Our one bedroom unit was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. The pool is clean and a swim able length. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the area and things to do.

This was our second stay. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. All the staff members strived to make sure all our needs were met. The linens were all fresh and not old at all. It’s obvious they care about the small details.

I really liked this hotel, however the person who works nice is not very friendly. I thought it was just over the phone, but he was just as hostile the following night (late in the evening) when my 81yr old mother went to ask him a simple question. The check in staff, and concierge person were both very pleasant, and made up for the poor impression of the previous gentleman. I would still recommend this property.

The location was nice! I liked that we could go to the other resorts and use their facilities as well. I loved the setup of the one bedroom condo deluxe! Very spacious. Walking distance to many places Pool was small.. bar was never open… no elevator in the parking garage

Clean property, friendly staff, good large studio room and view. kitchen very nice and accommodations well, bathroom good overall, bed and pillows comfortable. door to the room lets light in - flimsy to close and deteriorating around door. exercise room equipment ok overall, pads for legs at weight machine loose or falling off. Jetted tub in main room not too appealing to see would rather have other usable space.

Very clean and has everything needed for a stay. Trash bags, salt and pepper, coffee, paper towels, full kitchen, blender… Most friendly staff we have ever experienced. Some construction but that was all.

The front desk staff is probably the nicest people I’ve ever. Very informational very helpful always smiling remembers your name. They’re very kind. I will definitely be returning.

We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful location, cleanliness, and most of all the helpfulness of the staff. We were given such a warm welcome every time we entered the lobby. Any requests we had were quickly taken care of. Great hotel!

Just the price was decent - I didn't like anything else. The property is super-dated. Pool is tiny and almost completely in the shade - definitely no place to lounge in the sun. Everything was simply "meh". I was there for work, so luckily was literally only sleeping there, but had I booked this hotel for a true vacation, I would have been utterly disappointed. They also push to try to sell you on their vacation club when you check in!

This hotel was amazing! Our room was very clean, spacious and had EVERYTHING we needed!! Parking was very accessible. The pool and hot tub were never busy and was clean!! The employees were so kind and helpful!

The fun energy, welcoming nature and personable experience was top teir. Theu magocally sent a bday basket to the room before we got there within like 5 minutes. By far, my favorite club wyndham!

There was no refund processing, if the reservation had indeed been cancelled 2 weeks prior to me arriving and trying to check in. Check in was 3/29. Resort claimed the reservation was cancelled even after calling and confirming the reservation on 3/10, where I agreed and also confirmed a time to check in. Resort was NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL even though the issue was clearly on their end. Reached out to the resort on 3/30 and the representative said that they would have manager reach out and as of 4/01/24 I have not received any contact from said manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/10

Very large 1bdr with 2 bath is nice to have for longer stays. Full kitchen is a big plus for cooking options. Beach is close about 3-5 min walk. Car helpful for getting around, free easy parking is great compared to other hotels.

I had a fly infestation and two engineers came to look at it. They treated it with a shop vac only to come back after dinner and find dozens more flies. Finally at 11 pm had to switch rooms. Hotel offered no compensation or apologies. Nothing is around this hotel. High pressure vacation club selling before you can get a room key. Not a pleasant experience

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5! Our daughters loved the unit and it was so nice to have the full kitchen and access to laundry facilities! The best part of this property however, is actually the sister property across the street. It's definitely a nicer place but you get to use all the amenities without the added price. Our girls LOVED playing all day at the beach. We rented an umbrella and chairs (right at the beach) and enjoyed a fabulous day in the sun. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay. Our 2 bed room was huge and recently renovated. The location is convenient for both Pompano Beach centre and Lauderdale by the sea. The only criticism was the refusal to allow us to add an extra night to arrive a day earlier because we had passed our 'change' deadline, albeit by only a few hours, despite there being availability. After arrival however we did manage to add a day to the end of our stay directly through the resort.

The property was very well maintained and plenty of sanitizer available. I notices they kept the used carts separated from the sanitized carts, to ensure you were able to obtain a clean cart. I would definitely stay again and recommend this Propery.

Great peaceful place to stay. Though amenities were reduced due to Covid restrictions, the resort was spotless clean and very comfortable. The staff made all guests feel welcome and like you belong there.

Only draw back and not their fault were COVID 19 restrictions. Closed many amenities that they have available. They did preinform prior to arrival. My only complaint was the people above us were very loud and up well beyong 2am every day. I think a noise ordinance needs to be invoked. I do plan to speak and discuss that with the staff.

Bedroom with a king size bed, a big flat screen tv,, a couch,a sliding door to a balcony and a bathroom, and a hit tub! The living room, dining room and kitchen were all open to each other. Dining room table seated 6, living room had another tv, a couch, 3 chairs, 2 sliding doors to another balcony, the kitchen had another full bathroom, full size fridge, stove and dishwasher. Location was great, room was wonderful and spacious and clean . only thing is the timeshare presentation was not made clear and very aggressive. The actual hotel personel were wonderfull. Will stay again

The one bedroom condo was beautifully upgraded with marble vanities and kitchen counter, new appliances and two balconies offering views of both the ocean and intercoastal waterway. The laundry facility is on every floor. There was not daily maid service, but you could request as much linen, towels, toiletries, kitchen and laundry cleaning supplies that you need, daily if needed. The bedroom had it's own air conditioning control from the living room. The bedroom is exceptionally large , complete with king bed , mini kitchen, jacuzzi tub, another pull - out bed couch and private balcony. The one bedroom comfortably sleeps 6.

Hotel was very close to beach,rooms were clean and quiet front desk staff very professional

It was a nice stay however they need to upgrade their captain lounge all the arcade games are broken and not working. They need to offer more activities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Also be aware of the beach its very dirty with seaweed. Not the hotels fault, however they did not mention that their beaches are full of seaweed and smell very bad. While we were there they had their pool bar closed which was a bummer! Other than that the room was nice and we had a great time at the pool.

The receptionist was very friendly, however there were 2 women at another counter that greeted us and tried to get us to look at a timeshare. We were only here for a wedding and there was no time to do anything else to get a 7 day stay or a gift card. They were very pushy. Also, the room was very musty causing my sinuses to burn and my nose to run all weekend.
