    After a bad experience at last hotel, they were able to accommodate us to a room immediately even before checkin time 3pm. The room was very clean, Isabella from the front desk checked in on us daily to ensure our stay was perfect. The pool was amazing, my kids enjoyed that very much. Breakfast was lovely, your typical continental breakfast options. Cant write 1 bad experience here

    As always the location is perfectly situated for my travel needs. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me promptly and friendly. The check-in process was very easy. The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast is always a welcomed addition.

    First time stay at Hampton Inn. Appears to be recently renovated and is well maintained. The hotel was clean and the rooms well equipped. Front desk staff were pleasant but could be more empathetic. The hotel is well located and provided adequate free parking. The breakfast was adequate but basic. The hotel fell short on some standard amenities: no room safe, no airport shuttle, no coins available for laundry, no business center with desktop computer for quests. Overall a good stay, will use this brand hotel again.

    It got worse when we looked closer—behind the mattress and in front of the headboard was extremely filthy. The baseboards were dirty, and there appeared to be dried vomit (or something similar) behind the toilet. The headboard itself had dried splatter on it, which was very concerning. We called guest services, but were told the hotel was fully booked and that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned due to recent renovations. While they said they would credit our Hilton account with points the next morning, that never happened. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, especially for a hotel of this standard. Cleanliness should never be compromised, regardless of renovations or occupancy.

    Throughout our stay, our interactions with the staff were not particularly positive. The team did not come across as warm or welcoming, and on several occasions it seemed there was little interest in assisting or cooperating with guests. In general, we perceived a low level of service and attentiveness. When we made inquiries or requests, the responses were often accompanied by signs of disinterest or lack of motivation, which negatively impacted our overall experience. We believe that attitude and willingness to help are essential elements of hospitality, and unfortunately in this case they did not meet the level we expected.

    Cleanliness. Workers kept the Breakfast area stocked and clean on a very busy day. Location was great for Port access. Lobby/Breakfast area clientele a bit sketchy. Very cold in Breakfast area. Difficult to sit and enjoy food/coffee. Needs better information regarding restaurants who deliver. My Hilton bag contained 2 bottles of water. My friends was full of snacks.

    The staff was good. The room doors close automatically and are extremely loud. Our neighbors had children and they ran up and down the halls screaming constantly. When I asked them to be considerate they told me it as early. We had just traveled across country and tried to get some sleep. They were rude all night and one of them was a Hilton employee. I think they had 10 people in two rooms. Won’t stay here again.

    I enjoyed my stay, the staff was great. My room could’ve been a little bit cleaner there were some spots on my bed sheets that made a little uncomfortable. I loved that almost everything was in a close proximity, the location was excellent! The only downside I’d say is having to pay a parking fee. But other than that this was a pretty good hotel to stay at.

    Rooms seems to be recently renovated/upgraded. Breakfast not extravagant, but exactly what’s needed and more so every day availability of a hot drink was really appreciated. Ongoing work on the outside compound resulted in some difficulty in getting a parking. Will recommend and stay there again if required.

    Hampton Inn charged my credit card $859.52 for a stay that I had booked and agreed to pay $454.43 at check in through Expedia, a $405.09 difference. At check-in the only thing I was told a hold of $80.00 deposit would be held and returned at check out. Every day there was issue with my room key and the explanation I got was the key had to be reactivated because I may have had the key close to my cell phone or credit card, which I did not. Every time they reactivated the key, they confirmed my information in their system. Identity and payment information which I thought is the right thing to do for security purposes not knowing they were charging my card. What I've experienced and in my opinion that hotel cancelled my reservation on purpose to avoid me paying what was agreed through Expedia. I need Expedia to investigate this matter ASAP.

    Air conditioning was leaking water on the carpet they said couldn’t repair in an occupied room. Asked for linen service the day before saw the linen service person that day she said we were scheduled for that day then she disappeared room not serviced.     I had to change my original booking, no issue doing this with Expedia that I know off. When I arrived at the hotel the person checking me in could not find my reservation either by my name, email, or Expedia confirmation number. He was not helpful and had an attitude of there is nothing I can do. He spoke in a low voice even after I told him I was hard of hearing and as well as mumbled. Eventually he said I had to call Expedia but gave me the wrong number, it was for their flights, which I mentioned. He said I was wrong that it was the correct number after multiple times telling him it was wrong. He finally gave me another number and it did not resolve the issue either, but again said it was the correct number. On the third time trying that number I put it on speaker and had him press the prompts, same ones I tried. He realized I was correct, but never said sorry, just made a face. He finally after more than 30 minutes late at night found the reservation for the original date!! My opinion is that he never really looked at any information I gave him just wanted dismissed me. The rooms and common areas have a horrible smell. My clothes smelled. My purse that is fabric smelled the worst as it was nearest to the ac unit. I will not be staying there again.

    Check in staff was unprofessional, my husband and I check in, then on day 3 we got a call from our room saying we didn’t check and we’re not in the system like make it make sense our card was on file we showed our ID at check in and got our keys all that, like it was very embarrassing n unprofessional it was totally on their end they fixed n apologized but the damage was already done for us and might I add our room was already payed for in advance we called them before we even landed to make our reservation was still there they told us we were all set just to check in and then pulled that stupid move. Unprofessional and unacceptable!!

    Hotel was under remodeling common areas were unusable. Checked in went to room. Another guest was already checked into that room. Elevator spelt like marijuana.     The property was under heavy renovation. There were also still remnant if recent work done in the bathroom, like paint chips in the corners of the room. The showered did not look like it had been cleaned well and the roll of toilet paper was disgustingly dirty where it had been stained and someone whipped it off and left it for use. Horrifying! The staff however was very friendly and accommodating. They did not hesitate to assist me and treated me with respect. That was wonderful! All in all, not a bad experience. I just feel the bathroom needed a bit more attention.

    We called to check-in early. They had our rooms available. One room had the smell of ammonia and the door wouldn't close. They changed that room. The second room seemed okay. The a.c. was at 67 degrees. We could've take it that cold. We noticed the next day after being out all day the room seemed very damp. Needless to say I found that the room had a mold issues. The hotel had issues with mold on three out of five floors. Our room had multiple problems mainly mold on the ac unit, curtains, window, microwave didn’t work, iron leaked water. We were switched from the third floor to the fourth floor. That room didn’t have mold but the ac unit leaked water on the carpet. During our five days I spoke with five different families that had the same issue dealing with mold. Why would any establishment rent out rooms when they know the have mold issues. I didn’t see anything on there website prior to reserving the rooms under construction

Elevator 2 sometimes doesn’t work You should invest in digital safes in the rooms. Free parking is appreciated. However, In spite of all negatives, following team members made us feel at home.     The only thing I can say that was good was the location and the bed. I checked in on the 3rd and checked out on the 7th. My room wasn't cleaned at all. Housekeeping came on the 5th I was sleeping but informed them that I will get dress and leave so they csn cleaned. I got back that night nothing was cleaned. One the 6th I left when I got back around 2, still nothing. I went to the front desk and asked her about when do they come arpund for cleaning. She informed me its every other day, I told her my room hasnt been touched. She told me she would talk to them and let them know.     The room was not clean when we first arrived, their was dirt on the floor by the window and AC area also all over the desk in that area. Room was 207.

    The property was in a excellent location walking distance to most likely places, the room was newly refurbished with modern touches. The only thing that the hotel should resume is the hotel shuttle which would give this hotel a 5/5 rating.

    We’ve stayed in this Hampton previously and although it wasn’t fantastic, it was always reliable as a decent, competitively priced place to stay. This time it was different. The hotel is in the process of being renovated and instead of maintaining the areas not currently under construction, they’ve opted to let the entire facility go downhill. The carpets are stained, the rooms are dingy and there’s an overall dirty feel to the place. Needless to say, we’ll be staying elsewhere in the future.

    Under renovation. Expect some noise in the afternoon while taking a nap. Breakfast selection was not on par with other Hampton Inn that I stayed in. Quite disappointed that housekeeping is done every other day.

    The floor left our feet black each night, and the fixtures were dirty. The AC unit had dried material resembling feces in the vent and the room, despite running the AC and then the heat, never felt like the humidity went down. The beds were so hard it gave backaches. The last night they held a party with music so loud nobody could sleep until after midnight. The only positives were the shower head functioning, shampoo and bodywash, breakfast days 2 and 3, and the fitness room. Otherwise, we were not happy with much of our experience.

    The young lady that checked me in was very dry and not welcoming. She put me in a filthy room at the end of the hall on the fourth floor with a loud fan on the floor facing the hallways window. I complained about it and she moved me to another filthy room on the second floor. I complained about that one and finally she put me and my babies on the freshly painted, newly remolded third floor. The third floor looked like a completely different floor getting off the elevator. Even the hallway carpet was cleaner than the other two floors. Despite being on a cleaner floor, my daughter got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and woke me up screaming because she saw a roach. I killed it and showed it to the manager the next morning. They did give me a refund and apologize, but I left the next day when I had the room booked for two days. I would not recommend this hotel.

    Room was okay had a musty smell so we had to keep the AC on high. Bed was good and floor was quiet despite the large number of children in the hotel. Bfasr was not as expected compared to other Hampton hotels we have stayed at before. Elevators were slow and 1 of 2 not funcrional.

    The property was undergoing renovations at the time of our stay (May 2025). The staff made sure we were aware of this at check in and apologized. The renovation hours did not affect us as it was 8:00 am to 6 pm. Even still, the room was clean with great AC and two, comfortable QN beds, staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and there was ample parking at all times.
