It was a 3 night stay and they room was very clean and air conditioning was the best . It was very close to everything and enjoyable stay. Was not loud either I slept nicely.

My two granddaughters stayed for the weekend. I was worried about them being there, just the two of them...but they were very safe and the staff was extremely helpful. Everyone was very nice.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Stayed here for a one night stopover, mainly due to price. Breakfast was grab and go items, so not great. Ended up going to a local breakfast spot “another broken egg” which is excellent. Was very disappointed at the amount of garbage - yes garbage - accumulated at elevators. Was overflowing when I got there at 7pm and was even worse in morning. Seems no-one was checking common areas on the accommodation floors. Reception area and ground floor OK

Would not recommend staying here. Hotel looked dirty and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Shower floor looked dirty. Could hear upstairs neighbors all night. If you plan on staying here, I would keep your expectations really low. We were surprised it was given an excellent rating on this site. Only positive, a relatively cheap pet fee to other hotels.

Additionally, the guests directly above us were making noise all night. Someone, a kid I think, was running up and down the room and jumping and creating all sorts of ruckus during what were supposed to be the "Quiet Hours" (10pm to 8am) I believe. We went to get breakfast on our morning checking out. Breakfast is til 9:30am and we arrived at 9:15am just to find everything already put away. All that was left was some blueberry muffins and nutrition bars. Not much else. That was disappointing. Generally, the hotel staff was a little standoffish. The only employees that really greeted us were the cleaning ladies. So overall, not a great experience.

No real breakfast-the overwhelming smell of pot from 7 am in the morning was ridiculous. Check in staff, housekeeping personnel very nice. The room was good but the halls, elevator, public areas very filthy.

We arrived late in the evening. The key card for our room wasn’t working. The staff—a young man and a young woman—did everything they could to sort out the problem. They upgraded us to a superior room. And they treated our child to hot chocolate and sweets. The staff were very friendly! One downside: there was a strong smell of weed everywhere except in the room

Location and size of the rooms From the interaction with 3 staff via the phone to have to change the date we were coming in due to an emergency, to the morning desk staff who literally told me when I called down to let her know there wasn't a hair dryer and that a plunger was needed. I was in the middle of getting ready so I informed her of that and asked if she could bring them up. Her response-" We don't put hair dryers in the rooms so you need to throw some clothes on and come get them. They will be at the front desk". So I "threw some clothes on", went to the front desk, which was dark and no one was there, picked up the hair dryer and the plunger. Perhaps I should have asked for a discount seeing how apparently I am now an employee of ESA plunging toilets and retrieving items that should already be in the rooms. If people are stealing the hair dryers, then attach them to the walls or charge the guests like would be done if they took a towel or the utensils. SMH ?

Just a few nights people over is has kids and it was the worse the night lady when told didn't do anything about it but the daytime lady must have after I told her no more issues. I think kids should be put on the first floor since some like to run around stomping.

I like the fact that it’s pet friendly and located near several restaurants We chose this hotel because we stayed there in December and everything was fine. This time when my husband checked in he was told I had to go in and give my identification. I have never had to do this before. The girl at the desk could not give me a good reason why. She scanned my driver’s license and took photos of the back and the front. With all the identity theft going on I saw no reason to do this. She did not take photos of my husbands ID. The credit card we used had already been accepted. I won’t be staying there ever again. She was rude and dismissive over my concern.

One of the best places to stay in Savannah as well as the staff was awesome and very helpful.

Hotel was centric close to plenty stores and restaurants, nice place to spend the night. The only thing, which is not bad just unusual, there was no bathroom in the lobby area.

The elevator was slow, elevator updates expired, the trash smell filled the halls that evening and the lobby mini trash at the coffee station was over flowing

Everything. Not clean, not tidy. It had a strıng smell especially with the water. It smelled like as if we got water from an old wheel. The pillows were awful, I had to use towels to put my head on the pillow. There were flies and a dead bug. I arrived very tired, and there were not availability nearby. I would not stay here if I could find another place.

The area that the hotel was in is in a very excellent place it was a walk away from Dave and Buster's and the entire Outlet of Tanger other places to eat Texas Roadhouse Logan's Walmart's all other places to shop for clothing and other entertainment was directly in the area a perfect 10 out of 10 staff was wonderful commute was easy I will recommend

All was great. I knew in advance that the breakfast was a grab and go so that was nice to know. Only had granola bars and muffins but it was fine for me since I knew ahead of time. They also did not have a hair dryer in the room.

The hotel was ideal for our one night stopover with two medium pups. Check in was easy, the pet charge was added at the front desk, and they offered to give us a first floor room with the pups. Since it was one night, we stayed on the third floor. It was quiet and clean with plenty of space. Our room has a kitchenette with sink which was good for cleaning the food bowls, and a fridge with freezer so we could refreeze our ice packs. Breakfast was simple, muffins, cereal, yogurt, bananas which was easy enough for on the go. Coffee was available anytime we wanted it downstairs. Would easily stay again.

The hallway smelled really bad like poop , pillows had yellow and brown stains , there is never any staff at the front desk when you need help !!!!! The staff who came to clean the room was very rude & they only clean once a week WTH I will not stay here again .

This seemed like a newer hotel, but when we arrived, the lock on our door would not work because it was not installed correctly, so the lever would not fit into the hole. This was an issue at installation, not due to equipment malfunction. Hard to believe we were the first people to stay in the room, and if it was a known issue, I hope they don't keep putting people in the room without fixing it. It took 30 minutes for them to get us a new room. This is unacceptable (it was late, and we drove 8 hours that day). There is not really breakfast - it's "grab and go." The room and hotel were clean.

I always stay here when visiting my grandson and each clerk has been the most welcoming and helpful except last night the front desk clerk was not polite or helpful. My son asked if he could use rest room as we were traveling over 5 hrs and she said there’s a bathroom in room as she took her time checking us in. Not pleased at all with her!

I loved my stay. The kitchen inside the room was very convenient. The room was nice and cool. The room was clean and they had towels and washcloths plentiful. The breakfast was just right for someone on to go. I enjoyed the coffee. I definitely would come back, especially since I was next to the Tanger Outlet. Amazing front desk service!, the room was very nice but bathroom shower was a little half cleaned, kitchen type area and full sized fridge makes you at home and the wood floor finish makes you feel luxurious, could be better with keeping the non-staying individuals in check ran into a few people asking for money, lighters etc but its a hotel so nothing you shouldn’t expect, the area being right night to tanger outlets is extremely convenient. Overall I’d give a 7.5/10 would stay again!

They promised breakfast but when we went THERE at 9:00 thank God there was nothing to eat because they basically had nothing they would have had just yogurt Gritz in the pouch , ENERGY bar but they had coffee only dindnt look safe place

The amount charged was more than Hotels.com said (they charged for pet, which was not noted on their web page, only a nice place for pets). The “breakfast” was coffee, fruit bars, instant oatmeal packs, packaged muffins and yogurt, which was gone by 8am. Nothing fresh, not even orange juice. Worst was the price was as much as or more than what we’ve paid at much better hotels in the Savannah area. On the positive side, the second room they gave us was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

Minimalistic but sufficient

Clean, safe and fridnly staff. Only thing i would like to mention the Room AC took a while to cool down the temprature. Other then that all was great. Room had full size classic fridge, 2 small size cook top, microwave and sink. Good for making a quick snack in room or cooling your drinks.

The room design

I like this area it is convenient off the interstate and a lot of food options. We stayed at this hotel because we were transporting my brothers dog and have an easy dog policies. I would not stay again as a family with our toddler because it is a hotel full of traveling construction workers so just a lot of men outside smoking and listening to music in the lobby and lounging in the grass which is fine just not what I look for traveling with kids. Front desk girl was very helpful and nice and our room was clean.

This hotel is basic as it gets. A square room with four walls and a bed. Maybe a 5/10 at best, but the customer service offered was superb. The women that worked there went above and beyond to help me and make sure everything was as best as it could be. 5 star service for sure.

Pooler is about a 25 minute drive via highway from Savannah's historic district. The rooms are big, somewhat spare. Floor was pretty dirty.

I ended up get bug bites all over my arms and legs from sleeping in the bed. The pool area was dirty and the water was dirty. Wasn't able to go swimming. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Clean a large sized rooms, home sized fridge with freezer, stove top, microwave, stainless sink. Nothing fancy but a solid and useful and clean choice. No restaurant or lounge since the design is obviously for in-room cooking and there are plenty of walking-distance food choices. I'd have no problem staying again.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The tenants were quiet.

I have stayed at other locations of this Hotel, which have been great. This location was very dirty and could have used some repairs. The floor in the room seem dirty, no clean shine just residue and footprints. Soap Dish in the bathroom had soap residue in the dish with a new wrapped bar in it. Tiny hair shampoo, no conditioner. Sprinkler head was exposed no cover around it, just a hole in the ceiling. Only positive the staff was nice

Really impressed with the property, the rooms were clean (more than I was expecting), convenient and staff was friendly. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, went out for breakfast. Overall, I give it a 10/4 stars.

It was all good.

Don’t be turned off from the curb appeal or lack there of. Once inside this is a very nice facility. We were very impressed with our room and all the amenities it had to offer.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is perfect for short stay while traveling with pets.

We ran an errand.. Came back to the room at 9:30 am to find two maids in our room cleaning and our two cats gone. The maid said we had checked out and was told to clean room. She took one downstairs and the other cat was gone. The manager came up and said we had checked out at 6:45. I asked who checked us out because we were still asleep at that time. He just kept making excuses and no solutions. We still had one cat missing, finally found her underneath the chair. We were in a car accident the day before and we were already stressed. Including the cats and we stayed there because it was pet friendly. Never again

Some Trash containers in the common area were overflowing with garbage.

The hotel was in very good condition, renovated and clean, the suite is very spacious with a very comfortable kitchen, I recommend it 100%, the breakfast is limited but acceptable for the price!

Nice location, clean

The power was out when we got there. We went to check in our room wasn’t ready. The ladies in the front who work there were arguing. Very unprofessional. The rooms were not very nice and clean.

This place is in a good spot, but when we arrived at our room, the room had a horrible smell, as if they hadn't cleaned the filters in the place or the AC unit. There was hair in the shower as if they didn't clean it and old stains on the sheets. Overall, I felt nasty laying my head here and will never stay here again.

The room had an odd smell and the floors were sticky.

Amazing stay! Great location. About 20 minutes from Downtown Savannah which is great. This hotel is located in the middle of a large shopping and dining area.

We have stayed there before all good

The room was clean but there was not even a cup of coffee available in the morning. The breakfast area was bare, seemed like no one tended to it all night. I was disappointed because I booked the room based largely on Expedia reviews and will not stay there again.

Finally there was a very loud noise every time the air kicked on so we were woken about 1x per hour.
