Staff was not available at check in. Took minutes before clerk came to door. Room smelled like cigarette. Neighboring guests arguing at 2:30 am, yelling and slamming doors. Felt unsafe and did not get any rest.

i liked that it was clean I liked it when I was in the top room 228 it was nice n quiet there but when I went back another day n asked to stay in the bottom I could hear everything on both sides ppl coming in n out slamming doors cars taking off up n down that was a horrible day. I don't know if it was cuz it was in the bottom or what. I didn't like being in the bottom it was too loud.

It was renovated There’s a lot of homeless people walking around the property. There was a rat at the smoking area one night that scared the heck out of me. I was afraid for my safety here.

i had a service dog with me, the maid did ot like that i had my service dog with me as i have mental illness, she tried kicking me out as well as called me cussing acting non professional, i would personally have her fired.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff was really helpful. Unfortunately the people who stayed in the room before us smoked in room and left a lingering skunky odor. Beyond that I give the stay 5 stars as they exceeded my expectations.

It felt a bit dusty, and the air conditioning seemed to be struggling, though it was also very warm outdoors.

Great location. Starbucks within 5 min walk. Dennys was across the street from motel. Front desk woman was very sweet. Room was decent, bed was comfy enough, get plenty of pillows. Other guests were decent was very quiet. Would have felt safe being a woman all on my own here. Didn't use pool but looked clean. Did have a mini fridge. I would stay again. I wouldn't bother paying for breakfast it was a few tasteless pancakes nothing else. Also no coffee in room just in lobby but only regular 12 cup coffee maker so if your not waiting for it you won't get any. Shower pressure wasn't good at all.

It was very convenient area and pretty close to a festival event I went to. There were other places that were pretty close and nearby like Denny’s, Starbucks and Target! They had a fridge and microwave in the room as well. The only thing that I slightly disliked were that the walls are pretty thin since I can slightly hear the other people in their rooms but I just put some headphones on and I was sound asleep. Another thing was parking I just wish they had more parking areas but they are pretty laidback on where you park as long as you’re not blocking anybody in.

Restroom door would not close properly & caulking around shower walls not done right; making it not decent looking. AC was very loud. Expected a little more from a Wyndham property.

Suzie gave amazing service, super kind, quick service and picked out the perfect room for us. Would stay again because of this great experience. Bed super comfy, parking close and accessible. The pancake breakfast was really good and an interesting process to watch. I liked that they had real butter as well as syrup to choose as toppings for the waffles. Everything was great. We didn't have any issues or problems at all

The amenities were awesome. The staff was so nice and encouraging to take the breakfast offered and the snacks that were provided by the hotel. The owner was kind and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Housekeepers kept offering more towels and toilet paper. There were so many stores and food places close by as well. I liked everything about it.

I check in around 4 Pm and had to leave as fast as I could cause we were late I came back 4 hours later. This time I had a chance to check the room and noticed the whole room was filthy. I went back to the reception tried to cancel and she told me was too late. I had to find a better hotel to stay the night.

Yes, I was placed in a room that was at the end of the hotel and was closest to the I-10 freeway. Noise was constant all day/night long. Additionally the room next to mine had the TV on all night long on my last night at the hotel. Got 2 hours of sleep

It was convient to Interstate I10 Attendant said our credit card was expired and we owed for the room….I had received an email from Booking.com that the room was paid for. I did not pay her and she said she would figure it out..I wondered if she just wanted more money for the room??? When asked for a place to eat, she recommended the Denny’s across the parking lot…it looked like it had been closed for months! First room was not cleaned and had repair items in the room. Second room: shower handle fall off when turned on…when reattached it did not turn off the water completely. Tub floor was very slippery (needed a mat) had to put a towel in it to stand on. Shower curtain was too small to keep the water in the tub. Shower head was corroded with calcium and needed to be replaced. Toilet connection into the wall was was not completed with the connection a hole around the connection). The television did not have any working channels…all asked for code, which was not offered to us when checking in, There were no instructions on how to get it operational! Located in a seedy area .WOUKD NOT RECOMMEND THIs Super 6 in Redlands.

The room stinked of cigarette smoke, plus the thin cheap ass mattress prevented us from having a good night sleep. Peeps spend the extra $40.00 for a better hotel, it would be definitely worth it!!!!

The staff are amazing and accommodating. The room was a bit dirty and run down a bit. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet. MIcrowave and fridge included which was great. For an inexpensive option it definitely works!

I found the hair on the floor hair in the bathroom where you take a shower I lifted the sheets to the bed and they were all dirty full of yellow stuff I don't even want to know what it was this is so disgusting

The preasure was terrible in the shower with the knob being temerpental. The floors looked dirty. The beds had indents of over use. The fan smelled liked mold. The curtain was also broken. When i went to ask for a discount they told me i never mentioned any of the items and that i was inly able to get a 5% discount for 1 day vs the 4 days i acually stayed.

The check in was fine and friendly.. once I got to room I put ac on cuz it's close to 100 degrees and I was very hot..I jumped in shower when I came out of shower and sat on bed it seemed very hot for ac on high fully on cold.. my friend who was with me wemt to shower saying yes its hot in here so i tryed playing with temp goung from hot to cold then tryed resetting ac and a fewcother little things tuening off an on and so on then ac went off .. once my friend came out we agreed room was too hot to be in so I called the office spoke to the girlfriend she came over to the room said there was no manager or maintenance there she'd have to call that we could not change rooms then at that point because we both have taken a shower so we sat in the hot room.. I then called you guys on the phone someone spoke to the front desk lady and half hour or so later she decided she would give us the room next door once the maintenance guy came out and told her it was the motherboard it was broken on the AC and couldn't be fixed. Went to the room next door which was nice and cool after moving over there had a little issues with the TV there but stayed in that room.. I'm doing all the moving around and waiting I missed an appointment I had for dinner

I’m a super8 kind of gal! Room was fairly remodeled. Bed was super comfortable, clean, hot water, flushing toilet. The sink was coming off the wall a little bit, so I didn’t lean on it. It was a handicapped accessible room, and would be great for wheelchair.

This is a nice budget motel. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower worked well and the bathroom was clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

When me and my girl walked into the room it looks something just happened there my girl walked into the bathroom with roches coming out of the sink the door look was broken it looked like some kicked it open we walked out with in minutes and on top refused to give me my money back even though we didn't stay.

I used the bathroom in my room and it immediately overfilled the commode. I contacted the desk and they said that a prior customer dropped the plastic room key down the toilet. We were given room 111. It was a little better room. Breakfast was a disappointment. McDonald’s is but a few blocks away.

Very nice worker but need a lil more attention on house keeping found dirty clothes that were not ours in the lil dresser and floors really dirty and everything need a good wipe down need to wiped down

The room smelled like pine cleaner clean with a dirty mop. A lot of room but there was no space between the bed and wall. The shower did not work. The water didn't work! We had a smoke free room, but the inside door that seperate rooms. That room was a smoking room and smoke smell came into our room.

The property was nice enough. No problems with parking or getting into the room. Did seem to have significant nocturnal activity.

Very convenient to the I-10. Lots of choices for eating around the hotel with a Dennys right next door. Parking is right outside the door that I love!! The room is clean and basic. Just what you need for a one night stop over.

Floors, bed, shower curtain, towels, floor, counters were all stained and dirty. no amenities other than soaps. For some reason they wont accept a credit card unless its under the same name as the reservation and has to be the same card you used to reserve. breakfast is granola bars. outside is unkept. would not recommend or stay here again.

Didnt get any sleep. People were walking outside our room being loud, arguing. Our phone in room wasnt working so i couldnt call the front desk and complain. I ended up leaving at 230am, couldn't sleep a wink there !

No bathroom counter, bedside table on one side only, ceiling light on all night. Stark ambience. All that said, it did have a fridge and microwave and we were grateful for a place to sleep.

Door was tricky to close and stay closed. It would open back up without a key card. Looks like this place needs to be fixed up. Woke up in morning and shower was filled with water and wouldn’t go down. Locks broken.

The room it was not clean..no dryer...we saw a cucaracha in the bathroom

Overall cleanliness is good. I believe the floor has never been mop. It made my feet black. Would I stay her again. Sure.

Room was not clean at all! Other people’s hair was everywhere and to many people on dope hanging around in the area. Bed was comfortable at least

It was disgusting. Asked for a refund. I had to leave it was so gross. Very dirty , old, very uncomfortable. Do not recommended and very expensive. I left ..never again

Everything was fine, but I should mention that it's a cold breakfast, just granola bars and coffee.

One nice thing was the towels and wash clothes were brand new (with the store tags still on them). The "Breakfast Included" was a serving bowl with granola bars in it and an orange juice machine, very disappointing but not surprising after everything else. It appears the ownership/management is simply going through the motions without any concern for what customers really want or expect. This was not the worst hotel I have stayed in but I be coming back.

the room at at least 1 inch of dust on all the cabinrts desk mirror ,1 light did not work ,pillow cases had stains on them the serious disappointment the tub had stains in it and crud around the water control both mirrors had smug marks on them and only 3/4 cleaned the nastiest thing was after i got out of shower and took a big towel there were dirt stains and blood stains and looked like grease ,i am not reporting this to know one i did not complain to manager thats not me but do something about the cleaness i cant stay there again.dont submit this for others to see just managenent and fix it

Power went out at 1030pm turns out this place was full of low life kids were let out to play and scream parents didn't care just stood out side smoking and being loud themselves checked out at 1230am to find someplace to stay that was quiet!!! Front desk didn't care if there was a problem ans wouldn't issue a refund!!!

I didn't expect much for a $130 motel in San Bernardino and I was surprised that it was worse than my already low expectations.

My girlfriend and I loved the hotel. Clean and comfortable beds and very friendly service

This place is dirty, smelly, ran down, loud, with kids running around everywhere, all hours of the night, it is a dive. I was there for a few hours to sleep, had to be at work by 1am and got no sleep! I will NEVER go with a cheaper rate since my sleep is priority!

Room smelled. Multiple hairs found on the bed which makes me think, sheets were not changed. Restroom was not working and had to change rooms.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I had 5 rooms, one with no shower head, none of them clean, they all smelt of urine and mold, very unsafe felling around the hotel in general. One of my rooms my friend came in to at 2am and she walked out and rented another room up the street at another hotel. I would rather stay in a tent on the street. The noise level of the entire hotel from other guests was horrendous. After complaining they offered me 25% discount on one room. Not worth it don’t stay here.

You get what you pay for so with this motel being the cheapest expect the crowd that comes with it. My wife is a house keeper for another hotel and according to her she would be fired if a guest found what we found in the room. Trash etc. Don't stay in 217 unless your okay with either getting burned or frozen dude to the shower handle being broken. Not the worst motel I've ever stayed in. The parking lot was being painted and had to park across the street at the Denny and lug all of our luggage and no discount or compassion was given.

The bed was king with plastic covering and 100% polyester sheets which made for lots of sweating ! Very uncomfortable. One side of the bed was 6 inches from the wall ! Had to craw in from the bottom. We will not stay there again.

Terrible ....our room supposed to have 2 queen bed but they have is full size. Left a 4 bottle of Corona in the fridge and a pizza on the microwave.

For the money, this particular site was quite disappointing...starting with no towels; clogged toilette; no available parking; a person walking with a dog while smoking in the premises (against motel policies)...other issues which I rather forget (Breakfast was a joke...)...

Smelt of Maverick cigarettes and a strip club. Plus my friend got bit by a bunch of bugs and the beds spring mattress's are really not worth saving a few bucks.

It was a decent stay for the price and time spent. The staff are very nice. The surrounding area just felt unsafe.

The hotel pictures they have need to be updated! The rooms were terrible the shower curtain had a stain on it! Went straight to bed and didnt see it till morning, so my kids wouldn't take a shower they were disgusted as was i and my husband! The refrigerator in the bathroom with the toilet which by the way wasnt even cold and no garbage can in the bathroom, the room stinked!
