The hotel was under construction, but the staff was super helpful and very friendly. We were just there for one night, but did not feel inconvenienced by the construction at all. The area is nice and peaceful!

Overall, this hotel has an excellent location, in relationship to the highway. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, though and my A/C was not working well at all, and probably at the worst time -- very hot/humid outside. The A/C is need of significant repair or replacement. The maintenance guy showed up to look at at, but didn't do much to it besides moving some wires around. The maintenance guy had awesome customer service/approach though - good dude. Besides the A/C, this is a good hotel with good staff.

They need more luggage carts but overall decent place to stay

The room was spotless, newly renovated with large bathroom. Hot tasty breakfast each morning. Hot coffee and cookies at check in lounge area available as well. No smoking within 5 feet of building was nice as well.

The lobby and breakfast area are being remodeled, so if you have a passed group there's no place to gather. It would have been nice to be notified of this at the time of booking.

My husband and I stayed four nights and we were very satisfied with the room and the service overall. The cookies at the front desk daily was delicious, and the hot breakfast every day was delightful! Very satisfied with our stay , and would definitely rebook in the future.

Only Issue was the Blonde Hairs remaining in the Bathroom.

When we checked in to our rooms, our daughter reported “brown water” coming out of the faucet in the bathroom. It then wouldn’t drain. We called the front desk and they immediately gave her a different room. Everyone working at the property was exceptionally nice. Aside from the water issue, our stay was great.

Hotel rooms s under construction, noisy in morning. Came in and dropped our things in room including a box of chocolates and went to dinner. Came back from dinner with ants crawling all over our console, bags and swarming the box of chocolates. We’re given another room it also had ants on wall as well the base of toilet was dirty. The employees were great we checked in early, so the hotel was basically empty. We ran errands went out, came back late and turned the TV and we could not hear. No volume was on the TV. We called the front desk . The gentleman attempted to help with the situation he could not get the TV to work and all the rooms were booked so we could not change rooms. I was told the manager was going to call me. I have not talked to him/her yet.

Desk staff was very friendly when retrieving towels, toilet paper, and clean linens but I think it should be expected to already in the room that sleeps 4.

Stayed on a newly renovated floor; room and hallway were nice, but they reused old fixtures. The toilet seat was loose and you could see rust spots on the tank. Towels had loose threads. The fridge and microwave were good amenities, but the fridge wasn't secured and kept sliding around. Very nice neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and the room also had a table and 2 chairs. The water pressure in the shower was just okay.

This is my third or fourth time staying at this location. I have always been pleased but noticed in recent years it was in need of renovation. This time I was pleased to see they are in the process of renovating and I was placed in a newly renovated room. Breakfast was great, staff is very friendly and coffe is always available.

The room was great. After we finally figured out how to work the thermostat, the temperature was also good. The breakfast was also good. The gym reeked of a sweaty middle school boys locker room. I saw a cleaning cart in there, but when it was gone, it still smelled really bad. I also prefer a TV and there wasn't a TV to watch while on the treadmill.

It's something basic. The person at the desk across from me didn't explain anything; they just handed me the key cards. They didn't tell me where the elevators were or anything. They were literally mute.

There was blood on the walls with boogers pee, stain carpets, and a cushion chair that was stained beyond belief. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay up. This place was disgusting and there was no rooms left to change. We should’ve been notified prior to booking about the construction, very disappointed!!

Definitely needs updating. There was no hair dryer in the room and we had bugs in the bathroom that was freaking everyone out but just needed a safe cozy place to sleep and this worked. I will say they are starting remodeling so hopefully these things improve. Front desk was nice and helpful

The hotel is need of a huge makeover and while there were renovations taking place the hotel is very outdated. The cleanliness of the hotel also needs to be improved. There was trash in the elevator, dust bunnies on the lamp shades, the carpet was visibly dirty and in need of a shampoo and vacuum, as well as the curtains

I go to check into this hotel and they told me they don’t have my reservation. Yet everyone can see that it exists besides them. I had basic needs for this stay, but it gave me what I needed: a clean room, safety, and proximity to all of my destinations. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the front desk attendees at check-in and check-out were fine. My only issue was not being able to park near the door because several dumpsters and trucks were there as they are renovating.

What I got for $150 a night, mid-week, was a subpar, aged Motel 6 that quite literally stank so badly I could not wait to leave. It was likely a combination of age, run-down condition, and the cheap chemicals used for cleaning that created that horrible smell. Breakfast was equally basic. Overall, it was bad. I was on the 5th floor and the ice machine was broken so I went to 4 and that didn't work. I called the front desk and really got no help. She said 4 was working and that was it. Also, no hairdryer in the room.

The website lists in-room safes as one of the amenities but the 2 rooms we stayed in (we had to move due to a leak from the bathroom above us) did not have any safes in them. I'm sure this place will rate 5 stars once the renovations are completed.

It was just average. The rooms were minimal, they did have a nice breakfast everyday and was till about 10am. The all day coffee was fresh time we got it. Wish they had gluten free cookies with the other cookies they put out.

This Hampton seriously needs an upgrade. Breakfast was decent and most of staff were friendly, but the property is way past needing attention.

I was impressed with the front desk staff, particularly Jose, who worked to make sure my check in was smooth after our flight was cancelled

Tje check in process and anything involving the staff takes way too long. 30 minutes just to check in is too long. They are distracted and do not care.

We knew and understood that renovations would be going on, and that was not an issue. That in mind, I cannot give a fair review because what I thought was an issue for me (outdated carpet, loose/missing carpeting in some areas, A/C not working) can all be part of the ongoing changes. However, I do hope they throw out the pullout sofa in our room because it had bug "remnants" and stains on the mattress and more stains on the cushion. We didn't event sit on it after seeing that. The bed was clean and super comfy. The best thing for me was that the bathroom was super clean.

My wife and I drove over 3 hours from South Carolina on 3/14/25 to visit Raleigh for our Anniversary for the weekend. However, our visit was cut short due to plumbing issues in room 402 where was assigned. There was no hot water in which we couldn't wash. The toilet also began backing up when flushed during the night time. Went to the receptionist to complain on the night of 3/14/25 and she notified the on call maintenance staff and she stated he said nothing couldn't been done that night and it would been the next day. The receptionist didn't offer us a plunger. This was unacceptable and me and my wife had to check early on the morning of 3/15/25 due to inadequate plumbing in which prevented us from washing and using the bathroom. My wife also has medical issues and needed hot water. We was going to stay in room until 3/16/25 but our Anniversary weekend got ruined due to the plumbing issues. I will be filing a complaint with the North Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.

Hotel was very much in need of refurbishments which was supposedly happening during our stay, but they hadn’t got to our room yet. Bathroom was in poor condition, barely any hot water, carpets were dirty and room phone did not work. Area with breakfast was decent but customer service at front desk was not overly friendly. Would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was wonderful! I had to change our reservation, and the night clerk was very helpful and understanding.

This was my worse hotel rating ever. The bed bugs were in our bed and crawling up the wall. The woke my boyfriend up at 5am. They bit his hand and it was swollen.

The customer service from the excellent staff exceeded expectations! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. And the fresh chocolate chip cookies were such a great surprise.

Nice place for the money

The hotel workers were kind and helpful. Our room had issues in the bathroom and the lights from the parking lot shone through the not well fitting Curran’s the crack under the door is large and the hall light was bright under the door.

The room was nice and clean.

Great place to stay, close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Service was good. Room is outdated. Headboard was not inline with the bed. The bathroom door was stuck to floor. No outlets for plugs by bed. Room smells old. Faucet in tub dripped all night. Got worse after shower. Need to be updated.

Stay in a room on the fifth floor, and the roof was leaking. My partner’s clothes got wet from it.

The place is very outdated, not that clean, the carpet was smelly and I ask for them to come and spay something on it to make it better however no one came, I was there for 2 nights and no one came to clean my room

Staff was very very friendly. The water from my bath tub ran all night and my bathroom floor was very sticky and had a funny smell. One elevator broke, not big deal, ROOM WAY OVERPRICED. never again

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Decent breakfast options. The room itself could use some updating. Vanity in bathroom was warped from previous leak and showed some wear. That said the stay was fine.

It was not very clean. The property has not been updated in a long time if at all. The door to the bathroom in our room did not latch. The shower dripped constantly. The entire place smelled like pot. We will not stay here again.

Check in was simple. Room was nice but smelled musty. I had arrived late so went straight to bed. When I woke up the next morning I noticed the carpet in the living room area had a damp spot. Left for the day and when I returned noticed several damp spots on the carpet. Called the front desk and they immediately switched my room and were very apologetic. New room was great! Clean and nice size. Staff was helpful and very friendly. I will stay here again when in town.

I guess the housekeeper forgot to clean under the bed I saw some scraps but overall it’s good

The room did not smell clean. There was dirt on the ceiling. Pool needed to be vacuumed. Staff was not often friendly or helpful

Baseboard next to bathroom had appearance of water damage. Elevators were extremely hot with no air circulation. Dinning room breakfast service was outstanding and helpful with items.

The not so good- running out of a hot breakfast item on a Saturday between 8 and 9. It wasn't life or death, but it was surprising(just eggs). We never had that at another Hilton property. Usually there is a substitute or something on deck. Having the shower curtain be taken from our room and not returned until we talked to the night clerk- that was concerning. I had mentioned it to the day shift at the desk, but nothing happened. The night clerk made it right, but it was disappointing. Having 3 towels for a 4 person room/booking was kind of irksome, but again- the night clerk took care of us. Having a slow drain didn't help either, but that can happen. The carpet was coming up in the room under the desk, but that's just wear and tear- no biggie. Not really sure if the property was just overwhelmed,overbooked, or what, but I expected something different. I only interacted with the day staff one time and they were polite, but based on results- their nighttime staff is awesome. I would say I got what I paid for. If you are looking for 4 star- this isn't the one, but if you are looking for clean and safe- this is a good option- just be a little patient and understanding.

Floor was sticky, rooms carpet was damp, the ac hardly worked and the breakfast was either cold or stale.

The bathroom was moldy (shower, shower curtain, bathroom floor) the ac unit was noisy and kept turning on and off. For checkout the man at the desk was rude and wouldnt even talk, just kept pointing to where things were. Would NOT stay again.

Property is in poor condition. Very dated. Pool was closed. Ice machines didn’t work. Our room was nasty. Ironically, the breakfast was OK. Staff was nice.

Hotel is getting old, one elevator was not working. For breakfast, no food left and took forever to bring extra bread and even coffee.

Older building. One of the two elevators was out. Longer wait times to get to your floor. Room wasn’t ready at 3pm and I had to wait an hour. They didn’t offer anything for this inconvenience. Bathroom was clean but I found hair in my bed that wasn’t mine. Breakfast was ok but they ran out of waffle mix at 9am. Just an average stay. Central location was nice.

Staff was friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable and typical, but it was starting to show wear and tear. Overall a good value and enjoyable.

We liked the professional and courteous staff. We did not like the noisy and defective toilet.

The facilities are old, but what bothered me was the bad service, the front desk staff does not take seriously the complaints I made about the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom and the malfunctioning of the refrigerator.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. THe staff were friendly and cooperative. The free breakfast was hot and delicious. The air conditioner worked well. The motel was quiet and safe.This is the third time I have stayed at this motel.

The only issue is the strong smell I. The hallway the carpets need a very good cleaning and open window . I was a manager of a hotel chain and the more important part of the hotels is cleaning.
