Bed was comfortable. Place was VERY dirty and dingy. Rugs wee stained and worn. Water pressure in the shower was minimal. Breakfast was minimal.with no.protein. Only items with gluten, such as bagels, bread, mini muffins. Bananas were great!

The parking The rooms were humide. Our clothes and beds sheets were humide. Most of the electric plugs in our room didn’t work.

The handle on the shower kept coming off, the hot water never got above warm, the room had a weird smell, and we accidentally left two men’s shirts that evidently disappeared.

We had a family wedding, truly enjoyed our stay clean comfy beds, AC worked amazing, hot shower. Great location. Front desk/ staff was kind and cordial.

We checked it and after 30 min we couldnt stay there because we started to have headache from smell of mildew with combination of some chemicals, and window was dead shut, so we could not open it to get an air. I asked a front desk lady if they could give us another room. She game me an attitude saying blaming me for complaining and she could not help me with anything. We decided to leave right away and no longer breath thus horrible mold poison. Stay away.

The hotel is your basic interstate hotel, somewhere to sleep for the knight. The breakfast was basic, room was overpriced, bathroom fan was very loud.

The elevator was outdated. Breakfast should have more hot food options. Overall, the beds were very comfortable and it was quality.. thank you.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and hotel is quiet. I did not try to eat from the complimentary breakfast because I was ready to leave to see my family. However, several people were taking advantage of the food and no one seemed unhappy. Overall a great stay. I always book here when I travel through bc they are so reliable The parking spaces are really close together

The faucet had a hair on it, as well in the bathroom. Could use better cleaning between guests.

Our check-in was smooth and we were made very welcome. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I am always delighted to be able to report that there were 2 chairs 👍. This hotel is conveniently close to the highway, and we would happily stay there again when visiting the area.

The continental breakfast-there was no meat or eggs offered.

The man at the desk was very nice You could tell it was old. When I went to use the phone it has food and crumbs all over it. I was disappointed in the breakfast.

The location was great. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable The bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfast was very poor for selection. Although it was non-smoking the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We would have asked for another room but we were too tired to bother.

Coffee was good The extremely moldy smelly room… The mold smell was so strong I couldn’t breath, and coughed the entire stay….it was so very uncomfortable and kept me up all night… the worse experience staying at this hotel

The room smelled mouldy when we walked in. I bought Lysole spray to eliminate the scent, which did not help. These rooms have no open windows for air circulation. Poor experience.

I love this hotel..I stay here often. One of the best ...period...and they don't try go too deep into your pockets like a lot of comparable hotel stays. Quiet, clean, well managed Classy.. without the excessive room charge.

Filthy room dirty mirror and side table. bed bugs, filthy bathrooms. The smell in the whole building is terrible.left after check-in with no refund., Just wanted to get out of there. We chose to drive 5 hours back home instead of staying there. Dont book here, you will be extremely disappointed.

Rooms were clean. Pool was clean and we enjoyed it. Only downside was shower shelf was broken and there are no dressers or drawers or hooks for your clothing so must be left in your luggage.

Very conveniently located for a stop travelling to Florida. The staff are awesome, very polite and over and above helpful. They upgraded us to a suite since it was available with no extra charge. Would definitely stay here again. Made us feel very welcomed. The room was beautiful and very clean. Nothing negative about this place at all!

My room was very comfortable and well equipped. However, Pillows need replacing (ugh). The ‘ breakfast’ was non-existent. Went down @ 7AM….nothing was out but around 7:30AM the food started to be coming out. We, on a tight schedule, had to stop for something on my way South. Coffee is available 24hrs.

It wasn’t the absolute worst but it did have a mildew smell to the room and the hotel was under renovations while I was there. The toilet was clogged up so my daughter and I used the one in the lobby. Hopefully once renovations are done it will be much better. Location was great for what I was in town for.

The air conditioner blew cold air but did not take the humidity out of the air. The sheets and my pjs felt wet all night making sleeping very uncomfortable.

The door to my room had a 1.5 inch gap at the bottom and half inch gap around the sides, so noise, light and dust from construction entered my room. The shower was not clean and still had a bar of soap from the previous guest. I wished i had known it was under construction as i would not have stayed here. I was offered a 10% discount because of the construction, which I never received.

This hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. If I had known this ahead of time, I wouldn't have made the reservation. The best thing about it is that it was right next to a Cracker Barrel. We could walk there. It was also right off the interstate.

The hotel was totally gross. Was under construction. The tub was very bad condition stained .bug in the room stains on the bedding and pillows weird smell. Hear everything in the hallway from room. Ended up leaving at 4am .

This place needs a lot of updating. The room we were put into the green chair which had stains all over it was disgusting. When you walked into the bathroom it smelt disgusting, went and asked for an air freshener to try and help but she didn’t have one available at that moment. I figured let me try to turn on the ac to see if that would help and it enhanced the smell and smelt like straight urine. Asked the staff at the front desk if they had another room available and she accommodated us and gave us another room. That room was better but still very outdated. The bathroom had a big cutout in the wall of the shower and very outdated. This place needs a major renovation, def won’t stay there again. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Everything in the room had stains couch, chair, and bed. The bath tub has rust and mildew everywhere.

The room was quiet and had a great bed.

The only thing that bothered me, was the bed linen were not clean, it was spots and I am assuming lint. I feel maybe there need to be new sheets on the beds. The bed could be softer. Other than that everything else was fine.

Very quiet even though it’s right off a major highway. Loved how it was in walking distance of fast food restaurants and a couple other places, makes it very convenient.

This place was wonderful. No frills and it was just perfect for an overnight stay! Everyone was super nice and out was like 15 minutes from downtown.

Property is aging badly. Bathtub was cracked all over. Tile floor also cracked. Room was adequate. Refrigerator and microwave were welcome touches. Door doesn’t fit well letting in lots of light and giving a slightly unsafe feeling.

Linens were stained. Smelt clean but made you wonder.

No coffee maker in room! Details of construction and repair are poor… example would be grout work and tile thresholds that were cut too short. No cream for coffee in the breakfast room… they ran out!!

The toilet and shower were separate from the sink, but the shower area was very small and would not be easy to maneuver with a child. I would not choose this hotel again in the future and travel this area 4-5 times a year.

Very friendly staff- nice lobby but the room itself was very worn and visibly dirty- shipped paint, dirty chair, dirty looking tub although I’m sure it was cleaned it just has stains that are permanent. I knew for the price it would not be great so you get what you pay for

Everything about our stay was fine with a major EXCEPTION: the bathroom was a disaster, peeling paint ,ripped off sheetrock covering , baseboard becoming detatched. The bathroom itself was clean. But the general feeling was if the bathroom was such a mess what did we not see. We had had a long day and didn't have the energy to complain and ask for another room. Our experience with Quality Inn's over the years has always been good which is why we made the reservation. Icertainly would not recommend the property in Pooler.

They put us in a handicap room the bathroom and room rinked the bathroom was like people had peed everywhere and it was not cleaned up that the smell it had

For starters i waited 30 minutes to chech in as nobody was at the counter. The room smells like POT which made me sick. Baseboards shows rootted wood, bathroom needs repairs and overall looked dirty. If i wasn't so tired from a 13hour drive i would have left and went somewhere else.

The hotel was a little rundown. The chair in our room was stained and the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall. There were huge gaps in the front door that made the room very noisy.

Had a quick one night stay over. Room was a ground floor king. Staff could take some time and either clean the bathroom walls and door or repaint it as there are scuff marks and stains.

Floor was carpeted. When I walked around and saw bottom of my feet, they were dark. Floor should be laminated or steam carpet to get rid of odor.

Everything was fine except the pool was not in use, and my grandkids was very upset!!! There was no breakfast, I wouldn't even call what they had continental.

The only CON is the room had a musty smell. Probably due to either deep cleaning the carpet or no one being in the room for a while. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t very bothersome. The room was decorated neatly and clean. I would stay again.

The staff at counter was wonderful. The room was drab and needed a deep cleaning. The hallway noise was a lot. The tailgating work crew in the parking lot was odd.

This was my second time staying here and I must say the service was exceptional. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in the area.
