The family running the hotel were so helpful.

The parking was great. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Great size room. Easy to get back on the road the next morning. Will def use this place again. We didn't realize until we were leaving the next morning that there was an indoor pool, too bad for us, :(

Dirty furniture, carpet smell bad also in hallway. Elevator sounded like it was about to break down. Cheap but 3rd world class

However, everything else was so amazing that we couldn't NOT give this hotel 5 stars! Staff was amazing, the room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was AWESOME. HOT COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. It was amazing!!! First day was French toast with eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. Second day was biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage. The third day was eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. And then they had all of the regulars available. Cereal, oatmeal, grits, bagels, toast, waffle maker, yogurt, fruit cups. They also had hot tea, coffee, juice, and even hot chocolate packets!! Easily the BEST breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. It was also very walkable. Taco bell and cracker barrel are right next door. A bit more of a walk and you have a Food Lion, family dollar, en market gas station, kfc, mcdonalds, and an Italian restaurant. (Pictures of the room were taken at the end of our stay)

The staff is wonderful everyone is very friendly is very close to Savannah and close to restaurants and you have everything you need close by In the morning there was an incident at the entrance of the hotel where people were loud it was only 7:00 am and the tub really needs a replacement and the shower pressure was bad

We stayed an extra night so it must have been good we had a good time it was right in the middle of shopping and had s blast the motel staff was great to and breakfast was awesome

Staff was kind, lobby smelled nice but the room was dirty, bathtub was broken, no hot water for the shower, spots on the sheets, dirt and dust in the hallways

We only stopped here to sleep for a few hours on a road trip so we didn’t stay long enough to experience that much but it was clean.

It looked like someone tried to bang the door in. It was very creepy.

The breakfast was awful- taste wise,quality and the set up did not function well. The hotel stunk like mildew and a garbage dump. Roof on the ground floor was leaking. Bathrooms had a sink that was not functional. It was nice but I couldn't wash my because the basin was so high and too large.

I booked a double room. One bed had bedbugs, and the other bed was not properly cleaned. When entering one of the side doors, there were very clear foot prints throughout the hall.

Location Upon check in, sent desk person didn’t say two words to me other than sign here and initial here. Pool area not clean. Room had the smell of string curry. One small bar of soap for a two night stay. No shampoo or body wash. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

I can’t wait to return! This was my second visit. And I must admit this was the best . Ray was the best very helpful and very knowledgeable and caring. Every thing was nice and clean and quiet! Peaceful! We didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was fresh and Delicious! ! We needed this vacation and it was worth it!!! We had a three in one. Birthday and Mother’s Day and anniversary.! Loved it

WAS PULLED OUT OF THE WALL. THE TUB FILL WAS ALSO LOOSE COMING AWAY FROM THE WALL. NIGHT TIME DESK CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE LET ME USE HER COMPUTER SINCE THE BUSINESS CENTER WAS NOT WORKING.

Overall it's good though...rooms are always nice and clean. Comfortable beds. There's also an indoor pool as well, if you're interested in that.

The hotel lobby was really clean and smelled good. The room appeared clean but had a funny odor (like a musty boys locker room). It was very spacious and met all of my needs. The breakfast was fresh with quite a few options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. No issues with wifi.

The location off i95 was perfect. It is on a dead end street, so it was quiet. It is next door to Mighty Eight Airforce Museum that our plan was to visit. Room was large and comfortable. All was good except water pressure.

Location Worst hotel stay we have ever had. Started off badly with elevator make terrible squealing noises and sometimes stopped like an inch out of level with the floor you were on. Next was a long handicap ramp from lobby to first floor rooms was wet and slick from people coming out of the pool soaking wet. Should have at least a hand rail the entire length. Constant puddles coming out of the pool onto the elevator which is a huge slip hazard. I'm not saying people shouldn't have fun in the pool but they need to be respectful and responsible. My wife and I both have problems walking and the above could cause major problems if we slipped. Then their was the room, the bathroom had someone else's hair in the tube yet, it had a layer of grit and dried cleaner on the counter. Dirt in the corners from not being cleaned properly in several years. Stained wash clothes black specks that fell of another wash cloth as soon as you opened it The people in the next room arguing all night people knocking on our door and just saying oops wrong room when clearly we had the privacy please tag on the door. For $200 a night we expected much better.

This is about what you expect from a BW property. Rooms are reasonably well maintained, and the building is bright and modern. Doesn't have that "run down" feeling of other budget accommodations. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were reasonably clean (though we noticed a blood spot on the tile in the hall that was there for our entire stay).

They charged us $20 for 1 hour early check in even though the room was ready and parking lot mostly empty!

Hotel had outdated bathrooms, pipes were rusty, tub was dingy, shower curtain needed ti be replaced. Towels & wash c

The property was in a good location. Close to the outlets. The room we stayed in was dated. The shower curtain was nasty, should have taken a picture. Also the air conditioner in room made a loud noise all night.

The room was sufficiently large and clean. The breakfast was very good. However, sound travelled easily through the walls and ceiling. The bathroom faucet handle was stripped so it could not be tightened; and one of the toilet seat screws was also stripped so it could not be tightened.

Close to the interstate and Tanger outlets. Nice indoor pool. Accessible elevator and stairs and side doors to parking lots. Front desk receptionist was SO nice! Rooms were VERY spacious. Great stay for the price! Not that great of a breakfast. Definitely have had way better. In the suites with separate seating area, there’s no air conditioning, only the one in the bedroom. Bathrooms could use some updating.

The pool had dirty water, the shower didn’t work the thermostat didn’t work, the staff not friendly.

Housekeeping stole items from my room and management did nothing to rectify the situation.

It isn't the Four Seasons, but this was an excellent hotel for the price. The room was clean and huge and no weird smells. Guy at the front desk was super (Brazilian John). I would definitely stay there again.

My bathroom had a dirty soap inside the tub in a very top corner and on the side of my bed, it has several pieces of gum stuck to the headboard. Everything else is pretty decent and the ironing board was broken.

Even so, for the price, this place was definitely worth it. Good breakfast too.

The carpet was so stained it looked like it had lived a full life before me. The bed was less “restful retreat” and more “frontier-era punishment.” If this mattress were any flatter, it’d qualify as historical land. The bathroom was a wild west experience. Low water pressure, questionable cleanliness, and towels so thin they should’ve come with a warning label. I’ve had sturdier paper towels at a gas station. Staff was polite enough, but polite can’t fix broken, dated, and tired. The whole place feels like it stopped updating right after the Oregon Trail ended. If you’re looking for a true western experience complete with rough conditions and survival instincts, this is your spot. If you’re looking for comfort, keep riding.

They issued me a refund and then charged me again a week later, so here I am 2 weeks later still trying to get my refund

Sidney at the front desk was extremely welcoming! If you’re looking for a nice room this place has it, very comforting and luxurious. My only constructive feedback were our room ac unit was leaking water, not sure if all of them are, the pool area is to cold to get also get into cold water, and housekeeping did repeatedly come to the door 1 after another. Other than that, Bed extremely comfortable and tv is set up so nice, a couch is always a plus!, the environment is also great with a 24 convent store and Waffle House also being 24hrs, many close by activities as well. Overall I’d give an 8/10 and would definitely return!

The beds were not that comfortable. Pillows on the bed were way to small and too soft. If you like a firmer bigger pillow bring your own. I was shocked to see that this day and age there was not a hair dryer in the room at least that I could find anyway. Everyone was friendly. I enjoyed a conversation I had with one of the ladies that takes care of breakfast in the morning while she was on break. In certain areas you could definitely tell that it was an older remodeled hotel.

I was in room 116 couldnt sleep scratching then woke up pulled the cover back and there were bed bugs under me and one on my foot. I woke my daughter one came from her pillow. I walked up to staff and showed the huge knots that developed on my body. She moved me to a room that was not clean. Rm 212. Cheetos stuck on the sofa bed sheets. She gave me sheets to both beds to change on my own. It was 4am i was awakend around 1am from being bitten by the bugs. I work 6 days 70hrs a week i was TIRED. That room has a stained tub and not nice at all. I was moved again afternoon to room 119. It was good but i lost alot of sleep and check out sunday. I am still recovering from the bruises the bugs have on me. I am allergic to bug bites. My stay was MISERABLE. I would have left if only i had somewhere else to go.

The room wasn't very clean, it was like don't change the bedding, just made the bed over. The sink had hair in it from someone shaving. Hair in the shower.

I deeply regret having to write this review. I arrived at this hotel with high expectations. Upon entering my room, there didn’t seem to be any major issues. However, as I lay down in bed trying to sleep, I kept feeling a strange, itching sensation on my skin, almost as if I were being bitten by mosquitoes. After turning on the light in the dark room and washing the affected areas in the bathroom, I decided to lift the blanket on the bed just to check. In that moment, I couldn’t believe my eyes. A few very small bugs were moving on the bed. When I squashed one, blood came out, just like when you catch a mosquito that has been feeding. And in that instant, I realized—they were blood-sucking insects, feeding on my blood. After countless business trips and stays at numerous hotels, I’ve never had an experience like this, where I couldn’t lie back down on the bed and had to write a review instead. I truly don’t think I can lie back down again. Upon further inspection, the couch is also in poor condition. It’s an experience I never wanted to go through, and it happened to me in the middle of the night. From now on, I fear I will always feel the need to check the bed first when staying at any hotel.

I deeply regret having to write this review. I arrived at this hotel with high expectations. Upon entering my room, there didn’t seem to be any major issues. However, as I lay down in bed trying to sleep, I kept feeling a strange, itching sensation on my skin, almost as if I were being bitten by mosquitoes. After turning on the light in the dark room and washing the affected areas in the bathroom, I decided to lift the blanket on the bed just to check. In that moment, I couldn’t believe my eyes. A few very small bugs were moving on the bed. When I squashed one, blood came out, just like when you catch a mosquito that has been feeding. And in that instant, I realized—they were blood-sucking insects, feeding on my blood. Our stay here was below any Best Western hotel I have stayed. To start the first room they gave us smelled really bad. They thought maybe someone spoiled beer on the carpet. The second room was not cleaned well and the sheet wasn’t changed. When I turned to cover back, the fitted sheet had blood on it, like someone scratched a sore. I call for clean sheet and at midnight we were trying to change our own sheets. We gave up because I seemed like the sheet they brought was too small or we didn’t know the technique to put it on. We gave up and used both flat sheets. When we checked out the lady at the desk asked how was our stay, we told her about the situation and she took notes. She said someone would contact us, so far that hasn’t happened.

I will give this hotel an 8 out of 10. The room was very large, double queen with a sofa bed, microwave, fridge, quiet, and convenient to the Savanna historic district and eating. All in all, for the price, my wife and kids did not have any complaints. We'll be staying there again. The breakfast was ok, as basic as can be, but a good start for the kids.

The front desk ladies, Cindy and Heather were great. I would stay here again because of those two. Breakfast and fewsh baked cookies were a hit with my granddaughter.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel. Right off the interstate, very nice, staff is excellent and the breakfast is eggscellent, too.!

The beds are the absolute worst! So uncomfortable! Everything was crooked and on an angle so the kids had to sleep backwards on their pull-out sofa bed. The sofa bed is yellow, full of stains and needs to be thrown out! Also, when we pulled the bed out, there was a clown nose found. Shower unit was filthy! Baseboards and carpet were also so grosse.

Overall a great experience. The only issues: Tub surround seemed wobbly- not bedded properly. Bath faucet very loose and not tightened down.

First room ever with no closet. Tub/shower was terrible, damaged spout and no water pressure. 3 way mirror in the bathroom was nice surprise.

My boyfriend and I had gone to several hotels before this which were definitely not up to my standards. We have stayed at this hotel before and we loved it! The rooms are very clean and the bed is super comfortable! All staff I encountered with were super friendly and welcoming!

Very friendly staff. Hotel had strong lemon scented air fresheners periodically going off throughout the day, too much. Broken frame to bathroom and piles of dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. My son also had to dispose of a roach that ran across the carpet.

My Stay was Amazing. The customer service was Amazing!! I will be booking again!

We had lots of mold looked like in the bathroom did know there was roaches until we came back late from dinner

Almost 3 hour wait to check in. No front desk clerk from 10:30pm until 1am. Never got a formal apology, other than the morning front desk. Horrible Management. They dont deserve your money. Stay away.

Convenient to I95. Older facility with partial updates that did not make the experience good. Very strong smells in the lobby - air freshener? and room - mildew? Broken tiles that prevented the door closing in the bathroom. Better to stay somewhere newer.

You are walking distance from a Cracker Barrell and only a short drive from a few restaurants and a Food Lion. Only stayed overnight but would stay again.

Didn't like the smell of cleaner as you walk in the door almost as if they were coving up. on the second floor there was a box filled with garbage just left there

Front desk lady was awesome

Water has been dripping from the ceiling for two days due to a leaking valve in the closet, which caused my clothes to get wet. No soap has been provided during my 20-day stay, and the carpet has never been cleaned. Despite my request for a room change, it was not allowed.

I booked the room around 12 pm after we were hit by Helene and knocked out all the power. The manager called me around 6:30 to tell me that they were out of rooms and that I shouldn't have been able to book the room. So you waited till 6 to tell me that, naw buddy you just gave the room to somebody else at a better price, expensive no doubt.

The room was very moist. Seems like it was newly clean but it was standing wetness in the bathroom as if there was a leak. The bed was comfortable but seemed damp. I woke up not feeling well in the morning from the dampness. The room smelled of mold/mildew. I was surprised the outside really looked good and even the lobby but the room appeared old. I will not stay here again. Wished I took pics

I killed 3 cockroaches, one of them crawled in my bed, the other one while playing with my 6m old found it crawling on the wall. Room 305, a family room was unsafe. The door frame was loose and screws were out. Walls were dirty with some sort of substance. Carpet was nasty. They threw some sort of scent to the sheets and in combo with the mildew smell in the room it formed a deadly mixture. It was very late in the night so i rode it out. Def not coming back. I suggest you remove it from your lists of hotels you do business with.

Staff was rude, room was dirty with holes in the wall ceiling was disgusting (mold/mildew in bathroom). No toilet paper in the bathroom. Room was hot at one end and cold at the other end because the AC was not well laid out for room configuration.

It needs a lot of restoration. Paint is scraped off sink rusted shower curtain old I wouldn’t stay again. Breakfast is poor

First room, fridge didn’t work and couch covered in pet hair. They switched us to a different room, so that was good. But in the second room, the bathroom hot and cold were reversed, and the bath fixtures were loose. And while the evening desk clerk was friendly and helpful, the morning clerk was fairly rude. Overall, the accommodations were okay, but we were glad that we only had to spend one night there.

Beds was nice but the breakfast was the worse ever, roach in room and in hallway, a stinky musty smell in hallway upstairs and burn marks in original blanket and replacement blanket.

It was extremely clean and quiet. The suite was big enough that 5 stayed with no trouble. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

Nice, large room, comfortable. But very noisy if facing west, where I-95 runs very near the hotel.

I took one star off because there was water on the carpet by the AC wall unit. Probably a leak. As well, a burn hole in one of the spare blankets in the closet we used to make up the sleeper sofa. I also think the scent in the lobby was overwhelming. The scent should be toned down, blankets with holes should be replaced and cleaning staff should check the carpet by the AC unit after each guest to improve the experience for future guests.
