“Free breakfast” was white bread, a toaster, and coffee. Room was not as advertised. Room was dirty. The table and floor were very sticky.

Location The breakfast consisted of bread and coffee. There was no hairdryer in the room and when I called down, they said they didn’t have one. Staff is not very friendly more accommodating. We went across the street to get a breakfast sandwich. When we came back, they would not allow us to eat in the breakfast room because it was after 9 AM.

it was clean and comfortable. surrounded by 8 foot tall fencing with razor wire was kind of scary? But we chose the area because the rates were cheaper. We were fine and had no problems.

perfect location for gas and food. laundry mat next door. bus stops less than a min away!

I like the shampoo, soap, and TV. I like the Mexican food nearby. I like the staff. The A/C was nice. The floor is a bit dirty, the sheets felt itchy, the wifi not being private connection, the towels seem really old or not cleaned with bleach, and the homeless meth head beggars. May God have mercy on their souls.

Rather old and not well maintained. Not the best of neighborhood. Saw many homeless and people struggling with addiction on the street and asking for money. The hotel did honor my request for a first floor room and the king size bed was very comfortable.The nearby Mexican restaurant (walkable) was excellent.

N/a The location, the "breakfast" offered was just toast. Not worth the money for the poor quality

The property was okay. Maybe. It said no smoking allowed but the place smells something like somebody is smoking weeds. We didn’t get enough rest as we were suffocating even inside our room.

The main reason I stayed there is because they are pet friendly regardless of the size of the pet. The building needs some upkeep, its in front of a busy road and therefore you will hear traffic throughout the day and the night.

I didn’t like the location, but it was OK. The location really was my main issue, but it was convenient. The first staff member that I checked in with could’ve been more friendly, but the lady that I checked out with was phenomenal. Very good customer service I would say she had!

The customer service had a very bad attitude and was not welcoming. Also, the breakfast time was disappointing—there was nothing to look forward to and the selection was very poor. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Breakfast was not what we expected. Very lite selections. One type of juice.

Don’t expect breakfast even tho it says it’s included unless you want peanut butter and jelly or toast with jelly and butter. Jailhouses have a better breakfast.

The bed was comfortable When we came for breakfast first time there were only two slice of white bread. When I asked if she could bring more I had to listen to this rude comment this is not a Waffle House. So, next morning with just skiped the breakfast, didn't go at all. The area where the hotel is located didn't feel comfortable.

I like a lot of things, how clean the facilities were and how polite and help the staff was. I would have liked a little more options for breakfast.

The whole city shut down,and we asked for 2 nights rents refund.

I was trying to stay another day I booked through booking they received my payment and told super 8 but no accommodation was set for me so me and my family had to leave and it was a snow storm that day ... facility was great the workers trash

The price of the room. When my wife and I entered the lobby is reeked of weed, then we were greeted with a "Be back in 5 minutes sign" at the counter. We waited over 20 minutes for the employee to return. We finally got to our room and it was decent and well kept. The room next to us was very loud all night along with the road noise outside the window, we could barely sleep. This was one of the worst motels we had ever stayed at.

Arrived to find out my room I had booked was given to someone else. The location is EXTREMELY UNSAFE... I was approached by a prostitute while trying to check in, then had multiple shady people lurking around my vehicle. Had I not made it clear to them I was armed I would 100% have gotten mugged.

The staff is great, friendly and welcoming!!!!! The remodeling makes it feel more comfortable. The area is a little noisy with the all the traffic and loud vehicles going up and down the road along with sirens from the fire station on the same block

There were several police live feed cameras on poles with lights that were monitoring the crime and people around the gas stations and the laundry mat area that surrounded the motel. We had a boat strapped to the top of our vehicle that remained on top and was safe over night so I felt that the parking lot of the motel was safe. The motel had an obvious monitoring system with live feed set up behind the desk area that the staff member monitored as we checked in. The motel area itself felt safe for that reason. I feel the staff member took his job seriously. Over all it was a good experience other than the loud constant noise from the outside that could be heard from inside the room.

Everything was great and the staff member at check in was very accommodating when I asked for a ground level room due to an injury. I was a little nervous about there being a fence with barbed wire on the top because it gave me the feeling of an unsafe area.

It was a super simple hotel. No hangers or hairdryer. The bathroom door didnt lock. It shut but didnt really close. It was clean so thats a bonus. There was plaster places in the wall where they were trying to fix holes. It for sure wasnt a 'nice' hotel. But it worked to sleep in.

It was a lot of roaches and the service was really rude when we asked if we could sit inside because it was cold out and we was waiting for our ride to come and get us. The covers are too thin and there was mold on the shower curtain. The door was barely closed all the way. She treated us like others that goes there an we was not like others we just wanted to be warm until our ride got there.

The room I was placed in had bed bugs. The night attendant was very helpful about getting me moved into another room at 3:30am. However, when I dealt with the property manager the next day, she was rude, unwilling to offer any sort of refund, apology or way to resolve this issue and awful experience.

After dealing with 3 different employees I can honestly say these folks are the nicest across the board. Everyone has been so accommodating . We appreciate your kind greetings, service with a smile, and helpful knowledge of the area.

I went to another hotel in the middle of my stay. I was alone and there were people fighting on the stairs and in the parking lot. The room was filthy. But the manager was kind enough to refund me the rest of my stay so I could move.

We stayed in room 201. There were burn holes on the bed, holes in the wall bigger than my hand and no water pressure at all. Barely enough water came out of the sink to brush our teeth. Shower was impossible. There was no counter space in the bathroom either. Overall the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. And there were crackheads all over outside.

The bath tub has rust on the inside and the outside. The toilet lid had major spots on it. There were flies and gnats on the ceiling and on the bed.

It is a ghetto area, so many homeless people around that hotel, police cars are driving around area. The room is dark, smelly, unpleasant, old and cheap looking room. I changed my mind and the front desk didn’t cancel my booking, so rude and uptight Indian man. I do t even give a half star for that hotel!

Bathroom door had a loose door hinge so had to tinkle with door to shut and be able to use bathroom. Found a cockroach walking on tub. Towels were hard as a rock...super starchy and some had smell to them. Shower curtain holder was loose coming off wall. Checking in was easy Convenient/close to jobsite where i had worked at

First thing we've noticed was the room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom walls were peeling off and pelled off. Tub had a burn mark on it. Sheets looked clean. Floor was dirty! Walking from tub to the bed was enough. Outside was crazy too. Lots of parking though. Many restaurants near by, quick trip to downtown. Housekeeping was very nice and showed up everyday.

not a safe area at all an the room tha I reserved was nosmoke but smells bad. I left that night

The noisiest hotel ever. Noise from a busy road and from people camped out in the hallways talking all night.

It's not in Downtown, just a couple of miles away. There is a bus from the main bus depot that's arrives within a 2-3 min walk of hotel. The king bed was good & a few hundred TV channels is a positive.

The only problem was that my room wasn’t clean.

Light was coming in the room from the bottom of the door and the side of the door. I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on outside of my room. Not good at all. I was so dissatisfied that I slept in the clothes I had on when I checked in. I was very uncomfortable with the other hotel guests that were there during my stay. I checked out of the hotel the next morning.

Breakfast was cheap and limited to substandard items.

Room 102 that i stayed in had NO WIFI SIGNAL WHAT SO EVER and the window was over looking the Highway and it was SO LOUD ALL NIGHT LONG! Also there was what looked like blood splattered all over the nottom of the bathroom door and walls and in the corners of the adjoining tiles! Look like a Murder scene! Luckily i only needed to be there for one night!! Weird!!

Price should be more reasonable, cause of roaches and rats on property I see them remolding hope they got exterminator first.

Pretty good overall for pricing. There was a lot of noise at night. You will definitely hear cars, police, ambulance etc. Other than that. No issue

I had the pleasure of staying at the Super 8 in Clemmons, NC this past weekend. I dragged my wear

Close to where my daughter and I needed to be however very sketchy area !! Didn’t feel the safest , should have known by the safety glass and “night” drawer, gentleman at desk was very rude. There is no breakfast , literally just bread, very comical . Already had booked and wouldn’t be there much so chose to stay. Not advisable to walk anywhere and go alone. Room wasn’t actually the worst I’ve ever seen but traffic from busy road was extremely loud . Not recommend!!

Not a very good stay. Beds I thought were queen only to find out there were full. Not very clean.

The bed was a queen size.

The guy at the front desk wasn't friendly. The room was dirty, there were bodily fluids on the top cover, dirty floor and microwave. Wanted to leave but been traveling from job to job and on a tight schedule. Took photos.

Don’t waste your money!

Had bedbugs waiting on money to go back to my account

I had a very nice stay but all the rooms were sold out for non smoking. So i had to get a smoking room. Which is no one at fault making money. But my next stay will be booked early enough before they sal out of rooms. Which seems to be pretty quickly.

Room was dirty, toilet seat broken, ice machine and vending machines broken. People outside intoxicated at all hours and asked us for money.

Can't think of one thing we liked! They put us in a smoking room even though I told the clerk neither of us smoke. The room smelled like stale smoke (as well as the bedding) and the room was stuffy like no one had stayed in that room for months. We were on the 2nd (basically 3rd floor, after 2 flights of stairs) & no elevator. We are older and my husband is disabled so it was difficult to carry our luggage up all the stairs. Then there was no kleenex in the holder and no hair dryer in the room.

Everything was ok except the water pressure. And dont have ice.

Overall, I would say I got exactly what I needed.

Normally use another Super 8 in the area and it is always clean and pleasant but this particular Super 8 was dirty with used condoms and needles everywhere

Need to update the pics that are on line. Nothing like property. No working ice machine. Manager was very friendly we had problem with room card he came to room three times..

I had to go to the gas station be cause they didnt have no ice. The water pressure was week.
