Hilton has spoiled me. Everyone was amazing, the room was beautiful, and the food was really good.

Very disappointed because when we checked in we were given a regular King room and not a King Suite room which we paid for and booked. Our receipt said King Suite but they didn’t give us this. They couldn’t change our room because they were all booked. The clerk intimated that this problem was because we didn’t book directly with them, but went through Hotels.com. I find this unacceptable and it will make me afraid to book through Hotels.com next time.

The whole place is a vibe, from the excellent breakfast to the great bar and luxurious rooms. Well worth the price.

I found this surprising, as I would have expected a maintenance staff member to handle the issue and for smoke alarm batteries to be checked routinely as part of regular upkeep. Given the late hour and the disruption to our sleep, we went ahead and changed the batteries ourselves. Unfortunately, there was no manager available at checkout to discuss the incident. While I otherwise enjoyed my stay, this experience negatively impacted what would have been a relaxing visit

I was at a conference at another nearby hotel. This location and surrounding area is not a great place to host a conference. Overall the hotel was great and clean. I would stay here again.

The Embassy was amazing in a prime location the facilities where clean and fully staffed and the staff were so nice and courteous. We are a family of 5 and we had a family room with bunk beds the breakfast and dinner options were awesome and the bar was great 👍

My room was CLEAN.. I intentionally brought new white socks for walking inside my room, for days I wore them in my room only. When I checked, they were still white on the bottom. It would have been nice to have water in my room for no additional charge.

The room was great and the food, drinks were fine. There was a problem with check in and check out. I was double billed. Apparently, my wife and I separately paid, one through Hilton and the other for Bookings, without realizing it, so a big mistake. However, having quite a lot of experience in working in hotel management and traveling, it was the front desk that should have caught the error. One had my first name and the other reservation had my wife's so they charged her more than booking and then charged again for the booking charge when I was a no show. Under that booking, we asked if she could check in early and permission was granted. However, that was for a reservation for her, with my name on it, and they still charged her for the second reservation while letting her check in early for the first (they thought was for a man checking in with the same last name?) Of course we made a mistake, but the front desk should have flagged a double booking with that last name, as wife was with her sister and I wasn't there. Also, the same type room as well as a request for early check in by the booking app. Our last name is pretty rare, and she was allowed to check in early (that was in the Booking.com reservation) but she was ultimately charged the higher rate from Hilton.) I worked in the area for a few years with local hotels, driving Airport limo, etc. and understand about double bookings. My wife called Hilton and they were not helpful and disputed the two charges until they found they were under two surnames with the same last name. Absolutley nothing. We walk in to check out and there's a full on WWE style drama going on. There's a occupant older lady chasing kids around the hotel pushing them and screaming at them. 4 Raleigh police are called the children's parents want to press charges and the hotel completely refused to cooperate with the police didnt ask to have them removed or anything told the police theyre fine here. No video was presented made up some bs story. I personally heard the woman scream racial slurs toward a group of very polite young men. 3 methheads hanging out out front that are with said lady. Noticeable trac marks up and down their arms looking homeless drinkin liquor on the curb smoking Marijuana. I was here for a youth baseball tournament I had my 4 children with me. They were terrified

This was our third stay at the Embassy Suites in Brier Creek. We returned for all the usual reasons: clean modern facilities, friendly professional helpful staff, good good in Amelia's. Most important 3 years ago a staff member saved my husband's life when he had a heart attack.

I enjoyed the nightly complimentary drinks and the buffet breakfast.

The hotel was great. We were there for a wedding and the staff put us all on the same floor. Everyone was very nice. The room were clean and spacious.

The staff, rooms, hallways, and breakfast were par excellence . I really liked how you had to use a key card to use the elevator.

This is a conveniently located hotel with a very welcoming fresh vibe. The staff is hospitable and the place feels quite new.

The entrance as that curve is deep and at night you can hardly see it LOL

Shortly after getting into bed, both my husband and I experienced itching and redness, likely an allergic reaction to the bedding. It was uncomfortable enough that we had to move and sleep on the sofa bed. We used hydrocortisone and Benadryl to manage the reaction. Thankfully, our kids did not have any issues with their beds, and since we were only staying one night, we didn’t report it to staff at the time. However, these issues made the stay far from comfortable. Aside from this, the property itself seemed fine, but cleanliness and proper room preparation need significant improvement.

The things that I didn't like was the fact that there was not any trash bags in or for the trash cans in the room and there was no trash chute for trash. We had to find a trash can in the hallway to throw the trash in

Easily the best hotel stay we’ve experienced. The staff were so welcoming, the bar and restaurant were excellent and all of the accommodations exceeded expectations. For families, the suite with a bunk bed is perfect. We didn’t get to eat breakfast, but that along with the complimentary reception on the weekends surprised us.

Even the staff didn’t recognize areas I was asking to see. The pool was tiny and a little cloudy. There is no terrace seating area , just a small out door seating area next to the parking lot. The king suite shower flooded our bathroom floor due to poor design. The TV are not smart , no streaming access available.

The room was a good size & housecleaning came and cleaned every day of my stay. There was outdoor & indoor parking available. The location is okay, feels like a decent midpoint to everything. Would definitely return here. N/A

Beautiful property four minutes away from Target, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were clean with separate bedroom and living room. Location is conveniently right off of the highway. Nice bar and breakfast with made to order omelets.

We were able to take advantage of the breakfast but the complimentary drinks we did not because of the restricting hours. Hopefully we will get to do that next time if we come back to Raleigh, NC. The Air Conditioner was not regulated for us to be it on auto properly throughout the night so that could use a little improvement or maybe explained properly through maintenance but overall it was still okay.

It’s set back from everything else - no eating establishments in the immediate area to choose from, compared to other places that I’ve stayed.

After a long flight from California, I arrived to a room that was freezing. I couldn’t figure out the heating system but had the temperature at 82 but wouldn’t heat the room. I finally called the front desk and they said my room was on AC mode and that they will switch to heating!!! Raleigh is freezing at this time, why would you have rooms set for AC and not inform your client that the property controls the temperature at the front desk??!!! Well, it took forever to get the room to a comfortable temperature. I had a terrible night.

The amenities were great nice size pool and outdoor sitting area. I stayed during the Christmas holiday so they even had an event for the guest to come down and enjoy complimentary drinks and food and mingle by the bar it was just a great trip for the holidays to see the families with matching Christmas pajamas and everyone happy and the place was decorated so beautiful with Christmas trees and lights it just made me and my kids happy it definitely was a pleasant stay.

Management, please make sure your employees match everything else that is great about your hotel. Also, please make sure your ingredients are visible to the customers before we step up to order. I used Expedia for a room with / queen beds and unfortunately they gave me a handicapped room. That was all they had for the 1st night. Ms F at the Front Desk was Exceptional and really made sure my needs were exceeded! She is #1!

The hotel was fabulous, and everyone that works there are all fabulous as well, everyone is so nice and helpful. The hotel itself is really nice and very clean, I didn’t see any areas that looked dirty in any sense at all. Instead, one spent over $500 at another hotel, and the other slept on an air mattress at someone's house. The whole idea was to share expenses. Instead, I paid over $1,100 for one person, rather than sharing it with three. I am looking to be compensated for this misrepresentation.

Only suggestion would be an earlier airport shuttle (430am here), as other hotels in the area start at 4am. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Omelets at breakfast were good (although the guys back there could have been a lot friendlier). The potatoes were ice cold, and the pancakes tasted like cardboard. Sausage was good and hot, but the bacon, in the same container, was cold. Room was clean. Would have like a spare blanket.

Large spacious clean room. Loved the morning breakfast with omelets.

Overall the stay was good. However the air conditioning unit did not function properly. Our room was warm but tolerable. The elevator panels and button were filthy. Please wipe them down.

So convenient to airport. Best thing was the staff. Super friendly and helpful.

Issue with a barking dog , I called to the front desk and it was handled. I’m a big dog lover : I was concerned bc he barked for hrs and I was afraid that something was wrong .Overall I have already been looking to book another staycation to enjoy the amenities available and to simply relax….

I always choose Embassy Suites because I get a great room, and look forward to the evening reception and complimentary breakfast.

Customer service the front desk really respectful very clean, quiet. Can’t ask for a better place to stay. This is my second time being here.

The only thing that was unpleasant was some cleaning problems. There was hair on the bathroom floor & some type of brown splatter on the bathroom wall. Also, we were on the 2nd floor in rm 219 so the outside view is the hvac which is not a sight to see. We kept the blinds down. Besides that, the stay was nice.

We had some maintenance issues during our stay. Closet door would not open and bathroom door was broken. Two maintenance personnel were there to fix said problems. Housekeeping was also in room during our stay. If we had been smoking any one of those 3 people would have said something to management on our first day at hotel. Since we did nothing wrong we had nothing to hide. It was only after we checked out that the smoking charge was applied to my card. Housekeeping also came by the morning we were leaving. We told them we would be out of the room by 9:45am. So multiple employees came to our room during our stay. Never once did we smoke and are now being charged for smoking. There was an event being held at the hotel were other people were outside smoking in designated areas.

This hotel experience was the best I’ve ever had it was way better than expected even for the price it was.

Took forever to get lunch served. The sheets had holes in them and the bedspread felt like a dry sand. Uncomfortable.

The complementary breakfast offered an omelet station, oatmeal, cereal, juices, and a nice dark roast coffee option. Our double-queen suite was clean and in good condition. The towels were a little rough feeling, but it's probably due to the heavy detergent. I am already planning my next stay.

Customer service and amenities were excellant. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The one negative was the indoor pool was closed.

Only negative was one staff member behind the desk, who advised me to Google a nearby mall for the hours, in a tone which was dismissive. However, the location was relaxing and the shuttle drivers very kind. I would stay again.

I don’t know who IIs responsible for the room description, but I specifically selected a room for my stay because it indicated a gaming console in the room. I was very disappointed to find this was not true.

Very good experience. Room size was adequate and the breakfast was good. Bathroom was really special and modern.

I stayed at a Embassy Suites in another state the night before - and this Raleigh property was far inferior. For one, much of the staff didn't speak English. Second, the breakfast food was very bland. Third, the hotel did not have any foam pillows on hand. Fourth the fan in the room was loud and could not be turned off.

Clean and neat

Having the best time here, the kids love it and so do I! The only thing that was an issue was the room service, my daughter and I both got sick from it. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance, and that was a big selling point for me, so that sucked!

Check in was easy and fast. Breakfast was hot and fresh and everything stayed stocked.

We had 3 adults and 2 children . The suite was spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Clean and conveniently located

Turned bed down and found it to be full of short, curly, dark hairs and crumbs of some sort. Staff first offered to bring me a set of sheets to change myself. I declined. For $300 a night I insisted on a new room.

Beautiful hotel! Checkin was easy. King suite felt brand new. Two complimentary drink tickets at the bar was unexpected and the breakfast was delicious. The only negative was the pool. It is advertised as heated, it was not. Ice cold.

Sort of a strange room with bunkbeds, and a tub shower. The last time we stayed there, we had a walk-in shower. The fire alarm was a bit disconcerting at 2:30am.

Another great stay!! Clean property! Great staff! Summer at the bar was super attentive and hospitable! A true gem! Second stay in 2 months. As I said in my previous review, this will be my go to stay when in Raleigh! See you next time!

A very pleasant and accommodating staff.

Honestly it felt like i was in an all-inclusive resort. Barley left the hotel. Shopping center is right around the corner with everything you can think of and is in such a nice area. I will definitely be revisiting.
