It is a beautiful hotel!

Two night stay was most comfortable; just needed an adjustable bed for sleep to have been better. Cannot have ALL the perks available at home when traveling; other than that the amenities and location and staff could not have been better! Appreciate the kindness shown by employees from front desk to breakfast to the evening reception helpers. Excellent!

If you are a animal lover or have pets this definitely the best hotel to stay to. I notice a lot of guest had large dogs, they took them to breakfast as well as happy hour. If you have allergies you might wanna look for another place to stay.

Lovely hotel! I would question the "soundproof rooms" claim, as we were woken up by a neighbor having a phone conversation on speaker at 7:15 a.m. I couldn't tell if it was in the hallway or coming through the wall, but we could clearly hear the whole thing. Otherwise, it was lovely!

Very nice hotel, but our room had a continuous leak of water from the vent and the bathtub and is could potentially be a mold problem because of it. I think the room was cheaper for this reason. Hotel breakfast was standard but nothing to write home about. Staff was okay not rude, not nice just okay. I might stay here again but in a different room. Also found what looks like a baby cockroach on the gym equipment. The whole hotel is super moist lol

This stay was amazing! The staff were so friendly and accommodating!! The buffet breakfast was so good everyday with cooked to order omelets available too. They also had happy hour with free drinks, mostly cheaper options but, they have a full restaurant/bar for other paid options, reasonable prices compared to other states. We stayed on the weekend and the bar was closed before 11pm so I was slightly disappointed.

This property was exceptionally well kept and clean. This staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast and Bar was amazing. Will be visiting again

The air conditioning stop working in the middle of the night and it wasn’t worth alerting staff as we were leaving very early. I liked how spacious the rooms were. I was surprised by a call from the manager asking me if there was anything she could do for me. I enjoyed that very much.

Working as a general manager in hospitality, you have a different set of eyes and standards. I will say as a returning guest this stay was amazing per usual. One staff member in particular stood out (STEPH)!! Steph was very personable, attentive, professional and a jack of all trades! What ever you need, you can count on Steph to assist and make your stay comfortable and remarkably perfect. I know he just got promoted but promote him again! :) Goooo Stephhhh!!

For a little context the room I stayed in had a fair amount of wear from use, the shower didn't fully switch from the tub spout to the shower head, the desk table had sticky residue on it and there were some maybe beverage stains on the carpet so I kept my shoes on and showered fast. But otherwise all of what you may need for a restful night and efficient morning were provided. like most places there are areas that could be improved but not a bad start. Additionally I was commuting to another embassy for a conference and was able to use the same parking pass during the day. so that was a nice perk that the staff was quickly able to sort out for me.

Ran out of lobby at 11 bc another group of people were loud. Cops were even called. Pull out sofa slept terrible.

We arrived pretty late, but I had called to let them know it would be in the wee hours of the morning. Our room was ready and available on a night that was completely sold out. There were no issues. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The rooms were fairly clean. Howvever, there was lots of dust/trash around the edges of the rooms. Check in staff was efficient and pleasant. Breakfast staff didn't seem to be able to keep up with the crowds and were frustrated with them. Broken juice dipenser? That's really sad for a breakfast bar. Pool got overrun by a group of unruly and inconsiderate boys and inattentive parents.

We booked and paid for a suite that sleeps 8...three beds. We were given a suite with two beds and charged the same. We made multiple attempts to email the property about this issue but no one cared. Also, the pool was small and over crowded and the rooms could use some updating.

The hotel has a weird smell both in and out the rooms. The cleaners aren’t ding a good job cleaning. We had to clean. I went to talk to the hotel staff and they didn’t offer up an apology or offer to have it cleaned the entire stay. The beds are very uncomfortable. Even with the free breakfast, and complimentary drink st happy hour, I would not stay here again.

Great location and clean I requested joined rooms, was told that could be done, when I checked in, they had given the joined room to someone else. I was able to stay in the room next door, but they weren’t joined. My kids were in the other room so not getting the joining room made me nervous.

Property was kept up nicely. The made to order omelette station was great for breakfast! We would stay here again.

The front desk and restaurant staff were so kind and personable. This is the only hotel location that I will stay at when in Raleigh. The breakfast buffet is always fresh, plentiful and delicious. The King Suite was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable.

The room was clean, the breakfast in the morning over and above any I’ve had before. The exercise room was great! I used it every evening and it was nice and quiet. The only complaint I have is the pool. My 3 yr old grandson was walking and still slipped. It was very slippery. Also, we used the pool for 3 days and by the last day, the water was getting a little cloudy and could’ve used some attention. There were a lot of kids who used it over the weekend so it should’ve been taken care of.

Parking. There was limited parking in the so called "four story" parking deck. The fourth floor might as well not exist due to shattered glass from previous break in's. I arrived back at the hotel at 1:11am from an event in the Raleigh area on the NC State campus. The only parking that remained was on the dreaded fourth floor. refusing to park there i drove around trying to fit my Ford F-150 into spots that were not adequate. At 3:06am. Yes, almost 2 hours later. I approached the front desk and made them aware of the situation. They allowed me to park in the front of the hotel. Only to come downstairs at 8:30 AM with a paper on my windshield that said "TOW". I wish this was untrue. A nightmare.

Check in was easy, room was clean but musty, shower floor is slippery (ask for a bath mat if this is an issue). Breakfast was fresh and attendants kept everything stocked.

I can’t wait to come back to this hotel! Everything was perfect. From check in to check out. Next time I’ll plan to take the shuttle to save on driving. Breakfast and happy hour are always a plus with my family. The gym and pool were awesome! I was not expecting to see photos of microbiology hanging on my room wall. The design and layout of the place is so beautiful! My family loved everything about the Embassy at Crabtree!

Everything was kind of "meh". There were potato chip crumbs and a lost earring in the pull out couch mattress. The breakfast wasn't open early on Saturday when we needed to eat, and the coffee in the lobby was empty. On Sunday we were able to get breakfast but they only had one person making omelets so it took 45 minutes to get ours. I wouldn't pick this hotel again.

There was baseball teams there and then another convention and then also a wedding party at is way to many groups of folks in the hotels. There was no parking the garage was tough to understand. The rooms need to be updated you couldn’t even eat breakfast because of the groups.

Some areas were a little dated or worn and tub spout leaked, but the staff was always friendly and helpful. Pool is small and a little cold, but my child enjoyed it, The daily evening happy hour with free drinks and snacks was a nice touch. We were on the premier floor and enjoyed the daily snack trays. The location was super convenient and was a short drive to anywhere we were going.

I couldn’t get rest Saturday due to kids running up and down the hallway. Not sure who kids they were but parents need to keep control of the children. All you heard was yelling and hollering which broke my sleep I had to be up early in the morning to catch flight this morning. I will be reaching out to corporate for this matter to see if there can be something done. Other then that rooms was cleaned , staff was very professional.

As a hilton honors member I was not acknowledged as one usually you get two waters and a thank you. The cook on friday and sat at the omlet station was slow and not friendly at all the other staff members were excellent the food was good and coffee was great the rooms were very clean and the maids were very good and friendly great location

The hotel was great breakfast is wonderful. Enjoyed happy how and amenities our only issue was that we thought that we had a standard with 2 double beds but when we got there it was only a long and pull out sofa. They said there were not any other double bed rooms available when I asked so my kids slept uncomfortably .

The hotel is right across from Crabtree Mall so an array of restaurants and shopping are close by. I had to do a four hour ZOOM meeting in my room and during that time there were no noise or interrupts of any kind. I had my do not disturb sign out and the attendant was kind enough to leave a bag with fresh towels on my door. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The hotel and my room was well lit and cheerful. The room was clean and the furniture was in good repair.

The hotel bumps your particular reservation if you book with a third party. This is the third time our double queen bed booking turned into a king size with sofa bed. Most of the time the sofa beds are not comfortable so it poses a problem for us.

The hotel is in a great location and the amenities are wonderful.

Room was clean and spacious. I love that the rooms are suites as I usually travel witj 4 or more people. The suites allow for more space to move around in. Breakfast is always great and hot. Love the variety of foods and the taste. Happy hour is a bonus. One of my favorite hotels.

The room was ok it was dusty I stayed sick the whole time. They turned off the hvac system for like three hours, then we had to leave cause it was hot in there and I couldn’t breathe. The staff was nice. The amenities outside of the room was good. They need to upgrade.

Your night front desk staff went above and beyond whatever job requirements they have when I could not find my elderly family member. All was well in the end but I will never forget his kindness. Can’t recall the name but he was a young guy with longish dark hair. Please let him know how grateful I am for his assistance and patience with a frantic family member. He deserves employee of the year!!!

The staff at this location are both responsive and very helpful. The lobby area is quite nice and they offer a solid free breakfast with nice choices including fresh made to order omelets. The property is very clean and centrally located. Unfortunately, when it comes to the premium suites which are advertised as newly renovated, it’s clear the job went to the lowest bidder. The rooms are quite shabby and renovation included painting old wall paper and taking a marker and drawing constellations on the mirror over the coffee station. Given the number of options in that area that are either new or actually renovated, I would recommend staying somewhere else if staying for more than one evening.

Staff never answered when I called the front desk for things and to only get down there and 5 ppl were just standing at the desk. My card was charged with zero explanation of extra fees and charges when I asked for a receipt at check out I was told they don’t have that. Other than the staffs lack of service the hotel itself is really nice and nearby a lot of things

We stayed in the one of the 1 bedroom suites and the carpet was dump and smelly,.

The space was great,however you csb hear people constantly walking in front of the door all-night. The water was Luke warm at best.

Property was up to date and common spaces were very clean. Room was fairly well cleaned with exception of Cheerios stuck to the side of the couch, table, hairs in the shower and black hairs all over the pull out mattress pad. We ended up calling for fresh bedding for the pull out and changed everything ourselves. Inquired about waiving parking for a military serviceman (as many hotels do) and the male manager was fairly rude about it and said no. Breakfast was good and well stocked each morning, although I didn’t appreciate one of the workers telling a story to the host and cussing in ear shot of my young children. Overall probably wouldn’t stay again but it was fine for this one stay.

We stayed on the ninth floor, to the delight of my kids. Upon entering the room, my expectations were a bit under met. The room was average, definitely not exceptional. It very much showed its age, and while the room seemed overall clean, the phone had either age or dirt spots around the numbers, the bed was fraying around the edges and there was yellowing at places on the walls. The bathroom faucet leaked onto the sink. They have a reception each evening with alcoholic drinks, fountain drinks and snacks like cheese and crackers and such. The kids really enjoyed the “Shirley temple” drinks with cherries and snacks while we waited for our pizza. The staff were exceptional and super helpful. The hotel also shows its age in the lobby on closer inspection, many of the chairs have wear spots or stains. It’s really unfortunate, as I think this could be higher rated hotel if the owner was just willing to improve these details like new furniture, fresh paint and a bit more attention to maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed staying, and my kids want to come back but my adult detail-oriented mind struggled to justify these obvious flaws they were willing to let go unchecked.

Every evening they host a complimentary reception which includes two beverages and snacks in the main lobby. The atmosphere is welcoming! The hotel location is perfect just a few steps from Crabtree Mall and plenty of great eateries. Walking into the hotel gives you such a good vibe. It’s nice, quiet, and beautifully decorated, and I absolutely love the glass waterfall feature. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I felt completely at home here!

Love the new look and upgrades of the Embassy suite great locatio. Walk ability SVU to one of the biggest and busiest mall and some of the best restaurants in the area. The made to order breakfast omelettes is one of the best features of the hotel great stay, very pleasant..

My experience was awesome from my check in until my check out. The young man who checked us in, Jaylen Pulley, was awesome. He was very helpful and made the check process seamless. The room was great. It definitely met the needs of our group. Having the 530 to 730 happy hour was great as well. Really allowed us to start our evening off with a bang.

This was a step above most hotel breakfasts. Staff was super attentive and polite.

The property amenities were clean and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. The rooms are in need of a renovation. Our bathroom smelled like an old bathroom that just won’t come clean. Some fixtures were broken. The carpets and furniture were worn and in need of replacement. The room smelled dated and slightly musty. The photos online make the room look nicer than it actually is. But overall our stay was pleasant. I would choose a different hotel in the same price point next time though.

We always love staying at the Embassy Suites Crabtree in Raleigh! We even had a card from the housekeeping staff welcoming us! We encountered several employees who were all very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!!

He keep saying because we booked thu expidia there was nothing he could do . He said this happens all the time. I asked for a manager and anouther lady came up and basically said the same thing. I told i was not happy with there level of service and i did not know how to contact expidis by phone. If you have ever tried to contact expedia by phone you know how longthat could take to find a number and get a hold of a person, especially at nighg. She kept saying that i booked thu expida / a third party and there was nothing we could do. I beg her for expidias phone number and after an hour on the phone we finally got are room. 12pm I ccmplained to the manager the next day and he did nothing and blamed expidia. I also left a bad review and corporate said they would call mee and didn't Also the tolet did not flush properly . I asked them to fix it and they didn't. The thermostat in are foom was broken so we could not use the heater. It was 67 in are room. I didn't bother asking for them to fix it since they really didnt care. I will not stay at embassy sweets again or book thru expidia.

Amazing and attentive staff!

The hotel has an interesting design with large enclosed center space. It feels 70s/80s retro, and it's neat to sit at the ground floor common area. Had a room on the 2nd floor (which is what connects to the parking garage) by the elevators - it was a little loud. Otherwise room was nice and in good shape; bed and couch very comfortable. There were three sinks for some reason if you're into that.

This was the most exceptional facility we have ever experienced. Consequently, if a property is not affiliated with Hilton, we will refrain from making future accommodations. The level of satisfaction we achieved was truly remarkable.

Arrived for check-in and front desk informed us “the system” had oversold so the suite we had reserved with enough beds for us was not available. We were put in a very crowded suite which was unpleasant. Were offered a discount which was nice but didn’t make up for the bad experience. We’re off so offered to check the next day to see if a larger suite was available, but we had a very busy itinerary on our trip and would not have had time to pack up all of our belongings and move to another room so we didn’t. Overall, just a really bad experience.

Nothing but one elevator was working the whole weekend…it took forever to get a ride, had to take the stairs a few times from the 5th floor

This would be my fourth time staying there I believe and every time I’ve stayed there I’ve been nothing but happy with the services and the convenience of everything. I will definitely be back within the next six months. I look forward to staying there again.

Gave me a handicapped room that I did not request and I could not change

Everything was very good as usual. Clean and well appointed rooms, easy check in, nice extras with breakfast and happy hour. Only caveat is parking, garage access always an issue, awkward and tight parking and for some reason no recognition that the majority of guest vehicles are 1500 class pickups and SUVs and not compact cars. Why is so much of the garage painted off for compact, all this for an extra $10 a night as well.

Nor did they mention they were sticking us in a handicap accessible room. That wouldn’t have been a problem if I was 5’4” or smaller since the shower head was pointed at my chest. I never requested this type of room, and they should have asked me upon checking in. Hotel itself is dated and dark, nothing appealing about it. No reason to ever return, and no reason to recommend. Now I’ll await the canned response from a “manager” who pretends to show concern and values my opinion.

For the price everything was okay. I gave 4 stars because I remind myself that Embassy Suites are run down now and not what they were 15 years ago.

Bed comfortable, room & pool clean. However check-in associate not very friendly or accommadating. Made online reservation weeks in advance & paid extra for walk-in shower handicap room. Was given room with high bathtub & grab bars. Room was long horrible distance from elevator. Who designed that & thought it was good idea. They will give you 2 alcohol drinks for free, but don't ask for a N/A beer to socialize & safely drive, they will charge through the nose. Zero accommodation for a smoker. Would a bench & ashtray at far end of parking lot etc, be too much for a respectful smoker?

The hotel staff was amazing. Especially the women's making the omelets in the morning. The room was nice. However, it can use a carpet update. It was frayed in areas and stained.

Great place to stay

The property is beautiful. Free parking is a bonus. Convenient to the interstate.

The rooms are set up around an indoor atrium which is covered but the hallways are open into this (like a motel set up). The atrium is not well cooled and gets warm, stuffy, and very humid during the summer. The carpets in this central area/hallways had a really dank smell (should consider replacing with indoor/outdoor carpet as I think the carpeting is rotting due to the heat/humidity). Once inside a room there was good AC, which offsets this dankness once you are in a room/suite. WiFi is slow. The rooms were comfortable otherwise with comfortable beds. We asked for an extra blanket and the one sent up was not clean (had toothpaste on it, disgusting)-- I have never had that happen before- we asked for another and as far as I know the second one was clean? Another couple who stayed with our group brought their baby. A pen was sent up by the hotel for them but no sheets for it. A couple of days later the baby's father placed her in the pen and moments after discovered baby chewing on a cleaning rag the staff had left in the pen (suspect it was hung over the side of the pen and then fell in and was left). I know they complained about this also. The hotel is convenient to Crabtree Mall and other things. All in all was comfortable enough to sleep ok. But due to cleanliness issues we won't be returning.

My 4 stars really go to Jaylen, Mika, and Ricardo! Also, the very nice people during the manager’s reception and breakfast time. The property needs to be updated. The cleaning staff are lazy and act like they can’t see hair all over in the bathrooms. This was both times that I stayed here. I had to ask for cleaning supplies and rags to be left in my room. I watched a man act like he couldn’t see the multiple hairs in the shower. Someone came into my room, moved stuff around but never cleaned it. Then, when I called to the front desk, the lady that they sent up to clean told me to leave and had an attitude. On my first stay, I was told the shuttle can’t take me to the airport or pick me up. That was a complete lie. My second time, I found out that the shuttle can do airport rides. Made me spend extra for Ubers when I did not have to order an Uber. I will not stay at this property again!

The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bed, however, was perfection. I got incredible sleep. We would stay again as long as the price was right. Otherwise, there are plenty of hotels in the area.

It was so far from other attractions. Excepts for shopping and dining options there was nothing much in the area.

We enjoy our stay everytime we book here! I love that the rooms have 3 sinks! A wet bar, one in bed room and bathroom. The bathroom is also spacious. The breakfast bar had a variety of options to include an omelet station. They also offer complimentary cocktails during happy hour.

This property needs updated badly! Air conditioning didn’t cool off my suite. The bathroom and bedroom were warm.

I loved a lot of the experience! The receptions and breakfasts were top notch! I also hugely appreciated the shuttle services, so cool! I only wished for two things. The air struggled to meet the desired temperature in my room, not dipping below 72 or 71. I also wish the shower heads were a lot higher on the wall. I had to squat to get my head wet. But overall, I had a really good experience. Thanks!

Unfortunately it was not a good experience this time. The hotel smelled like urine, on the elevators, on my floor, just bad.I had to have the cleaning staff come back to clean my bathroom because they left the wall dirty. I applaud how quickly they fixed the issue. The hotel was really loud very late at night and I was on the 6th floor. The staff was amazing, helpful. Customer service supreme, it just wasn't a good visit this time.

The hotel is amazing. Great for families, the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great too with good selections. There was an evening cocktail everday. We enjoyed everything and will be back.

Great stay! Was forced to stay in a hotel while my apartment was renovated. Ended up having a fantastic time. Loved breakfast to order and free complimentary drinks. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Felt safe and clean.

Wonderful stay!

My stay was good but trying to figure out why they card my credit card $32.19.

Disliked all the kids running about wet and dripping from the pool, including in the elevator. It was tacky, invasive and dangerous to say the least.Seems like supervision or policies should be in place and enforced. Would not stay at this Embassy Suites again for the price. Only average to us.

The staff is incredibly rude! Most of the staff we encountered were the rudest human beings we have ever encountered. Not one staff member was happy to be at work.

Room carpet is old worn and dirty. Doesn't smell good on room. Makes everything feel dirty and nasty.

My biggest complaint was of a staff member of the bar. Came to the hotel to celebrate my birthday and got an ice cream cake for the room. Great, forgot to get a couple forks, my bad. Well, I go down to the only area I would expect silverware and plasticware to be kept (the bar/dining area),and said "Hi there, do you guys have any plasticware or a couple forks we could have for our room"? Guy behind the bar has an attitude as if my existence was an inconvenience and goes "Uh, no. We don't keep anything back here. Go check with the front desk" and just had a nasty attitude. Immediately after he goes "Well I did just set out forks for the evening reception, you can take a couple if you need them". Great, if that was an option why didn't we start there instead of the attitude and the go around. I'm not knocking the entire staff of the hotel as 99% of the staff was awesome. The lady who served the drinks for the evening reception was awesome, and the cooks who made all of the breakfast food were nice and accommodating. Overall, hotel is nice, just avoid going to the bar if you need/want something.

If I could give negative stars I would. My family and I ended up leaving this hotel and finding another one after we were given two dirty rooms and the worst part the second room had blood stained carpet. Our toddler has asthma and immediately started coughing from the air quality and mold coming from the vents. We could not stay there, when leaving the man at the front desk did not even offer to help, offer any type of make good or even an apology. Completely unacceptable and I am not fighting to get a full refund from the property. I have video and photos as evidence.

I definitely need a free night stay I had the worst night ever on the sleeper sofa. Sprangs was all so hard.Sticking in me sofa was just horrible.

Was there for one night for the Wu-Tang concert. Everything was exceptional. Staff was friendly. Rooms and hotel were clean. Would recommend. Short drive to Lenovo Center.

Food good

Our party was friends who gathered from out of town to our old stomping ground of Raleigh. The suite enabled us to have an area that was separate from the bedroom to socialize. The bed was extremely comfortable. The suite was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was beautiful with great lighting. I would definitely recommend Embassy Suites Raleigh.

Our only issue with our stay was breakfast this morning. The food and drinks were not filled (ie. grits bowl was empty, orange and apple juice dispensers were empty) at 10:00 am when we went to breakfast. Otherwise, our stay was great:)
