Very clean and modern Hugo was very polite and nice was able to sleep in no noise at night great are will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Los Angeles

The room was big and clean No bathroom supplies as conditioner, shampoo and body gel.

That they have king size beds The maid lied and said I left my dog in my room when I did not I take my dog everywhere I go. I asked the manager to verify that I took my dog by checking the cameras and he refused

I really like how close it was to all the stores and restaurants walking distance.. I didn't like how they said I would get my deposit back as soon as I checked out and they checked the room because I needed that money to book a new room and when I called them about my deposit the gentleman was extremely rude and condescending.. I think they need to take the sensitivity class or something on how to deal with the public . . I left that room better than I got it bed made trash taken out and everything so returning my deposit should have been no problem and return as promised when I checked in..

The location Front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and my room wasn’t ready and didn’t have a room for me as requested, had other rooms but upstairs and no elevator and the only one downstairs was an accessible room and got charged more, they didn’t want honor the same rate as the one I had booked. I needed a place to stay so I had to pay extra, not happy at all

That said, there were a few downsides. The room didn’t have an iron or hairdryer, and there was no proper blanket—just a thin sheet, which made it pretty cold at night. Even with those minor inconveniences, it’s still a solid option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay. Clean, simple, and a good value for the money.

Excellent Clean

The motel was newly renovated and had long beds, which is rare for a motel 6. I enjoyed our stay and enjoyed swimming in the pool. I would recommend, even over other motel 6 in the area. Clean and comfortable.

I love the location. The staff is very sweet & accommodating. The only thing I did not like is that housekeeping turns off the air conditioning if you leave it at 70. Must be left at 75 (which is very warm). There are no DND signs provided.

Don't let the fact that it's a corporate firm mislead you. Even if you explicitly request that no one enter your room without permission, they will still come inside. They even offer an early Sunday wake-up service!!

Dont stay here, there is roaches in the rooms and crawl inside the walls, cleaning needs much improvement.

Towels are too small. No toiletries or blow dryer. No blanket, just a thin sheet.

Very poor service and very uncomfortable. Two of us stayed for 2 nights. They lend you only 3 flat pillows and 2 cheap thin towels to start with. I asked the office guy for one extra pillow and was denied, asked for a towel and he said they will take it to the room but never showed up. Walls are very thin. You can hear the housekeeping move around furniture making noise early in the morning. No do not disturb sign so the housekeeper relentlessly knocks you your door early in the morning. The room smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop water. Very poor service and very uncomfortable. Two of us stayed for 2 nights. The room was roaches infested, the water in the shower never got warm or hot, and the bwd was so uncomfortable. Management didnt evn want to seotch my room. Never going back to motel 6. It was just disgusting ievrall experience.

I always stay at this motel when I travel to Los Angeles. It's clean, safe and close to shopping, eating and even dancing. I like that it's close to several freeways.

The only thing I would change is the telephone in room, it disconnects from the lan line and it’s loose. Room was good maybe more closer trash cans. Overall good experience do plan on coming back!

The room seem Remodel and cleaned, staff was nice, safe, shopping center and food 5 min walking distance, quite, safe, Fridge microwave. They do 2 transaction One for the 50$ deposit and the second one for the hotel. I would stay there again. Ty

Cant really comment on breakfast options but the coffe machine offers and prepares a diverse selection of brews. The staff are competent but dont really expect them to surpass expectations, you better ask all the terms and conditions of your stay and deposit to be sure.

I arrived a little bit after midnight a there was a sign that it said “Be back at 12:45 a.m”… I was waiting for over half an hour and finally the clerk showed up. I forgot to let them know that I didn’t want room service. And I called them in the middle of the day and they said the it was too late, they already serviced it. When I returned the bed was unmake whit it made me happy. I thought the they got my message on time. But sadly the cleaning person took the towels and didn’t leave me any. And also the luggage rack was broke. My luggage ended up on the floor. Usually I take pictures but it was a very stressful week for me.” Hope this review helps some how.

Check in person was very rude, threw my id and cc in the Dropbox, not friendly or welcoming at all. Our room only had a sheet as a mattress cover. No blanket either dusty floor, pictures online are not same in person. Will not be staying there anymore

The room was more beautiful than I expected. It was such a grand time that my fiancé wants to book it for two weeks when he comes from the east coast for work

Staff is fine. Pretty decent for a motel six, but there’s no shampoo or any kind of other shower. Accessories, limited microscopic bars of soap.

This was a one night stay. The Motel was 2 miles from the work location. It was clean, comfortable and secure. It is located in an small city close to Los Angeles, California.

Bed was on a metal frame not comfortable at all, light was so bright no lamps bathroom has no place to hang your towels, room srevice came in who knows for what and took the towels and didnt make the bed or throw the trash that was sketchy, but i had a feeling so before i left for my meeting i took everything of mines, doors dont even lock right, that place is the bates motel, plus you have to leave a deposit! Bull corn!

It is centrally located for my visits. The restaurant across the street is excellent. The shopping and banking is very close by, and it is close to the two freeway systems I use most. It is very convenient for visiting my family.

The room was spacious, plenty of room for wheelchair to maneuver with no problem. The bed looked nice, but was very lumpy/sunken in in some spots. No closet in the ADA room, not sure if there is one in a regular room? But made it work. If your going to need extra towels, i suggest that you request them right when you get to your room, which we should have done. The only issue we really had with our stay was that the bench in the shower was missing the adjustment screws, so when my husband went to use it, (he is double leg amputee) he was literally sliding off the bench so it was a safety issue for sure. Front desk was quick to offer a solution, in this case, a room switch next door for same type of room. They were quick to address our concerns and offer a solution, which i loved. If i'm ever in east LA, i would stay again.

They took our trowels and never brought them back, I was going to extend my reservation after staying there for 6 says and I asked the manager Hugo to clean up our room since it was a new reservation and he said the room looked clean all he was gonna do was change the sheets. I then canceled my reservation went else where

Was charged more than the previous day and I had booked through Expedia. Not sure if the up charge is the thing but I have second thoughts about this location.

The motel was clean and the price was cheap compared to other options around the area, it took them a while to open the office door for me to check in but it was almost 2 AM so I understood.

I’ve stayed at this location previously last year and had to come back due to the location and courteous staff. Thank you Motel 6, Pico Rivera.

Very clean, and spacious rooms.

This property definitely had bed bugs and we ended up sleeping in the vehicle once myself and my family started to get bit. There weren't enough towels and there weren't any connections to the television for us to enjoy the air conditioning didn't work either

The room was clean, spacious, but the management really bad. Are TV didn't work the whole time? There begin to commend datus with another room. So pretty, it was awful end. Vegas didn't do anything for us. And it was bad, and they still haven't my closet.

Desk guy gave me a key that didn't even open my room , when i tried to come back into the office he wouldnt open. Stood there ringing the bell for 30 mins (its midnight) until he finally came out confused. Terrible

Towels are bad real limited and very thin. At lease this motel 6 had a microwave and refrigerator. No hair blower either.

ROOMS was horrible beds sheets super ugly and the restrooms horrible service not friendly bad place never came back
