The front desk staff was the friendliest I have ever dealt with. The entire place was probably the cleanest one I have ever been too The indoor pool was great! It was storming outside, so being able to still swim was fabulous! I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order, but that was jus a minor inconvience. I would have loved to taken advantage of the free breakfast, but I overslept, so I can't say anything about that. Oh yeah...the best part? Most places want you out by 10 a.m., this check out was at noon, which made such a huge difference! Definitely going to stay here again!

The staff here were nicer than any staff I've experienced in my other stays. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast was really good with multiple options. We stayed for a full week and really enjoyed it.

The front desk guy (Asian) didn't seem to be happy to help the clients, and his face was not showing welcoming. We did like him at all.

Pool was ice cold for indoor pool and we were unable tonswim in it even though it was open to swim. The spa/hot tub was out of order. Paid extra for people in our room but was shorted towels, toliet paper and amenities until we had to go to the front desk to get them. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

Great location! Near highway 380. Minutes away from I-75, North Dallas Tollway and tollway 121. Lots of restaurants around the areas. Central Market is five minutes walk away! Melyssa in the Front desk can’t be more sweet & friendly! We definitely will be back!

The staff is super friendly and always greeted us. They didn’t give us weird looks every time we Door Dashed food to the lobby. The breakfast was amazing and there were healthy options available. Plenty of room to sit downstairs. I like how our actual hotel suite was divided into sleeping area and living area.

1st room was full of ants in the kitchenette. The lights flickered. 2nd room the toilet would not flush. Front counter girl had no care in the world. The GM never even called us back about the crappy rooms and service.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and big and the amenities were terrific! The breakfast was good with some extras that made it better than a normal free breakfast. Will definitely return.

We upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. It was very nice and clean and worked great for our family. The kitchen was nice as well and we enjoyed the indoor pool. We visit this area about twice a year. We will definitely be back! It's also near a Central Market, some restraunts and a Walmart.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Central market around the corner was very convenient. As with other residence inn properties we have stayed at, we don’t understand why indoor pool is not heated. We actually split our stay and moved to a location with a heated pool.

If they can get thicker mattresses or offer a topper for the that would be nice. The second was no fault of the hotel but a car alarm went off for 3 hours straight starting around 1am. Maybe car registrations to be able to know which guest it was might have helped. Again, no reflection on the hotel nor staff as a whole. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay they made it accessible for my father that had surgery near by, giving us a room where we wanted for it to be easier for him , tysm we appreciate you. Definitely staying again

The Residence Inn provided all I needed to high standard for my work trip. Room was clean, well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The cost of incidental drinks was quite ridiculously high however $15 for two bottles of normal beer!! Breakfast was good varied and fresh each morning so well done there. All in all a good stay.

The first room we received had a moldy smell. We noticed a shop fan being used to dry the carpet. As soon as we reported the issue, it was resolved. The supervisor on site empowered the young man at the front desk to upgrade our room and apologized for the inconvenience. Our family was impressed and pleased with the outcome. Thank you for resolving the issue with professionalism.

The property is in need of a remodel . The decoration is outdated and the furniture is of inferior quality . Our first rooms thermostat wasn’t working and walked into a hot room , our second room had unfinished patchwork in the ceiling. Overall a good experience but not amazing

This place was great for our trip to Plano. The hotel was quiet and very clean. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The staff was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

But they do allow pets but I was informed at check in that housekeeping needs to clean our room every day during our stay while we were there. Which isn’t that big of a deal and luckily we had the time to notify housekeeping when they could access our room so they can clean it. So this is their way to make sure dogs are not damaging their property which I totally understand but it’s kind of a pain to figure out a time when you will be around when housekeeping is on property. Also the water temperature was not very warm and not at all hot. And I took a shower at 4:30 a.m. so not like there should have been much demand at that time.

Very please with this hotel again! This was my wife’s and I second time staying at this location. We truly enjoyed ourself and was very pleased with this property! The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was incredibly kind! This is definitely going to always be our top pick when coming to Dallas! Thanks for the great stay

Everything was wonderful at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and the bed super comfortable. On my check-out day at 9:30 a.m. a cleaning guy knocked on my door and asked when I'd be leaving. I asked what time check-out was and he said noon. I told him I'd be gone around 10:30...but if I was sleeping I would have been very upset...if check-out is at noon...then leave me alone til then.

First hotel I stayed in for a long time where the staff didn't run in one second after the official end time of breakfast to take away all food. Good breakfast with many choices and more relaxed atmosphere.

Overall I was very pleased with my recent stay with my family here. The room was spotless and very roomy. Only thing that I might’ve had a problem with was a blinking light on the ceiling that was probably a smoke detector. Luckily I had an eye mask with me. The price comparatively was a bit steep. My husband said that the breakfast was just okay. I think they ended it too early at like 930. The beds were too firm because we have plush Casper at home but it was fine for one night. My son and daughter really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

This is a pet friendly property, which I’ve never had my dog with me at a hotel so I was nervous about it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They put both me and my fur baby at ease. Very clean & safe property. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay here was amazing! I rented the king suite and it was spacious and cozy. All of the rooms come with a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen! The pool was refreshingly cold and the hot tub was steaming hot….so relaxing. Right now they are requiring you to reserve the pool area 1 hour at a time….but it was so nice to enjoy the pool with my family without a whole bunch of people around. The breakfast was amazing and so yummy. I was very impressed with this hotel I almost wished I lived there.

Our third time staying here. Great choices to stay active: small basketball area, fitness center and pool. Staff is very courteous. The hotel is fairly new and spotless. We will stay there next time qe visit our son at UT Dallas.

Great room layout, with a well equipped kitchenette, that comes handy, since you have a Central Market steps away with a variety of healthy dishes by the pound. Check in and out is quick and easy. Good breakfast included. Free and spacious parking area. Near UTD, accesible to expressways. Very nice personnel.
