    First im so upset because I didn't stay where i was at because you guys had me booked in Texas while im in Florida i had to pay for my room in Marianna Fl in never got my money back from the error you guys made from Texas i would rather have another night at The Executive Inn in Marianna Fl please it's only fair

    Room was big but no closet. I found the towel bar rod behind the dresser and the toilet paper holder was missing too. The coffee came out brown water. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Low noise on the weekend but Monday morning we could hear a lot of road noise early.

    There was no Heat in the room, light in bathroom had to be held down to work, there was no hot water at all in the room ie.. sink or shower. killed 2 roaches the next morning. there was only a sheet and a thin cover on the bed.. no Blanket. the advertised "Jacuzzi tub" was inoperable and taped off. floors were dirty and the door to the adjoining room as open on our side. the lock on the door was 1/2 missing.

    The only light that was working was to dim to see anything, shaower area had no place to put soap or things, refrigerator did not work, on top of the AC being off when i got there it did not work, no cups for drinking, the room was very clean and so was the parking lot as well as being well lit.

    the bed was ok, and the room could be nice if maintained. The bathroom door handle was broken off, holes in the ceiling with black mold, hard spots in the carpet like gum, toilet handle lever arm snapped off so I had to take the tank cover off and operate it from the chain, this was not repaired for the second night I was forced to stay here. Door was hard to figure out because green light didn't come on until you turned the door handle. Broken furniture and appliances piled up next to the office. Lobby door was still locked at 8:30 am. Speaker for the bullet proof glass was dangling making feel like a horror movie.

    During the hurricane it was safe. The water was sheeting but it did not enter the room The only complaint I had was the carpet which was very dirty otherwise no complaints. The electric went out but that was not their fault that was due to the hurricanes the whole community was out so I left I did not stay for the second night which I paid for no refunds is their policy.

    I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last month. The place is clean, the staff is steady and seems to enjoy their job. It’s simple and outdated, but it’s a place to sleep while I’m working on this job site and out of town. It feels secure and safe enough for exterior door motel.

    Only stayed here 3 days while our new home was gettin ready for us to move in. It was easy to find. Didn't like that you have to check in outside and not in the lobby. Room was clean but outdated. Asked cleaning lady for extra towels since we were a family of four. She acted as if I had asked for her wallet. Very rude and told they don't give extra towels only replace what you use. Disappointing that there was no breakfast as advertised.

    The only thing that i like was that it was quite. Found roaches all over the room. By the door i saw 3, on top of the bed found 2. I opened the fridge found 1. I just left the room and requested another room. I didnt left the facility because it was too late.

    I have a pet peeve about hotels that claim they offer free breakfast and then don't. That's why I took off one point. I really wish Hotels.com would start cracking down on this type of false advertising. Free breakfast and decent wifi are an absolute must, and there is no breakfast while the wifi is so-so. I would recommend it if they hadn't offered the free breakfast.

    They tried to charge me more when I got there than my reciept. I did not stay there after driving 6 hours to get there. Expedia took 3 hours and booked me in another place and told me they had the same admenities when I got there that was a lie so I refused to stay there as that was not what I booked and paid for. Me and my 3 companions ended up 3 of us sleeping on cot and my wife on the couch at my son's house and cutting our trip a day short. Expedia ruined my whole trip. If I am billed for there screw up I will not pay it are ever use Expedia again.

    The place was okay but when I was checking out the room service woman was accusing me of taking pillows and when I told her there was only 2 pillows per bed when I got there she tried keeping me there while she was calling someone… I got in my truck and was trying to leave because I was In a hurry she tried to chase me down she was rude and caused a huge thing in the middle of the parking lot I’ll never go back there

    I booked a non smoking king suite for 5/27 check out 5/29... They gave me a smoking room, keys never worked after one use, instead of making my keys for two nights they only did one night.     The place was warm as the AC was turned off so I had to put it on blast to get the room to cool. But the AC did actually work so that was good. There was a dead wasp on the floor in the restroom, but it was at least dead. The sheets were cleaned but they said they usually don't change daily, which was what I wanted. The white liner for the mattress protector had stains. The restroom was small in which the door would hit your knees when on the toilet. But the water pressure was good and also hot water. Overall, I had no qualms and would stay again, just knowing ahead of time the room will not have the AC on already.

There was a dead wasp on the floor in the restroom, but it was at least dead. The sheets were cleaned but they said they usually don't change daily, which was what I wanted. The white liner for the mattress protector had stains. The restroom was small in which the door would hit your knees when on the toilet. But the water pressure was good and also hot water. Overall, I had no qualms and would stay again, just knowing ahead of time the room will not have the AC on already.

    All of the covid restrictions are still present and no breakfast. All check in and check out are in the night window. It was a big room and pretty nice. Mostly clean. The coffee maker still had the previous guests coffee left over grounds.

    Floor wasnt vacuumed. Cigarette butts on bathroom floor. Roaches in bathroom and microwave. Room reaked of cigarette smoke.

    Wasn't bad. Every stay will be different just like the rooms. My stay had a group of males, whom where friendly, but associated way to much outside their door which happen to be next to mine. Don't mind the fellas having a good time, but come on man. Room was fine. Lovely staircase design for a hotel. The biggest issue I have is the key card for entry. I haven't stayed at a hotel that you needed to swipe a card is so long. I enjoy just putting the card in m wallet in an outer slot so it can can without taking out. The issue isnt so much as the extra step as it is getting the card to work. Hit or miss. The only reason why I will not stay again. Having to get help to access my room is a little much.

    I how to reservation booked on the 18th I was sitting outside of the lobby waiting to check in could not check in due to improper accommodation I have a disability and I tried to check in with my service dog and they refused to give me service they discriminated my dog they asked me if I didn't have any ID verifying that I was disabled and that I needed a dog I explained to them that I had a registration for the dog and also I had my doctor's letter they denied the letter they denied the registration they said that I needed a physical ID and I needed to prove to them that I was disabled they tried to tell me that I could not check in due to the fact that I didn't have a physical paper saying that I was disabled or disclosing my disability to them I sat outside for 3 hours speaking to the agent trying to have him reason with the hotel people and the guy at the hotel his name is Raul he said no he was not going to allow me to stay with the service dog because their pet policy said that there was no dogs I tried to explain to them that he's not a pet he is a service dog he then proceeded to tell me that I needed to show him that I have a paper stating that I am disabled and the I have a ID for the dog saying that he is a service dog I explained to him again for 3 hours I sat outside with my husband with my baby this is not the hotels fault it is expidia fault for the relationship to these ignorant hotels that do not know any laws about disability services proper acomodation

    The complex was clean and the employees were friendly. The room condition was better than I expected and very clean. The bathroom door and one wall had slight damage, but acceptable. The shower head was too low and the water flow setting was weaker than a home shower, but water was hot as needed. Overall it was as good of an experience as the more expensive Inns nearby I’ve experienced. We would definitely stay here again, if needed. Easy to access from the interstate.
