The property was quiet, clean, and well located for my short stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were helpful. Nothing major. My stay was short, but overall everything was fine.

This is a facility geared towards leadership work shops and conferences. It is a big campus, well cared for but not a typical hotel stay. I suspect I was one of only a handful of overnight guests for this date. Even though it felt a bit remote I felt quite safe. The room was perfect, the bed comfortable, the bathroom modern. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the Bolger Center were top of the line! This app will only let me rate them as five stars, but they deserve 10 stars, at least! I had confirmed and prepaid reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bethesda, Maryland, but upon my arrival, I was told my reservations were canceled because the hotel overbooked by 13 rooms. The Bolger Center to the rescue! The hotel staff made my stay very warm and comfortable – like I was a special guest!

From reading reviews, I was expecting the rooms to feel a little dated. Our room seemed to have been recently renovated. We had two Queen beds and a sitting room. it was very comfortable. Reviews that I had read mentioned that the HVAC may not be to our liking. Our first few hours, we were warm. Then, I was reading the information sheet provided at check-in and it stated that we needed to set the thermostat somewhere between 68-72 or it would set back to the default. We set it to 68 and we were very comfortable... we like to be cold when we sleep. There was a nice ceiling fan in the sitting room. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. It is a beautiful campus. I will stay again when we visit the area.

The environment is perfect. There is only small coffee machine in room. Coffee shop closes at the weekend.

Parking was easy, staff was terrific, and the room had everything I needed and was clean and fresh. Recent renovation, beautiful grounds.

Cleanliness was fine. We were probably the only people in osgood. Because it’s a convention place, NO food was available to us anywhere.😞and no glass or plastic cups in the room for water to either drink or take pills. Lighting in the room was not enough.

I thought the buffet breakfast was inclusive, but it was not. There was a struggle to get into the building with my luggage because the door was so heavy and I am disabled all in all it was

Location and historical like Museum and the walking trail First day, the room 0302 on 16th was awful, please look at the pictures: the toilet was clocked, the sink faucet was broken plus the bathroom light is not working. After I checked in, I took shower-the water is very slow. I was depressed. I have to leave for meeting at 3:00 pm, after I came back, they give me 0306-which is very nice room, but I have lots of stuff for my 4 nights stay-need move from 0302 to 0306, I was locked out ( I left one room key inside the room, and have to call front desk ask for some one open the door for me, after I finished move my wrist was sore, and exhausted, I had to cancel my evening appointment. But Vivi Tran assistant manager she was very sweet and caring, she sent water and cookie make me happy After all everything was good, I really enjoyed my stay

Fantastic property w/ service and cleansiness expected from a Hayatt or Hilton, with prices of Days Inn. The room was speckless clean. The area was super quiet and safe. You'll need a car to get here but there is more than enough free parking around. Worked awesome for our trip.

Also the closet shelf in my room was very worn with chipping paint. The desk lamp was damaged. The bed was not too comfortable.

the whole place looks much more like a summer camp rather than a hotel.. might be a good option for families in summer,- Sad bar and restaurant, swimming pool in another far building (quite challenging to reach in a cold winter night), room was extremely small, noisy, with a restricted small window overlooking a parking lot. Personally, wouldn't book again this place.

I picked this hotel because I wanted an indoor pool. Then I found out that it was in a different building and on the day that I wanted to use it, it was only open from 5-8 pm. I feel that this information should be disclosed in the hotel description. That it has limited hours. Also, may be ask people if they want to use the pool and place them in the same building as the pool. I’m not a fan of cafeteria style food either. I wanted something small and light for dinner and all that was available was a $28.00 buffet.

The rooms we were placed in were EXTREMELY outdated. The room was tiny and the entire building smelled of bleach and dead flowers. When looking for something, we lifted the bedskirt and found crushed food mashed into the carpet from a previous guest. The shower sprayed in every direction but in the shower, the light had to be turned on by a timer on the wall. The bedside lamps did not work. There were no appliances in the rooms, but were available at an (un)reasonable $15 per item per DAY. Abysmal stay. I cannot believe people hold conferences here.

I didn’t eat on site for the evening meal but discovered I had to travel a 6 mile distance to find the healthy food I was looking for at a reasonable price. I did eat breakfast on site the next morning at the buffet. Choices were not great for healthy eating but the egg, cheese and bacon casserole and the bacon was good and the fresh strawberries were ok. I would not stay here again simply because of the smells. They need to clean better. I didn’t report this as I was in a hurry so I hope they read this.

This property is a hidden gem outside metro DC. It's nestled in 200 acres of beautiful woodland. It's meticulously maintained. Staff from front desk to facilities were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My only complaint, and it is minor, they need to upgrade their hair dryers. If you like a dryer with heat and power, bring your own. Everything else was high quality.

My family of four wanted one more day in DC and found this room on Hotels.com. It was reasonably priced so we weren't sure what to expect. Needless to say we were pleasantly surprised; grounds beautiful, large pool, nice double room with a sitting area and two TV's. Automatic doors into building, safe / well lit and cared for. Not a typical chain hotel room. Would definitely stay again for a short stay.

Room was small but clean and quiet. Beautiful grounds, tasty and reasonable breakfast buffet. Only complaint is that I was awakened two days in a row by a 5 am wakeup call that I didn't request. There is no way for the guest to turn it off - front desk has to do that. After flying a red-eye to get there, the sleep interruption wasn't appreciated, to say the least.

All meals are served buffet style in the main dining room. There is a bar/ grill but the food is mediocre at best. If you aren’t expecting hotel amenities you will be satisfied. Here’s why When I arrived I found that hotel check in is one building and the sleeping rooms are a walk away uphill. There is no one available to assist with luggage , which you can use yourself. Tough luck for you if it’s raining. Next I learned the pool was in yet another building but was only open from 5-10pm. Except when I finally found it hidden through the women’s locker room the sign said it was closed til further notice. On to the heat/air. They either have heat or cool and it is changed over spring and fall. First few nights it was 80 degrees in room and humid. The desk solution was to open the window and they would bring me a fan. The Last night the air came on and it was 55 degrees with high fan blowing all night , thermostat control is just for show. The conference rooms and food service to conference room was excellent. With a third part booking service you can get a better rate than any other hotel in the DC area

The property is horrible. The room is extremely small. Almost the size of a closet. I was not informed until AFTER I had checked in & got to my room that there was no working A/C. There are no elevators in the buildings. I was on the 3rd floor.

My room was small, just enough for one, or two people who are very close.

Really nice welcome/service. Beautiful property!! No A/C. Fans in every room help, but it is still quite warm in the rooms on a warm day.

Overall our stay was ok. We asked for a roll away bed and it was brought promptly and there was printed information given to us about the hotel and area which was very helpful. The room was clean but as far as comfort went there was no air conditioning! They said that they were working on changing things over so maybe in a few months? They did provide a fan, which did help. Thankfully we were not staying in the summer!

This is a unique property, very unlike staying at a hotel. Gorgeous, expansive grounds. The best sleep I have had in a hotel. Meals are at a separate cost but a gorgeous dining room and excellent choices (I had breakfast). Room was clean; bed comfortable. Very small room but all that I needed. Lots of TV channels. Got a very reasonable rate through Trip Advisor. Highly recommend.

Sat morning. However, check in and out was easy and quick. The room was clean and well appointed. I will stay here again.

I did not get the room update, nor the promised free breakfast. The room was really a tiny single room, with a more than tiny bathroom.

OUR FIRST TIME STAY IN THE MOTEL. IT WAS SNOWING. AND IT WAS DARK. HARD TO FIND THE ROOM AND THE PARKING. HAD TO GO TO TO A DIFFERENT BUILDING FOR DINNER. HAS TO WALK IN ITHE SNOW IN THE DARK.. WHEN WE REACHED THE DINING AREA WE HAD NO IDEA IT WAS A BUFFET.

The grounds and the room were beautiful. The only problem my husband and I had. was when we came in around 10:30 Saturday evening. The room key worked to enter the building but wouldn't open the room door. My husband went out in the pouring rain to the check-in. The person there didn't seem to understand what was wrong. The reservation was in my name and he wanted to know where I was. We have a very unusual last name but the person seemed to have a problem that I wasn't with my husband. I am handicapped and I was waiting outside the room for my husband to come back with a working room key. He wanted to call our room A225 to talk to me. Very frustrating.

This is an oasis outside DC and Bethesda. Just when the cement of the area is getting overwhelming - you are surrounded by nature and the pace slows down giving you time to think. Also the best crabcakes ever!

This is the second time in a month that I've stayed here. I am in Potomac often for business and will continue to use William Bolger Center. The staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, food is great. It is in an ideal location to my office, stores, restaurants, and anything else you need!

The room was comfortable and clean. Parking is free which is a big plus.

It is better Expedia to add a free breakfast to customers.

I stayed here for 3 nights when I was in Potomac for business. I booked it on Expedia because the price was right. It totally exceeded my expectations! I was upgraded to a bigger room and was even given a voucher for the free breakfast buffet! It was such a nice surprise. The food was great, staff very friendly, rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Potomac.

It was surprisingly good and the orbitz price made ot even better.

Nice property in a great location if you are visiting the Bethesda area. Rooms are very nice. The place is actually an Executive Training campus that doubles as a hotel.
- 2/5
The only real positive stand out was the housekeeping. The front desk was less than friendly, the room was in subtle disrepair, the food was mediocre. I found it unusual that on a multi building property that does not have a full time kitchen (no room service or even a place to dine outside their scheduled "cafeteria" style meals) they only had a single building with vending machines and a soda machine. Though they did offer a limited menu in the bar, its hours were inconsistent and it closed regardless of its posted hours. All together a let down. I would discourage anyone from booking either a stay or an event here.

a quite place to take a mini vacation in the dv area. they hsve pub fare a free pool table outdorr seating and an overall good attitude.

Price was definitely right; the room was small but very clean. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat, but the ceiling fan kept the room a the slightly cooler sleeping temperature which I prefer.

Location was good. Rooms very comfortable! Liked the little sitting room!

Great place for a retreat or small conference. Odd spot for a hotel only type of stay however the suites are a very affordable place for a family stay pretty close to DC.
- 4/5
I prefer a hotel with staff. This place was too impersonal for me. I don't plan to stay here again
- 5/5
Seriously, one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in. This will be my go to hotel for the DC area, from this point on. This hotel is comfortable, quiet, but within a short ride of anything else you may need. So glad we chose to stay here!!!

Peaceful, beautifully maintained, upgraded to fantastic breakfast! Superb value.

The compound is an old government complex converted to an events center. Good use of the property. A bit dated in some aspects, but clean and well-maintained. My room was tiny, but it was half the price of surrounding hotels, so value for the money, hard to beat.

Great place - short drive to park and ride for Washington Subway- 30 minutes to downtown.

Great location, great campus and great value. Food was mediocre at Pony Express Bar.

facilities were nice. Convenient to what I needed except for outside food and restaurants. wish we had more options room was small.I asked for 2 beds and it had only 1.I asked for a cot and they were unwilling to grant me one. Therefore, I slept on the floor. I did not find the staff too friendly nor willing to help. They spoke in Spanish in front of me Disappointing!

It was conveniently located for the wedding we attended.

Very pretty. Quiet. Awesome bed and lots of great pillows. $12 breakfast. Parking lot 200ft from hotel. Not possible to pull car closer to unload. Confusing to find. Sign at entrance says US Postal Service Training Area. Drove past several buildings & lots for over a mile past entrance before we found the hotel.

Not too far from DC, nice place especially for half the price of any other hotel in the area.

It was a great location, wonderful grounds and scenery. It is "dated" and run -down. The pictures on the website depict a much brighter, bigger and more luxurious room. Perhaps the "Priceline" room is the throwaway? It was okay but I was a little disappointed.
