We like that fact our cat is accepted there. My wife forgot to mention the cat at registration, we went back to add her and he admitted her as a service animal at no charge. The room was very nice and seemed built for a cat. Clean and comfortable. For the price of the room, the breakfast could be better. muffins, nutri grain bars, instant oatmeal, cocoa and coffee.

No hair dryer. You have to ask for kitchen tools. Shower was in need of repair. Bare minimum hotel, fine for overnight stop.

The facility primarily catered to families down on their luck who had vouchers of some kind, to get out of the weather a do their laundry. The laundry (only one) was on the ground floor, backed up with waiting mothers and kids the entire time I was there. There was no pool or fitness center. The hallways were filled with screeching kids running up and down.

Restroom was clean except for the hair on shower walls, side of the tub, and sink.. windows had cracks in them. The bed was horrible at best. Felt like sleeping on a old sofa pull out bed.

This hotel was basic and ok. Nothing fancy by any means. Old and dated but the room seemed to be clean.

Nobody available at front desk dor check in. Out if coffee pots and toadters for kitchen, no breakfast as advertised and no ice machine. I won't be back!

There is plenty parking, we lucked out & got a handicapped spot right at the checkin. Checkin was fast and easy. We had a 1 king bed room which was great for my husband to maneuver his motorized wheelchair in (there were no handicapped rooms available when we booked or at time of checkin) The room was basically clean but they need to get the baseboards & door frames better - was dirt buildup in those areas. They give you a conditioning shampoo but not a separate conditioner (the shampoo didn’t condition at all) There was only 1 plastic cup in the bathroom for the 2 of us to use, none anywhere else. There is no designated dog walk area but plenty of space all around the property to walk the dog. They do have 2 dog stations but the dog poop bags were empty at both. The property is well lit and I felt safe walking our service dog late at night. The breakfast is grab & go consisting of packaged blueberry or chocolate chip muffins, granola bars, asst flavors of instant oatmeal, coffee, tea. & hot chocolate packs served 6a - 930a. Most of the time the clerk was in the back & you had to ring the bell to get them. The checkin area on the 2nd night smelled like someone was smoking skunk weed. Smell was gone by morning. The kitchen area only has 1 dish towel to use, no wash rag or dish soap. You need to ask for anything else. The bed was comfortable but is too high as my feet did not touch the ground when sitting on edge (I am 5'7") Overall we liked the spaciousness and comfort.

For the age of the facility it was well kept and super clean. Staff was super buce and helpful. Such a quiet facility. The beds were okay. The room we stayed in the same tonone of the beds was a tad squeaky but tolerable.

Parking was easy. Kitchen had full size refrigerator. Front desk supplied utensils, plates, cups and toaster upon request.

Very understaffed. Many times the front desk was unstaffed because they were cleaning and stocking rooms. I waited an hour for the front desk clerk. Bed okay but not great, pillows terrible. only amenities were a small sample size of shampoo/conditioner and 2 small bars of soap. There is no kitchen, staff put small muffins and nutri grain bars on a shelf in the lobby. also had package oakmeal, coffee and tea. No ice available, i was told there are ice trays in the freezer in the room. Everything was clean. No daily maid service. Overall the staff was less than friendly but working so short of staff I sort of understand.

We were promised a 3 pm check in but couldn't get in our room at 3:30. We were needing to get settled & dressed for an event but couldn't do it. The lady at the desk was very accommodating but couldn't do anything about it.

Overall, housekeeping staff is the best thing about this place

I'm so sorry but I can't recommend the property. I feel it was a very poor value. There is no rest room on the first floor; you have to check in to use any bathroom. The extended stay kitchen is empty; you need to order plates, pots, a can opener to get them. The room had no privacy curtains; you either have dark out curtains or no curtains. The fan in the bathroom was broken and made the typical noise. The remote control was not easy to use at all. The "breakfast included" was packets of oatmeal, Styrofoam cups, plastic spoons, packets of muffins and coffee. The property was clean and had no visible pests however I'm sure for 20% less money I could have stayed at a similar level of hotel. Sorry but I can't recommend this property.

I called in advance to ask the front desk if it would be okay that I would be arriving/checking in between 12:30 and 1:00 AM. They assured me that they had front desk service 24 hours a day. I booked the room. When I arrived at 12:45 AM to check in, they said that I was considered a no-show and that it would take them at least an hour for their system to reset. They requested that I go to the maverick gas station down the street to wait. I waited in my car in the parking lot until 2:00 AM for them to be ready to check me in. I had to leave by 8:00 AM for a meeting. Had a terrible night of sleep. Couldn't get the rest that I wanted because I had to wait in the parking lot until 2:00 AM to be checked in. I was directed to speak to the manager about a refund. She was of zero help. She told me to take it up with Hotels.com I literally could have stayed at any other hotel and been checked in immediately. What is the process for getting a refund?

Loved this place. The front desk lady was super helpful with finding a place to eat and things to do. Plus the room was clean and nice. The location is next to everything. Great place to stay

They stated a "Grab and go" breakfast, but they only had granala bars and a couple of muffins. They did have coffee and it was good. I wish they offered half & half as well as the French Vanilla creamer.

Breakfast is a small muffin, oatmeal & coffee with fake creamer. I wouldn't stay here again.

I will never use Expedia ever again I purchased the insurance in case something happened and something did happen where I was unable to get there till 3 days later and they still charged me even no they were supposed to charge me when I got there they charged me the day before I was supposed to get there and then they said that they reach down to the hotel which the hotel does not reimburse you they told me that and on the chat they said that they that I have to give them 72 hours to investigate Well within a couple of hours they had their answer where they were not going to give me my money back so I will never use Expedia and I will tell everybody not to use Expedia because they steal your money and they lie to you Don't use them and cuz if you have an accident or something and you I'm out over $300 which is ridiculous because it was the least nicest hotel in reno!

Laundry was super expensive so I didn't wash there. Never stands on the bed. Stains on the floor. The giants stain on the floor when you walk right in the door. The main lady was not very nice either. If I didn't have to stay here as long as I did I probably wouldn't have to be honest.

The location My sheets had stains on them. I have pictures also I asked for a non smoking room and the room smell smells so bad with cigarette smoke. My door kept locking me out and I had to keep having the front desk person re-reactivate my door card. She said that my room door did that because it’s old. I asked for a different room because of the smell of smoke and was told they were unable to give me a different room. Also didn’t changed my sheets to clean ones so I have to sleep on top of the blankets.

We checked out after being at this property for three hours. It was a terrible experience. This was my first experience with expedia so I assumed that expedia knew what they were representing, I will not go through expedia again.

The property was very clean with the exception of the windows in the upper floors. Could use a window washer!! Stayed 5 nights and staff was very accommodating!

They messed up and entered my room # in the computer as 208 but told me and gave me the key to 333 so when someone else checked in a couple hours later they also gave them 333 and I had a stranger walk into my room. Then the front desk person came up and opened my door again. No apologies just asked me if I checked in at the front desk. Duh. Thats how I got a key. Again no apologies. She just said the computer shows this room is vacant and i said we'll its not and I've been here for 2 hrs now. She then just left and went back downstairs. I called down to the front desk about 8 mins later just to ask them if it was all straightened out. She put me on hold for what seemed like 10 mins. Came back and said they figured it out and was sort of giggling about it. She told me the check in person put me in the computer as room 208 but gave me key for 333. Went on about how she thinks her long nails were the culprits... still no apologies for having a complete stranger walk into my room. Thank goodness I was there or some stranger could have ruffled through my belongings and thankful i wasn't naked in the shower or getting dressed at the time. Then... the following morning after a rough night of sleep because of the running refrigerator all night, I went down for coffee and couldn't get back into my room because the key wouldn't work! I assume because of the fiasco the night before. Speaking of coffee.. saying complimentary breakfast is a stretch... the coffee was disgusting and they offered plain oatmeal. Nutrigrain bars and muffins on a tiny table area by the front door. They should advertise it as a grab n go. Not a breakfast. So disappointing and will probably never stay there again.

The hotel building is comfortable and well maintained. Free parking for cars is available, which is a big plus. Everything is very convenient, with useful places located right across the hotel. Check-in is very easy and smooth. Breakfast is also available. The only downside is that it is small and mainly meant to be taken to your room. Breakfast includes porridge, muffins, various snacks, coffee, and hot chocolate. Overall, the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and great. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again!

The hotel receptionist wasn't able to accommodate us getting a room as their computer system was going through its nightly audit. We ended up having to go someplace else. I need to check to see if we were still charged for a room we were not provided.

I was really bummed that the tub in my room was unable to stop up to take a bath. I booked this to relax & there was no stopper. A lot of guests were very loud, but the room was decently quiet. The staff is really nice & the room was in pretty good shape and clean. Id recommend this place.

We liked the room given to us because it was fairly clean. We had an amazing king size bed, which was very comfortable to rest. Tub/bathroom area was good and spacious. There was a bad odor that we didn't like very much, but you kinda adapt to it after a few minutes. A/C was quiet, which we like, the fridge was loud, which we didn't like. Very average place. I thought they had a regular breakfast, but they didn't. Only had a grab and go (energy bar, oatmeal and a muffin no fruits or milk available). Hotel located in a nice, safe area, very close to many restaurants, banks, grocery stores, etc.

If you are on an extended stay in Reno, this is an excellent jump off point near 2 freeways, and away from the traffic jams near the casinos. We use our kitchens, so had to order everything on the 'customize' menu, but all was clean and very useful. Do need to bring a few more basic kitchen necessities- like salt and pepper, and paper towels, condiments, but there are stores and restaurants nearby for all tastes. Great bed- didn't wake up sore! Grab and go breakfast could use a bit more; granola bars, muffins and oatmeal. Coffee is excellent! Will stay here again!

We just needed a few touches and Lysol wiped different areas... Then asked housekeeping to mop room and bathroom floors-somewhat sticky. It could also be from the chemicals they used to clean.Overall comfortable living for several days. Convenient located with awesome restaurants and close to the convention center for events 🙌 Well recommended ✌️

Came to Reno to purchase an RV, which fell thru. Due to the fact that the photos and what it looked like in person were not the same, we decided against it and started looking for another one here. So we needed a pet friendly, no stairs to climb, with frig and microwave(at least) and a decent price. My husband and I are both disabled and our dog is in service training. We got all of what we were looking for. Only negative I have found is people just let there pets poop anywhere and they dont pick it up. There should be a designated area for them to do their business and a waste can to dispose of it. I think any hotel/motel that allows dogs should have a fenced in pet area with a locked gate that only opens with a key card for our 4 legged family members to run, play and do their business in. Being stuck in an unfamiliar room, a long car ride and dealing with other dog smells...its stressful! They need to de-stress more than most people.

The property is spacious but does show signs of being around for a while. They were running low on supplies but were willing to accomodate, I was thankful for their communication. The surrounding area was scenic and I found it charming.

I accidentally left a charger. I called and the front by desk told me to call back with an address, which I did. He said to send a shipping slip, that was all . No further instructions. I would really like to get my charger back. The hotel has all the info.

Air filters for the ac heater burnt smell when on. Curtains that close, so the view of streetlights and traffic are not visible.

Poor maintenance. Fan in bathroom is disgusting. Looks like property has not been maintained for the last 5 years. Used to be fair value for fair quality, now it is same price for poor quality

Towel had hair on it. Hair and urine outside the toilet. I asked the person at the lobby to send someone to clean up the toilet and get a clean towels. We came back to the hotel at 6pm and they didn’t clean it. I called to the lobby and they said the hotel doesn’t have the clean service in the weekend. We stayed the two night like that.

Towel had hair on it. Hair and urine outside the toilet. I asked the person at the lobby to send someone to clean up the toilet and get a clean towels. We came back to the hotel at 6pm and they didn’t clean it. I called to the lobby and they said the hotel doesn’t have the clean service in the weekend. We stayed the two night like that.

Cons- The room was hot with the heater off and it was cold outside. The elevator was out one night. Grab and go breakfast was an instant packet of oatmeal and coffee.

Loved it! Clean and spacious. Comfy bed. A plus was the small kitchen. Lots of storage. Sink and two hot plates is rare. Great for extended stays

It looked very rustic but customer service was amazing and receptionist made check in so fast and easy. He was also very accommodating with request.

An overnight stay for a medical procedure at The surgery center. It was okay, nothing special but got the job done for under $100. Blankets/bedding were thin, good thing the heater worked well. Because these units have small stove/kitchettes the whole placed smelled like food, bacon in particular. Probably would stay elsewhere in area if situation arises again.

This place is absolutely disgusting! They have bed bugs. It smells. Upper management is rude as hell. The bedroom windows don't lock or even fully close. This place was gross and felt extremely unsafe!

Always stay here. Been multiple times. Our children live very close and this hotel has been very convenient to their location. Never disappoints. Breakfast has a lot to be desired…so bring your own and use the full fridge and hot plates for cooking. Couldn’t ask for more.

Property was okay. Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t great. Everything was clean but the floors were very sticky. You could hear your shoes “peel” off the floor when walking around. They needed a good washing and scrubbing.

The pillows were so flat, they were the most uncomfortable things ever. The air conditioning smelled like weed because whomever stayed prior smoked it in the room so the ac just re cycled the smell. Gross. There were areas that hadn't seen a duster in a minute, the dresser drawer had crumbs in it. To top things off, the parking lot was getting re paved so there was that inconvenience diring my stay as well.

I picked this room because they advertised 2 Queen beds. But they were not Queen beds but they were 2 Full size beds. Also they have limited toiletries, often commonly found in most hotels. Next time I have to make sure I bring my own toiletries. The location was a seemingly safe area.

No ice , no food, only a couple expensive vending machines. No supplies of anything in the rooms. Had to ask for dishes, silverware, towel at front counter.

Well the power was out! I only got a king size bed it was supposed to be two queens. Ruby the lady at the counter was amazing

Great place for a weekend getaway! It’s safe. Quiet. Staff are very hospitable. I feel welcomed and look forward to my next stay at Extended Stay America!

No gym or pool was a bummer but it was a good visit overall. Something’s can be updated as the outside looked very new but inside was outdated but liked we had a kitenette

Nice they accommodated my 2 cats on short notice. Room was prrrfect. Price was great.

Price was good. Room was clean. Be aware, There is no real breakfast and No eating area. Just coffee and cereal bars, oatmeal packs and hot water in the small lobby. The room have mini kitchens but you have to ask for plates, glasses, utensils. Lots of food options walking distance.1st floor is guests with pets. There will always be people near the front door smoking and dog tending.

We needed a room in a pinch to sleep for the night before getting back on the road, we were really glad to find vacancy here. The service was really great and the room met all of our needs, but it must have been a pets-friendly room because there was an odd smell.

Pet Friendly for sure. Rooms has a full size fridge with a freezer nice roomy size the kind you have in your own home. Stove to cook there is dishes, silverware and pots and pans but need to put a request in. There is a nice size kitchen sink to wash all your dishes and pots. Bathroom nice size with a nice size to take a bath tub and shower. Like how's there is bars to hold on to while in bathtub take a shower. Room nice comfortable bed with color t.v....Overall It's Worth The Bucks

This place was great! Plenty of rest here! Customer service is great and the rooms are very quiet and peaceful.

But all in all, its perfect when you have a dog. Highly recommended if you have dog.

hot cocoa packets, instant oatmeal and chocolate muffins and nutra grain bars. It’s supposed to be available until 9:30 but on two mornings of our 6 day stay, the muffins and bars were gone before 8 am and they didn’t add anymore. The very same things every day!!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke for the 5 days we were there. Otherwise, it was enough for what we needed.

t you tell me this at the front desk? I told what I needed, but she NEVER brought it to me. I also asked her where the ice vending machine was? She scolded me telling me " There are ice cube trays inn your freezer."When I told her there was no ice in the freezer, she replied, "You have to make your own!" I told her that would take hours and I wanted ice now for a drink after a long day." She told me that's all we have, we don't have ice vending machines. So I had a warm drink which should have been cold and I had to eat with my fingers. She NEVER brought me anything to eat with. The morning "Grab & Go" coffee bar was horrible, absolutely crappy stale food and no plain half & half creamer just fake coffee mate flavored stuff with sugar. I couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.

The property was dirty with trash piled up on the garbage cans outside one of the exits, rooms were very outdated and old and it was difficult to see out the windows because they were very dirty...and would not open.

I stayed here with my dog. I am a solo traveler, and I felt safe. My only complaints are the breakfast is grab and go which was coffee prepackaged muffins and prepackaged oatmeal or multigrain bars. No hot meal for breakfast. these rooms are non smoking however, above the shower in my room there is a bunch of yellow bubbles or something on the ceiling like someone had been smoking in there? Also, there is tons of garbage in the little stream right next to the hotel.

We had 2 pets and the pet area was good but a lot of cig butts and misc. trash which needed attention. The beds were comfortable and clean. Being pet friendly, I was pleased with the overall one night stay. The location was convenient as well.

The first room we were assigned had not be serviced. Staff was embarrassed and equickly got us into another room. That room was very clean but had an odd smell.

We have stayed here many times while visiting family. And will continue to return again. Very basic accommodations but very clean, great bedding, perfect temperatures even in the dead of winter below freezing outside. Able to bring my own food and prepare breakfast just like at home.

Excellent staff service

The South Meadows location was good. The check in/out process was smooth and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Here’s the one big problem- the rooms have a kitchen- but they provide nothing for it. No utensils, no pots, pans, plates, no coffe maker. Heck, no hair blower. You have to request them at the front desk at the point of check-in. If they’re already assigned to other rooms, you wind up on a waiting list.

Nice extended stay. Clean and in a good area.

I appreciate his friendly demeanor and his attention to the guests checking in and out! Customer Service still means something to this establishment!

This facility is supposed to be extended stay. There were no utensils- no toaster, no plates , no glasses, no coffee, no silverware. The people at the desk were not friendly or helpful. There seems to be a number of people living day to day and the staff treat these folks with little patience. I’m used to staying at motels and hotels where convenience and helpfulness are standard. My next door neighbor constantly slammed the door at all hours! Very disappointing stay.
