Coffee good. Didnt stay for breakfast. I checked out the pool area and tested the water. Hot and clean.

Overall, almost everything was great. Our only complaints were having no bar soap in the shower, and the humidity of the room.

Room was clean to the naked eye. Found a roach the 2nd day we were there. But only the 1. Shower appeared clean but needed a good scrub. I had to ask for more shampoo and conditioner (containers attached to wall were empty). While packing up the 3rd day, found a receipt that wasnt ours (it was for buccees in Kentucky!!) We were in the pool one evening and it was apparently closing time without ANY notice the lights just shut off. Thank God their was lights outside shining through the window so we could semi see!!! HOW DANGEROUS!!!!! Breakfast was pretty alright.

After this blatant disrespect from staff, there was a disagreement between my guest and the front desk and despite being calm and cooperative, I was demanded to leave the property. When I asked about a refund, I was told to request it through the booking site. Now the refund is being denied because the hotel claims I “canceled,” which is not what happened. Communication and professionalism could have handled this situation much better.

The water in the pool was a little cold and the hot tub too hot.

The staff was very helpful! We arrived early and they got the time ready for us as soon as possible. Group of 12 with three rooms. The elevated didn't work and we were on the second floor.

Had a booking with this property. Experienced a flat tire traveling to the location. Contacted them to discuss moving the reservation forward 2 days since the delay forced me to reschedule my meeting. Not only did the CSR, named Harry, do nothing to assist me, he was very droll in communications. It was as if he had no concerns for any of the troubles I had dealt with that day nor the issue with the property and the reservation. Plainly told me to contact Expedia. I will never stay or recommend this property to any of my associates.

Other than elevator not working, our stay was quite lovely. Beds were very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night as driv through to Fla, no good restaurants found in the area, only prob. Otherwise hotel was fine.

Traveling through the area. Arrived at 7pm, was told the elevator was broken and our room is on third floor. I said I was disabled, no room change. No choice but to like it or find other accommodations. Made it to third floor, and floor was full of kids banging doors all night, and coming and going all night. Terrible experience.

We were offered no compensation for the room change, but we were not going to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The room was very clean. We would stay there again.

They allowed pets in room next to us. We heard barking at night and my wife was awoken by a barking dog at 5am and could not get back to sleep. We did not sign up for a hotel with pets next to us. Front desk person just mumbled a sorry but did nothing for us. Disappointing stay!

The room was spotless, and the front desk staff was very nice. The decor in the room, as well as thoughout the hotel, was very nice and plentiful, unlick a lot of hotels where the decor is scarce. It gave it a nice clean look. We had plenty of towels and wash rags as well. The pool area was very clean and in order.

The check in process was shocking. We walked in, needed 2 rooms and needed to book for the week and he qouted us a price $100 a night higher than Expedia. So we stood there and booked it through Expedia. He didn't even offer to match. He was not very friendly. He didn't even smile. The elevators were broke, which we were told after we paid. Not such a big deal. My TV and AC didn't work. I had to call the front desk. It was fixed quickly. The gentleman that worked the night shift was very nice. The cook was nice although we didn't utilize the free breakfast. The morning clerk was grumpy every day and not once did he acknowledge you when you left every morning. Room was clean. They gave us the worst room possible. Right next to the truck stop. All night you hear big noisy trucks coming and going. It was clean but was not able to get a good night sleep due to the location of the room

Everything was okay especially for the price. Probably would stay again. The elevator was broke. We were on the 2nd floor so we had to haul everything up and down the stairs. The inside pool was supposed to be an indoor heated pool but it was ice cold because the heater pump was broke or something they said. The hot tub was awesome though. The TV in the room do not have like basic channels you can watch the only thing u can watch is direct tv on demand. So the tv was very complicated to work especially with kids.

Room has pull down shades and I didn’t realize there were two. One darkens the room and that one was rolled all the way up and so I didn’t see it. Also, the room had an digital alarm clock that went off at midnight. I felt it was overpriced at $---.

Practically brand new in appearance. Very clean rooms and courteous staff. I wish every hotel exceeded our expectations like this one did. Highly recommended !!!

This was an easy on and off from Rte 95. The decor was updated and modern. Breakfast was fine. Tea and coffee available in lobby at all times. My only negative was $50. Fee for one cat which I felt was high.

We stopped at hotel that night and they wouldn't cancel the reservation or refund it and they had no rooms available. They just kept our full payment and basically said sorry. Overall very good experience. Clean. Easy to access. We came with a dog. We didn't like the fact that they charge $100 ,insurance fee for potential damage. It was refundable, but not everyone can pay that on a moments notice. Other than that. I would recommend.

Hot tub was good, but this bug and another bug grossed me out. When I told the front desk he said he would let housekeeping know, but he didn’t even ask my room number. Not impressed.

The hotel is local to my area. My daughter wanted a little getaway and go swimming. Our room was spacious but the entry room was missing a television. Then when we went to the pool the water was freeeeezingggg even though I was told it was a tempered pool. If it would’ve been heated the weekend would’ve been complete. I ended up checking out early because the purpose of the trip was successful. I also was told that I would still have to pay for the evening.

The pool looked like no one had been in it in a year. The hotel was clean but VERY dated. The walls are thin so you can hear everything going on around you. Breakfast was subpar. The lady making breakfast asked the manager when he was going to get the new waffle maker as the coating on it was gone. It was a bad experience overall, so no more booking from this site for us.

We selected this hotel due to it's amenities and when we arrived, the pool, the jazzuzi and the men's bathroom work out of service. We could've stayed at several other locations, but we wanted an indoor pool. I feel that we were mislead and not advised that all was down and not functioning for our stay.

However it was a pleasant surprise to find ....sort of a yoga mat, excellent dumbbells, a Peleton bike and a Precor treadmill. Nice stuff ! In the room. The housekeeper must do better about minding the filter/bag on the vacuum. There should be a schedule for replacing that vacuum bag....or else the traveler gets hit with essence of carpet dirt and "with a hint of wet dog."

Changed $50 per night per pet as a separate Fee. Not easy to find that info when booking a room. Other Country Inns we stay at are $25 Fee. Pet fee is too high. Will avoid this Country Inn for that reason.

Called before booking to confirm there was a hot tub and a pool. We had been traveling for 2 days and I wanted an area for my kids to stretch out in. They said they had both and was working. We got to the hotel there was a sign on the pool area that it was closed. We checked again in a couple hours and the sign was down and the room was lit up. We go to take the kids swimming and the pool was freezing, so we opted for the hot tub. To our disappointment the hot tub was colder than the pool itself. What a wasted room! It was also dirty. The pool area had leaves all around it, and it’s an indoor pool with no outside access so I’m not even sure how that happened. Very disappointing.

The pool area had leaves all around it, and it’s an indoor pool with no outside access so I’m not even sure how that happened. Very disappointing.

The room was very clean. The bed was horrible very hard. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at six… It was not. Coffee tasted old. I would not recommend this hotel.

Got there and tv did not work said the maintenance man is gone for the day and had no tv to swap or room to move us. Said they were booked but I find that hard to believe when the parking lot was extremely empty. Would have appreciated it if the person working there spoke English better and was easier to understand. If you are in a business you need to do just that and not say sorry too bad.

I booked this hotel at the last minute as i needed to stop driving for the night. The clerk at the desk was rude and very pushy like he did not want to do his job or I was interrupting him on his computer. The lobby smelt aweful when i got there but in the morning smelt a whole lot better. The morning desk clerk was friendly. They did have a breakfast that was included. There was a big variety of foods to chose from as well.

No vending machine on 3 rd floor , vending machine in lobby was empty of most items with signs and was not offered water by staff or greeted with a smile and hello. On waking next morning several staff walked by with no smiles or good morning or hello. Did not feel welcome here

This place was okay for a quick overnight, just passing through, but it's in serious need of an update. Carpets are stained, things were not as clean as they should have been. Breakfast was really lame. Coffee was awful and all they had were carbs. Our room smelled a little old and closed up, but the bed was okay for a night. It was alright, but not great. Would not return here.

Room was very spacious. Close to restaurants and convenient stores. The only issue was a language barrier. The person checking me in did not speak very good English so it was a challenge to understand what he was saying about breakfast, checkingout and parking.

The property was clean and nice. The staff was friendly. They are working in the property to do updates but that doesn’t bother me at all. The price was very good.

I was looking for a pet friendly hotel..that's why I reserved here... If I knew that they were going to charge me an additional $50 plus a $100 deposit, I would have definitely gone somewhere else... this is by no means a $200 per day room!! expedia should have clearly specified the additional fee.

The room I stayed in was very stuffy and had a moldy smell. Front desk was rude and manager of hotel was the rudest. My stay was brief but I will never stay there ever again in this lifetime or the next.

Still in the renovation process but it did not cause any inconvenience on our part. Renovations are very nice! Management was very nice. Hot tub and pool were great!

The housekeeping staff were extremely racist. They constantly picked and made accusations of complaints that weren't true. I even caught them in a lie about people complaining of loud stomping coming from our room when we weren't even there. We were just coming back to the property. Also they charged a deposit fee on my card 3 different times. As I was checking out, I was notified that housekeeping stated we damaged the room which was untrue. I had management walk through the room for verification. How could the housekeeping notice damages if they never came into the room the entire time I was there. This is a ploy that they do to keep people from getting there money back. They did this for multiple people from what I gathered as I heard people talking about it during checkout time. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I travel a lot with my family and this has been the first time, I have felt so disrespected and disappointed in my stay. Never will I stay there ever again.
