    This hotel was terrible! I found a lingerie gown behind the bed. Breakfast was one piece of toast and coffee that was always out(the lady refused to make more) There also was NO HOT WATER!! They refused a refund and we were just stuck with cold water the whole time!!! Save yourself the trouble and don't stay here.

    Where shall I start? I made a previous reservation to stay at this Days Inn at the end of an 80 mile bicycle ride. About 2pm that afternoon, I called the property to see If I could request a first floor room since I had my bicycle and a small trailer. The person I spoke with was very nice. She told me that she had been trying to get a hold of me because there was a problem. Apparently the property did not have any hot water, and would most likely not have any for a couple of days. She said she could assign me to a first floor room, but suggested that I might want to make arrangements to stay at an alternate property. I told her I would think about it but told her to keep the reservation for the time being. I called other properties but they were full. I continued to the Days Inn and there was a note on the office door that said there was no hot water. The staff was friendly and I think somewhat embarrassed because they told me the ice machine was ALSO NOT working. The property was pretty run down. The first floor room I was assigned was down a set of stairs, in a narrow walkway, making it difficult to enter the room. The furniture was beat up and looked like it came from a garage sale. The window latch was bent/broken and the window could not be secured. It could easily be opened from the outside during the night. I had a couple outside my room arguing and smoking weed into the night, The hot water/unsecure window was too much. No adjustment was offered.

    No hot water the lady was rude and made me read the sign on the door because she couldn't be bothered to just tell me smoking.Her cigarette was more important, and I felt like I was a nuisance to be there The front office was rude.     Somewhat old hotel, but the parking wasn’t bad. I definitely appreciate the front desk lady because she was very accommodating even though it was her first day. The hotel itself seems pretty old, but overall I’d give it about a 6.5/10.

    I was a bit skeptical about this motel because of the average rating, but it turned out better than expected. My stay has been pleasant so far, and everything met my basic needs.     They did give us an early check-in. That was very nice. The breakfast was not good. The room was adequate, but the rug was filthy. There was no bath mat in the tub, and my wife and I both almost fell. See above. Plus the ice machine didn't work and the beverage machine was out of service.

    All is bad The bed bugs and the spiders I. The room. The front desk staff was rude specially the black that never address my complain a bout the bed bugs in the middle of the night.he just say throw it. Later he call me around 2am if I want to change room. I have to bring all ng belongings without any help. And the room where I transfer has spiders and bugs in the wall crawling. There s no toothbrush and slippers in the room both in room 226 and room 204. I also talked to the morning front desk a lady she wrote my complained but doesn't want to gave.me a copy. She said I'm just a staff here you can talked to the manager . The afternoon duty. I can provided photos of that dirt hotel room. I hope the sanitation in Pinole must do something for this dirty hotel.

    Proximity to Hercules. That is where pluses end! Dirty, run down place. Front desk was non responsive or closed most of the time, vague sign “ Be back in 15 minutes” Poor excuse for a breakfast- just don’t serve one at this point! Nasty rooms and no facilities. Price may be a factor but hotels in Vegas are cheaper and nicer. Very disappointed to have had my team stay there.

    This hotel is absolutely the lowest I have EVER BEEN IN AMERICA, there's no hot water, and the staff had all the reason giving NO REFUND once I found out. No hot water in hotel is like no roof above your room in America, do you NOT agree? Every room in this hotel had NO HOT WATER, how did this property get listed in BOOKING without warning!!!!??? I demand a full refund from booking.com from deceiving me into this nightmare experience. NO HOT WATER, is that enough for a full refund?

    The bed was comfortable. Location was close to shopping mall and restaurants. TV had good cable channels. Most staff were helpful. Drainage was an issue. The tub did not drain when taking a shower, so I was standing in water when I got out of the tub. I spoke to the person in the office and he told me that it's happening to all the rooms and nothing can be done. Housekeeping did not make the bed daily and our last night there, did not give us clean towels. I had to go to the office to get clean towels. The hotel was supposed to be non smoking. There were people smoking cigarettes and marijuana and lots of loitering. Breakfast was two types of cereal and sugary pastries. We did not eat the breakfast.

    It's nothing like the pictures and the rooms where super dirty I was afraid to have my feet touch the floor. The walls where super dirty I saw a review saying they had bug beds after reading that I was so worried that it I did check non stop to see if there was any I personally didn't find anything or have signs that there was anything. The beds looked really gross when I was looking. The pillows where super small they didn't have extras and when I asked for more towels they had to check to see if they had any extras. The breakfast bar sucked there's was two different bagels and two little containers with two different types of cereal in it and yogurt and that was it there was a sing saying if u took more then one bagel they will ask u to check out and to leave "witch I'm like so o can't make my child a bagel not in less she's there? " and honestly I woke up before my child does to wake her up with food. Never going here again I never felt the need to clean a hotel room so bad I was afraid to touch anything!!! Or have my kids touch anything!!!

Within just 20 minutes of being on the property, we witnessed multiple disturbing incidents, including what appeared to be drug activity and even a hit-and-run nearby. We left immediately and requested a refund. I strongly urge other travelers—especially families—to stay elsewhere.

    This place was just dirty and the staff was not accommodating at all. We had a stay for 3 days and not once was able to get our room picked up or fresh towels throughout the stay. We asked several times and to get the room picked up and was never able to get it done…just kept getting the “yea we will let the maids know…. They are on the way…. And finally we got the, we’re sorry we’re short on staff” we checked out after day 2 of this and just came home. I asked for a full refund but haven’t even heard back about that. We even had random people trying to open our door in the middle of the night! Other than that the stores around the hotel were the only positive thing about this stay.

    To wait for another employee come from break. Room was filthy with what appeared to be blood on the walls, stains on the linens, and a 6.6 out of 10 cleanliness rating on the health sheet in the bathroom. On our way out to dinner and employee sitting in a vehicle in front of the lobby was partaking in extracurricular activities with another person visible to all. The employees were rude and disrespectful. Our key stopped working at 8am when check out was 11am. Horrible place to stay.

The experience was limited to the few hours of the night, but everything was suboptimal, the room smelled like it hasn't been ventilated in a while, the bathroom had mildew stains, the mattresses were narrower than a standard queen, the (free breakfast buffet) was very poor and we were not able to take the few items offered because they (just ran out of utensils). Also, when we were leaving we discovered that our car which was parked at the far end of the parking lot, was splashed with coffee or some liquid!

    Dear Days Inn Management, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay, as there were several issues that significantly affected my experience. Firstly, the room service was disappointing. For two consecutive days, my room was not cleaned, and a “Do Not Disturb” sign was placed on my door by the staff without my request. I had to address this with reception, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast service left much to be desired. On several occasions, there was little to no food available, and what was offered was lacking in quality. More concerning, though, was that the coffee and tea were often either empty or appeared to be leftover from the previous day. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was dismissive, with the attendant insisting that the coffee was fresh, despite evidence to the contrary. I hope this feedback helps in improving the services for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

    Dear Days Inn Management, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay, as there were several issues that significantly affected my experience. Firstly, the room service was disappointing. For two consecutive days, my room was not cleaned, and a “Do Not Disturb” sign was placed on my door by the staff without my request. I had to address this with reception, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast service left much to be desired. On several occasions, there was little to no food available, and what was offered was lacking in quality. More concerning, though, was that the coffee and tea were often either empty or appeared to be leftover from the previous day. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was dismissive, with the attendant insisting that the coffee was fresh, despite evidence to the contrary. I hope this feedback helps in improving the services for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

    The pillows are dirty. We stayed in a non smoking room but still smells like someone smoke inside the room. The bath towels have a strand of hair on it. The shower curtain doesn’t work the water keeps coming out of the tub. The tv has a black lining on the middle and it’s hard to watch tv. Door locks are broken also.

We asked for room on 1st floor due to mobility problems. Room is old and funky looking. Bathroom looked like it was moldy. We did not use shower. Tables in bedroom were scratched and bad condition. We also had to pay a $150 fee refundable in a couple weeks if we left room in good shape. We’ve stayed multiple times but will not stay there again.

The shower had the previous guest's personal bar of soap still sitting in the shower.     First thing that I noticed were the pigeons sheltering underneath the solar panels in the parking lot with bird poop on the parking stalls, quickly moved my vehicle before any poop landed on it luckily. A few lightbulbs needed changing in the hallways but the one by my door was working which attracted moths and other bugs that flew right in the door when opened. The tv in the room was damaged from previous guest causing the quality to be poor and was unable to connect using an hdmi cable. The AC had been left on and while keeping it on did not make the room feel cold, only when standing in front of the fan. I was excited to see that my room had an option for jets in the bathtub however chose to not use it after turning the faucet on and seeing brown water come out. The bed and soft pillows were comforting and woke up without back pain.

    This place is a dump. I walked in the lobby to check in and stood behind a prostitute looking for a cigarette who was with an old guy with a bottle of wine. As I walked to my room, the smell of marijuana poured out of three different rooms. People had their shoes sitting in the walkway, doors opened. What seemed like gang members kept walking by. I left immediately. I did not feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

    The surrounding area is very nice and the location of the hotel was not bad for our stay, it was close to restaurants and shopping. Surprisingly, there were not too many choices within this area. The property is older, but pretty much well maintained. It could do with a little updating here and there with a possible carpet clean or upgrade, but overall it was well kept. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding felt nice as well. The continental breakfast was exceptional. Check in/out was fast and easy. Another point to mention is the value and pricing which was very good. It was equal to a different motel within close proximity. I originally had not seen this hotel as an option prior to booking the other room. After staying one night at the other motel, we couldn't check out from there fast enough. I have since found this location on the list and truly don't understand how that "unmentionable" motel had better reviews than this, no comparison at all.

    Room smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. I had to febreeze it myself just to be able to tolerate it for the night. There were footprints in the bathroom and hair in the tub and on the toilet and my sons feet turned black from walking around.

    Room 220 I did not stay in this room. 5 minutes after getting in my room a black female hooker knocked on my door. She said she was looking for someone else. The woman in the room nextdoor kept walking in front of my window while talking on the phone.There was a middle eastern looking man walking all over the parking lot. he was either casing the cars in the lot or looking for somewhere to urinate. The window did not lock but being the only hotel near family I have stayed her a number of times and have learned to bring a stick to put in the window jamb to keep out intruders. Anyway at around 9:30 pm I couldn't take it. I got in my truck and drove back to Nevada. I did not even turn down the bed. Requested a refund. We'll see what happens.
