A very clean, bright and modern hotel. The breakfast area and lobby look brand new! The staff is professional and so nice and incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was awesome! They have a continental option or a full hot menu to order from. Quick or sit down. They even offer a dinner menu and small bar area. Plenty of parking and the rooms are spacious! Extremely clean and comfortable decor. Highly recommend this hotel on hotel row for your next stay.

Great location! Attended concert at Toyota Arena and was very close to event. Easy late check in, very friendly staff. Loved the 12pm checkout. Was able to use indoor pool and jacuzzi prior to leaving. Would come again.

Nice clean hotel with good amenities. Could not find out on the website, app or room how to order room service or a menu. Was going to order breakfast to the room, but ended up just going to Norms after check out. The pillows are was too soft and offer no support.

The front desk staff the second morning and in Cafe were wonderful. Food was great. I have stayed at your location before and that is why I picked it again. First - Several Handicap parking spaces were blocked off when we arrived with construction tape. I being handicapped had to be dropped off and my kids had to go find parking further out. The interaction with the evening staff left a lot to be desired. They acted as if they were being interrupted by having to check us in. The young woman at the desk did not even acknowledge me and she was scowling the entire time. The young man checked me in and I mentioned I had been sending messages about my arrival via email and no one responded. Then I asked about water. I proceeded to use my walker to go grab three bottles of water at the kiosk area. As we had just had an 8 hour drive, she was getting cups and water for two other guests, walked to the back and handed them bottled water. I said I just asked you for water, she said there are two bottles of complimentary water on your room. I said there are 3 adults in my party. So other guest were handed bottled waters, I had to purchase them. Mind you this is right at arrival. Then in the room bathroom was not clean, appeared to have dry blood on the door, side of bathtub, and hair, lotion stuck to the door. Also, in the corner it appeared as though someone had been sick or some type of pukey substance. I cleaned up what I could but did not want to call the front desk since they made it clear maids would not be cleaning the room on Saturday. Left a lot to be desired.

The rooms were not cleaned during our stay, even when I specifically asked the front desk at the moment of checking in, they asked me if I wanted to have the two rooms cleaned up the next day, I said yes, but next day evening the rooms were filthy.

Easy access from the freeway. We stayed in a handicap room, which was perfect for my 91 year-old mother. The beds are lower to the ground, the shower had a little bench in it. Not sure why I have to pay $12 to Park my car

Stayed in 8 hotels driving on road trip with my dog. This was easliy the niceest and best stay. Everything was top notch. The area is really nice, a couple of good restaraunts (Lazy Dog was really good). It was the last night of my road trip and it was the absolute best one. Great job.

The upgrades are amazing. This hotel is so clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. The housekeepers are very friendly they say hi when you pass them in the hallway. Definitely recommend. I stayed a week was only supposed to be 3 days, felt very comfortable and safe on this solo trip

I paid for a reservation I did not receive. I paid for a double room with king bed and received a single room king bed. Now I agreed to terms and conditions of my reservation that I reserved ahead of time this way I know what to expect when I arrived to the property. This is why it's called a reservation so that I'm entitled to what I pay for. This did not happen nor did I receive a refund. I went through so much of a hassle only to be disappointed in the end. I feel that I am entitled to express my opinion and concerns with this issue and now I have to go through corporate and management hire-ups just to be heard. This is such an inconvenience to me and I'm totally upset. Another issue is that I was unaware that this place was in the process of renovations and our laundrymat was closed to say the least. I'm very upset with this matter and the Hilton as well as expedia and it's representatives will be hearing about my concerns until I'm fully compensated for what I'm entitled. Something that was not my fault is being ignored and I will be heard one way or another. I paid too much for so little. Hilton needs to look into this. Matter ASAP to avoid customer negligence. All I'm asking is to be treated fair and with professionalism which was not done at all from this facility. To whom this may concern please understand that if you were in my shoes how would you feel....... EXACTLY!!!!

The room itself was spacious, but the bed / mattress was ehh. I thought the breakfast in the morning was included in the price, so I was suprised when I found out it was $15 a person.

Location heated pool At night, we could see the hallway and hallway lights from the hallway around the. The door frame from insode our room #231 either weather strip was missing or door was too small. We were overcharged a different amount from what Booking.com quoted me before I booked the room over $40 in taxes and fees.. Not being told the breakfast they told us about at checkin is for members. My daughter and I were embarrassed in front of other guests when we went to have breakfast and were questioned about our status and ended up having to pay.

The Hotel & Property was good, there was a kids development seminar if High School Students, so loud TV’s until late and then off & on through the night. Not the Hotels fault but that was my experience

The hotel was under construction, lots of noise in the halls but muffled in the room. Breakfast did not look good, chose not to pay $15 to eat there. Pet fee of $75 means they really are not pet friendly.

Well firstly they charged me twice and had to refund. The lady in the morning had to do it. There was no conditioner in the bottle in the shower. The front door had dirty finger prints on it. The room had missing patches of wall paper the area around the tub was dirty and the elevator call for the 2nd floor is about to go into the wall. Not 8.6 like they say. The breakfast voucher had to get in the morning because they didn't give them to me upon check in. So i won't stay there again.

It was clean. There was a mall across the street everything was walkable. The pool was a little cold, but the Jacuzzi was perfect.

The lady at the front desk wasn't too familiar with the hotel since it seems that she was just covering for someone. I ended up getting a room with 2 queen beds instead of the king bed I booked. Check-in process was slow so I honestly didnt want to go and spend more time at the front desk trying to get a different room. I have stayed at this hotel before and it was fairly quiet. This time there was a loud family on top floor and also next door. Kids kept running around

They were too fluffy and not supportive at the same time. I was either craning my neck or deafened by the fluff of the down pillow. Worst night of sleep from the discomfort. The hotel pool was... hot. Like the jacuzzi. I understand its supposed to be heated but i didnt expect it to be a huge jacuzzi, we could only stay in it for a few minutes. And the pool room it was in was hot. Not relaxing at all. Just sweltering. When i approached the front desk about it the woman said yeah, its cause its indoors, and if we want a different pool experience we can go swim in the pool in the hilton next door, which was outdoor. Honestly for the rate we paid i expected the room to be nicer, or at least the bed to be comfortable. Next time we are in the area i am going with a different hotel brand. The quality was just not there.

We had an air conditioning issue which kept us up in the middle of the night … we fixed it but when shared the info… front desk female (name not known) did not seem concerned. Otherwise… great stay and really appreciated Jermaine

I didn’t like it when I called and complained one night how my neighbors upstairs were being really loud that it sounded like they were running up and down their room and the guy I talked to said he would call and see what was going on but a couple minutes later they continued with there loud noise.

This place is kind of in need of an update. The air conditioning in the rooms and common areas is inadequate. Room smelled heavily of smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. Room is a suite but doesn’t even have its own microwave. The microwave is in the ice machine room which is on only 2 of the floors. The place isn’t terrible but it’s not very nice either. The strong cigarette odor in the room is why I’m rating it so low

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even the maid staff. Very nice place

in a quiet locaton but is also east to access freeway.

Clean property, friendly staff. Walking distance to many restaurants.

This hotel was located right in the middle of restaurants, shopping, and more. The hotels staff were so nice and very accommodating. My kids enjoyed the pool which was open from 6 AM until midnight!! Inside the hotel they have a little store with anything you might need. We will definitely be staying here again

False fire alarm. Scary. I would not go back to hotel so we lost time there for our anniversary. They charged $10 for a buffet breakfast. Bed was old and super squeaky. Cost was a lot. It should have at least come with breakfast. No manager on site for the weekend. Front desk staff not very engaging.

Had an awful experience. The Front desk staff seemed rude and unfriendly. Found old chicken bones in the room from not being cleaned properly. Couldn't use the hot tub during our 2 day stay because it was colder than the swimming pool and non operable jets. The hot tub was our reason for booking. When we notified front desk was told we had to deal with it. It was a bummer to stay here .

Our stay was amazing. The staff was very professional. The hotel was very clean. The the location was very convenient.

I got turned away i did not stay there i was told that no rooms to stay in i got robbed i paid for it

Completely terrible A fire broke out a couple doors down all the rooms and the hallway were completely Filled with smoke my girlfriend and I couldn’t sleep all night plus we both have asthma.

The customer service was great the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was just ok because it he’d a weird smell that was kind of annoying but I was too tired to ask to move other than that it was good. The location was the best thing

The room that i booked online which was suppose to be a deluve suite and they didn't have that room available to accommodate my family. I had to rent a joining suite to accommodate my family which cost another 200.00 on my total. Very unhappy about that. The clerk said the picture was wrong on the website so they couldn't accommodate my request.

When we got there they had booked the wrong room. There are 3 of us and they gave us a King when we needed a sofa bed. They told us that there was a couch in there and that was our only option so we said okay. We get into the room and there is NO COUCH. It would’ve been impossible for all 3 of us to fit on the bed so we came back out and asked for a refund and they said no because we already went into the room. We left to another hotel right away and i called hotels.com to get my refund and when they called the hotel to confirmed what happened the hotel manager blatantly LIED and said that we wanted a jetted tub and that we were in the room for hours which is NOT TRUE and i have the proof or the time we checked in at the new hotel which was less than 30 minutes later and it was on the other side of town. Absolutely disgusted by these workers and I will be filing a small claims suit against them.

Customer Service and Cleanliness is superb. Some cable channels did not work. Enforcing of quiet policy after 11pm not so great unless you ask. Gym with no towels or wipes for disinfecting were not available

Our room was right behind the staff kitchen door and the staff was talking very loud and banging doors late into the night and early this morning.

Did not receive a receipt. Hotel said Expedia would send one to me by E-mail. Is that true?

I got a suite and it was super nice and they made sure to let you know that they clean and sanitize everything well due to Covid
