Comfort Inn Redding Near I-5

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the TV did not function and there were not many channels to choose from. The refrigerator was quite noisy as was the air conditioner.

The staff were good and accommodating. Breakfast was good. However the facility needs attention. First we checked into a room that had been used. Then the room we were moved into had hair in the bathtub and a small stain on the sheets. The room had one bath towel but 3 hand towels. There were some significant signs of aging around the hotel. We stay in Comfort Inns often and this one was not up to speed.

All the front desk associate have exceptional customer service skills The only issue I had was with the A/C unit. The filter hasn’t been changed in who knows how long ago the air made me rather sick and made the room smell. When I told the maintenance gentleman he jumped right in to clean and vacuum the entire unit out. Thank you. I have stayed at a few Choice properties in the past couple of years. They were all nicely remodelled and in great shape. This was not the case with this property. There was a smell that hit me as soon as I opened the door. The A/C was obnoxiously loud. The bed was springy. The TV channels don't match the guide. The walls and door panels were cracked. The only surprisingly good thing was the breakfast. I was very disappointed with this olace.

We loved the view of the pool it was so beautiful. The breakfast was awesome. The palm trees were wonderful and the staff was so helpful. The other guests were pleasant and a very nice man and his wife helped my sister and I with our bags it was a great experience There was no elevator and the stairs were not knee friendly. The noise early in the morning from other guests doors slamming was a bit much but the staff was fantastic.

It was nice to have a coffeemaker but no water offered or available anywhere in the hotel except for the faucet. The vending machines had no water or diet soda. I am a dietetic so had nothing to drink but the little glass of lemon water in the lobby.

The room was so spacious I kept losing things because there were so many places to lay them down. The bed was extremely comfortable and very clean with all amenities anyone would require. There is nothing that I didn't like about this facility and will definitely stay there when passing through town again.

Carpet in our room was greatly stained. Front desk told me about the stains an that maintenance was going to do a 2nd cleaning. My advice would be pull the carpet out of the room. 2nd cleaning is not dissolving all those stains

The room was typical Comfort Inn. I had a patio since I was on the first floor. It was nice but I was not able planning to stay. Everything was great except the acrylic tub had cracked. It was fixed, but I didn’t trust it to hold a bath’s worth of water. However, the nice shower head was almost as good as a hot tub.

We always stay at Confort inns when traveling because we know it will be up to our standards. This was not even close. A man tried coming in our room and had a key that worked. From check-in to check-out, everything went as smoothly as possible. We had a large room with all amenities. The breakfast was all we could have asked for. We would definitely stay there again if traveling that way.

Sent my relatives there as part of some traveling they were doing and they said the food for breakfast was very good and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They enjoyed their stay a lot.

We had a good stay at Comfort Inn, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. However, the condition of the property was not very good. Many items in our room were broken or not working. Outlets, fridge selves, etc. one day we went to the pool and the side exterior door was propped open by a rock, which was alarming because some men not well dress, could have been homeless, walked by the door while we were in the pool. They could just walk right into the side of the building. When I reported it to the front staff, they just said the door is broken so people prop it open. Well, fix the door for all our safety!!

The coffee had grounds in it and was located outside of the breakfast area because there wasn’t enough room inside the breakfast area to put it. Check out room 107. Staff was pleasant enough.

The bathroom was dirty looked like there was chocolate milk or something down the side of the tub and on the door frame. The toilet seat was dirty as well. I carry Clorox wipes with me. I cleaned the toilet my self. I asked for extra towels. I have very long hair, and my partner is tall. We need 2 towels each. The bathroom was stocked with only 2 towels and no washcloths. I never did get extra towels. Probably better, not sure if the tub would leak or not anyway. The bathtub was worn out, the enamel worn off. The bed had a valley that I got stuck in repeatedly in the night and I could not access the WiFi at all. The a/c didn't cool the room very well either. The refrigerator did not keep the food cold(I don't think it worked) and there were burned out light bulbs in the vanity above the bathroom sink. Stained carpet normally doesn't bother me; however, when it makes your feet dirty it does. This place needs serious cleaning help and a major overhaul.

Let me start by saying I think this place has a ton of potential, with that being said it needs to have some work done. It doesn’t feel clean but I think that has more to do with it being so run down. We were traveling for the archery tournament and all of the staff that we interacted with were fantastic! They even made special accommodations to have breakfast earlier then then the norm because there were so many archers staying and we needed to get to the range early... thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate us!!! Please update this hotel!!

There is a old smell that permeates it , the elevator looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in months , we passed the ice machine in the hall and was appalled by the filth were you put your ice bucket to get you ice , (if the outside looks like that I’m sure there is mold on the inside and I’m definitely not going to get that ice !) .All though the room was large , there was bottle cap on the floor by the couch, the bed springs in my back kept me up , the worn out toilet sheet was awful , there was mold spots around the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower tub did not look safe not to mention it was not cleaned at all -Don’t recommend anyone stay here

DO NOT STAY HERE. The bed was so lumpy I had to sleep on the couch. At 3 am I woke to use the restroom & roaches were in the sink. Needless to say I didn’t have breakfast.

I absolutely loved the location. Next to some great restaurants and shopping. My bed and pillows were super comfy also.. plus the room was very spacious. I didnt like that I couldn't plug my tub and take a bath. And somehow when I showered the water ended up flooding my bathroom floor. But other than that I had a great stay

We were offered to have our room comped, but because we booked through Expedia, we have not received any refund yet. I am told it it’s very difficult to get money back from Expedia and to just book directly with the Hotels from now on. We stayed at three other choice hotel properties and did not have these problems. We did book those through the Choice app. This one was a last-minute, we need to sleep kind of transaction. Worst decision of our whole trip.

This is absolutely our go to Hotel in Redding when it's available. The Hotel is clean, the staff are super nice and helpful, the rooms are amazing, they even have rooms for families and their breakfast is delicious. I would 100% recommend this Hotel to anyone

Close to I5, the sheets were clean. It needs updating, stains on walls, shower curtain had stains, couch had stains. The cleaning crew can only do so much.

There were cockroaches crawling on the walls in the breakfast room. The TV didnt work. The office staff said cats were not allowed, but the website for this hotel said two pets were allowed, only restricted by weight.

Ac didnt work very well. Couldn't open the window. Smell of mildew in the room/bathroom. People yelling at 5 am. Sounds of running down the hallways all night. Checked out 2 days early because it was not a good experience.

Breakfast was good. Pool and spa were not open or working. We were disappointed because we planned to use the spa. One of the reasons we chose this motel was we were planning on using the spa .

I hope that this hotel is a “work in progress” and is being actively upgraded/updated. The first thing we noticed upon entering was a strong mildew smell despite the front doors being locked wide open (it was cold and raining, so the only reason I can think of to leave them propped was to mitigate the smell). Check in person was not friendly but got the job done I guess. Our room- beds & pillows were actually comfy. Some attempt at wall art had been made. Rooms are huge- they could be suites! Furniture is dated other than the beds- the sofa looked like it was from the 70s :). Carpeting stained. Worst of all- the underside of the toilet had what looked suspiciously like human feces on it. Everything else was mostly clean, though my towel was threadbare. Tub is worn. It was quiet at night, and we slept well, which bumps the score up. Breakfast- they make a good effort, with scrambled eggs, tater tot’s, sausage. Waffles - they had frozen waffles just sitting out at room temp, which is a major food handling/food safety risk….spore-producing microbes can grow in as little as an hour at room temp (which is why packaged waffles say “keep frozen until ready to use”). Seeing stuff like this makes me nervous about other practices, but so far none of us are sick :). Overall, the price was great, beds were fine, and I think housekeeping needs some support and maybe retraining. Whether you should stay here depends upon your priorities and risk aversion vs frugality :)

The shower did not work. I had booked the room for extra family attending a gathering at my home. The staff were very nice, but the accommodations were terrible. So disappointed.

The bathroom needs to be completely redone the sides of the bath were falling off and mold coming through. The toilet papers roll fixtures were falling off. There were very nosey people at our end of the hotel. There was a hole in the ground under the carpet in the main room that you could feel if you walked over it.

I was told by the girl at the front desk the manager would contact me about the cockroaches in the room and I never heard from anyone. Nasty and ghetto.. don’t waste your money here.

Justin was SO helpful as I checked in! He got me a room close to the door to make unpacking my MC easy, he found me some toothpaste (saving me a trip to the store) and he delivered an extra face cloth right away!

This is THE worse rooms I have ever stayed. Check in was a nightmare. Over all condition of the hotel was distressed to say the least. Our room smell of marijuana, their was marijuana pods on the floor. The carpet was stained with god knows what?, everything is worn out, the shower was rusted, mold and ready to fall through the floor. Would not sit on the couch, it too had stains. The wall had been patched, but not painted, holes in the ceiling, air conditioner was dirty and smelled. I wear my flip flops to walk around the room, towels were rags and stained as well. Party going on across the hall till midnight. Breakfast, what a joke. The poor women who works the dining room literally cooked the food in a closet. Not sure the health department would approve. Homeless people join us for breakfast smelling of pee. Homeless hanging around the front entrance. We should have bolted when we had the chance. The worse experience of my entire seventy years.

I had called to confirm my stay and was put on hold and the girl said she would be right back. I was on hold for an hour. The people above my room were so loud. And I had asked multiple times to have them talked too. I lost more sleep there than I have at any other hotel.

Unfortunately the property is very run down. Carpets, bedding and walls have stains everywhere. There were blood stains on the towels and bath mat. This place needs a major overhaul. The staff however were very friendly and helpful throughout.

Pool/hot tub out of order. Waffle iron in the breakfast was out of order. No hot water or microwave (except in room). Room was dirty, mattress on the couch bed was badly stained. The blankets were stained and falling apart. Pillows lumpy. The a/c worked.

I see why it was a little less expensive than the average better hotel. First of all I booked it because its advetising read "jacuzzi" I love a jacuzzi after work, well, the Jacuzzi was empty also Gym was out of order, when I finally got my room I noticed a small hint of skunk weed in the hall way, my key didnt work the first time and got worse throu out the night to the point where the front desk (Bonnie) she was a sweetheart and tried to change the battery I finally put the batteries in and cover back on. some lights didnt work and the coffee machine had no coffee filter holder so I couldnt make coffee. When I went to dinner (walking distance and I get back I was in room #105 and a cross the hall way people show up guy comes in with a big ass dog, pounds on the door female inside opens the door and another big dog in the room I felt the parking was a little unsafe. the breakfast was delicious and I was quite surprised real good food

The room that we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. After driving for over 7 hours we checked into the room slightly before midnight. I noticed instantly a heavy mildewy smell from the bathroom. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom, the sink wasn't clean and all of the bedding was completely filthy, nothing had been wiped down in a very long time. The carpets were completely soiled stained. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers with extra blankets we brought. We also saw a homeless guy pushing a shopping cart stop and look into lower level ground floor windows

They told me that the housekeeper must have taken the remote out when they cleaned🙄. Anyway they switched out room. It felt dirty, the couch cushions were filthy. We switched stuff around with the first room to make it work. They said at the front desk and the housekeeper, they have no extra pillows or towels (again 🙄). One day at breakfast we were out of sausage, the next day potatoes, the next cream cheese. The house keeper NEVER came to our room, we had to ask for toilet paper. The front doors were broken, so you had to slide open and closed yourself, we got locked in the exercise room, the hot tub didn't work and apparently the drains in the parking lot were clogged, our parking lot completely flooded. If you do chooses to stay here despite all this do yourself a favor and watch out for the sink hole (huge pot hole) right inside the entrance to the parking lot. Good luck!

The staff was very rude I was there on a vacation for my holiday with my family and I got in late with my boyfriend and we have a dog. I rent from choices hotels all the time and I thought their policy was to have pet friendly locations and have it posted at least on their website that they’re not pet friendly, but I paid for my room and it was nonrefundable and my dog had to sleep in the car with me basically because she wasn’t allowed to in the room. She is a servicing animal and has papers. They refused her anyways. I have epilepsy and I’ve had seizures recently and she saved my life so having her there is crucial to my survival and I don’t know if I’ll be renting from choice anymore because of these people in this hotel.

The staff was very rude I was there on a vacation for my holiday with my family and I got in late with my boyfriend and we have a dog. I rent from choices hotels all the time and I thought their policy was to have pet friendly locations and have it posted at least on their website that they’re not pet friendly, but I paid for my room and it was nonrefundable and my dog had to sleep in the car with me basically because she wasn’t allowed to in the room. She is a servicing animal and has papers. They refused her anyways. I have epilepsy and I’ve had seizures recently and she saved my life so having her there is crucial to my survival and I don’t know if I’ll be renting from choice anymore because of these people in this hotel.

First , i didn’t get the room I reserved, they said the people must have extended their stay. I wanted one king bed, balcony with desk. They gave me two queens, and a small couch with a visually stained or dirty cushions, the bedding had not been changed their was dog hair under the sheets!!! However, they were a really kind staff, and gave me a noon check out for free!

A restaurant was advertised and is no longer in operation. Not the friendliest front desk. We were told to go down the hill for food, but didn't even know where the hill was. We were tired and had to drive around for a place to get food.

I got to the hotel really late maybe 3:30 am and was really tired. As soon I pulled in we hit a big pothole right at the entrance. I did not see it but however I felt it. I was so tired, didnt even think to check my car. The next morning I noticed tire rim scratched so bad and even the tire. There’s a piece missing. Luckily it didn’t get flat since it’s on the side but it’s so ugly and I’m going to have to replace it. I think that big pothole should be taken care of

One for my Son, and one for my wife and me. We were there for a celebration of Life. Upon entering the Lobby and looking around, we could see that this place needed some love and repair. There were unpainted patches on the walls and the ceiling that had been there for some time. I know this because I used to be a house painter. Walking into my Son's room, we were overwhelmed by a strong odor of cleaning chemicals, so we decided to open the sliding glass door leading out to a patio of sorts and noticed that the screen door was broken, barely hanging on. Then we continued to our room and noticed more patches on the walls, doors, and ceilings. As we entered the room, we were pleased to find it smelled okay. But more patches. The bathroom sink was scratched and stained, and there was long black hair on the floor that was clearly not ours. I decided to check the beds for "bed bugs" because so far, I wasn't impressed. We looked out of the window to see, yes, they had a swimming pool, but the jacuzzi was almost empty, except for the greenish-brown water at the bottom. We tried to change our son's room to another but were told that they were booked up. We tried to get our money back, but since we booked it through Expedia, they couldn't help us. So we decided that he was going to have to bunk down with us for the night and eat the cost. The breakfast was average, nothing to boast about. I would never stay there again.

The bread at breakfast was stale and there was not much space. The sides of our mattress had stains and there was no smoke alarm in our room. The only good thing was that the staff person who checked us in was nice and it was quiet on the 3rd floor.

The bathroom vanity and sink looked as if they were thrift store discards and there were only the minimal amount of paper thin towels. The decor in the room was depressing. There was a directional reading light on one side of the bed attached to bedside lamp with exposed wires also. There is a fair amount of transient foot traffic around the building which didn't make it feel very safe.

It was comfortable and clean. The desk staff was great. THe room needed serious maintenance--caulking around tub, loose door knob, lots of little things. BUT the desk staff was great, the room was clean. Bottom line, the things that needed fixing were not things that affected our comfort or safety.

The Property was in poor condition. There was a broken window on the ground floor that went into the stairwell that was only covered by carboard. The shower in our room had a huge crack in it with mold and rust everywhere. The sheets on both beds were worn, with holes in them. There were a lot of Homeless people hanging around the back of the property where the pool is.

Given the reviews saying how excellent this hotel is, I was very disappointed. It looks like it used to be a nicer hotel but is in disrepair. It was dirty and things were broken throughout the hotel. We had a bad experience with other guests being extremely loud (there were multiple families with young children running up and down the halls between room screaming and no parents to be seen). Movement from the upstairs room was very loud like they were stomping around (I am pretty sure they were not but it just sounded like it). In the morning the tiny breakfast room was packed with all the little kids for an hour until it closed so we just left to get breakfast somewhere else. Overall, I would not recommend.

The staff is wonderful bonnie the front desk clerk was very professional and very accommodating she was super nice and helped me rebook after hotels com, put me on hold for an hour and wouldnt helpme she made it much easeier to figure it out the rooms very clean and smelled nice .. , not from here and it's close to all things of places to eat and things to do as well

Not greeted by staff first, rather we were greeted by a couple of prostitutes. One actually stationed at the front door. Not all guests are travelers. Beware.

However, our experience was far from comfortable. The biggest problem was the extremely poor soundproofing in the hotel. We could hear constant noise from the corridors, which disturbed our rest. From around 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM, new guests were checking in upstairs (we stayed on the first floor). It was very loud – people were walking heavily, and we could not sleep at all during that time. This completely ruined our night. In addition, when we moved the sofa closer to the bed for our daughter’s safety, we found a large amount of trash underneath it. That was very disappointing. The bathroom amenities were also inadequate – the shampoo and conditioner bottles were extremely small, and there was no shower gel provided at all. Breakfast was probably the best part of our stay. It was tasty and quite good overall. Parking was also convenient, with plenty of spaces available. Still, we expected to rest with comfort, but unfortunately, that did not happen. We slept very poorly and felt absolutely tired the next day. We also believe that, since the hotel did not look fully booked, the staff could have arranged rooms in a way that would avoid placing noisy guests directly above us. Overall, our stay was unpleasan.

The staff checking us in, was very nice. When we got up to our rooms and got us and our girls ready for bed, we noticed a red stain on our mattress, went down to the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms and was told that they were sold out. They did not offer to come and change the bed, but I did ask if I could have additional Sheets just to remake it myself. But overall, I would not stay at this place again.

I got in to Redding very late and had trouble finding a room. Greeted be a group of teenagers hanging out in the parking lot! Also several homeless looking men wandering in the parking lot. The only reason I got out of my car was because there was a security guard in the well lighted parking lot! Let’s go indoors- I tried to get an accommodated room which wasn’t available. Front desk very kind but put me in a first floor room all the way at the end of the hall. Hall was hot and stuffy smelled musty. Walls and doorways chipped and dirty. Room same musty smell marks on wall - dead moth stuck to the wads. Bathroom dingy loomed dirty- toilet seat cover broken and pinching. Toilet so pediatric height impossible to get up. Air conditioner sounded like jet engine. Was I crying yet- I just passed out on the bed- exhausted! Breakfast was average very boring! Couldn’t get out quick enough- obviously won’t go back!

The homeless had this hotel surrounded. The room itself was good but the bathroom sink was clogged; the shower was mildewy and the bed sucked. Id advise NOT staying here. The front desk was pretty amazing.

We should have just stayed at a motel 6… this place was so gross and scary and overpriced. Showers were unusable because the tub was covered in black mold. Whole building reeked of smoke and aggravated my asthma. And our room had a lovely view of a colony of un housed people doing drugs, shouting, and pulling apart bicycles. Do not stay here. Many cheaper options with basic needs met instead of this disappointment.

The hotel room had a smoke alarm that was taped up with paper towels. Mold in every area of the bathroom. The bed was caving in in the middle. And the floor itself was just disgusting. Definitely don't stay in room 212

Easy on and off I-5 but not located too close to the freeway and noise. Many dining options within walking distance. Lots more restaurants within 10 minutes. The the staff is helpful.

Do not come here. Photos are clearly decades old. This place is so run down. Homeless in parking lot. Rooms with stains all over the floor and smell like urine. Room not even clean. Would give zero stars if possible. Asked for refund. Staff was clearly used to people wanting a refund and provided it.

Fair price for what you get. Not a bargain, but it has what we needed. Bizarre to find cigarette damages to sheets and mattress in our non-smoking room. Carpet and many walls and ceilings were damaged or stained. Looks like it needed a full renovation 15 years ago and is still waiting. Good breakfast, great location. We'd stay here again.

Not the best customer service. There is black mold in the bathrooms and tubs were dirty. Homeless people in pool and also in the breakfast room touching everything. Towels were stained. No water & no coffee at the lobby. The place could use a remodel and improve security and hire good housekeeping and friendlier/useful staff. The receptionist guy there was watching his phone and there was people in the lobby waiting to be attended to.

We rented 2 rooms for 3 nights. The bathrooms had black mold and the tubs were dirty. The towels were stained. The mini fridge was leaking. There were homeless people coming into the property and getting breakfast. It's sad but they are touching everyones food. The water & coffee jars werre empty most of the time. I asked a staff and he said they don't brew coffee after 6 pm and was not too thrilled about refilling the water and the temperature outside was over 90 degrees! Pool was dirty, hot tub was out of service and again homeless people get in the pool. I will definitely not come back to this property again.They need to work on their cleanliness, security and customer service

I'm not one to usually complain, but this hotel is absolutely awful! Not only did they try to put us in a room that was already occupied, then they gave us an "upgraded" room that was absolutely filthy. The carpet baseboard tri was falling off the walls, there was very questionable substances on the curtains, there was mold on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom, the refrigerator was disgusting and even had a dead cockroach in it! The comforters looked like someone cut holes in it to disguise cigarette burns. The room itself smelled like dog urine. And the added bonus was getting to "overlook the pool", where all of the homeless and literal drug addicts hang out. My husband watched one of them use a lighter and tinfoil on several occasions and then walk over to a nearby bush hideout for some other homeless folks, then come back and use some more (inside the pool gate!) We tried to bring this all up to the front desk the next morning and one of them just kept saying "Oh I'm so sorry, that's awful!" And their "maintenance" guy was sitting in the background talking over us and saying things like, "well, it's the city's fault and there is nothing we can do if the homeless people are staying here. We can't kick them out." Clearly, they know they have a 'problem' but they seem to be in on it, or even friends with these people. It was a wild experience we had.... We will NEVER stay here again, or ANYWHERE near there. Which is sad, because we had planned on coming back.

I have never seen a dirtier hotel. We reserved 2 rooms for a family vacation. Nothing was clean. One room had rotten food still in the fridge and an uncleaned bathroom. The other room had so many stains on the floor that it made you question if it had ever been cleaned. It also appeared that there was blood on the sheets. We requested a new room and there were roaches and the mattress on the pull out bed was ripped to shreds. I have pictures but I don't see a way to share them here.

The thing that troubled us was that there were so many spots of dirt at the entryway as you come in the door the hole entryway had some kind of something spilled, and it was black and it was all over the entry as you walk into the hotel. We couldn't swim in the pool because there were tweakers hanging out outside the pool who weren't even guests at the hotel and it made my children deeply uncomfortable. The pool was also incredibly dirty. Not on an outdoircpool way, in a, the chemicals aren't balanced and it hasn't been cleaned all season way and there were large debris and dead bugs in it. The hot tub wasn't even operational. No mention of that on the website or at check in. The rooms were dirty. The mattresses are stained. There were only 2 towels in a room that claims to sleep 5. The tv was tiny and not easy to use. There was what appeared to be boogers on the wall and suspuciously brown droplets in the door. There were bottle caps on the floor, which was also stained in a way that implies out hasn't been cleaned in a few years. It was really very disappointing and if I had paid more I would've been very upset. One bed didn't even have a top blanket. The other bed in the room did. The second room we had was nicer, had a large tv, but wasn't any cleaner.

My review has nothing to do with the staff. They were good, i have no complaints there, but the area was scary. I was worried our vehicle was going to get broken into. The room was not great.. i mean it was worth what we paid for it and we slept fine but the bathroom smelled like pee and it was just worn down. I will say that the breakfast was pretty good. So some positives and some negatives but i definitely couldn't stay again.

On our 2 week roadtrip with multiple motel and hotel stops, this was the worst. The property was very rundown. Horrible carpeting full of stains, paint stained, peeling, or painted over in a different color. The common areas and hallways reeked of decades old cigarette smoke (luckily we didn’t smell it in the room!) The furniture was old, shabby, and had that don’t sit on it feeling. We had one bath towel in our room and when my son asked for more he got the run around until I stepped in and hunted them down. The pool was not kept up and was surrounded by people smoking cigarettes and looking sketchy. The hot tub was broken, the ice machine on our floor was broken, the elevator sounded in need of repair. Choose another option.

The Bed was extremely comfortable. However, it’s an old hotel & the Air Conditioner in the room was not working, carpet was severely stained, wouldn’t walk barefooted. The restroom floor has mold around the tub. The main hotel & lobby was very hot & stuffy because no central air in the building. The area around the hotel has a lot of homeless and I would definitely not leave any children of any age unattended. The breakfast area is super small & very crowded. The hotel has a sweetheart look, but just really needs a good upgrade to revamp it. It definitely has potential.

Initially asked for first floor due to disability. Was put in 2nd floor furthest from elevator. Fridge didn’t work so moved to another room one room closer to elevator on the 2nd floor. This room had stains all around on the carpet, there was rust on all the appliances, the curtain rod for the blinds was on the floor, and the tv wires were just hanging off the wall and the front desk guy wrote some instructions for me and we never got the tv fixed. There’s so much more but let the photos give you an idea. I’ve had better and cleaner rooms at motel 6

It was a bit dated, but I felt safe staying here and the free breakfast was very convenient.

The first room we were assigned looked like the bed wasn't made or someone had napped in it afterward. The clerk at the desk was not friendly and personally, I think he needs an attitude adjustment. The second room was OK, but the bathroom had mildew in the tub as well as on the shower curtain. Whoever caulked that bathroom must have been blindfolded. The breakfast offerings were good, but the person overseeing the food was occupying a table with her son on his phone(?) rather than leaving it for guests. Several families came in and left because there was no space. I doubt my experience will make me choose another Days Inn in the future. I usually don't give bad reviews but thought you might want to know.

What we got is no pool open that day, And we ask why it wasn't open, and the staff look at us, and gave us no explanation. The rooms we got was smelly, the carpet was filthy, and stained, dust bunnies all over the room; light fixture cover, head-boards, tv, curtains, baseboards in each corner, iron board rod, tub above shower head, and when you look up at thw light fixture bowl you can see bugs in it. We used the shower, and the drain gave a unpleasant odor, and they didn't even supply you any wash towels. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Good breakfast

insufficient dining space for breakfast, and did not refill the food on time. More than 10 people waiting for Scramble eggs, sausage and Potato. And ran out of wafer batter.

Property was poorly managed. Single person managed the entire building when we arrived. They were overwhelmed. Heard them talking on the phone with another guest, stating maintenance door was locked and they did not have the key. Room maintenance was bad. Broken bathroom hangers, non working bedside lights unclean tub. Breakfast setup inadequate. Single person working in small kitchen at rush hour not working well.

The rug in the room was fraying, the AC in the lobby was not working, my towel had a hole in it, the walls had portions that were not painted, the door to the room had dents in it, and more …

Excellent hotel

Bad service, despite asking twice they did not provide room service. Breakfast is not worth it.

WiFi didn't work anywhere I tried in the building on three different devices I tried. The TV remote didn't work to turn on the TV and channel selection was challenging at best. The bathroom door was very difficult to close. The ice machine didn't work. I was just glad to get out of there and will never return.

This place is disgusting

Walked into the room with our family and as soon as the lights turned on, we saw things crawling on the floor. Yup. Roaches. We ran out of there and back to the car. Service at front was sorry and agreed to refund.

I chose this property because it had a pool and a breakfast. Initially we were thrilled with our choice. It was acceptable upon arrival. Our adult son wanted to sleep on the hide abed and when we asked for bedding they told us we could not have pillows and they were out of blankets. We ended up purchasing our own blankets/pillows for our son at a store. The room was noisy and the front desk was on their phones constantly and looked angry when we asked questions and interrupted them on their phone ( This was not just one time). Then our second morning as we were leaving, I observed the breakfast employee empty the garbage with her bare hands grabbing dirty plates and stuffing them in a larger can then go grab the breakfast that was being heated up without washing her hands in between and NO GLOVES. I was appalled. I was sitting there watching and waiting for her to wash her hands and she NEVER DID. I carry a food handlers so I know the rules . This hotel met our immediate needs as we slept and showered. But the staff needs to improve their performances as well as this place needs an upgrade desperately.

We checked in with three people the hide a bed had no sheets, blankets or pillow for it and had a huge pee stain.. Bathroom had no toilet paper and moldy walls. Floor was so dirty it made are feet dirty. Pool was dirty and hot tub broken and not secured off.We chose not to eat breakfast as a result of the dead bugs on the floor.

I like where the property is located. It is well lighted. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. I think what would make the property great is to update the bathtub/shower. Also familys with kids would do best to be on ground floor because kids like to hop and jump which tends to become annoying. All in all I had a good stay.

The mattress was a little hard for my wife.
