    The hotel was relatively quiet and clean. The location was great. The hotel is seemingly under renovation around the entrance. I circled the property 3 times before realizing the entrance was off to the side, not facing the parking lot and since there was yellow tape blocking that parking area, the entrance wasn’t apparent. There needs to be signage directing to the entrance while the property is under renovation.

    The staff at this hotel were so nice! We did have an issue with getting charged twice but the staff corrected it and gave me a call to assure me that the amount would be refunded. Honestly i would stay again. It was clean and welcoming!

    Breakfast was awful. Went down to eat at 8:50 and there was no food to be had. I spoke to the person in charge and she said “people serve themselves a lot of bacon, etc and don’t think about other people”. Had to wait 25 minutes to replenish food. Decaf coffee totally cold. No milk. Awful

    The staff were very helpful, however, the room was dismal decor, dull gray and the air con was very loud, and access to the reception had no signage and we had difficulty finding the entrance. On the positive side, the GM was very caring and understood our complaints and gave us a discount, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of items.

    The breakfast was outstanding. The location being near many restaurants and stores was a big plus. We were charged for the room/living room (one bedroom) we reserved, but we were placed into a suite. I was told after I went back to the service desk that they were fully booked, and suites were only available. Plus, the room had a bad air conditioning noise. They then moved us to an ADA suite, which had a loveseat, not a queen pull out bed. Was uncomfortable trying to sleep on the loveseat as was too small.

    Room wasn't cleaned well, the A/C sounded like a diesel truck next to our bed, the fire pit was nasty, the TV in our room had a horrible picture, the sound of doors closing and opening all night long. The stay was not worth the $230 I paid. I'm not a complainer but I was very unsatisfied with my stay.

    Lobby as beautiful, breakfast offered a great assortment, and the room decorations were modern. The first room given did not have a sofa bed as promised, relocated- in that room the shower temperature handle came off and towels smelled old, not fresh / clean.

    Our room was like an apartment, with a kitchen, refrigerator and a sink. Super roomy, and everything was pristine. It's very nice to arrive at a clean and comfortable place after 8 hours traveling by road. I couldn't be more satisfied, we had everything we needed. I loved the renovated bathroom and the big space in the shower so you can bathe three small kids at the same time with no problem. The breakfast could have been better. My mom and I love to eat grits for breakfast and we couldn't enjoy it because the grits were under-done, totally uncooked. They didn't have regular sugar (how come we all have to be putting artificial sweetener in our coffee now?) On another note, there was no whole milk, but 2% milk.

    Really nice property, felt safe, nice staff, nice rooms, near Tanger Outlet and restaurants. My family had a great time. My only issue is the cleanliness. I had an issue in one room and was easily switched to another by an accommodating staff but the second room was also lacking in cleanliness. Really nice hotel, hot breakfast, it was just the cleaning.

    The room was nice bed was hard and not comfortable and the toilet didn’t flush every time had to take back off to move the plunger so it could fill! On a lighter note the shower was above and beyond awesome large great pressure and excellent hot water‼️

    We stayed here a year ago on our way to Florida and liked it enough to book it again this year. However, perhaps because I used hotels.com rewards for our room this year, we were put in a really decrepit room. The sofa had stains all over it, on both sides (yuck)! The furniture was beaten up and pieces of laminate torn off. The dishwasher wasn't attached to the countertop, but rather shoved deep into the hole. The refrigerator smelled like it had something die in it. The HDMI cable wasn't hooked up. My husband called the front desk about that; they said they'd get back to us but never did. He finally figured out what to do, but he shouldn't have had to. The TV is bolted to the table in such a way it couldn't pivot enough for good viewing in the living room (on the now blanket covered sofa) or the bedroom. The countertops was chipped and not attached at the seams. THIS ROOM IS QUOTED AT $342 a night!!! It's not supposed to be dive. But I felt like it was a dirty room and glad I was staying only one night. We had this hotel booked for our return trip at the end of March, but I cancelled it and booked another hotel in the same complex for $120 less. Pros- the beds were comfortable (if you could trust the sheets were clean} and the breakfast very good. Location is good (right off 95- if you can get through the traffic lights to get to the hotel) and there are a lot of restaurants to chose from. What a difference a year makes, from 5 stars to mostly 2.

    Liked that it was close to the Airport. Dislike included mattress on pullout needs replacement, had to hunt down sheets for the pullout, room need some attention for repair, noisy, and the staff did not seem to happy to be there.

    Room had torn up chairs and stained lamp, definitely could tell that the furniture was worn out. Outside area for guests to eat was disgusting. Not many options for breakfast. Paid for the room in advance and was asked to put a card on file with no explanation. When I asked why, said it was for incidentals. Should definitely tell customers why you need their card when they’ve already paid for their room. No one was at the front desk to greet guests when they walked in during arrival. Definitely not the same experience I previously had with this hotel and probably won’t be staying there again.

    The hotel is not the cleanest. There must’ve been a party next to our room which kept us all up from 3am-4:30 am. Attempted to call down to front desk from the phone in the room to report the noise and it was not even hooked up. Also the pool was closed.

The rooms were not clean (dust, dirty desk chair, toliet, doors). First room, I was given had insects on the bedding and visibly not clean. Very disappointing experience.

We were not informed of this until we were already in the pool and the manager came over 10 min. later and stated we needed to get out due to it being closed. If we would have known this at check in that amenities were limited or closed we would have reconsidered our accommodations. Also, it was limited bath towels and wash cloths available. My Family and I had to go out and purchase wash cloths. With the cost of this hotel being $200 a night I truly feel that I shouldn’t have to go out to purchase amenities.

    I loved the fact that the staff was very professional even though they were way understaffed. It took a very long time to get our room but the manager was able to accommodate us with two smaller rooms. The management the staff and the Cleaning staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable by helping to surprise my sister on her birthday. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I would have given the hotel a 5 if it wasn’t for the fact that the staff was way understaffed and the wait time for a room was longer than expected.

    Had a full size refrigerator, glass stove cooktop, sink, dishwasher sofa, desk, tv and two queen beds. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice and shower was huge. Water pressure was great. Wish I stayed there more than one night! Would definitely stay there again!

    The staff were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Savannah, GA.
