That was for 1 night only. The chair in the room could have come from a refuse location. It was tattered, filthy and maybe just cleaner than the carpet.

Location The bed was uncomfortable, needed extra blanket, extra pillows. The men in the unit next-door were loud most of the night did not get any sleep. Would not stay there again.

Paint was chipping in the room and there was rust in the room on some of the walls and I felt like the rooms needed better cleaning and up grading

We were in the Presidential Suite and did not get a King room as we signed up for. The bathroom was not in good shape. The paper holder was badly rusted from pee. The toilet seat was broken. The hot and cold water was backwards in the tub. The shower was difficult to turn on. The breakfast was a hot pocket. They had AC units and refrigerators sitting in the hall. They had my wife and myself (2 older people) upstairs without an elevator. I would not use the kitchen for anything I planned to eat or drink. The ice maker in the hall and TV worked well.

It was quiet. The sheets were a little itchy. The ice machine and venting machines was dirty. The carpets were dirty and smelling. The walls, doors and baseboards were real dirty. Didn't smell any cleaning fluids. Lights in bathroom made alot of noise when you cut them on.

Large room, comfortable bed, clean, ac you can actually control, kitchen,nothing broken. What more could you require from a budget roadside hotell?

Free breakfast, even though it was late. Room was dirty, and smelly. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the room. Also the door to the bathroom was completely broken. Wouldn’t close at all.

The stairwell and hallway of second floor reeked of weed. My room smelled fine but the trip to my room was super-stinky. Friday night was really bad. People were holding the outside door for people without keys. All night was doors slamming and chaos

Reception staff was very welcoming. She accidentally gave me the wrong room key but called me before I had brought all of my things in from the car and was very apologetic. The second room had an overwhelming floral scent. I checked at the front desk and was told that all of the rooms are sprayed with eucalyptus. I ended up canceling my room and getting a refund from Expedia. Overall, the hotel was clean, but in need of upgrade (carpet, paint, mattress, etc). An old AC unit was sitting in the hallway.

Everything I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN the guess next door to my room were loud, not sure what was going on. The facility needs an entire upgrade. Very disappointed

It snowed while we were there but the sidewalks never got shoveled. Also my husband got multiple bites on his arm from something overnight.

Room lacked any sound proofing and sleep was a problem with extremely loud guests and loud televisions late at night. Staff was pleasant and there was plenty of eating options and shopping close by.

The room and the building were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was I am 76 and my sister 75 so having to carry our luggage and computers up a flight of stairs to the second floor was inconvenient.

The front desk receptionist was very sweet and the room was nice and clean, but everything was in such poor condition. Shower was broken (handheld nozzle had a broken clamp), sink had no plug, carpet was very stained and felt gummy, mattress was very worn with a big dip in the middle, pillows were unbelievably thin and flat. I didn't like how the room got cancelled after a successful payment just to find out the day of it declined I feel like I should have received a email or call the night of and not hours later

Stayed here a few times now, conveniently located and reasonably affordable. Clean, no elevator as only 2 stories. The only issue I had was I was given a room on the 2nd floor next to someone who had their TV on all night and could hear it. Not sure if they were staying temporarily or not.

Dated furnishings, fair for the money! Good coffee! Beside ABC STORE, Mexican restaurant in the front, Bar-B-Que restaurant in the back, and a block from a beautiful walking park with plenty of paved trails. Plenty of restaurants within a ten minute drive!

The breakfast was disappointing, there was bread, but no butter, jelly or eggs to eat it with. The room was selling very musty, it seemed as thought the carpet needs changing or a good deep cleaning. my friend who was staying there in another room, got there before me and had to ask for something to spray out the room. I used some lysol spray to make it comfortable to spend the night. I was leaving at 11:00 am, I left at 8:30 am because the room odor was not of the best.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. But last night I have never heard so much noise trying to go to sleep. Kids crying and screaming and I’m talking about after 10 o’clock.

The staff was absolutely amazing. There was mold at the bottom edge of the shower in the bathroom. The room could use a renovation. From the outside, it looked like a couple of rooms on the second floor had blinds a curtains falling down.

Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I made my reservations online. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the receptionist told me there were no more rooms available. After a few minutes she contacted the manager on duty to assist her, I was told that there was an error and another customer had the same issue, she then apologizes for the error and inconvenience and said she only had a handicap room available. at this time, I was so exhausted because I had travel 2 hours to get here. I told her I would take it under the circumstances. She then informs that the jacuzzi didn't work. She was very kind and considerate of my feelings. She was also very professional and had a wonderful attitude.

The pictures online are very deceiving. When we got there, the first room they gave us had such a strong musty smell that we didn’t even make it all the way inside and had to ask for a new room. The second room didn’t smell as bad, but there were several other problems with this room. For starters, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. When we went into the bathroom, we noticed little tiny hairs, what looked like could be pubic hairs, all over the toilet paper and the toilet seat. The front desk attendant came in to replace all of the toilet paper. Naturally we wanted to change rooms again but clearly the hotel itself wasn’t well taken care of and we had just taken a 9 hour drive from Jersey so we were exhausted and didn’t want to keep having to switch rooms so we just stayed and made it work. The shower was dirty and also had a visible hole in the wall behind the showerhead which they failed to cover up or even take care of at all. The couch and the desk chair were just very worn and old and didn’t look desirable to sit in but again, we did because it was the only place to sit and eat. The fridge was dirty. The bathroom sink had no stopper and was visibly dirty and old. The towel racks had rust all over them. At a point we needed ice but the machine in the hall was very old and dirty so we went to a gas station to get a bag of ice instead. [I bought a candle to mask the odor a bit]. There was a hole in the bathroom made by the doorknob. The bedskirt was stained & wrinkled. The noise from the laundry room & vending area were constant while I was in the room. The AC unit sort if rattled when it was on. When I got into bed after midnight, it was rock hard and very uncomfortable. My shoulders, back and hips couldn't tolerate it. I attempted to sleep in the chair, but it was hard as well. I checked out at 3:30am. The desk clerks were very kind and apologetic. The shower & vanity were clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor as well as under/ around the vanity. It was truly the worst experience I've had in a long time.

The room we had shared a wall with the office/breakfast area. At 2-4 am there were people in that area that were very loud and woke us up.

Hard to locate - GPS gave us the run around. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was frozen baked goods, not worth eating. Overall the stay was fine and the price more affordable than most places. Nice location.

Love The area. However, the hotel is dated and needs improvements. Carpet was dingy and room needed painting. We stayed on the bottom floor and had loud children running until late in the evening as well as people arguing outside their rooms into the night.

I got there ..checked the mattress for creepy crawlies. There were none . The I gave the pillow some well deserved head. I woke up and left

This is an older hotel, however the staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great price. I would stay there again.

Close to everything Good for a short stay needs a little fixing But I found the place to worth the money Overall not bad

Staff was great…..property is old. Rooms were humid, smelled like smoke Side door broken anyone could walk into property. Our room had a broken deadbolt as well as outlets that did not work.

It was ok especially for the area the breakfast had to be better but there’s always waffle housr and bojangles across the street

we had a water bug in our room, and it was a bad smell like the carpet need cleaning.

Place was disgusting it smelled of cigarettes and weed there where stains all over the room and trash bathroom had blood on the walls and rust everywhere all around gross

The rooms were outdated and messy. Mold on the window shade panels, paint chipped on walls and there isn’t an elevator.

Beds and pillows uncomfortable. AC half worked. No elevator. “Breakfast” was hot pockets and hostess danishes. Would not recommend

Television in next room was too loud

The landscaping is beautiful, but inside the property wasn't. It was average at best. The room smelled funny -old and like it was cleaned - I ended up opening the window and door to air it out. The carpet smelled moldy and was ripped in one place and the walls need painted. And, of course, I could easily hear people stomping in their bare feet above me. I didn't partake in the breakfast, but it looked like it was pastries and cold cereal. Overall, the place is not worth the almost $100 per night charged.

The wife and I stayed for 1 night. It's definitely old and outdated but no major issues with the stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it was quiet. They had a decent breakfast. The wife thought the bed was uncomfortable.

The carpet was dirty! We walked on the floor with socks so we didn’t have to feel the carpet and you should have seen the bottom of our socks! Then the bathroom has paint falling off the walls. Also, the toilet paper holder was so old it had a hard time holding onto the paper! You could see rust all over the bathroom. Then our neighbors next to us had kids that were screaming! So I would not recommend this place at all and next time I would rather stay farther away so you get what you pay for!! Not to mention we put do not disturb on the door when we left and they came into our room anyway to clean!!

Love the quiet and set off road. Hate the no elevator when have luggage

Clean, wonderful staff, badly in need of renovation!

I was in Room 108, which was a handicapped bathroom. There was very limited space to sit something. There was no countertop. Only the back of the toilet tank. Lots of handicapped bars, but no where to hang a towel. There was only one chair in the the actual bed area, with two people in the room someone is always required to sit on the side of the bed. This is not very comfortable.

checking starts at 3 pm,i got there after 3 pm,room wasnt still ready,so i wasnt happy about that....

It’s convenient being in Knightdale. Not in the best of maintenance. The side door was not locked and so was not secure. The sliding door to the lobby did not work and was half open. The breakfast was all vending machine stuff. Not up to par with the Super 8 and Quality Inn we also stayed at on our NC trip.

Nice attentive staff and always available to assist

We only stayed one night so we didn't have to take a long drive at 2am. Worked perfect for us. Hotel and room were clean. Plenty of restaurants on the main road. The only thing some may not like is that there is no elevator. There is only two floors so it was no problem for us but if you have a lot of luggage to carry it would be a problem. Overall I would definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a simple hotel, this is the one.

Quiet and comfortable room. Easy check in. Breakfast wasn’t much so we passed on it. Otherwise a good experience.
