Food service area lacked adequate seating and menu was limited . Lastingly review of useable service area was non existent. Coffee maker telephone as well the ice bucket covered the top of the desk that also had the tv on it(by the way two remotes to the tv did not work)

I felt it was in a sketchy area. The room was small, but it seemed clean. There was a smell in the hallway. However, the thing that really got to us was the people next door had a brawl for 3 hours. Bamming walls, drawers, hollering, cussing, in the room and in the hallway. Nothing was done. When we mentioned this morning, we were told yes they were sorry about that, they were not sure why nothing was done. No offer to refund us, credit us or anything. For a Sleep Inn we got no sleep.

Property needs some love. Basically clean, but needs some focus attention to detail beyond sheets, sink and toilet. Inside smells a little musty. Outside does not feel safe, but it probably is. Area seems a little run down. Did have a noisy, late night party in parking lot next door that got quiet quickly after notifying front desk.

The air conditioner didn't work properly and no drink machine worked in the entire building.

Enjoyed my short stay, room was clean and parking was free.

Everything is outdated and old, however it was clean. No evidence of any bugs or anything that shouldn’t be there. They need new beds desperately. We could feel the springs. It’s do able for a quick overnight, but for a longer term, may be uncomfortable. We stay there knowing you get what you pay for.

My family and I tried to go outside to the pool area and chill by the pool. Called the front desk and was simply told “No” without any explanation on the phone. When I went downstairs to get clarification as to why guests weren’t allowed to just simply sit outside. The hostess then told me that the pool was “under construction” or “under inspection” instead of telling guests that the moment when they check in, or at least having a sign on the door. later that night i asked for towels, the hostess asked me to bring the “dirty ones” down stairs, i’m used to having somebody bring them to me if i’m unable to come down. We probably won’t be booking here again.

We had issues with our fob and the door. You had to insert if in one particular position to get it to work. The door would also get stuck from the inside. You had to put some strength into it to open the door.

Parking was very good and staff were very pleasant. Room was small and minimal and bed was comfy with one having a squeak and pillows lumpy. Breakfast was sparse with cereal being stale and not much choice. Second morning around 8am everything was practically gone and the young girl in attendance did nothing to renew anything . Disappointed.

The location was alright. It was way too noisy and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly when we had an issue with the room they had it fixed.

Staff was friendly, responsive and compassionate. Vanessa and Queenie treated my 93 year old Dad with hearing problems in a most respectful and considerate manner. I slept better because they were able to put us in adjoining rooms on the first floor. Buffet area was kept clean. Spills were attended to quickly for safety for all. Continental buffet was sparse but did include 2 good make yourself waffle makers and separately wrapped, small fresh apples. Coffee was refilled regularly. Some protein in the buffet offerings would have been nice. Convenient to 95. Plenty of pillows. Room was clean and properly stocked,

Nothing. One specific channel did not work on the TV in the room - the Fox channel, which is the channel my wife and I wnated to watch. The owner claimed this was a technical issue & not deliberate censoring of political speech. We left and we want a refund. The owner stated that he could not give a refund and that I had to ask 'booking.com' I would add that the carpets were filthy, the place smelled of disinfectant, and it was a dark dingy room.

We did not partake of the breakfast only because we were visiting family that lives in the next neighborhood over and their out of town family that was visiting. We stayed in a room with 2 full-size beds. It would have been nice to have had a little more room between the bed and the wall separating the sink area from the bed. Made for difficulty getting out of the bed. The room we were in (108) would be better suited for a single queen or king and have a slightly larger room for multiple beds.

The room wasn't as clean ,the smell of people smoking something other than cigarettes was aweful.... I have stayed here before and wasn't a bad experience but was extremely disappointing ?

It was perfect for a one night stay and we were able to rest without being disturbed. Breakfast was delicious. Night shift and day shift staff were very helpful and friendly. Room cards sometimes malfunction but that was the only issue we had.

The bed was comfy! The room smelled like dog pee, the toilet was barely connected to the floor and moved when you stood up, the paint in the shower was chipping, stains on the floor....would not recommend.

One of the employees said they don't cook food. Both vending machines that we tried were out of order did not work with the card or cash. Other than those things, it was a decent place to stay for. I like breakfast and parks. Staffs were friendly but the hotel needs to improve in cleanliness. There was somebody’s shocks under the table and suddenly I touched those dirty shocks, curtains were also not clean. I talked to the front desk, showed the picture of the shocks while checking out. Hope they will improve in cleanliness.

On top of that, a cockroach fell on my head while I was sitting on the bed, inmediately we checked out and realized the area was unsafe. In general, one of the most horrific experiences we ever had in a hotel.

While the Sleep Inn is a little older, it is well maintaoned, immaculate and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. It is near dining and right off I95. The breakfast has something for everyone.

It was just a quick stop over. Everything was good. Front desk was very helpful for finding a restaurant. Breakfast was good but, I would have liked different options.

Check in was easy, we got a second floor king room that was clean, updated/remodeled with carpeting that was clean. Bathroom had a walk-in shower with a glass door and an exhaust fan! Bed was great! Breakfast was bagels, waffles, fruit, yogurts, danishes, hard boiled eggs and typical continental breakfast items.

Stayed one night and everything was clean and all the personnel were polite and friendly. They were also helpful in suggesting dining in the area.

we stayed 2 nights and the first night was fine , the 2 nd night there was like a herd of elephants above us all night . yeah i should have asked for 2 nd floor , but from the looks of it and staying there with my son a few weeks ago , i didn’t think this would happen. Lesson learned to stay above the loud people that have no consideration for the people below

Managers need to hire more cleaners and give them more time. I’m glad that at least the bedding was clean though. Breakfast was very limited, no eggs or anything like that. Just waffles, bagels, cereal (no milk), yogurt and apples. Overall not terrible hotel just wish it was cleaner.

Typical hotel on I-95 and other interstate highways. Carbon copy of old Holiday Inn Days Inn etc. great for economical overnight if you simply want good nights sleep and breakfast included.

It was ok. Great price. Breakfast was very poor. Just waffles and then wrapped premade muffins. Rooms were spacious but seemed older.

The hotel was nice. Got hit by a tornado while I was there. Great experience. The only damage was the front door that got blown open and gutters.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare and nothing like the photos online. There were people loitering around the entrances and parking lot, and the room reeked of mold and tobacco. The AC barely worked, not ideal when we arrived to 85+ degree heat and had to wait hours for the room to cool down. The WiFi was out the first day, the key cards constantly failed, and the bed sheets were ripped. The sliding bathroom door was filthy and obnoxiously loud, and there were suspicious stains on the bed frame, curtains, and windows. Overall, the place felt dirty, unsafe, and completely uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

There were no benefits to staying at this hotel. We stayed here as it was just outside of city limits to where we were visiting, and stayed to save on trip costs. I regret not paying more to stay in town.

Well to start, there is no elevator in the property. If you are carrying heavy bags or luggage it makes it just a little bit difficult. The rooms had a musty smell to them, we kept the AC on just to keep some decent air in the room. Also, I was looking forward to the pool, but unfortunately was told the motor was broken. The breakfast wasnt good, at least they could have put out some eggs and sausage. They had just waffles which i was not interested in. This place would be good just to sleep for one night to shower and clean up, thats about it.

Overall, cleanliness of the room was good. However, it was very dated, the mattress was stained. The window treatments were ripped their bathroom door paint was chipped and had finger prints which looked like dirt. The pool was not open. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of the hotel.

I think this hotel is used as a shelter. You hear the couples arguing, kids crying. There is not a buffets breakfast is the complementary basic. Waffles, coffee, tea, chocolate, cereal. Only boil eggs protein. 🍞. Pastry.

This place was pretty bad and I’m not that picky. Room was dirty and super cramped. Paint was peeling and the room definitely wasn’t vacuumed. Sink knob came off in my hand. The icing on the cake was when the breakfast area had about 8 seats for everyone and ran out of food. (Not that I was dying to eat there.) A worker asked me if I was using the waffle maker and I said no, the batter ran out. He then went in the back and came out with a cup of batter for himself and made himself a waffle. I don’t expect to be treated like a queen, but that level of “who cares” made it obvious why the place was so bad. I’d skip this one.

The batroom shower was a hinged door, but no stop. It would swing160 degrees. Luckily it would stop in a positio that would prevent most of water from getting on the floor. Peeled pain on the floor of the bath from the pocket-door.
