The place is infested with roaches. They don’t clean the bathrooms or rooms properly. The room had dead and live roaches.

The Hotel was Good. No Restaurants nearby.

The room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful, very nice stay all around.

The breakfast was really quite good. I really appreciated the fresh ground coffee that was used to make coffee. The biscuits and gravy were to our liking (less pepper). The room was great. The shower felt great and the bed was excellent. We slept well. The help that checked us in were friendly and professional. My wife enjoyed the exercise bike in the gym! Unfortunately there were no restaurants to be found that were close to hotel. Had to drive in to Quincy, where there were a variety places. About 2 miles away. And like many places, the sink stopper was not functional. For shaving you need hot water and a full bowl of water. Unfortunately this is not acceptable....this is basic. Please check the sink and make repairs. Do you regularly do such inspections?

So surprised by this hotel, due to its location, along trucking route. It is so quiet, clean, fresh linens, fresh food. I enjoyed my stay.

Checking in was easy and quick. There was no ice on the second floor. It was quiet on the floor which was appreciated though. Will stay again!

I was given a handicapped room at first. The door did not lock and that room was dirty. We let the staff know and he was very accommodating and changed to a more secure cleaner room. After we were moved, we were very satisfied with everything.

AC/Heat control wasn't working. Pool wasn't in working order to be able to use. I was told Expedia would send me a receipt rather than the clerk supplying one. The staff was good; parking was good.

Friendly staff and comfortable setting. The pool was not open when we were there, although it was filled up, they were waiting for the health inspector to pass it before anyone could use it and that hindered our spring break plans for the pool as our entire stay we couldn’t swim.

We tried several sit down restaurants that were either closed or out of food, lol. We ended up eating at the local Hardee's. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating.

Coffee and breakfast quality was good. Very poor sound and light insulation. We can hear the TV from next door and it was on all night; we did not get much sleep. Window coverings did not block light from outside. The room smelled like sewage. Bathroom (exhaust) fan was extremely loud.

The hotel had no hot water for the 2 nights we stayed and apparently this was a situation that was going on for over a week from what we were told from the front desk. Knowing this I think people with reservations should had been told in advance. I would not have stayed where my child had to shower in cold water

BISCUITS AND GRAVY. THEY RAN OUT BEFORE MY FAMILY COULD GET THERE BUT I ATE EARLY AND REALLY ENJOYED THEM. THE ONLY EGG PRODUCT ON THE MENU WERE A TACO STYLE EGG PRODUCT WHICH MY GRAND DAUGHTERS WOULD NOT EAT. MAJOR PROBLEM IN AN OTHERWISE GOOD BREAKFAST WE ARE A FAMILY OF SIX. THE NEW GROCERY CART YOU PROVIDED FOR CARRYING OUR Bags WERE TOTALLY INADEQUATE. WE HAD TO USE TWO AND CARRY THE REST OF THE LUGGAGE. FORTUNATELY AS WE CHECKED OUT I FOUND THE OLD RELIABLE CART TO CARRY ALL OF THE LUGGAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THE EXPERIMENTAL GROCERY CARTS ARE CONVENIENT AND EASY TO STEER FOR COUPLES BUT PLEASE SUPPLY BOTH TYPES.

I have found the staff to be excellent each time I stay. The hotel is very quiet, breakfast is adequate and good and the beds are exceedingly comfortable.

Pretty much everything. When you turned on the bathroom light a fan roared very loud. The room door stuck and wouldn't close properly. Selecting TV channels was horrible, very outdated system. The hotel business computer was locked up and unusable. A customer had locked it but no one had addressed the issue for 2 days.

We were transferred to another room that had a pull out sofa. Room was a little musty smelling, carpet was damp but very clean. Front desk was helpful! Pool is completely drained which in FL is quite a bummer. We were told we could walk over to use the other hotels pool if we wanted and given the pool code. More disappointed with Travelocity . Happy that hotel had enough rooms to move us to a room that had space for 3 people.

We attempted to call from the road to let them know as to not lose my booking. The gal answered the phone once and when I asked to confirm I had reached the hotel located in Quincy she hung up. I thought perhaps we were simply disconnected but I called back multiple times and the phone was just picked up and hung up on the other end. I am sending the call log to the company I booked through. After a day of travel and not knowing if we actually had a room, we stayed elsewhere rather than continuing to drive to this location.

I was greeted as I walked in. Coffee was in the lobby (which was much needed after a long day of work and then driving 4 hours). The room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend.

Had roaches and had to change rooms due to room having a smell. New room had a smell but manageable. Not like a Holiday Inn we stayed in before.

During the check out, manager offered a discount and gave us her business card telling us to have hotels.com to contact her for discount. I did so and got an email saying basically no discount. It is disappointing that hotel doesn’t honor their promise after such inconvenience.

Terrible bad service desk management no help. I asked for air to be cold in the room. Also wheelchair accessible. Food was being coughed all over told manager about it she looked at me crazy. Refrigerator was stick and moldy. No wheelchair help. Just horrible

Room had an extremely concentrated air freshener scent like it was pressed against your face. I couldn't sleep all night it was so strong and woke up with a headache. Hotel was fully booked, so no other rooms to be had that night. Now all our stuff reeks of it.

Our stay was fine we really didn't use any of the facilities except the room. We were not at the room only for a few hours. We would stay there again.

Spray the hotel for roaches. There is mildew in the shower and on the shower head. The carpet in the hotel needs a deep cleaning. The staff is not cleaning this hotel thoroughly. The floors are sticky and dirty. Parking is terrible, big trucks and campers take over the parking lot. I won’t stay there again.

We checked in at 11:20 pm after a full day of work and travel. I went down stairs to let them know we had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. They didn’t have another room available. They would see what they could do in the morning for our second night!you can also hear a dripping noise from the vent sounds like water dripping. Breakfast was fine! Pancake maker was cool! when I walked back up stairs our door wouldn’t lock unless slamming the door ! Went to the front desk and he said to put the key in and talk it out it should lock… if that doesn’t work I’ll walk up there. Come to find out from someone else who was staying there you have to slam the door for it to lock! This is at 6:30 am! So in order for the door to lock you have to slam it shut! We went to a lacrosse tournament and returned at 4pm room was never cleaned… we had to go downstairs to get new towels.

Upon checking and getting our room… we noticed our floors were sticky and the towels looked used. Bathroom was not clean. They also hadn’t put any soap or the usual stuff by the sink like soap and lotion etc. When we told them about the issues with our room instead of changing our room they had the cleaning people come and basically told us to get out for about 5 min. The cleaning person “cleaned” but it was still sticky. And they still didn’t leave us any soap by the sink.
