The room is very nice. I wish the tv had streaming services available. The shower only has a half door which makes it cold. I am a little concerned because they take a deposit and they said when I checked out it would be refunded but it has been 4 days and it is still in my charges.

I like the room ! it’s spacious with a nice lay out, hotel was close to many activities, it was clean overall. the staff are friendly and welcoming. I didn’t like that breakfast isn't included in the price for it not to be many breakfast options. The bathroom was okay, I just think the water could be hotter.

I needed shuttle airport service Sunday evening and it was not available. I used Lyft, with a significant expense. I wrote to GM requesting reimbursement and have not received a response. I'm a Marriott Rewards member and although the stay was generally OK, given the extra expense and no response, I won't use this facility again.

The only complaint I have is that our refrigerator in the room did not work so we lost half of our dinner/leftovers because I stuck them in the fridge only to find out the next morning that is wasn’t on so I was very disappointed

The location and staff. Quiet hours, if your quiet hours are at 10 pm then everything should be shut down like the fire pit at 10 pm also. What’s the use of using the fire pit if people are going to complain about people talking around it after 10 pm. But other than that it was cool stay.

Not having the room provided as requested went thru multi rooms with manager was very unsatisfied, and TV didn't work also the sink drain was closed and couldn't get it open to drain

Very nice hotel and staff was friendly. Room and bathroom is really nice, with a small exception of two plumbing. The shower faucet handle and face plate were not installed correctly. And the bathroom sink had a slow drain. Other than that it was perfect.

While eco friendly, the lack of option to keep the fan running on the AC made for more sleep interruptions throughout the night as it turned on and off audibly. For some it may not be an issue but for those that are more sensitive to sound it's frustrating. Other than that I had a lovely stay

Cons: The TV was very small considering the size of the room and what you see at other hotels. Seemed like a '32 Samsung, I think, and it was right over the work desk. So while I was working on my laptop and trying to watch TV I had to crane my neck to see the TV. Also the selection of TV channels was extremely limited on the weekend. Then on Monday morning when we were checking out, all of a sudden a bunch of new channels appeared. What was that? And I remember back in the day when they would make up your room while you were out working or sightseeing, and you would come back to your room in the evening and find the bed made and fresh towels. Now if you want your bed made you have to make it yourself, and if you want clean towels you have to call the front desk and beg for them.

Overall it was a great stay, the room was nice and clean, I loved the bathroom although the glass covering half the shower was a bit weird. My only complaint is that my key stopped working on the second night of the stay and I had to go to the front desk twice to get new keys, that still didn't work.

My husband and I booked a room for 3 people with a pull out couch and the room did not have one. My sister had no where to sleep. They offered her her own queen room but stated she would have to pay for it. The Expedia description is incorrect and the hotel didn't follow up . We had to borrow an air mattress from a local family member. at 9:30 pm for my 60 year old sister to sleep on. Staff, despite being polite and professional credited us $40. Our situation was worth more than that for sure.

I was not impressed with the room, the way the bed faces the TV is not the best, the lights were really low and the sofa and carpet seem dirty. The bathroom floors also seem dirty. My bed was not made, I was disappointed to come to rest and found my bed not made. A colleague told me they only made them every other day?

My check-in experience was horrible. It took forever. And the front deck made it a hassle.

The hotel is very clean, has wonderful amenities, and the staff was very friendly. It is attached to the Radisson (by Marriott) which offers complementary breakfast (the Courtyard does not), but the front desk clerk informed us of, which was nice of him. The hotel itself is very nice and seems new. We were very pleased with its access to the Brier Creek shopping area and it was easy to find off Hwy 70.

Pool open. Go next door to Marriott for food because theirs was being refurbished. Clean and pretty.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Courtyard. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, our room was clean and spacious, there was a lot to do within 15-20 miles of the property, as well as great food to choose from within a 5-minute drive. We had a very minor issue that was met with the highest level of attention, and that made the stay even better! I'd highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the vicinity. I'd definitely stay again!

Great place and very helpful staff

The staff each tell you different things that really made our stay awful. First I was told we didn’t have to check out until 4:00 and a shuttle was a auto take all of us to the airport. The next day the “supervisor “ said she needed to train her staff and we couldn’t stay later than noon but she would keep our suitcases until 4:00 so we had to leave the property and spend more money. Then I paid parking for 5 days and was told to call upon return and the shuttle would pick us up. I called and was told they didn’t have a driver until 4:00.

Cleanliness has taken a beating as I had been using this hotel since last 6 months and have stayed frequently but not now. Next time if will be nit be this hotel again

The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. I had a scooter delivered to the desk and they went above and beyond to keep it for me until I arrived.

Light over desk did not work.

I enjoyed ny stay there.

Everything was good. Only complaint is the body wash was out or bottle pump not working. Had to use shampoo. 😊

Unique room layout and decor was cool!

The hotel was very clean and also very quiet which was perfect. My wife and I were hopeful to find a place to relax for a few days and this was a wonderful place to do so. There are tons of convenient dining options nearby which made it all the better. Highly recommended.
