The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic, convenient location. The staff was lovely as well. The only downside was the room's poor soundproofing; unfortunately, I was kept awake at night by screaming children in the neighboring room. Great stay overall, will stay again.

I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, but unfortunately nothing meaningful was done to address the situation during the remainder of my stay. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I expected the concern to be taken more seriously and resolved promptly. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and this experience fell well below that standard. Given the condition of the room and the lack of response after reporting the issue, I believe some form of refund or reimbursement would be appropriate. I hope management reviews this feedback and takes steps to improve housekeeping standards for future guests.

I had a great stay here and particularly enjoyed the gym and breakfast. My only complaint is that the shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty.

This was a fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast. My room was by the elevator, but it was very quiet / no issues with noise. I did get a chance to use the small gym; it was clean and stocked with the basics. The location is perfect if you want to access North Hills, Downtown, and Durham within 20m. I will be traveling to Raleigh for business a few more times this year, and as far as I'm concerned, this will be my "home base" every time.

The staff was wonderful and the pool and outdoor sitting area was delightful. The fire pit was a lovely touch to the evening!

Great experience overall! The atmosphere was nice, staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly. Oh yeah, a nice little bar too. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. My only suggestion would be to plan ahead for busy times, but I’d still recommend it to other travelers!

Rooms were immaculate! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with freshly prepared hot dishes, make-your-own waffles, cereals including oatmeal, bagels, muffins, breads, yogurt and fresh fruit. The bar was open each evening and provided a nice atmosphere including taking your refreshments outdoors by the fire pit. Well worth the stay!

The staff at this location is incredible. Location is close to amenities that are great if you are at a hotel. The room was not as large as I expected. Separately, while situational we had a fire alarm at 345 am during which we had to evacuate for about 45 minutes. Free late checkout would have been nice or something else… Breakfast while ok isn’t great.

Joe and other front desk personnel are wonderful. They greet you and truly listen on any accomodations you may need. They always ensure the facilities are clean, no matter the time of my check in. They are consistent in their service. Not applicable.

The suite room was vary spacious with extra linen already available. The breakfast was typical but good. Staff was friendly. Could use more parking but we were there on the weekend and it was manageable.

My stay was equally as bad, as the walls were paper thin and extremely loud music was playing throughout the halls until 3 AM. We were in town for a concert at The Ritz. This Hotel is walking distance from the venue. It’s very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. There was lots of parking. All in all a great experience!

The elevator broke and the hotel did not let us be aware. We had to take our luggage down 5 floors. Clearly they had no plan either to inform guests, assist guests, or anything.

I REALLY appreciate the hotel taking care of this quickly. My gripe isn’t with the hotel, it’s with those kids parents. You’re in a hotel, not a beach house. Not an AirBnB. Not at home. If you’re going to a show at the Ritz . This is a must only a block away. Less than a 10 minute walk to the show, save on the event parking too! Definitely we stay here again

This is our halfway point to visiting our daughter in Georgia. We’ve been staying here for the past 7 years. Love the location, the area, the quietness, and the shopping and restaurants so easily walkable.

Love this hotel. We use this hotel as the hallway mark when we are going to see our family in Georgia. We’ve stayed here numerous times. I love the area. Plenty of shops, restaurants and breweries. All within walking distance.

The staff was friendly. Check in was easy. One of the elevators was out of order one day and both were out the second day. Not ideal, but was ok for me.

The fire outside was very nice

Property was nice. Room was spacious and nice. Housekeeping came at 6pm on only one of the days we were there, but we had already come back and didn't want to leave for them to clean. They never came back. No fresh towels or cleaning the whole time we were there. Breakfast was terrible.

Rooms were huge. Beds super comfy . Free coffee. Breakfast was pretty good.

Corner rooms are nice and big. Property is in a good location. Staff was friendly and acommodating.

Had a great birthday weekend for my lady. Hotel was very clean and smelled great once entering. Everyone on the staff was nice.

Check in was super fast and front desk customer service outstanding!

Clean quiet property with ample parking. Very convenient to highways. Staff was very friendly, great fitness facility and delicious free breakfast. The room was nice and spacious. I frequently stay at this property when I’m in Raleigh

The Service was great and the rooms were very clean. There is a nice bar. The only problem that I had was that the bartender used her hands to handle a lot of the ingredients for the drinks instead of using the tongs or gloves. Other than that I will always used this place when staying in Raleigh

WELL, THIS IS A 1ST. I ALWAYS STAY @ HAMPTION INN WHENEVER POSSIBLE. I WAS IN TOWN FOR 3 DAYS. THE CLEANING LADY NEVER CAME BY? THOSE TOWELS ARE CRAP & THE BED WAS OUT OF SHAPE. THE TOILET NEEDS TO BE RAISED, ALSO. JUST THOUGHT I WOULD TELL Y'ALL. THANKS FOR READING THIS. I STILL WILL ALWAYS STAY @ THE HAMPTON INN.

Great location, clean, quiet, beautifully courtyard.

Upon arrival to check in I had to wait about 3-5 minutes to check in due to there only being one worker at the front desk and he was on the phone assisting another customer I assumed. He didn’t address me at all or state he would be right with me, I kinda just stood there. A manager came from an office looking for the other employees with no luck. However after he got off the phone with the other customer my check in process was swift. The overall experience was nice and the night shift front desk assistant Keonte was very pleasant and helpful.! This location was very convenient for the event I was attending at the Ritz.! (Literally 2 minutes away). Breakfast was good, I loved the red velvet waffles.! It was overall a great stay minus the check in incident.

Excellent stay. Room was everything I expected and more. Breakfast had a nice selection of food choices and the staff members were very welcoming from arrival to departure.

I really enjoyed my stay. I used the fitness center which was a plus.

We loved our stay! We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and we had my husband’s active service animal with us. The staff were all so kind, helpful, and got us settled in quickly! The hotel smelled so good, clean lobby/ halls/ room, and the breakfast was yummy. The sweet staff and clean environment made it the best stay.
