This hotel gave more of a motel , the room was really smelly and nasty. They definitely need renovations.

The hotel was clean however the pool had been shut down as well as the workout room. The mattresses were worn and squeaked when sitting or moving. Booked two double queen rooms and all 4 beds were in the same condition.

I liked they had free breakfast. It Wasn't a super huge spread of food but definitely enough to hold you over. I also like they had a pool for my kids. Also I did like they had a Out air DID NOT work very well. It took 6 hours too cool off room. The shower would not drian the water while you showered and our mini refrigerator on the room did not work and microwave didnt work either. I asked for a extra blanket or pillow and they told me they couldn't give me anything extra.

The room was good for a two night stay.

The building is ran down. The shower door in our room was not fully screwed in the screw fell off during my shower and the door fell on me. A cockroach was seen in the hallway. There was no breakfast left when we went in the morning to see what there was. In the evening before we had to go out in the middle of the night to get something to eat because there was no vending machine with snacks in it. They did have a drink machine, but we needed a snack so we went out only to return to have no parking available and to be told that they had a full house that night well if you’re going to run a hotel, you need to have ample parking that’s why people pay to stay there we had to park in the Nextdoor lot of another hotel where we risk getting towed and there was also hardly any parking there and there was also other guests in our hotel parking lot that we’re parked on the middle line taking up two spaces instead of letting other cars parked there. I realize that’s not the Hotels fault but they also have the obligation to go and check the parking lot and make sure everyone’s parking in a reasonable manner for other guests and if they’re not going to get a hold of the authorities or someone who can handle the issue, I mean we’re traveling from out of town tired and it’s in the middle of the night and we can’t find parking and we’ve already been staying in the hotel . That is absolutely unacceptable. The elevator hardly worked and we had to take the stairs a couple of times.

Location! We were supposed to have a king room the bed was clearly a queen size. The room and the hotel has a Late 90s decor and vibe. It's so outdated. The room doors on the bottom the wood is chipping/peeling off. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable the worst sleep I've ever had.( Both woke up in so much Pain and we left around 5:30am we could not stand it any longer!)The indoor pool was freezing cold (just dipped my foot in the water lol) for an indoor pool it should not be that cold. Stains all over the carpet and walls. The only thing that was updated was the bathroom. The lamps were falling apart and had yellow stains on them. The lady that we checked in with was clearly frustrated then acted like no big deal after that.. Ac worked good.tjats only good thing. A big fat NO!!!! Never staying here again! ???

This hotel is old & needs updating, but it was clean & the check-in person was friendly & helpful. We stayed for just 1 night, so it was fine. The hallways smelled like a mix of smoke & weed. Not sure how the staff can regulate that, as people obviously violate the rules.

OMG the beds were absolutely terrible. I reviewed this place last year with the same results. Saggy awful beds. The carpet is nasty and damp. The bathroom floor was sticky and slippery with soap. Do not walk barefoot!! I’m so done with this overpriced dump!

Very friendly staff but probably the saddest breakfast I have ever seen from a hotel. They have almost nothing to offer and even running out of utensils ( and I did ask).

The bathroom was my biggest complaint, the lighting or lack there of! Just 2 sconces one near the mirror but very low wattage and very hard to see to do my make up or for my husband to shave. There was no counter space to put anything at least put a small table to put clothes on , the hooks on the back of the door were gone so place to hang anything. The tissue box had 2 tissue in it why didn’t the maid change it when she so nicely folded the top tissue, she had to know they were almost gone! The light when you come into the room was missing a bulb so the who room was not very bright!

The girl at the desk both mornings of my stay was not in the least but helpful. Even at 2:45, she put off helping me check in. When I came back in at 3:00, she was gone and another woman helped me. The next morning, I was originally going to change rooms and she led me to believe I would have to check out at 11 & not get into the other room until 3pm. When I pressed her to see if housekeeping could clean a room sooner or just arrange it to let us stay in the original room, she hesitated. Then she said we could stay where we were, but did not re-program our key cards so that later when we returned to the room, we had to go back to the desk and the same woman from the afternoon before was there and was very helpful and apologetic about the problem.

When we checked in we were told the pool was closed for renovation and the pool was the main reason for booking this hotel. I can understand in the offseason, but this was Labor Day weekend. The continental breakfast was a sorry excuse for breakfast. Green bananas and frozen sausage biscuits are not my idea of even a continental breakfast.

I booked online a room with a whirlpool tub however, when I arrived, I was told I only booked a normal king suite because the picture was incorrect online and even though they have this problem all the time with third parties using the wrong pictures and false advertising, they still have not done anything about it. They were not able to upgrade me to another room because one was not available. The pool did not work. The gym was closed. I could not use the back door to get in which was closer to my room because it was broken workers who were staying here were very loud and unpleasant and the continental breakfast was definitely not anything to write home about , I’m very upset. As for the amount that I paid for this room I could have gone somewhere else and at least been able to take advantage of some amenities since the whirlpool tub room was unavailable. As a single mom, I worked hard to be able to get away even for just one night, so I’m highly disappointed that it did not go how it was supposed to

We booked for a quick getaway for me and my husband, but because of these conditions we should have just driven on to our destination, because it wasn’t worth stopping! Staff was ok but didn’t seemed concerned with our problem as if she was used to the mess!

Booked for me and my family, a random strange man stayed in the lobby for hours. The drain was clogged in the bathtub, room smelled like mold, and the AC was not working the best. I know nothing about Pooler, GA but would certainly look for a place where I felt a bit safer for my family than what I saw walking/hanging around the parking areas. Everything felt a bit sketchy.

From reading the reviews I was somewhat skeptical about choosing the hotel. Once I reach and saw for myself. It was just as good as all those other high priced hotels. Everything was very good. Thank you.

Upon entering the rooms curtains were torn. It looked like someone had taken a knife to the comforter on the beds in our room. The floors looked gross. There were some railroad workers staying as well and they were waking the halls with no shirts on. Had set-up an after work tailgate in the parking lot, and to be real honest we thought of them as an added layer of security. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was super sweet. Will we return? Likely not. Just be aware that the pool has not worked in over a year and there are no plans to have it working.

The hotel is averager 3.5 out of 10. On arrival was greeted by employee at checking desk who asked me "so you want me to work today" this is at 4 pm in the afternoon. The room appear clean at first look but there was hair in the dhower and STAINS all over the seating chair in the room. The breakfast was appls, bananas, mini bottled water, coffee, tea and waffles you prepare, so averager breakfast. Hotel is okay if on a budget if not select another hotel

The first room we got smelled like smoke even though it’s non-smoking. It was dirty with stuff left around the room. The dresser was soaking wet on top. Website said there were rollaway beds at an extra cost and there were none. Lady said there was a couch and there isn’t. Second room (we requested to move) still smells kind of bad. The air conditioner isn’t working at all and it’s still not clean but cleaner than last. The entire hotel smells like weed. This is a pitiful hotel and I’ll never stay at a Sleep Inn again.

Suppose to have checked in to a suite but the a/c was not working; so they moved us to a regular king room (after i already paid for a king suite). The king suite was out date, the TV was small (not even a 32 inch), the shower head was stuttering, no floor mat in the tub, the chair in the room was old, the rug was worn out & dingy, no access to the pool or exercise room, the bed was decent, head manager was a no show, DON'T BELIEVE THE IMAGES OF THE HOTEL THAT YOU SEE ONLINE, it's the total opposite!! It's in a good location; a mile from the Tanger Outlets & good restaurants!! I will definitely be back to Savannah but I DEFINITELY WILL NOT stay at Sleep Inn & Suites in Pooler, Georgia......& I highly recommend you don't either!!

We had a double bed room. The water to take a shower was like warm at the most. The room was very hot the AC barely blowed out. The front desk was very friendly and they take dogs that was a plus

I pointed that out and was told owners would not replace due to cost. Breakfast wasn't HOT, Only coffee and A Waffle iron, not other fruits or eggs, bacon, sausage provided. Bathroom and shower clean and fresh towels, Bed was clean- but old decor and carpets old. Yes, I'd say a cheap hotel.

The front desk lady was very pleasant. The hotel room smelled stagnant. The bed had 2 black hairs on the sheets. The sitting chair had stains. The air conditioner stopped working at 3 am. We did not complain. We dealt with it for 1 night.

Housekeeping didn’t exist, room was never cleaned during my entire stay. Pool and exercise area were both unavailable. Very limited on breakfast items. FALSELY ADVERTISED on AARP EXPEDIA website. Will never stay there again. Very disappointing

Had a newer shower/bathroom but bed needs to be changed. Definitely a 2 star facility. Essentially no breakfast. Staff non existent

The place is run down and dirty, it also promises continental breakfast but only has waffles in the morning. Do not stay here, go somewhere else.

desk clerk DID NOT inform me of the lack of room services stay 3 nights room was not serviced Had to request extra towels to get thru the weekend

they put us in a room with no lights except the one in the hall. They did move us but the room should never have been rented.
