    One other thing, there are many newer, modern and less expensive hotels popping up. Most are just find. One bugagoo is having the microwave at knee level which is ridiculous, given the number of senior who travel. Between getting your food or drink in, setting the timer is a challenge at times.

    They offered, via Wyndham, a free late check out. When it came time for the late portion to kick in, they told me they will not honor it, and that I must pay to stay later. They called the police on me, and had at least 5 officers show up to escort me from the property. What’s more, calling Wyndham meant nothing. They said all policies are run by the property, and were very rude about it. The property says they never offered a late check out, and were very rude about it. The police were the nicest party I dealt with, surprisingly. I tried to talk to management, but refused to reach out. Just sent police. If you go against greater wisdom and stay, don’t think that late check out applies. They are apparently free to do as they wish unchecked.

    Hotel conveniently located to 95 and has a Wendy's right nearby you can walk next to parking lot. Rooms nice and clean. Breakfast was decent- not the best La Quinta breakfast, but fine. They charged for dog but reasonable $25 plus tax which is their stated price. But they had me sign a weird statement that dogs can't go on the furniture etc. Never encountered something like that at any La Quinta or dog-friendly hotel so I probably wouldn't stay there again. Also, a lot of trash outside in lawn area and parking lot that should be picked up more often.

    Thermostat on wall didnt work. Room was not cleaned or towels replaced during my 3 night stay. Each day i returned from visiting family, the room keys didnt work and had to go back down stairs to wait at the desk for someone to show up to reset the room keys. Poor property cleaning and maintenance.

    The location was close to our family event. The lady that was at the counter when I checked in was not nice when I had to take the take the keys back because they wouldn’t work. Once we got in the room the bathroom counter had not been cleaned and there was hair all over it. The sheets on the bed had either not been changed or were extremely stained. Either way it was nasty. When my husband went downstairs to let the lady know, he said she did say she was sorry and provided clean sheets for us to change them. The next morning the keys wouldn’t work again.

    The housekeeper knock in the door just as I got up to opened the door she was coming in the room. It was only 9:30 am in morning mind you check out isn’t until 11 am. This is unacceptable need to teach your housekeeping staff to do better.

    I was disappointed with this La Quinta property for many reasons. The staff was not overly friendly. The entire hotel smells like the breakfast service in the morning, even on the 3rd floor. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. The pool had been closed by the Georgia Health Department (since October 2025, according to the sign posted on the pool gate). The side entry doors did not open with a key card. The AC unit in the room does not cool the room adequately and the overhead light in the bathroom did not work.

    The property bills itself as pet friendly. However you have to sign an agreement upon check in that says you agree to keep your pets off the bed/furniture. To me, that’s not pet friendly. Many pets are allowed on chairs & beds at home. Saying you can do otherwise is problematic. I probably won’t stay here again.

    Room appeared clean but housekeeping and maintenance was lacking. In room coffee had no creamer, sweetener available. Smoke detector in bedroom was missing battery. Sofa was hard as a rock. Breakfast needed attention. Coffee cups had no tops available, no butter available. We chose this hotel for pet friendly accommodations but although the room was fine for this purpose, the grounds outside the facility provided almost no area for dogs relieve themselves much less any play area. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

    I had a reservation and was on my way to the hotel when I was delayed for hours by an accident in the construction zone on I-95. I was traveling from out of state, about 500 miles from home, and my phone service was intermittent during the trip. When I finally arrived around 3:00 a.m., I was told my reservation had been canceled because I missed the check-in hours. This left my family and me stranded in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. The frustrating part is that the front desk told me they still had vacancies, and that my original room was still empty. However, they said it was not their policy to book a room for someone walking in, and that I would have to make a new reservation. They then said they could offer me an early check-in at 11:00 a.m. for an additional fee, and suggesting that my family and I sleep in our car for the next eight hours. It is also worth noting that their own policy says "check-in starts at 3:00 p.m.," and clearly says "does not end".

    Very good. Many choices. Quality food and coffee. I asked for 3 blankets to cover all furniture to protect from our cat. They would only provide one. I brought in our packed items to protect the rest. I respect others. The new furniture was not pet friendly. Why allow pets and decorate in unfriendly pet ways? You pay $25/night and they expect a pet must stay in a carrier while in the room. The animal is in a carrier for eight hours of driving. That is cruel and bad planning. You can buy pet proof furniture that is attractive but not easily damaged. The threat of charging you for serious damage is understandable but they really are not pet friendly. If they were, their renovation would have helped, not hurt their customer relations.

    I chose this hotel specifically for the pool and when we arrived were told it was closed and unavailable for use even thought it was 80 degrees outside. I understand that this could be a seasonal amenity but with the weather and the location, would think that the pool would be usable at this point in the year. Very disappointed in that as was a fellow traveler who had the same expectation. Also, I thought it was a little strange (and the first time ever) the front desk could not start the check in for anyone waiting in the lobby until 3 pm. The rooms were obviously ready and it was really not cool to just sit there while more and more people arrived to not be starting the checkin when it was 2:56 PM????

    The hotel is very conveniently located close to 1-95, which makes it an excellent stop when traveling long distances. It's easy to access and perfect for a quick overnight stay. The property itself was clean, and the rooms were generally well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was very limited compared to other La Quinta locations we've stayed at. Also, even though I clearly indicated that we were traveling as a family of three with a child, there was no bedding prepared for the sofa bed. This happened more than once, and each time I had to go to the front desk to request sheets and extra towels, which was inconvenient.

    lobby has music playing all night. never seen or heard this before. are room was next to the lobby. i slept almost 4hours, then at 4:30 am i ask the lobby attendant to turn down the music. she said it wasn't from them, as the music slowly decreased volume. 15 minutes later music volume back up. At 6:30 talked to the first shift attendant who said yes its there music but corporate mandated it and there is nothing they can do. Both contradict reach other. Never again will i stay at a hotel. from now on its BnBs or Airbnb

    Booked 2 rooms. First rooms on 3rd smelt horrible of some weird chemical. Rooms were run down and carpets very stained. Moved us to 2nd floor. Certainly better still smelt a bit like wet dog but still not as bad as those other rooms. No hand soap in any of the bathrooms.

    The pool was shut down by the health department and no where was it listed when booking. The blinds were broken, the sleeper sofa is tiny and did not have any sheets/bedding available. It was broken as well. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bed pillows were more like throw pillows.

    I just thought I would pop in with luggage for giggles. No smiles, no apology at all. Once I was finally checked i. I turned on the ac in the room and nothing happened. I waited for 10 minutes before having to go back up front to advise Of issue. 2nd I found 2 roaches on the counter. The pool had a sign posted by health dept. the health dept deemed It unsafe. The “fitness room had a treadmill “out of order, a stationary bike and a upper body machine? The breakfast would have been good had there been any type of meat option, there were runny eggs, a toaster that didnt toast

    Room smelled musty. Looked clean. The bathroom door was hanging off the hinges and didn’t close. The tub drain was clogged. Not happy about standing in backed up water while trying to get clean in the shower, I think that’s the whole reason behind taking showers! Didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t rate that.     When we check in on dec 24th we were put in room 319 the room was not clean then we were put in 105 in that plugs in the bathroom didn't work the facuet that turn the water on and off was broke dec 27 we were waking up by fire alarm we had to go outside and wait for the fire department to find out there was no fire the front desk didn't know how to turn the alarm off. I ask on the dec 27th around 10 am could we have a late check they yes until 12 but when i check the same day and night it was not put in the system. Then on my check out day the housekeeping start at 10:30 rushing us to leave the room .

Could have stayed next door for that fee and a nicer hotel. I always pay $25 at the LaQuinta in Greenville and other locations , on top of that I had a small dog that dont even bark. Breakfast area was clean , but the food wasnt nothing to brag about. sausage every day, were's the bacon people. Alot of restaurants in the area and very quite and safe. Police always close by.

    Easy to get to from major highway, hotel is older and you see and feel it. I had to leave after the first night due to how HUMID the room was, I hard a difficult time breathing it was so bad. Also, pool need some renovation it’s old and falling apart could use a new glazing and some new chairs that aren’t caving in other wise not so bad. Oh he beds kinda lumpy and the stairway was dirty full of stains in the carpet. Time to remove carpets from hallways and stairs. Did not eat breakfast but it looked like typical “free breakfast” otherwise it’s an ok hotel but wouldn’t stay again.

    Was a fast check in, great location, and friendly staff. Room itself was not too updated but very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the outlet mall and about 44 mins from the beach. It was worth the drive. Would stay there again.

    I’ve always stayed in LaQuintas but this was the worst stay. Bathroom was dirty, no coffe cups was told they must of ran out. No phone in the room was told they’re waiting for new ones. The hallway was very noisy kids out there making noise till 3AM. I’ve always had quiet rooms. After being on the road all day I was looking forward to a good night sleep, that didn’t. The breakfast had no juice it was out of order. Never will stay there again

    It was clean and quiet even though pet friendly. Very convenient to I95 and easy commute to Tanger mall area shopping. No clock or phone in room, therefore Must request and pick up replacement towels at front desk. Evening staff very friendly...mirning staff very bland. Breakfast choices not great and juice machine out of order for the three mornings we were there. Since I didn't bring a pet I probably would not consider this again.

    walls have no insiulation so I heard doors slamming when trying to sleep and banging noises upstairs. AC unit inside was also extremely noisy so had to unplug. I specifically requested a quiet room before my stay.

    Ok when I stayed first 3 days it was fine next 4 days was not no check in fron house keep the lady was not to friendly at night I needed to ck out 30 min late on my 8 th day and the told me no late check out but if I paid 30 bucks could of stayed 2 hrs I spent almost 1000 bucks there could not let me check out 30 min early

    I especially liked the mattress, just right firmness and absolutely clean and fresh. I also liked the other amenities such as a silent yet effective in-room refrigerator. Only criticism is the fitness center. The gym equipment is not being maintained and is hard to use with no instructions.

    There was construction being done. The elevator broke. They repaired it by the next morning. My refrigerator and microwave stopped working on the second day. The staff were able to give a quick solution for the microwave but were unable to do anything about the refrigerator. The staff was friendly and the room upgrades (once completed) I’m sure will be nice but right now they are not quite there.

    Price was very reasonable and our room is beautiful, clean, spacious and well furnished. One of the nicest rooms we have ever had. We are traveling with a small dog and had to sign a paper that said the dog was not allowed on any of the furniture or the bed. We brought in his dog bed but he was not happy. Wish I had an extra sheet with me. Check in was quick and efficient. Don’t know about breakfast yet but so far I’m very pleased and would highly recommend. Renovation still going on on the first floor but didn’t effect us on the 3rd floor.

    This property is under construction so I made sure we were in one of the already renovated rooms. The room was adequate but small, clean and everything worked as expected. The lobby was clean as well. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and made the check in process very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly stop in your travels.

    Check in was terrible. After traveling all day I had to wait at least ten minutes for the desk clerk. Apparently he was the only one working and was required to do maintenance too. When he did finally show he just mumbled and had terrible customer service. This was 6:30 in the evening The room was nice and clean
