We travel for baseball quite often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at! The facility was super clean, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, and it was a great location. We will definitely be staying here again!

Air conditioner in one room did not work. No shampoo and second restroom. main bedroom had TV wires disconnected not sure why or if it was an electrical issue that they were disconnected. Refrigerator had some brown stuff on the very bottom area when you pull out the drawer you could see all the stuff there. Have traveled different locations for work and this location could’ve been a little bit better, but did not exceed my expectations from previous stays at other locations.

This is my first stay with them and they were fantastic ! There was some sort of event going on, but the staff managed to maintain a busy breakfast line and their positivity!

We have family in Corpus and we always choose this hotel. It is a little further out, but they are consistently kind, graceful, and courteous.

I want to give a shout out to Ashley, who went above and beyond her call of duty. Our tv wasn't working, so she called an offsite maintenance worker and he walked her through steps to get our tv working. She was not only very patient but was genuinely concerned about having a resolution to our tv problem. The front desk lady, Crystal was also very kind , my whole experience was exceptional and i definitely will stay here again. Thank you for a great experience.

Though the first night some neighboring room was playing loud music and found it hard to sleep. The stay was nice. The room was a bit small for the pull out couch and king bed so next time I will upgrade to something bigger if we come back in the future. Over all though it was in a good area and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good and staff was overall nice and attentive.

I got a room with a kitchen, there was no dish washing soap or scrub. No hash washing soap. After I informed the front desk, the room service lady came and told that is not provided with short stay. My friend stayed in the fourth florr and they had it all.

Great location , walking distance to Olive Garden yummy!!! Rooms are clean . A/C blows cold air. Love that the room had pots and pans to cook with. 6mins away from north beach. Staff very polite. Mrs. Rocha ( not sure if I spelled that right) was awesome ! She was very welcoming during our stay. She knew where and how long of a drive we would have going to different locations in the area. If I’m ever in town I will stay here again and hope to see Mrs. Rocha again .

Nothing The front desk couldn’t find my reservations and came to find out that 1 hr later it was in there system , I had small kids and he couldn’t accommodate us , he has to look for another hotel at 1 in the morning

Extremely spacious I loved that each room had its own ac unit. Everyone slept in their own beds. Highly recommended for big families. Breakfast was good,different every morning. Looking forward to staying here again. Lovely 2br 2 bath

The hide away bed was very dirty no extra pillows or blankets my expectations of the Marriott is higher

Upon check in the front desk staff did not know how to process my payment. They asked me to speak to a manager the next morning to assist me. When I asked for a manager the next day was told there was no manager on duty and once again person at front desk did not know how to process my payment. Wish that accurate information would’ve been provided to me but overall hotel stay was great!

We rented a two bedroom suite. It was very useful and gave us lots of space. I was amazed at how few hotels had a 2 bedroom suite. Great for business purposes.

It was ok till we had issues. Shower had been cleaned but a ball of hair was left in the shower very gross. Then on Sunday morning the shower was not working had to use another room to be able to shower. It was a bad experience and very horrible. Very frustrating and inconvenience experience.,

Went on a vacation with our kiddos ranging in age from 10 to 20, the 2 bdrm suite with full kitchen was excellent 👌 😀 we were in a great place near lots of dining, walmart was very close (walking distance) we could easily get to North Beach and lots of other beaches in the surrounding areas. Definitely on my list when it's time to go back

Stay was average. Sofa couch was honestly terrible. Couldn’t use it. Ended up sharing bed with youngest daughter, 3 in one bed. Sofa bed was beat up. Felt sofa springs on my back and never used it again during entire stay. When room was cleaned, it was never vacuumed and beds were basically never made. Wife complained to front desk and was advised cleaning will be done again. They never came. Grabbed vacuum when cleaning crew were cleaning other rooms on same floor and did it myself. Family couldn’t wait to leave. Very limited breakfast options. Kids wouldn’t even go downstairs to grab anything. Overall, disappointing but I do understand service in general

Moldy everything. The ceiling in our room was black with mold and mildew. The air was so thick it was hard to breathe. We had to change rooms just to finish our stay. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

rooms were very large and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Swimming pool was heated and lots of fun. Lisa prepared delicious breakfast every morning. Meredy was very kind and helpful, she was not our room technician but she still made sure we had our supplies and towels. Priscilla was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Everyone was very kind and personable. It would’ve been nice to have a jacuzzi.

On the debit side: Room too small, smallest of any hotel we have stayed at in recent memory—also room seemed cluttered. Hallways had no climate control; were hot and smelled “weird”. Shower with wall-mounted dispensers—the shampoo dispenser was empty. Strange room layout with TV off to the right side of the bed.

My family and I had a good one night stay and loved the room and service. Our 4th time booking at this establishment and the only problem we had our trip this particular time was the shower curtain holders were rusted which stained our bath towels causing us to need new ones. Other than that we had no complaints.

I love my 5 days stay everyone is so friendly , great customer service 100 percent perfect the suite room was perfect for my family was like home from restroom, kitchen the only thing was the beds weren’t as comfortable as I thought. The pool was nice enjoy quite swimming . I honestly recommend this hotel thank you to housekeeping always there when I needed clean towels the shower head 🚿 was relaxing after a long day at the beach at Port Aransas, Texas. I definitely would come back again THANKYOU

Then, we went to the room - put our stuff away and we were greeted with a roach in the kitchenette. I was grossed out but we went to sleep since it was late. When we woke up - two more roaches. I went to the front desk - let them know what happened and they said they would move us rooms. Which they did, she said they would comp the room but couldn't since we went through expedia - no points because we weren't Marriott members. She said she would have the manager call us. We moved to the other room, and we did not have any more roach problems the rest of our stay. The manager never called - strike 2. We left for the day (approx 4/5 hrs),when we came back my mom said that she had forgotten her charger in the other room along with her crossword book. Went to the front desk, the person took me to the room - no charger/no book. They looked on all the carts on all floors and contacted the manager, and said they would contact housekeeping. No one was in the room except us and housekeeping. On the day we left, it never turned up. Strike 3.

This place is outdated old and it is inhabited by Dirty Working Class People walking in with dirty shoes and dirty clothes. Overall just felt like a dirty place not compatible with Marriott or any high-class hotel. We'll never stay again.

Super accomodating staff. I wanted to switch my room type to a handicap accessible if they had one. They did. And switched me with no questions or problems. Really appreciated the accomodation.

I was with my daughter enjoying the beach for the last weekend of the summer. We were there for the hummingbird festival and to enjoy some mother daughter time. When we checked in our room was not available so the gentleman at the front desk upgraded our accomodations to a large two bedroom suite. We had the nicest time and we got amazing service from everyone.

The room met our needs; however the pillows were completely uncomfortable. They looked fluffy but once we laid down they went flat. It was a good night of sleep. There was also food left in the refrigerator that looked like it molded.

This was a last minute book for my family, we needed two separate rooms usually we do Airbnb or vrbo but everything was full. Do we stumble upon this 2 bedroom hotel, the price was great only a 30 minute drive to north padre beach, 15 minutes to aquarium and uss lexingting. Downfalls was our room smelled super musty especially in the front room. The WiFi here sucked, even with the paid upgrade wouldn’t stay connected, so don’t depend on it for school work. Check was easy, clerk was nice. Possibly would stay again.

Beautiful clean room with a kitchen and a small sofa. The bed is so comfy. You will not want to get up. Plus free breakfast.

The room was VERY damp and muggy. We did let the front desk know. They sent maintenance but it did not help. Made for a miserable stay. We were in 306

The suite was perfect size for our family of 4. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit older and so the only things I would say is they need to make sure each bathroom and the kitchen had a trashcan, there was only 1 for the entire suite. The TV worked but you could tell it was on borrowed time. The beds could be updated, for us they were not that comfortable. I'm use to a firm mattress, but this was outright uncomfortable. However my older teenager slept just fine. The one item I didn't like was the sofa bed mattress was very old and very stained so we opted for an air mattress we brought instead. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel, but like most things it could be updated.

It was close to everything we did so that is a big plus. The facility itself is in a really nice area that is quiet and easy to get around. There are plenty of dining options, gas stations, and a Wal Mart close by. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available.

Everything was very clean. It was a very hot weekend so the room felt very humid.

Check-in took forever because the lady ahead of me reservation was canceled by Expedia without her knowledge and the front desk person didn't know how to deal with the situation, i.e. tell the customer to call Expedia or call the manager and explain the situation to see if the manager will give permission to give the customer the rooms at the rate Expedia quoted her. Additionally, I tried to checkout three times. The first two times the same front desk lady was talking on the phone about Kansas to someone for a long time and the third time she was no where to be found. Also, lots of sand in on the floor in the bathroom and kitchen area and trash cans overflowing in the common areas. Not impressed with this extremely expensive 3 star hotel.

The pillows are horrible like not even having one under your head, the mattress cover didn't fit the bed and kept coming off.

This place was great, clean, spacious and the room was outstanding. The employees were very personable and always looking for a way to help you out. They let us check out a little later than usual and it helped a bunch on our trip. We would gladly stay there again hands down.

Had some vehicle issues while traveling from SPI to WI - stayed for 3 days and were very well taken care of. Very friendly and helpful!

We slent 4 days there and the entire time, kids in the room above us were running and jumping. We complained to the front desk several times and they never stopped. That made our trip terrible.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I always enjoyed my stays here. Also it’s in a convenient location as well .

We liked the two bedroom suite we stayed in, the kitchen had everything you would need to cook a full course meal if desired. I wish the facility of that size and for extended stays would have had more washers. They only had two. At one point they were both full and had completed their cycle but it was quite a while before the other travellers came down to switch it out. I was told it was against policy for the staff to take it out, which was rather disappointing.

Issues noted in the Main Living area: * The television did not work....front desk was notified and resolved the issue (Thanks). * Under the couch was a child's toy left behind. This toy was visible while seated in a chair across from the couch. Issue noted in the Main Master Bedroom: * The Air-conditioner appears to have an issue as it cycles. Once it goes through this 3-5 minute issue, the system works great. * Behind the bedroom door was a napkin or cloth of some sorts left behind. * Adjacent to the night stand was some sort of candy rappers quite visible. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the visit, especially customer service in the lobby area and speaking with housekeeping staff. COVID-19 initiatives were on point and added to the overall safety and security of our visit. We will definitely consider this location for future visits.

The hotel room was so musty It slapped me in the face as soon as we walked in but the management was so gracious and put us in another room which was a little better. Love the fact it had a kitchen! Would visit again cause the staff!

We were amazed by the professional service and cleanliness of the property. Staffs were super friendly, helpful, and dependable. Breakfast was amazing too with packaged cereal boxes, milks, yogurts, muffins, fresh fruits and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Booked a 2 beds, 2 baths suite. Everything appeared and turned out like what we expected when we viewed the photos online. Dishwashing soaps were provided too! All towels were well cleaned and fresh to use. The AC was working great and super cold throughout the day. It doesn't make loud noise which I really like about. There were no knifes for us to cut the ingredients. I just hope they can add a set of knifes in the future

Customer service was great. The only thing I recommend is to check the pull out beds if you have any. The pull out bed in the first room head had stains in it, but the staff changed my trim with no problem and everything was great.

We stayed 6 nights in a 2-room suite, and our stay was AMAZING!! It was me, my husband, our teenage son, and our 2 small dogs. We had planned a fishing trip but our boat broke down on day one. So it ended up being a week-long veg out at the hotel because we didn't want to venture out due to COVID-19. But, that is exactly the rest and relaxation our family needed. We ordered to go food from Denny's across the street, we placed curbside pickup orders from Walmart right down the street when we needed supplies. We ordered delivery food. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were so nice, beds were comfy. It was nice to have a seperate living room and a dining room with a table for 4, so we could eat together and play games, ect. It had a full kitchen with even a dishwasher. The AC has seperate controls and units in every room, which was VERY nice. We really enjoyed our stay, the conveniences of the hotel and the layout and comforts of our room made our unplanned disaster of a trip turn out to be one of our best little vacations.
