A very comfortable and well-maintained hotel. Lovely staff. Spacious room. Would absolutely stay again. (Only hitch was the bed could have been newer...this one was past its prime, but not uncomfortable. Just a little worn for a property this nice.)

The hotel is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the parking was free and safe! This is definitely a hotel I would return to!

Convenient location right off the freeway, friendly staff. The beds were not comfortable. We arrived late and got a disability room, so not sure if they were different than other rooms. One bed had a big divet on the side, so I had to sleep on one side of the bed, the mattress felt cheap and hard and the pillows were lumpy, as if full of cut up foam.

We travel quite a bit between Phx & San Francisco. This is a great mid-point in Pomona. We have stayed here several times, found it very clean, comfortable and near the freeway, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We are disappointed that this hotel charges for breakfasts. As a Hilton Honors member even, you would figure a discount or voucher would be given.

We booked 3 rooms because we were a party of 8 and guest services said we could have our rooms together on same floor and when the other 4 people checked in we had to get different rooms on different floors.

That being said, the facility is clean. The made to order breakfast was very nice.

The breakfast was ok however the chairs at the breakfast table were filthy (they only need to be cleaned). The staff were very professional and kind. The dirty chairs at breakfast and the fact that the room is only made up and serviced every other day. For example there are 2 coffees left in the room for 2 people for 2 days.

The mattress was broken down (I assume from people sitting on the edge) on the side closest to the bathroom which made the bed VERY uncomfortable, I even tried sleeping in the middle but I would roll to the side. Other than the subpar bed, the lifting bathroom tile, the room was comfortable, clean, and plenty big.

This was a great place--great staff, spacious rooms, clean and kept up, conveniently located, etc. The restaurant was out of a few items, and the menu should add a good option for vegetarians (and/or vegans). That said, the staff made me a meal from scratch that was absolutely delicious! Thank you!

Room was clean and stocked with enough towels. Only complaint was the toilet paper roll was falling off and was broken and the fan did not work in the bathroom.

It smelled like gas the entire time I could not breathe and my girlfriend has terrible asthma. The staff did not care not one bit either just brushed us off. Terrible time lucky we stayed out late. Would never spend my money here again.

Very nice hotel tucked away in a cul de sac away from the hussle and bussle and located in a very nice neighborhood. The hotel itself is upscale and spacious. I woukd stay again.

Hotel seem safe and parking was well lit. My room wasn’t that clean. I found little dry black bugs on the nightstand. The bed isn’t comfy it’s a little too soft for my liking.

Large television. Pretty good size room. Was able to choose room. The bath tub filled up if we didn't totally remove the plug thing. There was a charge for breakfast. SUPER lumpy pillows. hardly any bedcovers. My digital key only worked on the outside door into the building, not the door to my room, even after a reset by front desk.

I've been here twice now for convention work and both times have been very nice! It's also close by a lot of good restaurants and a target in case I need supplies. The only hiccup was that the key card I had didn't activate properly on the second night so I had my sister go downstairs to reactivate it but other than that, the stay was excellent. It's also very spacious too and I like how you need the keycard to activate the elevators. There wasn't really anything that I didn't like. I didn't get to try the restaurant but for the weekend stay, I didn't really need to go. Also the keycard not activating was only slightly inconvenient but it wasn't anything to worry about.

It’s a newer property and the staff is very responsive to any needs. The mini fridge in our room wasn’t working.

The manager Brandi and ALL the staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and responsive. I was able to recover from surgery and relax.

I have stayed at this hotel now 4 times. My son attends Cal Poly and this is where we stay when we come to visit him. It is a pet friendly hotel and that is wonderful. It is pet friendly but very very clean. Hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. I enjoy each stay at this hotel.

The second room was better, but it had similar issues - the microwave took 2-3 times longer than usual to heat food, the phone didn’t work, etc. The fridge in both rooms barely cooled, and there was no freezer compartment. As a pumping mom, that was a dealbreaker. Good for the price, but I was expecting more.

Stayed for two nights while in town for a funeral service. The gal at the front desk checking in was nice and helpful, she even helped track down a luggage rack. When we got to the room noticed the bathroom door was off the track and tried to call for maintenance but did not get an answer. The next day let the same woman know and it was fixed before we got back to the room later in the evening. Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy, however the pillows were terrible and instantly went flat even when stacked 3 high. I typically bring my own but did not this time and wish that I had. Overall satisfied with our stay. Thank You

A great place to stay while visiting for work related events.

AC was either all on or all off. I called the front desk and they had no offer of a maintenance person. It was already very late and we had loaded everything into our room already. The only offer we had was to move rooms. The next morning we showered and the water wouldn’t turn off. Again, there was no maintenance available. We finally got the water off. The escutcheon on the shower faucet just spun around on the wall when we touched the handle. The lamp above the bed was disconnected from the wall and just loosely spun around. This place is a bunch of junk.

The front lobby service are great! I rate it a good 4. I rate is 3 for not having a free breakfast. Overall good place.

The room was not ready by check in time. The staff said they would call me when it was ready, and I waited for one hour-no call. I had to speak with someone inside to be assisted and then they miraculously had a room ready.

This Hilton Garden Inn did not meet my expectations.

The room and facilities were excellent, clean and comfortable. The sliding barndoor that they use for the bathroom door is no good. Not only being difficult to open and close, It does not shut all the way. sound and smell escapes the restroom. My wife said I woke her up with my farts. That’s embarrassing.

We enjoyed our stay, room was very clean and in a quiet area. The bed was very comfortable and felt almost like home.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and will never return. The ICE machine was incredibly loud and obnoxious, but the management completely ignored it. The front desk staff provided terrible customer service. The parking lot was filthy, and the entrance was crawling with roaches. It’s disheartening that this hotel, located in a diverse neighborhood, seems to cater to a specific clientele. Additionally, the management’s prioritization of keeping the ICE machine running all night has led me to cancel my Hilton Honors account. Their decisions ruined a beautiful weekend.

Shower took 20 minutes to get lukewarm. Every other day housekeeping meant overfilled little trash and lack of coffee pods. Could ask for the later, but the former was annoying. Need bigger trash cans or at least a place to dump them!

Our room was pretty nice but only problem I would say is the noise from the freeway next door and the ac wasn’t that great felt hot all night. Plus they offer complementary coffee, but with no water. Other than that it was okay for a one night stay.

The area is great for shopping and walkable. The staff were great even with minor room issues. I would stay again .

Decent room, bed a little firm. We were really impressed with the buildings ability to block out sound. Our room was facing the freeway and we couldn’t hear the road. Breakfast is pricey for what it is so we ate offsite- tons of nearby fast food and restaurants.

The shower was really the only reason why they lost a star. The shower curtain was torn on one of the ends and the handle to turn the water on was loose/wonky so it was hard to get the right temperature of the water.

This hotel was close to a relative we were visiting. Overall we were very happy with our stay. It was very quiet even though it butted up to a major freeway. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

My stay was good the establishment was clean and very inviting but was very disappointing to find out the off in the morning that the continental breakfast was not included. Was very pricey for what your establishment call continental breakfast which was just muffins and some fruits. As a single mom when traveling with my little girl for cheer those are the things I looked for breakfast included since I travel a lot for cheer competition. This was the hotel the recommended. Not one I would be staying for the price and no breakfast.

The hotel is over 200 dollars a night, and you still have to purchase breakfast. Also be aware that homeless people are around, and will ask you for money

Every staff member greeted us with a smile and hello. Our room had every amenity that we needed and it was cleaned spotlessly. The area was safe and had many stores & restaurants. We will definitely return to this location.

The price was fair for being the weekend, staff was friendly plus it was easy to check in and out.

My big issue is their doors on the bathroom 👀. If you take a shower be aware everyone can see you. There is a huge gap that of the door is open everyone in the hallway can see you. The picture is when I was standing in the shower. Ooooooof.
