Just stayed one night but the room was nice, used the pool and had a nice breakfast bar.

Nice and clean. A few maintenance items like freezer need defrost ans a small crack in the sink. Nothing major. A great breakfast with an omelette station.

Close to everything we needed to be at. I texted the people who texted me after check in. I let them know that the tub faucet had a fast leak and the toilet didn’t flush well. They said they would check that. When we returned to our room, the tub faucet was still leaking. On our last night, the toilet clogged up. Yay

We only stayed for one night, but it was great. Super room with hot tub! Very Comfortable bed! Indian staff very accommodating. I will stay again versus on Clearwater beach. $130 vs. $200 plus at Hampton inn or $300 at Safety Harbor Resort with a Hot tub in the room.

It truly felt like a safe and relaxing environment, which was exactly what I needed. I really appreciate the level of care and attention to detail the team provides. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Everything was great we enjoyed ourselves when we were there breakfast every morning if you wanted The guy behind the desk when we checked in was great the only issue I had was when we checked out early there was no one behind the desk I had to go to the kitchen where the guy was I forgot his name he told me he was running the desk and setting up for breakfast he told me to wait so I could get my deposit back I waited then he had to check our room before I got my deposit back then checked it came back then gave me back my deposit but other then that everything was great.. My advice to anyone checking out if your checking out and you put a deposit down with cash you have to wait for them to check so you can get it back and if your checking out early before 6am there is no one behind the desk you have to look for someone

This experience exceeded our expectations and it is a great value. Clean comfortable room, everything in the room functioned well and it was very easy access to St. Pete beaches and attractions.

The hotel says it has a breakfast but it only consists of biscuits and gravy and a couple of cereal’s. The worst part about this hotel is that they charge $300 for the deposit which is way more than any other hotel and then tell you it takes nine days after check out for it to be put back on your card. Will not stay here again.

This was one of the best days that I’ve ever had. It was extremely quiet, which is a luxury for my family and I the staff was really really nice and very attentive when we need a towels or anything else and then I mention it was very quiet and 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach very clean and the mattresses were nice and comfy, and the AC unit was just right no issues whatsoever

- the cheesy eggs on the menu were kinda gross along with the sausage. They had pancakes and waffles as an alternative which worked for us . The hotel is in the process of a slow remodeling of the building but it didn’t really affect our overall stay. We would stay there again if we were visiting the area . but they had alternatives

The bathroom sink was cracked, the shower drain retainer was broke and founded hair in the shower also the toilet top cap was cracked as well and founded a sting in the tower. AC works good bed was well made and soft.

Sorry..but thanks God it was only few hours stay..unable to close curtains..unable to change air acondition to my climate..hot water didn't work..take shower with cold water and bathroom sink clogged..I end with a real bad cold and now im coughing continously..I have not expected this hotel be this bad..

The property was well priced but not well kept. It has a musty smell and is in need of repair. Shower head was rusted and shower had stains that seem to be permanent. Seen several roaches crawling around so we didnt even unpack our luggage. The bedding they use has dark feathers in them apparently so it makes the comforters look moldy and dirty. Breakfast was minimal though our expectations after checkin wasnt high. We stayed for a quick trip as our usual hotel was already booked for the holiday weekend. Will not be returning.

The lobby was very dirty, and the front desk staff member was smoking inside. The hotel in general was unsafe and unhygienic. In the elevator, a man entered and, as a “joke,” told everyone “nobody move” while holding a plastic knife. This was extremely disturbing and made us feel unsafe. Most importantly, the photos and amenities advertised online were misleading. For example, the listing shows a golf course, which does not exist at the property. This experience was not what my family reserved or expected. We trusted the photos and description, but they were misleading, and our stay did not reflect what was advertised.

Older reno but still meets the standards to where they can keep the name brand they represent. Comfortable, clean bed, plenty of pillows, towels, good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Good standard breakfast opens promptly at 7.

Food options were very limited, I requested for my room to be cleaned for two days and it didn't happen, also requested fresh linen for the bed. All they did was make the bed and changed the same sheets tonthr other side. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Hotel was clean and quiet.

For the price it was good but a few changes would make it much better. No curtain to block morning sun, ac leaking puddle into room, breakfast was pitiful no eggs, no sauagae just biscuit and crappy imitation chicken patty. Had cream cheese but nothing to put it on. Old fruit and not much else, barely "buffet Breakfast" Bed spread smeelled of bad body oder, so they dont wash between guests.

Staff was wonderful.

Staff is friendly neighborhood is very quiet and not busy and again located just 10 min driving from St.Pete downtown

I was not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this place was. The room was nice, had a rustic feel, but the front desk told us that everything is being renovated and so if things are a bit old and break that was okay and reassured our stay (the handle to a drawer broke just by pulling it gently). Even so, the bathroom was well stocked, the tub was clean and the breakfast was okay. Would definitely stay again!

The service was excellent. Parking was easy and breakfast was complimentary. The hotel just needs an update really.

Great location, near restaurants and quick freeway access. Desk clerk Rich, was awesome!

Breakfast was okay. The hashbrowns were overcooked and the eggs were mediocre. It was often hard to find someone at the desk if we needed something. Once we waited for 5-10 minutes, they were friendly. The room was a typical hotel room, nothing fancy. The hallway smelled of weed almost the entire weekend. If you aren't expecting much and need a place to crash, this will be the place.

Hotel was clean, but had an old hotel odor. People were nice, but anyone could come and go through the front door all hours of the night. Walls are too thin! We lost much sleep being able to hear noises and music from the next room. We will not return!

Not only was this not listed on their website, Expedia wasnt informed either. A call to Choice Hotels also revealed that they had no idea about mandatory "security deposits" either LMAO Save your money and seek lodgings elsewhere, these people are scammers. There are better choices nearly evetywhere in Pinellas and St Pete. Place is also full of homeless and local drug dealers. Entire lobby and parking lot smelled like marijuana smoke mixed with mold and mildew.

There was a $300 deposit for the that wasn’t mentioned anywhere until check in. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were for toddlers very small and flat. Lots of road noise all hours of the night

But they appear to do a good job in keep the place up; but it is starting to show its age and soon just putting the lipstick on is not going to be enough. We would definitely stay here again, and do already have plans to come back!

Absolute garbage, i checked out 2 days early because the room was trashed and disgusting, this place would not refund the two extra days so I lost 2 nights room rate with this trash company. Will never use Country Inn and Suites again

Entering the hotel on the second night, two women approached me and asked me if I could let them into the hotel as if they were staying with me.

The breakfast was very limited. People smoking crack or something else on the side of the building. Air conditioner was leaking water making the carpet wet.

We just needed a place for the night. Got there late. Room had an old smell and it was dirty. Carpet was filthy. Toilet did not work. Had to take the lid off to make it flush. Do not recommend.

Why don’t hotels provide room service everyday??

Paul was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was nice. Having cookies some afternoons was so nice. Breakfast was good. The pillows in the room were HORRIBLE! No comfort at all. The comforter was odd and bumpy. The room was clean! But housekeeping is only every three days unless on request. Had to do garbage and get toilet paper. It felt more like home than a hotel. Don’t want to work when in a hotel!

Staff friendly didn’t notice it was bed bug bites until I left and searched it up

Not good quality breakfast, some people from the street came, served breakfast AND left the place AND no one stoped them. The skin cream was very old AND smelled really bad. The price they charge Is too high for what you get. Finally they charged a service free that was not anounced so It Is a surprise charge, not optional.

Great one night stay with family

The place was easy to get to, clean, and staff were very friendly. I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast selections, but overall it was a decent place to stay

We have requested a refund because the room was dirty. Cockroaches behind the toilet and in the stairwell. Bowl of cereal (not ours) in the microwave. Dirty carpet. Comforter was a thin as a sheet. We left immediately and found another hotel. We have not heard from hotels.com about our request for a refund even though we were told we would hear back in 24 hours

1 issue was room walls must be very thin. Could hear next door way too clear when they talked at normal levels… never been able to hear like that in other places.

It wasn’t a bad stay but it could’ve been cleaner… both beds had hair and one of the comforters had a stain on it… the bathtub had areas on the outside corners that were caked with probably dirt and dust over time. I probably would only re-book if it were my last resort.

It was clean but very dated. Bathroom had no vanity or shelf. Carpet was stained. Our key had to de reprogammed every day of our stay. The staff, although ok, never apologized, joked or acknowledged that this was an ongoing issue. Microwaved breakfast was not pleasing to even look at. No pastry bagels, muffins. It was not pricy, good location but we will not stay there again. Needs updating!

Good experience

Good location, however, hotel needs a significant revamp. The AC in the room was extremely noisy and rattled. The shower was continuously dripping and could not be stopped. There was an iron but no ironing board. We had a pull out couch with no sheets or pillows. Mini fridge was okay but could use a defrost. Microwave in room. Good space in room but needed a deep clean. Under furniture was very dirty and you could see food, trash, etc. breakfast was good each day. Hotel staff was very nice and attentive when you needed something.

The small coffee pot in our room had coffee grounds and coffee in the pot from the previous guest

The hotel messed up our reservation and then we had to make up our own bed! And the sheets we were given were extremely thin and didn't actually fit the bed. Due to a flight delay, we arrived very late in the evening and the front desk was of no help. However, with Expedia's help everything was straightened out the next day.

It needed a bananas and oranges something other than pancakes and cereal It did have biscuits, but they were very hard No one seem to be replenishing anything Check in time was very long

Room was dirty and run down, guy at the desk had rotted out teeth and was unprofessional. Will never stay at a country inn again. Room is WAY over priced!

Upon requesting a refund, we were once again told “no” and told us to contact Expedia. Unfortunately Expedia was not able to get a refund either, since these people apparently think they’re running a Ritz Carlton. Please, please, please don’t give these people a dime and spend your money elsewhere. Unfortunately for us it’s too late, and our Florida vacation started off on this sour note.

Smells bad and dirty

Very dirty, bugs in the room. Checked out early and the front desk laughed when I told them it was too dirty to stay another night. Unsafe area with no dining options.

The beds are lumpy and the pillows are too soft. Shower stream is solid. Breakfast was above average.

Great breakfast.

Our AC unit smelled of urine. They deep cleaned the room and worked for around one day. Could still smell it the next day. There are people that live there and their worker comes in and helps them do laundry and breakfast. Which was harder for us to get to do our laundry. Always had to take a round about way to get there. Lots activity in the parking lot making us more aware leaving and getting into our car always having to watch. Good deal for the room but would not recommend.

Food was good, when it was available. Need protein every day. Gravy and biscuits with no eggs, is not protein.

Stained carpet. When we arrived there were four towels and four hand towels, but no wash towels. After the maid came, we had three towels, four wash towels, but no hand towels??? We killed a roach in the bathroom. Large stain on bottom corner of bed cover.

Hotel was not clean

My room was dirty upon arrival, had the previous customer hair around the bathroom shower area the pillow coverings were dirty. I was too tired to complain
