What really stood out was how the team went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was smooth and that our entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to customer service made a great impression on us. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. Thank you to the staff for making our visit such a pleasant one!

First the pool. Not so good. It was very dirty and we found a couple large roaches and a large centipede. The door to get into the pool was broken. The elevator was questionable and didn’t smell very clean. The stairwell was worse. Just felt very dirty the entire time. Ice machine did not work on floors 2 or 3. Overall not what I expect from a Marriott. It is my understanding they just acquired the property. So maybe in time it’ll improve. The front desk girl was very helpful and friendly. No complaints about the staff.
- 2/5
We showed up late they had changed our room type. We didn’t have enough pillows. It seemed very run down for being “newly renovated”
- 1/5
I wished I could relate this hotel a 0 the worse stay ever the pool was not fit to stay in big roaches running across the room freezer was frozen housekeeper woke me up and ask if I needed sum I told her what I needed never got them had to go get it my self would not recommend this hotel to no one. It was awful. I paid too much money for it to be like this breakfast was terrible.!!!!

Location The pool was not available

Beds were comfortable, value was good, and location was good as it is close to Savannah. When this reservation was booked, it was a Best Western. When we arrived very late in the evening, there was a Best Western sign at the street, but when we drove up to the building, the sign on it said it was a City Express by Marriott. Thinking we must not be at the right hotel, we drove a bit farther through the parking lot, but there were no other hotels. Went back and asked front desk staff if we were in the right place and were told it had transitioned a week prior to our arrival, and if we had used Best Western reward points for payment, they weren't valid any longer. When we got to our room, it appeared that it hadn't been cleaned very well, there weren't enough towels or toilet paper, and the toilet was clogged. Called the front desk and after quite some time, a staff member arrived to unclog the toilet and bring more towels and TP. After two days of returning to the hotel and our room not having been serviced, we called the front desk once again to ask for clean towels and TP. After a couple hours, we finally went down to ask and some were brought out to us. Our microwave didn't work, so we went to the lobby to use the one there; it didn't work either and when we asked a staff member about it, they just said, "I don't know", and didn't offer any assistance. Not even once did we get an apology or anything even resembling one. At one point, we asked a couple who happened to be in the elevator with us how their stay was going and they told us it hadn't been good. Their room door was open when they arrived, and it hadn't been cleaned well either. We also noticed as we were walking to and from our room that quite a few of the room doors were ajar and we joked that hopefully no one was staying in them! We thought it was very unprofessional that we weren't notified by either hotel or Booking.
- 4/5
Location of the hotel was great, the staff was also great, but one staff member " Nicole" was awesome at the front desk at check-in & check-out. Room was great, but had a few flaws though. My room had a few bad flaws, but comfortable. Swimming pool needed to be clean, and the computer was trying to charge me for the room when I already paid for it... SmDh on that situation
- 3.5/5
Beds were very clean and rooms were well kept and new The staff was nice but several times I waited for a staff member for over 5 minutes and couldn’t find anyone to help me
- 0.5/5
Nothing Them not honoring my booking.com reservation that was already paid for and making me pay twice. Very poor customer service. Trash breakfast options, literally had yogurt and some omelets nothing else

Bad
- 1/5
This place was terrible. Smelled of mildew EVERYWHERE, musty, room was not clean when we got in, under the sink were previous guests towels, food in fridge. No way this place was just renovated. Breakfast was not as advertised at all.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
It was near state route The breakfast was decent Bathroom was not as clean no toilet paper face tissue Coffee items for one person and we were two
- 0.5/5
The hotel was OK but they do not have my reservation The hotel is a different chain now and they charge me again the night; we are in the process that you make me a reinbursment
- 3/5
The hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfy which is a big plus. The downside was we got double charged for our room. The lady at the front desk was helpful and apologetic but I stopped by the front desk 2 days in a row after being told the charges would disappear the first day after 12… which they did not. I talked to at least 5 other people who said the same thing happened to them. Second, housekeeping walked into our room on 3 occasions in 1 day and we specifically told them we would like the room serviced and asked for more towels ect. Each time they would laugh, smile and say ok … but never brought the items or serviced our room. We left and came back around 5-6 ish and there was a housekeeper coming down the hall. I asked if our room was still going to be serviced and she said “only if your requested or your on this list” I said well oh have spoken to 3 different housekeepers and made a request . Her response was oh well do you just want some towels then. Point being is the housekeeping service was terrible. I shouldn’t have to request 3 times and then still go get it myself after a 8 hr Waite. Also, breakfast was not good lol
- 1/5
Said there was breakfast, there wasn’t. Whole confusion of when I booked it was best western, when I got there it was Marriott. The room stunk.
- 4/5
I like that the property isn’t too far of a drive from everything you would like to do. They beds are comfortable and the AC works great in the summer. The rooms are exactly as pictured and spacious. They have the flats pillows I’ve ever seen and sometimes it’s way too cold in the room. The elevator is also extremely warm most of the time. They also have had a name change which made check in complicated ( they are now a city express by Marriott) we checked in during the end of May 2026 so hopefully it won’t stay as this name on booking for long Because it’s a booking.com issue.
- 3/5
The place had just changed ownership which was causing major issues. Also, the first floor lobby had recently flooded caused by excessive rain and construction.
- 1/5
They don’t have wipes or anything to clean equipment in the gym and it was noticeable. Breakfast was very limited. They clean your room after your stay is over, not during. My shower made an high pitch noise when the hot water was on. Outside of this, the staff was very kind and maintenance was helpful.
- 1/5
Don't stay here! They didn't recognize my payment through hotels.com and told me they needed a deposit when I arrived. I was told they would charge $25 a night that would come off at checkout. Instead I was double charged for my stay. (And apparently lots of other guests were as well!) I spent most of my trip talking to whoever was working the desk to get the charges reversed and no one was able to do it. I'm still waiting for the reversal. Not to mention the pool was visibly dirty, there was no coffee maker or bedding for the fold out bed in our suite. Housekeeping never came to clean up or refresh anything in our room. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working and breakfast was terrible. There was next to nothing offered and everything looked old. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. I would not recommend staying here!
- 4/5
Need more help at front desk. Double charged for deposit on room. Waited forever at front desk to get it straightened out.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, however we had to switch rooms when we got there because the previous guest in that room had their belongings locked in the room due to the card reader malfunctioning. I was told this was because the hotel recently changed ownership so they were changing out all the door systems. Breakfast was included, however it was very limited.
- 0.5/5
I didn’t like anything about the property I was mislead completely Everything. The room had dirty pillows the pool stinked and was not clean the water was brown
- 3/5
was under construction no bar and no pool
- 0.5/5
The room was not equipped with blackout blinds and faced an external light, which made it almost impossible to sleep. I asked for something to cover the windows, but no one ever came to assist. I was only told that there was no maintenance person available at the time. In addition, the thermostat did not work properly, so I could not adjust the room temperature ,I could only turn the system on or off. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
- 2/5
Location just outside Savannah and water pressure We stayed a week and housekeeping never cleaned or restocked our linens. We told front desk twice but still had to go to front desk for clean linens and towels. After 3 days we just had to start leaving our trash and dirty towels outside our room. The hotel has been sold and isn’t a Best western anymore. We were not notified of this. But they are remodeling and doing work inside. We couldn’t swim in the pool because it was nasty and needed cleaned. The staff at the front desk were very polite though
- 3/5
Good AC, bed super comfortable No soap for bathroom to wash hands, no bags in trash cans, continental breakfast was cut back tremendously from my last stay.
- 1/5
Location is the only saving grace. For starters, this isn't the best Western premier. It's a Marriott chain. That alone creates a level of discomfort and distrust that is hard to quantify. When you think you're staying somewhere and it turns out, without any notice, that you will not be staying there is stressful. I paid upfront no refunds allowed. Yet they failed to inform me that the hotel that was being advertised to me wouldn't be the hotel I stayed in. The staff was terrible. 4pm check-in and the room I was originally assigned was dirty. There appeared to be ashes on the bed sheets and when I asked for a different room they told me it's not ashes it's just large clumps of dust.... That's some level of hospitality. Massive clumps of dust on the bed I'll be sleeping in. Did I mention that the elevators inspection is out of date also? They were annoyed when I asked for a different room and said they would need 20 mins to prepare. I obliged.. 20 mins later turned into over an hour. When I came back down to check the progress I was offered the exact same room I didn't want.. 20 mins after that, I got a new room. Jokes on me though cause this room had a used washcloth in the bathroom and pistachio shells on the floor. As well, no hand soap.. they never would give me hand soap either.. it was unbelievable. The majority of the blame is on the hotel staff but also booking.com is absolutely in the fault here. They didn't respond to my help request for 2 days and all they said was they hadn't heard from the hotel and for ME to give the hotel a call. The hot they're trying to call doesn't exist. Booking.com advertised a hotel to me took my money and then gave me a different hotel without my consent. It was horrible.
- 1.5/5
The beds were clean, the kitchen staff were very friendly. Outside looked updated as well as in the rooms. Some of the staff were helpful. The ac in the hall and elevator wasn't working. We were told there was an ice machine on the 3rd floor, it doesn't work. Went downstairs, asked about ice, and was sent to the kitchen. The sweetest lady helped us. Tried to use the 24 hr gym but the cars didn't let me in at 11pm. No staff anywhere to be found. No one told us at check-in that we didn't receive the daily cleaning service so on the 2nd day I had to ask for towels from the cleaning lady. She gave me 3 towels for a room of 4 ppl. Then asked me to put my towels outside the door and our cleaning lady would bring more. We never received more towels. Had to ask that same lady for toilet paper, we only had 1 roll to last 4 people for 4 days. The pool looks grungy. The website said BEST WESTERN, one sign outside says Premier Hotel and inside the sign has a 3rd name. Not at all what I expected. Free breakfast was pre-made omelettes, cereal and pastrys. No toast, meat, pancake) waffles. This is the south, why not bacon, sausage, grits, toast, etc
- 5/5
Good breast. Poo is not heated.
- 2/5
The staff had good attitudes despite all of the other chaos & the bed was pretty comfortable. We arrived on the day that they decided to switch over to City Express. Had no knowledge of this prior to or I would've picked elsewhere. That prolonged check-in for everyone, just had people waiting around for 1 hour or more . Even for people staying several nights, there was only enough toiletries & towels/cloths for 1 night, so I immediately had to go ask for more items. There were small stains on our sheets. The light on my side of the bed did not work. The mirror was hung very weirdly, like almost to the floor. You couldn't even see your full self without bending all the way over. The 1 thing that specifically made me choose this hotel was seeing the pictures of a hot buffet breakfast. I'm not sure if it's because of the switchover or not, but there was definitely no buffet available. Just 1 hot item (eggs of some sort) & a few other pastry/cereal items. Very disappointing. I would've chosen somewhere had I known what was clearly pictured when booking wouldn't be available. If I go back to Savannah, I will be choosing elsewhere.
- 5/5
The decor
- 3/5
Remodeling was mostly complete. No restaurant or full breakfast as promised, continental breakfast provided. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. New computer system and staff not aware of available rooms. Charged for room when already prepaid. Waiting on refund.
- 2.5/5
Good location No longer a best western hotel. Didn't have the basic necessities in the room. Had to make a list and get from the front desk. Breakfast was not as advertised. Basically just bagels and cereal. Not even any fruit.
- 3.5/5
Decent room, decent location with good proximity to highway and closeness to Savannah Was under renovation when we arrived, outside of building does not show it is a best western so was a bit confused. Did not have luggage carts when we arrived, and staff was clearly overwhelmed with change of system to Marriott.
- 1/5
Las papeleras no tenian bolsas, el toilet estaba clogged y no lo pudieron destupir y tenia un olor desagradable, no tenia handsoap ni body wash
- 3/5
Was great. I didn't like being charged for the room twice. I paid through Booking then the hotel charged my card that I used for the deposit for another night.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
The air conditioner was not very cool. Housekeeping attended to our bathroom but not the rest of the room throughout the duration of our stay. Parking was very nice. We did use the indoor swimming pool which was good.
- 5/5
Great digs but the site was going thru some transition so some things were not in place (i.e. cups in the room, ice on the same floor even though it was marked as such etc.)...overall a very clean site and updated room.
- 4/5
The room was very clean the staff was very friendly & nice it was just minor things that need to be done the ironing board was broke as well as the iron didn’t work beside that I would recommend it to anyone
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 3.5/5
Clean and comfortable enough. Nothing spectacular, but I think we ended up at a slightly nicer place for the price because it was in the middle of nowhere. It is further away than we had anticipated from downtown Savannah. Breakfast probably could’ve had more options that weren’t bread-based.
- 3.5/5
Bed was very uncomfortable. They were remodeling and it didn't say that on website.
- 4.5/5
Room was clean, bed was comfortable
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 2/5
The property needs to be updated. We booked under the impression it was Best Western Premier with breakfast and while we were there it changed to City Express and they had no breakfast and coffee was cold. The only reason I’m giving them 2 start is because the staff was great and I know it was not there fault.
- 4/5
I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Close to Savannah and pretty good for the price. Only issue was the bed platform was not sturdy and the mattress was low quality. Still was able to sleep ok. 👍
- 5/5

THE BREAKFAST WAS SKIMPY… disappointing!
- 4/5
Clean room and helpful staff
- 4/5
Property is fine.. Room is adequate and comfortable..Staff is ok..Will stay here again
- 5/5
No cups or coffee in room
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations. Bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
Room was clean for the most part. There was some staining on the curtains, tv only had 46 channels with some not even working, we did not receive any toiletries or hand soap and had to ask front desk 3 times, the restaurant stated in the description is not there. Breakfast was just okay. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible place to stay it could just use a few improvements.
- 5/5
Everything we needed for 1 night.
- 3/5
The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were a little dated. It was an average hotel. It served his purpose for one night.
- 2/5
Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Extremely limited and poor quality. Staff was nice
- 3.5/5
The location to the highway was excellent. This was only a one night stay on our way to Florida. The hotel has been renovated. The room was very nice but we had a couple of issues. Upon our arrival which was late night about midnight, the clerk gave us a room and when we opened the door there were no sheets on the bed, a bag of trash on the counter and the room wasn't clean. The clerk gave us another room on the same floor further down the hall. When we walked into the room it looked very nice, HOWEVER, upon opening the bathroom door there was a distinct order of marijuana having been smoked recently. There wasn't any physical evidence in the bathroom which otherwise looked very clean. I went back downstairs and told the clerk and he offered to move us a third time to a king suite on the 3rd floor. We declined the move as we were already very tired from traveling over 10 hours. The order eventually dispersed. I asked that we receive a discount on the room but were told in the morning at checkout that wasn't possible. The oder may possibly have come in through a vent from an adjacent room but again there wasn't any immediate evidence. The staff was very apologetic and made a note to for the cleaning staff to thoroughly clean the room. Other than that I would still recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Property was under renovation and a mess. Breakfast was awful and not up to par. Shuttle from airport was awful… took over an hour to pickup and it’s only 6 miles from airport, van was filthy and no seatbelts. Rooms were great however.
- 2/5
I think they’re remodeling, some areas seemed like they had been remodeled others desperately needed it and in other areas it appeared they were working on it, but I never saw anyone there working on . The whole experience there was not good. It’s a hotel I would not choose to stay at again.
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 2/5
Elevators were filthy.
- 3/5
The best thing was the fresh mad buffet breakfast. The ladies did a excellent job. Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean. Comfortable. Value.
- 5/5
Clean. Comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast was hot and fresh.
- 4.5/5
Clean , quote and confortable room Good location, Excellent customer service Good value
- 5/5
Parking was safe and easy. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good and plenty. Very convenient off of 95 for our trip to Florida.
- 3.5/5
Good location and clean.
- 2/5
They are remodeling and the beds are definitely Cots like you make when family pops up. We have stayed here plenty of times and never had and experience like that. Won’t be back
- 5/5
Newly renovated, in fact lobby still in progress Too bad the bathtub and shower are not fully renovated. Only one bath towel in the room. We were 2.
- 3/5
Place is going under renovations so no bar. Broken shower set up. I mentioned it to housekeeper and a guy did show up to attempt a fix but only temporary fix. He said he has to get authorization to go to Home Depot to get right parts and that was hard to get. So good luck to next person in the room. I had a handicap setup room but wonder why it was on the 4th floor for someone in a wheelchair maybe and if there was a fire. Not the best idea I think. Housekeeper got my towels but had none to replace them. Guess not enough until the laundry was done. I had hung them up to reuse but I guess they don’t follow that practice. Guy who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I would attempt another stay and maybe renovations would be done next time.
- 0.5/5
Nothing at all Everything. Stains on sheets kids running around in the parking lot at 10pm
- 0.5/5
Nothing Pee stains
- 5/5
Front desk person (was a guy) was amazing! Clean rooms and great breakfast! Me and my family love staying at this hotel!
- 2/5
We reserved a room for 4 people, a king bed and sofa bed room, and when we checked in there were no linens for the sofa bed. The clerk at the desk was playing on his phone and took a while to actaully help; when we asked for linens and enough towels for four people we were told there might not be any. He located some towels and sheets, however no blankets or pillows for our toddlers on the sofa bed. The door to our room wouldnt shut completely unless my husband absolutely slammed it, otherwise anyone could just push it open from the outside. I could overlook the construction going on in the lobby, that wasn't really inconvenient or messy. However, the rooms were not very clean and the elevators and pool area felt very worn and dirty as well. The pool was not heated at all and very cold. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you literally just needed somewhere other than your vehicle.
- 0.5/5
Rachel was pleasant. We we’re not informed that the hotel is under renovations until we arrived. The lobby had plastic everywhere. It did not look premium whatsoever. It smelled like chlorine and chemicals. We decided to head into the indoor pool, which was the main reason we booked. We were told the heat pump was not functional, but the pool was still usable. The pool had a disgusting, film and green algae on the side. Not usable whatsoever. The TV remote did not work. The air conditioner made so much noise. I was not able to sleep. Rude guests in and out of their rooms, slamming the doors, talking loudly on their phones and to each other I could hear every conversation and footsteps. I did not contact management because I was with my daughter and did not want to wake her on her birthday weekend. Definitely not worth the rate.
- 2/5
The property was under construction which we did not know at the time of booking. At the time of check in we wanted to cancel due to the condition but there was no other hotel available in the area at that time. The front check in and gym were both closed due to the construction. There were traps covering several areas. There were no pool towels available the whole weekend and every time we tried to even ask for regular towels they were not available.
- 4/5
When I turned the A/C it smelled really bad. The room looked new but the a/c was old and had dust and stuff all over items.
- 2.5/5
The beds were comfy. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Not sure why it was called Premier. Nothing special. They were undergoing construction which was necessary but our room had a floor with stick on plastic wood, the plumbing in the shower squealed loudly when we showered and bath fixtures were cheap.
- 5/5
Great experience at this hotel with family. Clean rooms and great service
- 2/5
Only one elevator worked, the lobby was closed for renovations, and the crew doing renovations kept setting off the fire alarm.
- 1/5
This hotel advertises that it offers a hotel shuttle, but it does not!! the gentleman at the front desk, assured me that he would secure transportation for me and would call me several times, but I never heard from him. I was forced to pay $30 for an Uber to go 2 miles down the road at 6 AM to the airport.
- 3/5
The blinds in the room didnt have a cord to pull up to let some sun light in. Our bathroom had a very strong musty smell to it. The drawers had lots of random hairs and a bunch of dust in them. It looks like no one has ever cleaned them. The staff when we arrived and were checking in, wasn't friendly. But the lady working the front the morning we left was very nice. The pool had bugs and looked like it had not been cleaned when we first arrived. They are under construction, which is fine. But that wasn't disclosed at all before we arrived. It wasn't a horroble place, but I wouldnt pick to stay there again.
- 0.5/5
Nothing at all. First room had a cockroach and then they switched me over to a different room with no sheets on the pull out bed and I asked for a 2 queen beds and also we didn’t have any hot water in the morning and also they didn’t even want to give me a partial refund after all of that I find it absurd!
- 3/5
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The desk chair was like sitting on a piece of steel. It hurt my back and my bottom. I had to use two pillows just to sit there. The other lounge chair was no better, it was like sitting on a rock not like the comfy chairs they show in pictures. The room was not very inviting, more like stark and cold. The freezer was so frozen you could not put anything bigger than a water bottle in it. The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. This was not at all as comfortable as the first time I came and I paid more money this time. I expected more. The lighting at the desk was also poor. I do a lot of writing and poor lighting makes it difficult. The lamp was modern but not very useful.
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh with good variety and the serving staff was friendly.
- 2/5
The best part of the hotel was the Guest Services Manager, Ms. Kimbrough, check-in person Amer, and the breakfast staff......they all were very nice. Faye at the front desk/check-in needs to attend Customer Service 101. One of our rooms had 5 people: room had towels for 2. We asked every day for additional towels. When I asked Faye at the front check-in about it, she asked me "who did I speak with?" I said YOU! No apologies....tried to blame another employee. The pool is in desperate need of a cleaning and chemical check. I asked Faye about it, and she said it was cleaned last week!! Definitely take the time to read reviews before booking this hotel.
- 3/5
They were remodeling and was a mess. Rooms and halls smelled of construction debris.
- 5/5
Property was clean, staff was beyond amazing! Will be staying again!
- 4.5/5
Pleasantly surprised! Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was okay, biscuits were delicious gravy was to thick & salty. Coffee was great! Evening host was professional, made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend!!
- 4/5
Good value
- 3/5
The accessible room did not meet our needs. The hotel company did not adequately fit out the bathroom to allow non-ambulatory guests to bathe. Dirty elevator floors, only one was working.
- 1/5
While I understand that there were renovations going on, there was no clear indication of how and where to get around it. The 3 4x4 inch pillows were a joke, and not to mention when I asked for some real pillows, they had no more pillows available. Water to shower was barely lukewarm. Would not recommend.
- 3/5
The rooms were comfortable but we did not realize the hotel is under renovation when we booked. As such, amenities like the heated pool (pool was open but not heated so felt like ice water) were not available. The rooms were overbooked and the staff was very stressed. There were not enough towels for all of the rooms, only 1 tiny elevator was working, and the breakfast area was extremely crowded.
- 1/5
I picked this hotel in order to go swimming, but the pool was beyond disgusting. My son didn't even want to get in due to all the stuff floating around in it. The shower had hair in it. The pipes were ridiculously loud while showering. The elevator and hallway carpet were gross. It is close to the airpoet, but be mindful that the shuttle isn't 24 hours. I won't ever stay at a Best Western again after this stay.
- 2/5
There was absolutely no water in my room; therefore, I had to do a “bird-bath,” using cold. I tried to call front desk over three and one answered. I called the 1-866 number and was told there’s nothing they could do, but have me call back an hour later. I attempted to notify staff at checkout, but no one would come to reception area. This was not a great stay, which is disappointing because normally Best Western stays are great experiences.

Construction dust and dirt were everywhere, and several advertised amenities were unavailable or unusable. The “heated” pool was freezing, discolored, and at times inaccessible because of the work. The gym was closed for our entire stay. Breakfast was good when available, but one large group took most of it before other guests could get any. Our room had a flickering light, the microwave stopped working, and housekeeping was very poor. The room was only cleaned once, the day before we left, after we asked multiple times each day. We finally put our trash in the hallway just so someone would notice it. They removed the trash but did not leave replacement bags. When they finally “cleaned” the room, they made only one of the three beds, took five towels for our family of five, and left only two. If I had known the actual condition of this property, I would have stayed elsewhere. This was supposed to be a vacation.
- 3/5
The next morning we were greeted with the coldest shower ever - there was ZERO hot water. Waited for a long time and still no hot water. We had to skip the shower. When we went to check out, the person who checked us out did not even apologize, but did acknowledge she was aware of the issue and was waiting for maintenance to come in. She said “it’s out of my hands” and “the manager may address it” but we have heard crickets since. Likely will never stay at a Premier Best Western again.
- 1/5
Loud. Renovating with no clear direction where anything was.
- 1/5
I was not aware of construction going on. Had to walk through dust and debris to get to elevator. Room was nice though. Breakfast was put out in the construction area and very dusty and dirty. I went at 845 and food was all gone. Then I went to shower and discovered there was no hot water. I tried it until 1030 and still not hot. There was a temporary check out area in the dust and dirt with no one there. Just a sign that said they stepped away. I left my keys in the basket. I didn’t get a chance to get a receipt. Terrible experience
- 2/5
Place is under construction. It was very noisy and the pool was shut down, which was I booked it in the first place.
- 3/5
The property was been renovated during my stay. This made my stay challenging with the construction work shutting down one elevator and workers putting plastic green barriers to seperate guess from workers. Management sho yo kid have closed the hotel until the renovation was completed.
- 2/5
We arrived and found the property under renovations. Painting the exterior and room upgrades. We were not notified of renovations prior to stay. It was a one night stay so we didn’t feel the need to change hotels but it still felt awkward.
- 3/5
The hotel is undergoing a renovation which I was not made aware of, so the pool and gym were not accessible for use. The rooms look nice with the renovation but they failed to add more counter space in the bathroom, no where to put the towels or personal items. The room we had was suitable for 6 people, but we were 4, but the room could not accommodate 4 or 6 people since there is only one sink in the bathroom. The mirror in the room was set up for kids and not adults, we couldn’t use it to get ready. The mattresses were not good at all, they were too soft, caused back pains. The breakfast was ok, but never offered pancakes or waffles. The renovation was inconvenient for my handicap husband caused him to walk a lot to the elevator.
- 3/5
This time construction going on lobby was not open no happy hour and no restaurant very disappointing
- 4/5
They are in the middle of renovation. The rooms were freshly painted and smells a little. Windows were covered in plastic because they were painting the outside of the building. It was a nice experience for us because the room was very clean and the shower was hot. Breakfast was standard, but there was a lady that was not very happy when you take too much food. Coffee was brown water.
- 4/5
Nice but was being remodeled. Front desk was excellent.
- 5/5
Staff was so helpful and welcoming ! It was under construction so the gym was not open and the lobby was under construction but the rooms were brand new and very clean!
- 1/5
The hotel is a disaster. Full stop.
- 2/5
There was no blanket available for the pull out couch bed (staff said they were in the washer), the door to the bedroom did not close properly (got stuck and had to be shoved shut each time), the carpet in the elevator was dirty, the elevator smelled like marijuana
- 2/5
Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 but our room was not ready until 6:30. We received a 3:30 AM wakeup call we didn't place. The smoke detection system had a bright green light that flashed about every minute.
- 2/5
Was not made aware that the hotel was under major construction. The “heated” pool was not warm and there were no towels in the pool area. The fitness area was out of service bc of the construction. Two major reasons for booking the hotel. Would’ve looked further had I known they weren’t available.
- 4/5
They are currently remodeling but I had no issues. Clean room.
- 2/5
The food at the breakfast was very poor quality. The homeless probably eat better. And there is a construction going on in addition. And I paid $185.79 for that ???
- 5/5
Front desk was great, room was nice and breakfast buffet was decent
- 1/5
The hotel is under renovation, and they just recently opened the second floor for stays. The water was not hot to shower, the sink didn’t drain the water, and the toilet was missing a little cap so the seat was loose
- 1/5
Under construction. Pool out of order. Gym out of order. Ppl at the front desk at night wasn’t there. People were smoking marijuana day and night by the front door of the hotel. Hotel staff did nothing. We had 2 young kids with us
- 1/5
Website said pool- not available; offered shuttle service to airport- that wasn’t available had to get an Yber
- 2/5
Gym was closed. Also the pool and the restaurant was being renovated. We booked your hotel for convenience, safety, pool, restaurant and gym. Also, it was very noisy from the renovations being done late into the evening. We were not notified that the amenities were not available until we checked in. We drove all day and we were looking to forward to enjoying the pool and having a few drinks and dinner. We should have been notified when we booked about renovations.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
I drove myself in my car
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable
- 5/5
Property was under renovations but it didn’t bother anything. My room was next to the ice machine which was very loud and I got a wake up call at 4 am that I didn’t ask for. Other than that was a quick stay and location to airport is easy.
- 1/5
Paid for a room with 2 kings and a pull out sofa got 2 queens and a cot. They just apologized for overbooking and yet I didn’t sleep bc there were 6 of us in a room that sleeps 4 -said they will return $20 —$20!?! Never again TERRIBLE STAY
- 5/5
Housekeeping didn’t come by our room to clean up, dump the trash. They just left towels and wash clothes in bag only with 2 towels and 4 washcloths. There’s 4 people staying in the room. Running kids up and down the hall distributing our sleeping.
- 5/5
Easy on
- 3/5
Breakfast is good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
- 1/5
Several amenities were unavailable during our stay, including the pool and gym, which was frustrating. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. Housekeeping was inconsistent—the towels were small, and we had to request additional ones multiple times. The room itself was not very clean, and we experienced a plumbing issue when the toilet backed up. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, we were told no one was available, and we had to handle the situation ourselves by getting a plunger. To make matters worse, the hotel is currently under heavy construction, which made the environment very noisy. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
- 4/5
No working ice machines.
- 2/5
The whole place is under serious construction. Our room: main window shade would not open, so very dark. Tub drain clogged, no tissues after 3 requests, USB charger port broken. Houseskeeping do not clean the bathroom well. And the room door was so tough to open we had to push with our shoulders. They finally moved us on the 3rd night to a better room.
- 4/5
The hotel was easy to find with convenient access to the highway, shopping and dining. Renovations were still going on, but it wasn’t noisy. Pluming fixtures are still showing their age and should be updated as well.
- 3/5
Staff was great place is under renovation so pool gym were not available and wasn’t told until after checked in
- 1/5
Got to the lobby at 5:40am the next morning no staff in sight. At 6:03am the breakfast lady came out. Still no front desk staff. And no shuttle. Or uber. At 6:10am having still not seen the front desk staff I booked my own uber so as to not miss my flight. Avoid this place. They either lie or don’t know what they are doing and having no one at the desk for half an hour at a time of day where flights are obviously going to be leaving is ridiculous.
- 2/5
Breakfast on the weekends FANTASTIC! Weekdays wasn’t worth going down for. Dirty hallways and common areas. Room never got clean the first two days so we had to reuse towels. Staff super friendly!
- 2/5
Breakfast was not ready at 7am as stated and had to leave without anything to eat. Arrived at 3:27pm to try to check-in time at 4pm however the front seat receptionist was vague and very blunt about checkin isn’t til 4pm and didn’t see
- 2/5
Hotel under renovation had odor. Elevator not working during chemad
- 4/5
Elevators are a bit slow. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Some refurbishing going on while I was there but it didn’t affect my stay. Free parking!
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable room and close to the airport when flying out of Savannah early.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing! Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and professional
- 4/5
Best ever breakfast. However, elevator carpet needs to be replaced with vinyl (musty from pool water). Housekeeping left us no toilet paper, Kleenex, nor wash clothes, but obtained from desk.
- 3/5
Hated the showers
- 2/5
The hallway and elevator wasn’t very clean and it smelled. The room was clean but the sofa bed mattress smelled and had NO sheets, pillow or blanket for the sofa bed. I felt like I was sleeping on springs. I went to the front desk to see about getting sheets and blanket for sofa bed but no one was tat the desk left sign be back later so checked back later still no one.
- 3/5
Fitness center was closed, only one elevator operational, had to ask for towels, washcloths and hand towels when we first checked in. Had to ask for more toilet paper as only a half roll was provided. Breakfast was below average I would say. Staff was very nice and helpful and room was fine with new, comfortable beds. Hopefully, once renovations are done some of this will improve. I was expecting more from a “Premier” Best Western.
- 4/5
I had asked for a room close to the elevator, which is not what we got. However a housekeeper supervisor heard me and contacted the manager. They changed our room, which worked out better for us since my mother has a hard time getting around.

The reason for the two star review is the bar/restaurant was under construction and we weren’t advised of that upon booking. In addition bc of Renovation the breakfast area wasn’t set up either and it was 6:45 am and it still wasn’t close to being ready. The room was fine!!

Only complaint is that they didnt have the coffee machine in the lobby. I thought all Best Western Plus type hotels had it. It was the main reason I chose to stay there.

Newly renovated rooms. Bountiful breakfast. Good location. Only issue was the hotel is still undergoing renovation. So there were some noise, dirty elevator floor, and chemical smell from new carpet on hallway. Once renovation is completed, a 5 star would be warranted.

You could tell they had just finished renovations. The room still had a faint paint smell, and the elevator was a bit slow, but overall it was a decent stay.

The room was okay and the staff was courteous, but the airport shuttle service listed on the Expedia site has been discontinued. We were planning on transportation to the airport and had to make alternative arrangements. The staff helped with Uber reservations and reimbursement.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly! The shuttle was there to pick me up at the airport when I arrived because I had called to check a week before if they picked up after 10pm (they do). There were a number of things to choose from for breakfast. I will definitely be staying there again.

Staff was great, clean rooms, breakfast was excellent...the only negative was the pool was closed both days we were there. That was the reason we chose to stay there vs ones closer to the convention center and couldn't use it. Still an excellent choice though.

The hotel was very outdated and needs improvements. The elevator was dirty, had ugly stains on the floor. The hallway smelled really bad. Our room was okay. It was clean. The staff was very helpful and professional!

Lady at check in was fantastic. Had everything ready when I walked in including my paper ready to sign. Stayed here once before and I was good then also. Rate was good and everything is very nice and clean.

Basic hotel stay for now. I’m sure it will be nice when they finish the renovation.

Clean room and great customer service
- 2/5
If this is top o the line, I’d hate to see the standard.

Hotel was welcoming with complimentary water & coffee dispensers in the lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable for the night. Breakfast was wonderful, this was a great convenient place to stay off Rt 95.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Great staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Good breakfast. Inexpensive compared to other similar level hotels. 4 star (rather than 5) because a few elements of room (floor/bathroom) were “tired” or poorly renovated.
- 4/5
The beds were very comfortable, Breakfast was very good and lots of hot options. With that being said, We had 2 rooms, the one room had to return to the desk because keys did not work. they switched our room, next door which was fine. 2 hours later they sent another couple to that same room. and of course the keys did not work. The other room there was no room darkening shade and the parking lot lights poured in all night. Yes I would stay again. clean and comfy for the price. Just check out your room very well.

- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
This was a very good hotel stay experience. The hotel and my room was very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional and check it was fast and easy. The bed and pillows were comfortable . The HVAC unit was quiet and worked perfectly. The room was quite. The complimentary breakfast was also one of the better ones I have had while staying in a hotel.
- 1/5
Finally after complaining at the front desk, a Manager had to call me back about my experience and nobody called me back. I don't recommend a stay at this hotel.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable shower. It was nice hotel. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Only one problem: the refrigerator was so loud I could not sleep! As it was 1 o’clock in the morning I didn’t want hotel staff to come and try and fix it. There was no place to turn it off so I unplugged it and told them the next day they think for the information.

The handrails on the bathtub should be at rear, instead of the front on the tub which is next to the toilet.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
Rooms were not the cleanest or well maintained beds were really uncomfortable
- 3/5
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is directly off of I-95, which is very convenient. However, a lot of the appliances in the hotel room are stainless steel and all of them had some form of rust on them, which is unsafe and not clean at all.
- 5/5
Good value! Room was clean and the staff was great.
- 5/5
100% recommend
- 4/5
The room was clean and seemed to be updated. The entrance, lobby, basically the whole bottom floor needs updating. It was a little scary going in, because the old carpet in these areas had an unpleasant odor. Thankfully, the hotel room did not have carpet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and pleasant.
- 4/5
Great
- 2/5
Second room was better but still smell was bad-- just didn't smell clean-- Hall carpet looked filthy-- not sure when it had been cleaned-- Also, was in a bit of a hurry the morning of checkout-- went down at posted 6AM breakfast time-- wasn't ready-- waited for 15 minutes-- just had to get coffee and leave-- will not be staying here again!

I think it's a shame to use my Best Western points at this hotel; it's been the worst one in this chain that we've ever stayed at.
- 5/5
Bar wasn't available.
- 5/5
Wonderful room with two queen beds plus sofa. The staff bent over backwards to help in any way they could!
- 1/5
From the moment I arrived, the toilet was clogged for three days. My husband had to keep unclogging it, searching the reception desk for the unclogging tool. Incredible! Expedia charged me for the stay, then the hotel charged me again, and I paid double. I'm still waiting for my refund. To make matters worse, the hotel manager was supposed to call me on Monday, and today, Friday, I'm still waiting. It was an unbelievable weekend. I never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this time they went too far.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent let’s start with that. Room AC did not work so were given another room after worker confirmed it was broken all within mins. Which was great because I had been driving all day and needed to relax and get some sleep. It is a 2 star stay but the staff brought it up to a 3 Star.
- 4/5
Nice hotel! I enjoyed my stay! I was supposed to get a standard room with a King size bed but the lady at the desk upgraded it to a suite due to availability. Thank you!
- 5/5
Had to call the front desk as soon as we entered the room because there were only two towels and an almost empty roll of toilet paper and no extra
- 2/5
My wife and I DoorDash our meal when I went down to the front desk to ask for some utensils and napkins and plates that the DoorDash or forgot I was told no and my wife had to eat mac & cheese with her fingers not happy

The shower was missing the bracket to hold the shower sprayer. The lamp by the bed and plug was not working. I will not be staying there again the next time I go to that area. I also found a cut toenail on the floor.
- 5/5
This is my new "go to." Clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast, coffee and extremely pleasant and welcoming staff (especially Ms. Nicole and Ms. Grace). I will never go to a different hotel when I visit Savannah.
- 5/5
The staff are amazing and so friendly!! The rooms are clean. The location is convenient and there are several restaurants and stores nearby. We would highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.
- 5/5
The hotel is in a nice, quiet area that was centrally located for our needs. The beds were comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast options were amazing and dining area very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Our stay was very much enjoyable. The staff was very much attentive and very nice. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good ! We will definitely be back.
- 3/5
I booked the hotel because of price and shuttle service. When I got to the airport at 3, I called for the shuttle and we arrived at the hotel at 3:25. When I got there, I was told you could not check in until 4. This could have been mentioned when I called. I ended up getting in my room around 3:45. As for a ride back to the airport, I was told it would not be available for a 6:30am ride so I had to do rideshare. The person at the desk and the shuttle driver were helpful in trying to help me out with the shuttle for the airport return. The room was fine but the area around the property was kind of limited as to places to eat. All in all it was ok but I would probably look for a different property next time.

The pictures online of this property are NOTHING like the property first of all and it is back in a dark corner off the road which is scary with children. This website that I booked through said it was a nonsmoking hotel and our whole floor reeked of cigarettes, I ask the housekeeper if people are allowed to smoke here, she said no! Then I asked her do you smell it? She said I do, and today when we checked out, I told the front desk lady and she was like okay like it happens, and she did not care! The night we checked in we barely had any toilet paper and only 2 towels, so I asked for more and it took over 6 hours to receive them! There is no lunch or dinner to purchase on the property, and my husband went down for the complimentary breakfast and brought me back a milk that was expired on September 3rd and an Orange Juice which I did not finish that tasted weird and when we returned back it was separated in the cup which is really strange. I will NEVER book this hotel again and I will not refer it to anyone I know!
- 5/5
I appreciated the warm and friendly staff. They suggested some wonderful places to dine in town and also places to see. The young lady at the front desk suggested their breakfast and I must say, ooh it was so delicious (definitely I've had my share of bad food elsewhere). A plus is that the hotel is conveniently located near the Tanger Outlets (1 exit up I95 ) for those who like to shop :). Overall, our stay was excellent and we definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Convenient to the Airport and everything was just as I needed. Great breakfast too! Perfect for my in and out visit.

I needed some water , went downstairs and again no one there…this was at 10 pm …called and called. Finally another woman came, I just took a peek in the office because no one came.It was so dirty I cannot even understand how people are allow to live in such a dirt in a hotel. While I took my water a chineza man was running shouting and screaming, agitated in the lobby. Why? No one knew and no one really care. Crazy place. Miserable hotel in which people that work there are horrible workers. Horrible.

The staff was lovely. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind even on the phone. I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Toilet was not clean. Towels were dirty. Smells strongly of mold/mildew. Front desk staff told me to come down at 6:00 a.m. for the airport shuttle. I explained to her that I needed to be at the airport by 6:30 a.m.. when I showed up 6:00 a.m. In the morning, no one was at the front desk until 15 minutes later and then when they did a ride they told me the shuttle doesn't start running until 7:00 a.m. And that the staff from the previous night mix up her days.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is much nicer than the rating would lead you to believe. We travel through Georgia often and have now found our place to stay.
- 3/5
The stay itself was ok and the rooms were clean but it smelled like pot in the hallways, entrance and rooms.
- 5/5
Excellent experience
- 4/5
Pool was open thankfully bc that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel but it was super cloudy. Nice little sitting area outside the pool. Hotel has a lot of food options nearby. Clean & updated rooms, comfy beds. Bad is No pool towels available & couldn’t find someone to ask so just grabbed the kids beach towels from the car. No toilet paper or towels inside room, no water pressure & AC knobs missing (it wasn’t that cold in the room). It was an updated hotel though & had easy checkin checkout.

Very nice location near the highway but not on it
- 5/5
The staff was freindly and polite at check in! The elevator is not cetraly kocated to the rooms, but there are two side by side in the lobby
- 5/5
After a horrible experience at Hampton Inn, I will stay again at this hotel. The attendant was super nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. The extras at the hotel were amazing to have.
- 4/5
Minus the slack breakfast the hotel was nice and I would stay there again.
- 3/5
The staff was really nice, the hotel its self looks nice to the naked eye. My room was ok, water pressure is nonexistent, and title in bedroom was falling off. If I could spend a little more I’d stay someplace else
- 5/5
Breakfast was truly a southern style breakfast. It was delicious
- 4/5
The property was very clean for the price.. It was my 1st stay in Savannah area.. Great Experience 👍
- 5/5
Great service with all the managers
- 4/5
However, it was a quick and available room for the night for my children and I to stay safely.
- 5/5
Easy setup with Expedia. Showed up, checked right in. They had cornhole in the lobby. Staff was enjoyable.. citrus water right by the front door.. one huge problem though... We picked up my buddy's truck from Florida a day earlier and stopped in to sleep on the way home... Woke up. Somebody had run their key across his brand new truck.... Conveniently signs in the parking lot. State damage or theft from your vehicle is your problem, not the hotels... I think that's kind of crappy being that you're paying decent money to stay at their place. Their parking lot should be a safe spot.... Other than that, our check-in attendant was awesome, very friendly and took great care of business. No hassle. She deserves a raise

Check in was a wait. Didn’t have enough towels nor linen for the sofa bed. We had to get hotel staff to provide what should have already came with the room. Overall, clean hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again.
- 3/5
Had mildew in the bathroom ceiling
- 3/5
You could tell at one time this was an excellent property but it hasn’t been kept up maintenance wise. The pool was nasty and the area outside was not being maintained properly. Everything wrong could be easily fixed with proper emphasis by management.
- 3/5
Good overall
- 5/5
The staff was nice and courteous. Always smiling. Answering my questions and offering suggestions. We will be staying here whenever we come to Savannah, GA...
- 1/5
We could not register because the door was locked and then we tried to call but again no one answered so we had to go to different hotel
- 5/5
My room was very clean!
- 3/5
Our room was clean. The staff was a bit rude. It was hard to get towels, they would take them not to replace them.
- 5/5
All the staff were super friendly and always greeted us. The rooms were clean, the Hotel itself was clean and felt welcoming when walking in the door. The surroundings were ok. Not much around the area to do but was not Far from where there is.
- 4/5
Pros: convenience to I95, airport and Savannah. Friendly staff, restaurant and bar, quiet, safe. Cons: Pool closed, 6 AM wake-up call I did not request, beds softer than we prefer, sofa broken, breakfast buffet out of food and coffee, dining area was not clean. It was a holiday weekend and the hotel was understaffed. I would not rule out staying there again on another road-trip.
- 3/5
It was just ok.. the furniture in room 217 "Suite" had a horrible stained chair and the curtains could be pulled because they were broke. The hotel wasn't bad just need some much needed attention.. Staff was great and breakfast was also good. We stay at a lot of BW proprieties and will stay again but this one definitely could use some love. Also the EV station wasn't working
- 5/5
Great place to crash...make sure you put the correct hotel in the GPS...there are 2 Best Westerns within 1 mile
- 4/5
Location is excellent for airport
- 5/5
Excellent room!
- 3/5
Some of the towels were dirty. The room could have been cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel was good.
- 3/5
Nice overall but odd things. Daily they’d take away a dirty towel or two but not leave any - by night three we had to ask for towels at the front desk. Also, by night four our key cards were cancelled even though we had another night’s stay.
- 3/5
One of the elevators was down, and the other took a long time to reach the floor it was called to. Along with that, the heat was on full blast in the elevator car; not a good thing in the Summer. The Internet went down during our visit, and it affected the TV, the house phone in the room, and of course, the wi-fi. None of these issues were rectified during our stay.
- 5/5
Oh what a nice upscale hotel with a restaurant! All stall were attentive professional and professional! Rooms very nicely decorated and clean. Transportation to the Savannah airport!
- 4/5
Staff was awesome. Some parts of room was bad. Extra chair in room had stains all over it and bathroom wall had hole in it where hook was. Because of staff service and attitude, I would try again.
- 4/5
When we checked in, apparently the hotel had no internet access due to a recent storm. Thankfully check-in was easy because I just had to show my confirmation email. He did not explain and mention that we would not have internet or tv though. We were traveling with 2 young kids who had been in the car all day, so this was unfortunate. The bar/grill was also closed because of the internet issue. I wish they could have been open for cash-paying customers, even for just drinks. The bar/grill was one of the pluses of the facility. However, the hotel was bright and clean including our room, the lobby, and the hallways. Breakfast was great! They had such a good variety and plenty of seating.
- 4/5
No early breakfast. Morning checkout non existent. BUT great room and checking , parking and service was great.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean but I was told a storm came through before I got there and knocked out the internet. This meant no tv and no WiFi for my stay. It never came back on.
- 3/5
Typical Hotel, Clean, Convenient
- 3/5
Hotel shuttle starts at 6am. My flight 5:30. Only reason I booked this hotel was for a shuttle. On the 2nd floor. Smelt like chlorine from the pool and very loud from the 1st floor
- 5/5
Room and property are wonderful Overall great experience Would stay again
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
- 4/5
Good hotel; nothing remarkable. Good rates.
- 5/5
Very professional check in. Pleasant, professional, and informative. Excellent!
- 5/5
Our 3 day stay was awesome no complaints and the breakfast bar was awesome the whole hotel itself was great. Will ne visiting again soon.
- 4/5
Issue with the elevator
- 5/5
liked having hardwood floors instead of carpeting
- 5/5
Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Amazing continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffle maker. Great stop right off I95!
- 4/5
The desk staff were very friendly, and kind. We felt very welcomed at check in, and they shared info on what the hotel offered, and area tips. Even seeing us walk in the lobby the following days, they were talkative and checked to make sure all our needs were met. The first night we ate at their restaurant, and the food was good, even though they were quite busy with a graduation event happening in the hall next door. Our room had everything a person could ask for clean, plenty of towels, toiletries - and spacious. Our bed/pillows were quite comfy and we did not hear any other guests(so the walls must be well insulated). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of all 5 was the swimming pool. We went later in the evening, but it could have used a cleaning, and more towels. The floor along the pool edge was a little uneven, which made us a little hesitant, since it was wet. Otherwise, we were quite please with our stay all around, and will definitely go back.

Great place! Loved it.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
We thought everything about the place was terrific
- 4/5
Everything was okay. The breakfast was good. The only problem was the room, the air conditioning was on and was unable to turn off due to the knobs missing. So we were cold and slept in extra clothing.
- 3/5
For the most part, the room was clean, however the sitting chair in the corner of the room was terribly soiled and looked nasty. It needs to be replaced. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only a tiny bottle of body wash, which isn't great for handwashing. The staff members we encountered were okay, but not overly welcoming.
- 1/5
Would not stay here.
- 5/5
The best breakfast!!
- 4/5
Property was nice but you could tell it was an older remodeled hotel. Very quiet. For the price it was great.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great breakfast !!!
- 5/5
It was good.
- 4/5
this is a nice hotel. I would stay here again.

Property is convenient right off of 95. Check was easy staff wasn’t friendly but it’s whatever. The room though, ugh it was musty, dirty, very questionable hair around the room. Counters had food from previous guest. Bathroom was somewhat clean, when I pulled out the sofa to have my sleep there was a black trash bag and it smelled… but I guess that’s the price you pay for a motel I mean hotel off of 95.
- 4/5
It’s a good hotel to stay the night. It’s clean, nice & safe. We only used it as a halfway hotel going home from our vacation.
- 1/5
It was just unsafe and nasty and awful!
- 5/5
Helpful staff, clean room.
- 3/5
I enjoyed my stay. However checking in 3 hours late to my room because my room wasn’t ready and receiving a different room other than the one I booked needs to be addressed.
- 5/5
We arrived late at night and appreciated the timely and courteous shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.
- 2/5
When I was given the key, the receiptionist gave me the sheet to sign in three times and each time it was a different room number. Hoping I wasn't charged for three rooms.. The stay was a disaster.
- 2/5
Got to hotel at 5:15 pm. Room not ready until 645. Made us miss our night activities in Savannah. Others waited much longer. Water pressure not good. Room furniture dirty and stained.
- 1/5
It is the worst experience we have ever had for our travel of our 80s countries. We arrived around 9pm and expected to get room and settle down quickly, however, we was told no cleaning room is available and didn’t know how long we need to wait. We asked them again 1hr later, and was told it was still not available. We had to cancel the room and the manager said they will refund us. Best western is one of the nice hotels in the past, the quality is far below the average level now, I hope their management need to find out what’s going on and improve the services.

I reserved a king room for my wife and me. I was unable to go, so she checked in and the room she was given first had an unmade bed! Then she was given a room with two queen beds, very narrow, very spartan as she said, not a great experience.
