We were gone on the morning of the second day, they never came to clean or room, it was a kitchenette, it had basic things, but no dish soap to wash our dishes.. didn’t even offer any at the office… I would stay there again, but will have to bring certain things you would not think you would…

Well maintained and the location next to the hospital was excellent. The 2-3am noises were a problem. My neighbor was quite noisy and no one answered the call to the office.

I didn't have high expectations for this place because I needed somewhere last minute to stay. I genuinely happy with staying here and would come again if I needed a last minute booking. Very convenient location!

Booked two rooms, roaches in one of the two rooms and no toiletries are provided as per the hotel policy, instead the staff argued and made me purchase them. No dryer and iron box.

Reservation was made a month in advance and they were unable to provide a first floor room as requested instead we got 3rd floor. The ac was not working. No information on the tv. They were not willing to provide extra pillows while the ones we had were completely flat.

The entrance door need sealant all the way around and security latches needs to be updated, fridge needs to be cleaned on outside around door handles, and shower heads need to be either secured or replaced.

What I did like -- lady at check-in was kind. The bed was clean, it was not noisy, parking lot was safe. Cable channels were good variety. As stated in almost every review, there were roaches. I gave up killing them after a while. A lot of baby ones and 2 other kinds were all over the kitchen sink and floor. If I had other family I would have left, but since I was alone my mission of saving $ was accomplished. I heated up some food and the scent from it brought out at least 10 roaches. What was interesting is that they didn't leave the kitchen area. So no roaches in the bed thank goodness. The man at the checkout counter was very rude. I went outside about an hour before checkout and couldn't get back in the room with my card. I asked him to fix it and he lectured me on how I had the wrong card (the card I was given) and said okay but you're going to check out. I still had to retrieve my belongings. It was annoying and felt surreal.

I have seen small roaches. The mirror frame and kitchen drawers appear to have rotted inside. The microwave does not work. The fridge makes a knocking sound and runs loudly. Housekeeping does a good job of cleaning. The front desk is not polite to me.

Walking into the room and seeing roaches.

Nothing in particular. 1. No pool which is fine except in the summer! 2. Laundry room "closes" at 11pm. You can still use it but apparently they don't want to being in there late at night which is the only time some of us can do laundry. 3. I reserved a smoking room in advance and when I got there they said they were out of smoking rooms, yet every floor and every door i saw has a no smoking sign on it so I don't think they have smoking rooms at all even though they advertise that they do. 4. My refrigerator was broken when I got there and they did fix it quickly which I appreciate, but the inside of it had a nasty smell. 5. They have an ice machine in the meeting room between their workout room and the lobby , all of which close in the evening. 6. The elevator smells like bug spray, and the first time I got in it I had to roach with my shoe.

People running up and down stairs all night being loud and running across the room slamming doors -you could hear arguments and music all night and dogs bark sounds like ppl live in the motel. One room had roaches and the 3rd room our daughter didn’t feel safe so we wasted $93 on her room since she ended up with us. When we checked in and out had to wait on someone to come to the desk - wait time was at least 5 mins or so. We were there due to a family member having heart surgery across the street. Since her surgery was postponed we ended up leaving and coming back 3 days later from out of state - we choose to stay at another hotel and felt way better about that choice. We are still waiting in 2 refunds for 2 rooms due to leaving early since the surgery was postponed. Per the receipt shows refunded but still waiting 6 days later and no refund yet.

I’d recommend this hotel, if you really have to look out for your budget and if you don’t have a problem taking care of everything yourself. The staff could be friendlier. I was there about a year ago. It was a bit run down but the bed was very good. This time the bed was not comfortable at all. The only good things were the bedding and towels. It was very bad. Paint job in doors were terrible. The bathroom mirror was not painted. Toilet top was a homemade wood cover? What? Cockroaches there dead. Killed two live. Plus a few small ones. I even found 2 dead cockroaches in the freezer. I went to shut the light off to go to sleep. There was a roach climbing up the wall next to bed, that was horrible.

Lots of little issues. Did not replace towels when i asked the staff to. Bathroom door has screws in it to keep it together. Elevator buttons need to be replaced.

De la manera más amable pido al hotel tome cartas sobre el asunto ya que durante mi estadía de 1 mes en el hotel a mi esposa se le estuvo perdiendo ropa, me gustaría decir que era la del trabajo pero no, se dieron el tiempo de ver las marcas de los pantalones para solo llevarse los buenos, se le pidió después de eso a la gerencia que no queríamos servicio de limpieza para no tener más problemas pero hicieron caso omiso ya sea la gerencia o las de limpieza por qué siguieron entrando y robando, ya ni siquiera limpiaban de perdido el cuarto, ya era el descaro del robo, espero lo tomen en cuenta por favor

The cleaners are very thieving, every time they enter the room clothes and other things disappear. I have contacted the management and they have not done anything about it in the 1 month that I have been staying here.

Just a horrible experience all over. Front desk rude. Didn’t care our room flooded from the room next door at 1:15 in the morning. No apologies for not getting much sleep and no compensation for wet baggage. Next trip I will stay somewhere else. At least where they have breakfast and coffee.

The room was clean enough, however housekeeping was not that great. Also the room next to us, had a malfunction that flooded their room, which in turn flooded our room at 1:30 in the morning. Management finally cleaned it up, but did not offer any apologies or any type of refund for a ruined night.

The experience checking in was not a great one. There is no coffee or tea in the lobby. Breakfast is not served. I had asked for a room on the first floor and my request was not honored. The room it self was clean and no complaints with it. Just a walk away from Baylor Heart which was what I needed.

I can walk to most things that I need but there's also a bus stop close by. And in this area the public transportation uses an app, the Go app and it's very handy. It makes it really easy to get around. There are two bus stops. Very close, about a 5-minute walk

Really shocked at the poor condition of the room. Several roaches in the bathroom. Took video clip of them and showed to Front Desk Mgr. Really disappointing. I travel to Dallas frequently and was hoping this could be my list o of go-to hotel.

It's a pretty decent place. Great value for the money

It is off a major tollway, but not so close that you hear the constant stream of cars in the morning.

The staff are great. Dont get mad at them if something osnt up ro the standard of what you paid

The only complaint was the shady thing that may have happened in the parking lot around midnight on 8/4/24. But all was fine. The police were investigating the situation in the morning.

Same program of $75 for a kitchenette and king size bed non-smoking room I got to the office and they would not accept a picture of my ID and said if I resubmit a reservation they will take my already paid amount and put it towards the new reservation that I make with my sister's ID that was with me because we moved. They did not accept that they tried to charge me even more $79 for another room and the same night and the same time frame that I already paid for I never got the room they never refunded me the money and they were no help at all

Nice budget accomodations, I would be comfortable here on a longer stay, the rooms have a kitchen with electric 2 burner stove and fridge, they provide kitchen utensils and a decent TV, for a longer stay I would bring my own towels shampoo and soap, the ones they provide are not good enough for a long stay.

Check in staff talking on phone whole process an made hand signals to me, his customer. Completely dismissed me as any kind of importance to him. And I am completely certain that this comment is of zero importance to him or anyone on staff.

Got sick due to tidy room condition. Air conditioning was old and got sick due to dust in air filters. Towels were dirty.

This place is terrible. The room smelled terrible it was crawling with roaches and the AC didn't work. The staff and management were rude and unprofessional. We couldn't even get them to bring blankets for the bed the last 2 days.

When we arrived we had 2 cockroaches in the room, which I promptly killed. We were coming for a soccer tournament and did not have time to cancel or rebook another place. So we went and bought bug spray the next day and sprayed down the kitchenette. There was one more dead because of the spray. I then believe that we also carried one home in our suitcase (although that is speculation). Also, everyone that is living at the motel took their dog to poo on the on grassy place, which was just out our door, and it stunk like hot sun on poo in Texas. On top of that, my daughter's team won their games and were now going on to the final. I asked if I could book the room one more night. The manager said that I would have to come back in in the morning. So I got on line and then booked another room at a competing motel for the same price.
