.

I saw some young adults that were staying there and skiiing/snowboarding the next day. I also saw young families that were doing the same thing. I'm coming back to Reno next month and Motel 6/Livestock Center is what I already have booked. someone brought their HUGE truck and their HUGE BOAT and they took up MANY parking spaces. but what can ya do?! ps - right off the highway which is very convenient also - lots of staff present, working, etc. that's always nice to see for security, safety, etc.

Staff was fine, room was not cleaned well. Pubic hair underneath the toilet, stray hairs on the bed, shower too, heater made a super loud clunking sound non stop. I couldn't get any sleep. Room next to me someone was yelling. No iron, no ironing board. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else unless desperate.

I travel for work and specialize in dumps. I have very low standards but this one was too far. The bed was flat and "crunchy", the shower water pressure was almost zero and a single roach came to visit me as I worked on my laptop. The volume of people and cars was huge and it seems like this might also be a hotspot for "long term stays". I don't mean to judge but the noise and commotion at all hours was noticeable. Pick literally any other 2 star around the same area.

Leslie in the front office made the check in process so easy and quick, let us look at the room, and was also super nice. You can always count on 3 constants when you get a room at the 6: clean roo8ms, newer beds, as well as good hot water. The room was small, but no fault of anyone, but those two double beds BARELY fit in the room. But the beds were newer, firm, i slept pretty great. Shower was hot woth great pressure, toilet flushed efficiently, towels smelled very clean, same with bedding, all spotless white, tv worked, limited channels though.

For the price it was a great place to spend the night on the way home. No complaints

The shower was about 2 feet wide and there was water all over the bathroom floor from the room above.

We stayed 4 nights and everyday at 5:30 pm we had to go to the the office for washcloths because they said they are out,on our last night couldn’t get them until 8pm and the shower curtain was filthy with soap scum,

I asked for a non smoking room and one that was on the bottom floor. It was a struggle for my wife to walk upstairs.

The front desk they were really sweet people. They gave me a room that was available before 3. I got toy room and noticed the fridge was leaking water from it. Then I started to wash my face andy sink leaked all over flooded the floor in my room .NO I didn't call front desk about the issues . I got the room on a super deal . So I personally didn't see the reasons to colpla

Staff, specifically Odessa, didn’t care to explain their policies and gave no warning about their 2 week rule of leaving the property. Although they previously did not enforce their own policy, Odessa argued and blamed us for not reading their paper, even though we had talked to her about it weeks ago and were never told we had to leave. Then, same day, they cancelled our stay that we already paid for and didn’t initiate a refund until I contacted them, days later when I still did no receive it. Corporate was just as bad, called me back only to explain the same thing and admitted that their staff wasn’t enforcing policies and had been let go. But they didn’t give any type of reimbursement or a different stay at a near by location. I was left to figure it out on my own without the money I used to make a stay even after expressing my urgency. Clearly they do not care about their customers.

The place is a s*** hole. They offer Netflix and you tube, awesome right? Well their wifi is garbage. The TV doesn't work right. The toilet runs. The beds are 30 years old. You only get two pillows. There's always a bunch of trashy people doing shady things in the parking lot. I know I sound like a Karen, but it's frustrating when the things that are easy aren't done right. Figure it out

My husband stayed herw for 10 days. He didnt have hot water for 6 of those days. They couldnt move him to another room due to being full. They also never came and cleaned his room. After reaching out they o ly offered a 20% refund. Do not stay here.

Room had been remodeled, which is appreciated, but there was hair in the shower. No shampoo provided but was available when I went to the office and requested. The internet service was VERY poor, so much so I couldn't use it. Stay adversely impacted by noise from domestic violence argument but not sure the facility has much control over the behavior of its guests.

The room itself was good! And I wouldn't say I felt unsafe in the area, because there were police, but there were many loud disturbances throughout my time there. From domestic issues to loud partiers... it made it hard to sleep sometimes.

I was charged by hotels.com then I was charged by motel six so I’ve been charged double. I shouldn’t have to make a single phone call and look where and who to get a hold of rectify this.

The tv didn't work, we couldnt use the wifi, and there was no hot water do we couldn't shower. Terrible experience and we came here because a downed wire took the power out in our neighborhood. And it was a chance for my estranged wife snd i to try and reconcile our marriage. But that didnt hsppen. Horrible stay.

The small room had two double beds in it both shoved up against the walls with barely a foot to get in between the beds. Microwave flamed out with anything you put in it and the shower had water draining out the light inside of it. Towels were a joke, thin and small. A/C heater only blew cool air no heat. The tv worked though. Couldn’t wait to leave. Pool was a mess and the grounds outside needed a good cleaning . Price was cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for.

Overall this Motel 6 is like many others, convenient to major highways, the property is clean though shows signs of wear and tear. The receptionist was pleasant, and efficient. I did not use any amenities and it looked as though the pool was closed for the season anyway. My stay was just one night, and this hotel was all that I needed.

By the hour seems sketchy. Steve the manager neglected the property so bad electrical shorts keep lights off randomly for 10-15 min at a time, tv remote inoperable, looked like someone super dehydrated peed in the bathtub, internet didn’t work, construction during the night and no channels working.i asked for his resolution and he just said “but you slept here.” Nasty ghetto too.

There was a party going on in one of the rooms a few down from us and they finally went silent towards 12 AM! There was a fly in the room when we checked in and then there was another fly as we checked out!! Not sure where they were coming from! The door was never left open. So all we I would never stay there again didn’t feel safe, It’s pretty rundown and there were various cast of characters sketchy af.

The property was okay. The room was nice and clean. The shower curtain smelled like mildew and there were a bunch of flies at the top of the shower ceiling. I used Raid to spray them down before showering. The area around the motel was not good. I was walking to Denny’s and had a homeless guy yell at me. He almost got beat up. If you decide to stay here, stay in your room. The property is very well lit.

Room was dirty had blood stains on the bed and the ceiling and walls . Next door room had loud dog who barked nonstop and loud questionable people in the wall ways of hotel. Do not recommend

Check in Staff was great and professional. It was very quiet and safe. Room was clean and comfortable, I would stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

The room I stayed in smelled of cigarettes, and lacked a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave.

The service and room is fine. The issue here is the clientele. We did not feel safe AT ALL staying here. Not worth the savings to stay here, not even for one night.

Our stay at this Motel 6 was better than all the other gross Motel 6’s out there. No crazy druggies hanging around the lot or loud people/loud fighting. It was a “sister’s trip” and my sisters and I felt safe. Just a chill Motel 6, if that’s what you’re looking for—for the cheap price! I love it! Bed could be comfier though :/

Definitely a get what you paid for kind of a place. Sad that the service from the office is more interesting in their phone than greeting customers when they walk in the door.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly. However the room itself was a little sad. It’s very clear they don’t even mop the floors. Within two seconds of taking my shoes off my feet were black from the filth and I’d have to brush off dirt/dust constantly. The WiFi also did not work in the room I was staying in. I had to walk outside towards the office in order to get it to work. It’s also not the best part of town and has a lot of…questionable characters. So if you’re looking for somewhere to stay to rest and feel comfortable for the night on a long road trip I would not recommend.

I got there a day early I got a room for Saturday and the one I booked with Expedia on Sunday paid for both days but was given one room for Sat and another room for Sunday when I came back later on Sunday something happened that pissed me off but it was not letting me check into that room because it was given to someone else, but when I asked for another room the man was not allowed without managers permission so I threatened to sue them if they did not do something so eventually they did do not know what happened but better never happen again.

I didn't like that the tv didn't work, that the night light headboard didn't work and the phone in the room was dead. The light over the bathroom entrance was blinking off and on ready to go out.

Very noisy. Very small rooms. Some rooms don't have a microwave or refrigerator but cost the same as the rest of the rooms. People out in the parking lot raising hell at all hours of the night people sleeping inside the property on the ground. Really don't recommend this place.

One of the first floor room and I got one, but the TV didn’t work. They couldn’t get it to work. I had to twist the arm of the front desk to get a new room on the second floor. It’s noisy the doors don’t seal well the refrigerator door didn’t seal. The bed wasn’t very good. The pool was green, which was unfortunate as I really wanted to take a swim after a long hot drive because of the poor construction, it’s very loud at night not to mention the lights outside the room made it impossible to darken the room. should’ve paid the extra $30 for a better hotel and a free breakfast

The property was unable to accommodate my needs, so I wasn’t even able to check in and was still charged for my stay that I never had. I will never use Cheaptickets again to reserve any kind of service. I have been unable to get a hold of anyone at Cheaptickets to resolve this issue. Worst experience ever, especially after traveling for 2 days with a disabled person and just wanting a few hours of sleep before getting on the road again.

I stayed at motel 6 Reno live stock convention center. And I Was there for almost 2 months due to work and I never received my deposit of 50.00 back no email nothing the sink in the bathroom was stopped up the entire time I was there I even left my plugger there. Other than that . Staff was very nice room was ok. I'd stay again if I had another contract for work

On a prior stay here, I'd decided not to return. My room was missing the smoke detector, phone, and TV. The door was broken and I kept getting locked out. But reviews were pretty good this time, and I was just staying 1 night. So the grounds are lovely. I had a dog and there are plenty of spots for potty walks. I was there for a dog show at the Livestock Event Center...it's so convenient...just down the street. Now this is Nevada, and it's a Motel 6, so there were some working girls and boys. They went about their business quietly and discreetly. But if you have kids, be aware of that. The room was problematic. I know the place has been renovated, but it looked like my room had been flooded at some point. The flooring was completely coming loose. There were spots they'd tried repairing by screwing the planks down, but IMO, it's a trip hazard. Beyond that, it was a good stay with lovely staff.

So this is one of the rare motel6 that require a deposit if using a card. It took over a week to get my deposit wven though i was told it would be the next day. So when i stayed therr i waited a couple of days to contact them. Then she told it should be there by monday. On monday when it wasnt there i called again to find it handed even file for a return so it still another 3 days after that. The office in there is just liars

We asked for housekeeping twice and they never came to clean up. Honestly very disappointing. We had to ask for towels many times since they didn’t clean. Door looked like it had been busted down felt unsafe.Broken toilet seat as well. And the fire alarm kept going off randomly every single day.

I paid $181 for what felt like the worst bed in the world. Frankly, the CEO of Motel 6 should be embarrassed. This place is not worth a fraction of that price. Do yourself a favor — do not stay here. If you value your sleep, go elsewhere. And if that wasn’t enough, the toilet is ridiculously low to the ground, making it uncomfortable to use, and the water pressure is so weak that it takes forever to flush properly. What a dumpster this place is!!

Its been over 4 months and noone at motel 6 has reached out attempting to bring a resolution to this matter and you better believe I have been calling and/or emailing them at least once a week. I guess this is just the New way that motel 6 is doing business these days. I won't be paying money to stay there again and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

This hotel is awful. I didn’t stay. In the lobby there are signs for “if you are being human trafficked”. There are homeless people all around the property. I didn’t check in. I couldn’t get my money back. Do not list this property it is a horror.

The hotel had no pool. When requested for extra blankets I was told we do Not have extra blankets or towels. We had to beg to housekeeping for toilet paper and extra towels. I will not stay here. I could hear the street traffic in my room and it was difficult to sleep.

Decent place to stay in Reno

The hotel provided an affordable place to stay at night, located near the interstate, and for that it receives three stars. It only provided bar soap. The pool was dirty. Parking was difficult. One bed was up against the wall so one person had to get in from the other side and slide over. The beds were so close together that only one person could walk between the beds at a time, and if one sat on the side of the bed, your knees could touch the other bed. We also witnessed what appeared to be drug buys at night... Little baggies for rolled money.

The room was clean. I reserved two beds but they only gave me one. I like to have two beds but it isn't a necessity. The room seemed recently renovated. There was nothing that stood out as egregiously bad. No microwave or refrigerator or coffee maker. Possibly available in lobby.

Overall, was very accommodating and we appreciate the free pet policy. However, this has been an ongoing problem that the Wi-Fi support is weak or unavailable in the room. This creates problems using our devices.

What I really liked was that it was right off the freeway didn’t have to go looking in the town for the motel. Not enough parking at all .

The wi-fi was off and on intermittently from the evening until I checked out at 11:00 am. It was constant and went off and on within seconds, I couldn’t get anything done even the TV wouldn’t work.

I will NEVER stay here again. The night staff was very inappropriate. We arrived after hours & direction stated to go to window. We knocked for a LOOOng time & I believe we woke the desk staff & he appeared from a back office with his pant below his butt. (Never tugging up in any way) Finally got a key & then the hassle of finding parking??? We circled the hotel over 3 times before finding a parking spot which ended up being on the opposite side of property. 5 minutes later we got to our room. Very basis. Corner shower with curtain that's not wide enough to close. Beds were HARD. Room was for 84 YO Mother & 60 YO daughter as we were traveling to family that just lost husband in California.
