The pool was great and there were plenty of lounge chairs. Not a lot of shade though. There are plenty of activities available, but we didn’t have a chance to do them.

I love that rooms and bathroom were very clean. I love that the place did not look old and wore out. It was cozy and comfortable. The text message service they have is very efficient. The responded fast and always brought items that was requested.

The timeshare sell job is too aggressive. This should be disclosed when booking. They automatically charge your credit card US$50 and the only way to get the charge removed is to attend their 90 minute high pressure dog and pony show. Also they charge US$20 per day for parking which is ridiculous.

My stay was beautiful and the apartment was really nice. Unexpected fees were too much. $46 dollars per day for parking of two car. Also $250 deposit held on my debit card as Well.

I won’t buy another drink there ever again .

However, our room was in a bldg around the corner from the main location, outside of their gated areas, in a smaller and older building than the main property. This meant we had to drive to the main property to enjoy the amenities These rooms were very dated, cozy, but dated and could have been cleaned better. The sink and tub had hair in them, the jetted tub looked like it was installed in the 70s and just looked really worn and not sanitary so we didnt even use it as a bath tub. Walls had marks on them, baseboards and corners dusty, rings on furniture, it just overall didnt feel that clean or upkept This building also didnt have an elevator, luckily my husband was with me to carry up the luggage to the 2nd floor but if I had been alone, or elderly theres no way I could've carried my luggage up the steep stairs. The tub is also extremely high and hard to get in and out of, no grab bar in place either which seems really dangerous The ice machine in the freezer also didnt work The 2 tvs had basic channels, but were not smart tvs, again not a deal breaker but current technology in hotels is a huge plus The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the room itself was ok for a short stay but if you are going to book here id highly recommend requesting being on the main property

Not all rooms have washer and dryer. The “ resort” will not change your bed sheets unless you are there more than 14 days. You can request new towels. They will be delivered in a big clear trash bag and left on the floor and the dirty towels will be left in your room. They no longer have a mixer in your room and they have only one glass measuring cup. There are minimal pots and only 3 glass bowls which you would need for both preparing and storing so you cannot do both. Only 8 dishes for a room that sleeps 6 so plan on running the dishwashe a lot. Do not get me started on the pizza cutter, and hand held can opener. They would have done better purchasing from the Dollar Store. It has gotten so bad that the toilet paper rolls are no longer replaced when a guest leaves so you start with a roll that has maybe 10 sheets left to it. Nothing says relaxing vacation like changing your toilet paper the moment you arrive. Elevators are always out of order so they had us use the service elevator. You walk past piled up garbage to get to and from your room. The rooms have carpet but no vacuum to use only a carpet sweeper

Overall, the facility was very nice with multiple pool areas. One is a little more kid friendly, and the other a little more adult friendly. Getting a little bit dated, with a few maintenance issues, including a broken elevator in the lobby. But the room was clean and comfortable. We had a two bedroom condo unit which was very roomy and Comfortable. Overall a pleasant say with nice amenities. Not brand new, but Clean and well-managed. The staff was excellent.

We stayed in the blue royal palm building. It was okay and had some good things and some disappointing things. The good things were that the rooms are set up with full kitchens and we had two bathrooms. The things that stand out as disappointing are that everything closes very very early. The one place to eat or get snacks/ice cream on site closes at 630p, the arcade closes at 7p and the bar closes around 8p. The rooms are also not super sound proof, we continously were hearing the room above us walking around and moving their chairs all hours of the night, sometimes even around 3-4am, some felt covers for the furniture may help that. Also there were red ants in the bathtub, so we did not want to try using that tub while there.

I did not receive the room I originally booked. Instead, I was assigned a handicap-accessible room, which I did not request. This was also not the typical room type I usually receive when I make a reservation. I would have preferred the room that matched my original booking.

Check in was simple, they had a place for our bags u til our room was ready. They did try and sign us up for I would say a "time-share" meeting. We set it up but decided to no show and our deposit was promptly refunded. The grounds, pool, and location were all great. And the room was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The room was good. The tennis was a little run down and the tape lines for the pickleball court was coming up. They gave us a high pressure push and would not let up for us to make appointment to listen to a time share pitch. I will not be going back there again.

The room we received looked significantly different from the photos and description shown on the Expedia listing. The condition and overall appearance did not match what was advertised, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. When we saw that the room did not match the listing, we informed the front desk immediately and requested cancellation. Expedia said they couldn’t process it because they couldn’t reach the hotel. Since we couldn’t stay there, we had to quickly book another hotel at a much higher price, which was very frustrating after planning this trip months in advance. Another uncomfortable part of the experience was the aggressive push to attend the Wyndham Vacation Club sales presentation. Even after we explained that we only had one day to spend in Miami and wanted to spend that time with our family, the staff continued encouraging us to attend the session. We arrived around 9 PM after a long drive with tired and hungry kids, but instead of a quick check-in, we had to deal with repeated sales pitches.

Dead bed bugs on the sleeper sofa mattress. We were unable to use that bed. Told the front desk and they said they would make note of it.

It rained the entire trip we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or amenities. I wanted to extend our stay for a day because of the weather, it was a little difficult to extend one day on the website and the young man at the front desk gave me some wrong information that caused me to be on the phone for about 3 hrs and eventually walking downstairs and the manager extended it in less than 15 min. And the floor was wet from the garbage can which left a smell. Otherwise I would’ve given all 10s!

The lighting, at the gate, is very poor and scary. Something need to be done at this gate, ( add another guard station).

Location for this no encounter was perfect; just 4 minutes from the venue. It was just like spending time at home. Everything equipment needed was in the kitchen to prepare meals. Actually there’s nothing that I did not like. No it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast. Unsure if room service was available; we went out for lunch and dinner.

If you book through a third party website they will put you in a hotel across the street called queen resort. It’s outside the gated resort. The room had a roach inside, the pool was not heated, if you want to use the resorts amenities you’d have to take a long walk to the main resort.

I wouldn’t stay again. You can tell they’re trying but just stay elsewhere. The rooms are antiquated and not fresh and airy. The rug in our room was so dirty, our white socks were black. We had to wears shoes around the room because it gave us the creepy crawlies.

Pools were nice. Slide was closed because we there was no life guard yet the kids could swim in the pool. That didn’t make sense. Snack bar is ridiculously expensive and does not accept cash.

Our room was awesome! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom and 2 bath which was very spacious. Rooms were very clean. We didn’t get time to enjoy the pool or arcade area - but did view it and it looked very nice, clean and spacious area. Would definitely go back if in that area again.

We went for our family vacation party of three. We just didn’t like how Expedia shows pictures of the hotel, but does not tell you that there’s three different hotels on the same property but nonetheless, the one we ended up with the spa was very comfortable and cleanly will definitely stay again. We also like that they had sister locations that were on the beach that you could use their beach, chairs and umbrellas. The only part that I did not like was when I went downstairs to the front desk at the main hotel. And I asked them how come we were not giving a room at the hotel that was listed on Expedia the front desk woman had an attitude and was very snotty and said “ this is a resort it doesn’t matter which hotel you end up in you have access to all of the amenities” and I was like OK, but that’s not what your advertising on Expedia and basically they push the blame on Expedia.

My family and I come to this resort every year. We are not timeshare owners but simply enjoy the property, amenities, staff and cleanliness. The 2BR is very spacious and allows my family to be comfortable and feel at home during our stay. The resort is in close proximity to additional activities, which is an added convenience.

Previous times the place and the ameneties and all about the resort is great unfortunately this time we stayed the place is run down, kids running all over the property unattended causing all kinds of chaos, noise and littering at various hours of the day including late night. In our suite the sinks were clogged, we had no laundry detergent, or toilet paper also the remote to the tv didn’t work we had to call to get it fixed. Overall it wasn't as great as it could have been

The room was nice but the experience checking in and leaving were not quite the same. We were given a room that already had guests in and had to wait 2 hours for our room to be re sanitized for us to finally be able to go in. We were invited to a presentation after check out and that experience was a whole other situation with one of the professionals being rude to our family members for talking to us about the suite they were shown (which they loved.) Nonetheless the whole vacation was definitely something and we might not be back to this Club Wyndham.

The room was nice but the experience checking in and leaving were not quite the same. We were given a room that already had guests in and had to wait 2 hours for our room to be re sanitized for us to finally be able to go in. We were invited to a presentation after check out and that experience was a whole other situation with one of the professionals being rude to our family members for talking to us about the suite they were shown (which they loved.) Nonetheless the whole vacation was definitely something and we might not be back to this Club Wyndham.

The only thing I would suggest is that there needs to be a more organized evacuation plan in place. I had the experience of evacuating my room due to a fire alarm signal. Thank goodness my husband knew where the stars were. So many guests were confused as how to access the stairs.There need to be more visible signs as how to access the stairs as well as management presence needs to be visible. We were outside for a while before other guests said we can return to our rooms. There should be someone from the property directing us to get back inside. In addition, there should also be access to use the stairs to get back to our rooms. It was very chaotic returning to our rooms because everyone was trying to access the 2 elevators. Thank goodness it was a false alarm, and everyone was safe. However, I will definitely suggest management taking a look at their evacuation plan. Nevertheless, our stay was truly amazing, and we all look forward to spending time at this property again.

Everything was perfect there. I had a problem with my reservation and the supervisor solve the problem. She is the best and I don't remember very well her name. Probably Maria, but I'm not 100% sure. Another person there named Nicole was so so great. Well, everybody there are excellent. I will go next year again for sure. Rooms are excellent too.

My family and I absolutely loved this resort! Timeshare people were the only bad part of the stay but everything else was great. We had the king and two queen/twin beds with a full kitchen and three balconies. Loved that they had security, bar at the main pool, towels to use, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, free washer and dryer. Will be coming back to this resort but will not do anything with Timeshare. Those people are so persistent that it makes you mad. Had to remind the guy I had that he informed us he would not pressure us but all they did was pressure us. Stay at the hotel and don’t fall for the Timeshare!

We had an excellent room and the pool area at the Royal Palm was nice and quiet.

The staff however is very very sales oriented and tried to sell us into the timeshare program constantly which was annoying and relentless.

I guess I was in the off season because the price was very reasonable for the size and condition. Although this is intended as a resort, I had nearby business and stayed for a few days. It was great, large very clean rooms with lots of conveniences for a long stay, large shower, large fridge, dishes, full kitchen, and laundry (including soap). The only downside was check-in was an unnecessarily slow, cumbersome process, as was trying to get an extra pack of coffee and extend my stay one night. It seems the staff are not well trained or motivated. They wouldn't answer the phone, but when I walked down to the lobby there were several employees doing absolutely nothing.

We really enjoyed ourselves and plan on booking for our next trip . My Condo room was amazing so spacious and clean 😉 Felt like I was home in my own home . All shopping stores was so convenient to get to from the resort me my family walked to some stores just to get our experience and exercise in . Good thing about it we was able to park at one of sisters locations to have access to the beach which was a Plus for us . Great staff …. Great customer service . Great entertainment and environment for families .

Dayja from the outside pool bar was extremely rude, my family and I will never visit the resort ever again because of the way we were treated. I stay at Wyndham resorts at least 3 times a year and have never had such a horrible experience as this one. Dayja manager was nice and helpful with handling our concerns but even after her talk with Dayja she was still rude!

I didn't like to be asked to attend meeting for time sharing. When I reserved with Expedia, I would like to be a reservation like any hotel or condo and don't have to be asked to attend a meeting during my vacation time.

The resort was nice but the cable tv did not work the whole time we were there. The rooms are a little old. The people are not that friendly. They want you to go to a timeshare presentation and of you dont but theu get mad and treat you horribly.

The room was beautiful but no one comes to clean! I had to request sheets after 1 week and change the bed myself. After 10 days I had to call guest services to ask someone to clean the bathroom. After 14 days someone came and gave me clean towels but no clean ones for the kitchen.

Palm-Aire disappointed me this trip by putting me in a very old resort building that was away from the main property. I felt unsafe and forgotten so I chose not the stay. Then, when I asked for a refund, no one from their team would answer the call, so I lost out in an experience I wanted for my family. I usually stayed at the Palm-Aire because I've had great experiences in the past, but this trip was terrible. I will not return.

We’ve stayed here several times. Always a good time. Although, we had to pay for parking. This was a first for us. Without a full service restaurant onsite, grocery shopping is a must. Reservation did not specify parking would be an addicharge. We found this to be deceptive.

the one issue i had and i knew it was coming is at check in they put the hard sell on to go to a sales seminar, i had to say no like 10 times....... 2 or 3 should have been sufficient

The actual property is great for a family with kids. Lots to do, our unit was newly renovated and spacious, responsive front desk via text. Once you leave the property, however, the area did not feel safe. I would not stay here again for that reason. The property itself and its staff, however…..no complaints!

Convenience for purpose of our visit was most important. The units are spacious and clean which we enjoy.

Good hotel once you get through checking in process, where you get the ' hard sell' to attend a timeshare presentation. Took us 40 minutes before they would issue room keys after very persistent attempts to get us to sign up for the presentation.

Booked this property for an adult children family stay. We were absolutely duped and bait/switched. Thought we were getting a 2BR condo on Wyndham resort property but we were placed in an off property, non secured 2 story(no elevator) building. Very disappointed

We checked into the 'Queen' building, room 104. Found an infestation of small bugs around the kitchen stove, along the counter top. The bugs had gotten into our food that we had just purchased. (Pictures available) The front desk did not want to help in any way because we booked through Expedia. Could not get in touch with the Manager, no manager on duty. Very frustrating experience considering we paid almost $800 for three nights at this property. I had to basically argue to get any help. I would never recommend this property.

The room size and its amenities were great. Having gated entry-ways made the property feel more secure. It is also located within walking/short driving distance of several stores and restaurants.

The unit was beyond expectation and the resort was beautiful. The friendly staff ensured everything was available and very courteous Would stay again when in town.

we rented our room as we were in town for a wedding. It was way above our expectations. We will definitely be renting again where we're back in the area.

This visit started off terribly as an RCI member who owns in Vegas, I was unable to get a 2 bedroom unit through RCI . I wound up booking through Expedia, so they treated me as a "hotel" guest "non" owner which meant paying $22/night for parking in POMPANO, FL. Not near the beach or a big city but a suburb with PLENTY of parking!! I was not happy and asked to speak to the GM. The FD staff would NOT give me the GM's name or contact info. They told me the FD operations manager would contact me the next day. I never heard from her the entire 4 night stay. I did get harrased by the over zealous timeshare sales staff who insisted I go to the "onboarding" session. I do not want to buy another time share especially at that property after that experience. He even called me the 2nd day and I made the mistake of answering the phone thinking it might be the operations manager, but it was him still harrrassing me to go to the "onboarding" session. I told him to get the $80 parking fees waved and maybe I would go, he told me that was "out of his control". Saturday night the fire alarm went off around midnight and rang for 30 minutes. It was a loud robo announcement that woke us up and telling us to walk down the stairs (from the 9th floor), mind you my mother is 90 years old!!!! The actual unit was very nice but we had a penthouse above us that we heard the people constantly moving the chairs on their patio which ran the length of our entire unit so we had trouble sleeping at night.

The doors didn't lock properly so that was a huge concern. The door to 867 don't lock only the latch. Not the same place we have enjoyed for past 20 years.
