5 days after my checkout I had a random charge. Could NEVER get to speak with a real person from the hotel.

Room was amazing, only issue we had was a shower curtain that was pretty misplaced and hung up with cracked side pieces using stickys. Sort of got the entire bathroom wet when someone showered.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Some updates needed but still a nice stay.

The on-site restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious food and great service. It was very convenient to have such a high-quality dining option right at the hotel. I also loved the amenities, especially the pool and gym. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding, while the gym was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to keep up with my fitness routine. My room was extremely comfortable, clean, and inviting. It provided a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home after a long day. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and outstanding amenities. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. It is newly renovated so that was nice. The restaurant came in handy as we arrived at night and was starving! Our waitress was very sweet and welcoming. What wasn’t so good is the ac would go out during the night which I hate as I am menopausal and am hot enough on my own. I tried setting the ac really low but it did not matter. HATED THAT! The water pressure was super low on the shower as well but we made it work. Also the television is not a smart tv so you can not watch streaming at all and there is NO HBO or anything like that. Just movies to buy which we did not. We weren’t able to watch the NBA playoffs in the room either which my husband hated. They need to update all the televisions!!

Great location close to the highway, restaurants and shopping! Parking is complimentary for guests which is nice as so many places charges for that nowadays.

If you plan to sleep during the day (like I did due to my health condition) bring ear plugs as it’s right across from the chamber maids closet and they bang the door going in/out every 15-20minutes. The noise stopped around 6pm. The door to the room isn’t mechanic and quite heavy so as a wheelchair user I would have struggled on my own. Only one USB socket worked by the bed. Breakfast was expensive for what it was - plentiful but luke warm at best. We only ate there once out of the 3 nights. The staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. It’s not close to anything to see in the area but is perfect for business people. Starbucks is only open 6:30-11:00am - would do better if it was open later imo. Would I stay there again - yes if the price was decent. Didnt use any of the other amenities so can’t comment on those.

We had a lovely stay - the room was clean and well appointed. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located. The only suggestion I have would be for the hotel to offer complimentary coffee in the lobby or to have a countertop place that sells it. We look forward to staying here again!

After a bit of a wait we changed rooms which was inconvenient. Housekeeping brought up the pack n play and one side wouldn't lift. So that defeated the purpose. The phone chargers only worked on one side and of course were across the room. You pay for parking, no big d

Staff is great and the hotel is well kept and place in an area near the highway so if you need to shoot to Miami or other adjacent cities you can do so without too much of a deviation. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to use this as my go to accommodation, when in the area.

This hotel was immaculate. Not a drop of dust in sight in my room. Extremely clean and the linens were so clean they looked brand new. I have a real bad case of OCD and very particular about hotels bc rarely are they clean to meet my expectations but this one exceeded it. The only thing missing in the room was a microwave and the refrigerator didn’t seem to get that cold. I loved how they had the tv mounted on the wall with the picture frame surrounding it. It also would’ve been nice to have Netflix or Hulu options on the tv. I would book this hotel every single time I visit.

Bright and clean new room, good shower, comfortable beds—it was supposed to be our “in-between” hotel before we got to the main event of our vacation but my wife didn’t want to leave—yes, we liked it that much (and the staff were extra cooperative and nice)! hotel lobby is very clean. Has a few issues as the bathroom door was not closing. It is weird that they ask you to pay for overnight parking and breakfast was not included, depsite high price but overall recommended

Great stay for the price. I stayed here with family for 2 days before our cruise. Staff was welcoming and very professional. Loved the pool and convenience of the onsite restaurant (warming it’s pricey but good if you don’t want to leave the property).

We stayed 3 nights to tour a nearby college. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Hotel was busy but not overwhelming. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but good food. Bar opened at 4 (which made us a little sad when we wanted a poolside afternoon bev) and dinner at 5. I would absolutely stay here again!

Dreadful experience. When I arrived, despite a huge car parking area there was no parking available due to a wedding taking place at the hotel. Myself and numerous other guests were left driving around the car park for an hour before I finally found a space by following a departing guest on foot and asking her to hold her space for me before she left (thankyou guest!). Hotel couldn’t handle it. Upon eventually being checked in I discovered the room wasn’t the one I booked. I was so tired and it was only for one night so got into bed only to be awoken by what sounded like a man with a dreadful chesty cough in my bathroom. It felt so near and so close. Upon inspection, I had been given a room with an adjoining door and there was obviously limited soundproofing. After lying awake for half an hour with this man coughing and coughing (not the hotel’s fault obvs) I returned to reception and asked to be moved, which the staff kindly did. I was annoyed as a woman travelling alone that I had been allocated a room with an adjoining door. I finally got to sleep in this next room allocated, only to be awoken around 2am with the noises of a woman, let’s just say, clearly enjoying herself. By this stage I just had to laugh at the whole thing! I would have laughed from the start if the car parking problem had not got my back up from the start and the hotel’s failure to deal with it. If you offer free parking then reserve sufficient spaces for your hotel guests in advance.

We booked king size bed room through expedia to stay 2 nights as we’re going to a wedding, we were very disappointed once we got to the room to find 2 small beds. We weren’t told at check in that king bed was not available. Tried to get a king bedroom the next night but same issue, no king bedrooms were available.

The room was in need of a new floor the floor was uneven in the main area. The shower door handles were extremely loose. The valve in the toilet tank would stick closed not filling the tank. Two to three of the charging ports for phones were broken.

Housekeeping did not knock before attempting to enter the room 15 minutes before check out time. Only 2 luggage racks so it may be tricky to get one. Overall the hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant

Room was clean. Hotel is kind of isolated for going to restaurants for meals especially if you don’t have a car. The breakfast for what it was, was an additional charge of $22.99 where most hotels include breakfast as an amenity.

I wish breakfast was included in the stay the breakfast that was there is basically a continental breakfast nothing out of this world for $23 a person

The room was very good and very clean. Very confortable!!

It was okay. I disliked that there weren’t two sets of towels and the cleaners did not replace towel set after cleaning the room each night (even though they took the dirty ones). I had to call front desk multiple times just for that. Smh

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The room was thoughtfully designed, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, I would happily return. The only downside was the pillows. They were quite soft, and I wished firmer options were available.

The only issue I have with my stay is the breakfast your basically paying $200 a night and the breakfast isn’t free it’s $30 a day for basic a breakfast that other hotels service for free.

Cancelled on me at 1:30am with NO OPTIONS with 2 little kids. They had confirmed the reservation that day and when we arrived they said they were “oversold” and any third party bookings were canceled. I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel.

The room was very good. Clean and up to date. Staff was very courteous and efficient. The only drawback I had was that the hotel was away from everything. Unless you had a car, you couldn’t go grab some food or do any shopping.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located off 595 which makes it easy to get to anywhere in South Florida. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, the only disappointment i had was that the bed sheets were hard and not very comfortable and the tv antenna was not working in my room so i had no stations only on demand movies that cost $24.99 each

My room was cozy and it felt great to settle into crisp clean sheets. I really appreciated the top level of housekeeping. Lastly, I also really appreciated the super fast elevators. Sounds silly to mention, but I've been in a few hotel elevators that seemed to take a long time to get and it's something so small but significant to deal with after a long day. Thank you to the maintenance crew for being on top of things. Really great stay due to how smooth things went with the staff and facilities. It was a true shame that I could only stay one night.

Hotel was fine I had an issue with a guest next door making loud noises and even though security tried to fix the issue, the main purpose of my stay was totally ruin. Nobody from management has contact me since my departure. I consider this unprofessional

The quality of the hotel has declined over the years. It’s very rundown. The shower would only have extremely hot water or cold, no water pressure and there was no body wash. The faucet in the sink was crooked and had a hole next to it. The vents were incredibly dusty.

The tube drain plug came out, the sink fauset was wobbly, the shower wand adjuster was broke off, the toilet paper holder was coming out of wall, the mattress was uncomfortable. One side is slanted i felt like i was going to roll off the bed. The phone in bathroom was coming out of the wall. You pay for breakfast. && they double charged my card. This hotel is very luxury but for all the inconveniences you can find a better hotel. This wasn’t my first vacation and it definitely won’t be my last. But what single mother wants to deal with the inconveniences when you just want to unwind and relax(the point of my choice to vacay) so it’s just a warning . Have fun.

The location was good. I booked for my daughter who was there for an interview. I wanted her to relax a bit so here are two reasons I chose this hotel but they were not offering during her stay. The swimming pool was under maintenance but there is no information we could find until she was there. This hotel was one of the few starts serving breakfast from 6:30 am according to their website but it was not the case. So she had to leave without one even though I paid the breakfast plan.

A person at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative with me so that’s enough for me to say I won’t be back to this property.

Bathroom shower tile were dirty, refigerator nor cold enough. Excelllent bed

The beds were very clean, the host checking us in was extremely professional and pleasant. The lobby smelled strongly of perfume and marijuana. The corners of the tile and grout in the bathroom are very dirty and the hallways are loud past 8/9pm.

Libby beautiful. Rooms tiny with nowhere to put your clothes. Pile things in a ledge. Requested a lake view. Just didn’t think 4 other windows and 2 balconies would be looking at our window! Walls are thin as paper. Party next door made it tough to go to sleep. Good thing I brought earplugs. Barely enough room for 2. Won’t stay here again. We come often and this was a one and done!

The cleanliness of the property was great and smelled good! The staff was very pleasant. The food & cocktails were awesome. I was celebrating my birthday and wanted to have a relaxed staycation. I was disappointed to find out that they didn't have a smart tv so I could enjoy some movies. I had to go and buy a Roku stick to satisfy myself. Then when I got dressed for the pool I was advised in the elevator that the pool was closed. Not to mention, it was early in the day. I went to the front desk just to be informed that the pool was closed for renovations. Smh. I was not aware and I was very disappointed once again. Although, I was told that they had access to another pool at another location which was not convenient.

The issue…I had discovered my wallet was stolen at the concert. When I woke I saw notifications from cc companies and my bank. I was so stressed because I had to drive back to Jupiter and couldn’t really deal with it while driving. I packed in a rush, checked out. After getting home I saw I’d forgotten my $70 sutera pillow. Can’t sleep without it. I was on the phone all day dealing with the repercussions of my wallet. I called marriot the next day and let them know I left my pillow. I slept on it. It was definitely there. Unfortunately I was informed there was no such pillow in lost and found. So basically, it was also stolen. Talk about adding insult to injury! After going through my bags, I couldn’t find my tanzanite and diamond rings. I have yet to rip my car apart looking for them but if they were left in my room at Marriot it wouldn’t matter because if you’ll steal a pillow you’ll steal a $1000 rings.

We were very pleased with all the staff. I recommend to start with the public restrooms on the morning cleaning routine. Especially after a party on the night before.

My only gripe is the parking lot. It’s quite dark with little to no light post, kinda dangerous for those who can’t defend themselves in case there was a threat. Other than that I plan on staying again, I enjoyed my stay/experience

Room next to us was so loud at 3 and 4 in the morning. Front desk was no help. They would not ask them to be quiet and seemed annoyed that we called.

Had no working air conditioning in the room the room was extremely hot at 75 degrees all night with no solution offered besides offering me a fan

This is my 4th time at this hotel. It is quiet , beautiful and great customer services. 2 things: the elevators are slow and didnt work twice during the week we stayed. Our room wasnt cleaned daily even after removing the sign. Lots of restaurants shopping and convenient location

Good location. 18.5 percent service fee added automatically to food and beverages. Beds were comfortable but one had no topsheet under the duvet. Staff was friendly. Parking was convenient and well lit.

A lot of deferred maintenance and the swimming pool was closed down but was not mentioned on the website when booking this location. Staff suggested we go a mile away to another hotel to use their pool. A nice gesture but quite inconvenient.

A must stay location for business or vacation... Not far from certain events... Lots of parking... The food at the restaurant was delicious... The staff at the front desk was favorite "Highlight" of our trip... Kieran and her side kick was the front desk staff who checked in my Dad and I... They made sure he had a room to handle his physical condition... Kidos to the staff and management team....

I wish we knew that the pool was under renovations before we arrived. That would have been a nice to know prior; especially traveling from VT. Otherwise, the staff was incredibly sweet and the location ideal for Nova Southeastern Orientation.

I booked this hotel because I called the hotel the day before and confirmed they had early check in availability. The person said yes so I booked. I arrived at the hotel at 1PM and was told there were no rooms available and I would have to wait for an hour. I waited and watched three male clients go to the check in desk and get rooms right away. I’m a Marriott member so I asked again if I could get into any room even a downgrade and was told no. So I started doing my hair and make up in the lobby even proceeding to put curlers in my hair. After another 30 minutes and seeing yet another male guest go and get a room right away I approached the woman at the counter and told her I saw her let other people into rooms and magically a room opened up. This is unacceptable and I was completely mortified. I will never stay at your hotel again and I am writing a letter to the Marriott management. Once I got into the room staff, we’re banging on my door because the housekeepers forgot to include towels and other items which they said they would bring back and never did. The shower was also broken and the water was leaking everywhere so I ended up just leaving the property at 6 AM and going to another hotel.

The room was paid in advance. Arrival was at 2pm. They overbooked the hotel rooms and pushed me to a subpar hotel in an unsafe part of town for a single female to be traveling alone. Incredibly inconvenient and absolutely livid this was the service given.
