Really, Bad Experience, number one. We arrive at the check in at four P.M. checking supposed to be at three de Jara like three different customers. Waiting For Room, they gave us a room 119, When We Open The Room, and try to get in It Wasn’t Clean, yet, on top de cleaning car that staff used to clean the room, In The Middle of The Room, we get Back to talk to the attendant. He physical Guille check tried to get in touch with the service people. He came back to and says I don’t know where she is. We have to wait another Thirty Minutes, later he came back, gave us a different room, the next morning, we went to eat, Breakfast, and there was no Breakfast in the hotel, I’m Sorry, we don’t serve Anymore, But, What You make the reservation. They offer Breakfast included, definitely, I won’t recommend this Hotel. They have short staff rooms are not clean. And no Breakfast. just remember that,.

The blanket on the bed was not washed. Morning breakfast had no eggs or Cereal. They had no sugar substitute for coffee. Just bread and cupcakes. They had orange juice. I did not see the receptionist in the morning while I was having my breakfast or when I checked out. The Expedia Website states that the hotel had a restaurant. It did not! Syed

Good location to the highway, shopping, a few resturants are in walking distace, the rooms were clean, it was relatively quiet. So good night sleep, nothing on cable for children and the breakfast was 1 kind of muffin, bread OJ and coffee period, although i did not expect a buffet for the price, i did expect a little more.

The first day that we arrived just one bath towel on the bathroom and I need to request more at the housekeeper, then the room smells a lot of bleach, and the bed was very uncomfortable, The bed was very sagging and the headboard was scratched.

As soon as I was walking up the stairways I could see thrash and cigerrete buds on he floor. Room was really bad. It had an old squeaky bed. The room was upstairs and downstairs is a hall where a Valentines party was being held. They had music and Karaoke which was very annoying and I could not sleep. I would not recommend.

Doors have an open space at bottom and a sewer roach came in and my husband kicked it out without opening the door.

We didnt use the pool. The hotel was dirty. The door jam had pee from an animal. The mirrors had dirt and grime on them. The towels smelled like mildew. The beds sunk in. The door didnt close right. The room had a musty odor. The bed had hair in it. There was water damage in the restroom with a large whole in the wall.

I’ve been staying here a coupe days, the owner is nice and helps you out, you have to let them know when you need house keeping. Yesterday I came back from work around 11pm I need two new towels , hands towel, bed sheets,blanket & pillowcases. He came out and gave them to me I was also short on cash for another day to stay he let me pay $10 later his wife told me a time to pay but the owner worked with me and didn’t charge me a late fee or anything. I like this place better then most inn and motels. A lot of them won’t offer you to pay them later. Especially by 11pm

The room desperately needed renovation. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel pleasant to stay there. We attempted to cancel our booking, but they refused, and now I understand why. No one wants to book there after their initial stay. The nightly rates don’t justify the experience.

They kept forgetting I had rebooked the room. They kept asking when I was checking out I spoke to one of the owners, and told her I was rebooking the room paid it at 7am. Then I went back to the window to ask for more toilet paper and tissues, and the husband asked if I was checking out and I told him I'd rebook the room he looked at his wife and I went back to the room as soon as it hit 11am her husband comes knocking on the door saying it was check-out time. Told him I had rebooked the room and paid already he had to call his wife on the phone & spoked in their language and then said okay .

My experience here was terrible. There was roaches, room was dirty. I had to go and buy clorax wipes myself to clean the surfaces. Not only it was dirty but I went and try and ask for clean towels and I waited outside for about 15 minutes and nobody was attending customers. Very bad costumer service and service over all. First and last time staying here.

No clean towels- had to ask for clean towels- and they said there was no more and they were washing some and would provide when done . Toilet was loose when sitting on it. This hotel isn’t worth even just a one night stay…rooms are disgusting the walls has dried leak from the ceiling. Bed sheets aren’t even clean found other peoples hair on it. Stain on blankets along with holes. Honestly this hotel isn’t worth 50 or even 100 bucks. Breakfast here is worse than cafeteria food. Just toast and milk?? That’s not breakfast so don’t be fooled by the “free breakfast”. The Indian woman at the desk look like she was just waking up. I absolutely do not recommend to stay here. Save yourself and drive far far away from this hotel.

I was so disappointed with my stay. It was a complete waste of extra money. I paid extra for breakfast which consisted of bread, mantecadita muffins, jam, apples, coffee, and orange juice. The ice machine was broken. Pool was locked at noon still.

The beds were advertised as queen but were full. The front desk person offered to measure them but they were definitely full. That was really the only downfall other than the pool only being opened till 6pm

It could be an incredible hotel with a little tender loving care. The room i was in has potential. Nice & spacious, nice TV, decent bathroom, shower was nice. I'd gut the bathrooms, replace the tubs with walk-in rainfall showers, and upgrade other rooms to have jacuzzi tubs & walk in showers. Add a hot tub & pool, and it'd be a perfect hotel.

Arrived around 7pm, went to get dinner and noticed next room had loud music but didn’t mind since it wasn’t time to go to bed, at around 9pm the music was still loud but still went to bed thinking they were having a great time and they would turn down the volume soon. They didn’t! The music was very loud but I finally fell asleep! Woke up at 3am and my partner said he hasn’t been able to sleep since the tv was way too loud so I called the front office and reported it, they either didnt do anything or the people next door didn’t care and turned up the music even louder! At around 5:30 am they finally turned the music off! During all these time I messaged front desk (since they hang up on my calls several times!) and sent them videos of the loud noise next door! Overall I do not recommend this place, if you really want to spend a peaceful night go somewhere else! The place was clean and big!

The placard in the lobby warning of cancer causing materials etc. is concerning. They should be forced to update and remove an asbestos or lead material which is what I assume the warning is for.

This is the second time we stay there and both times it was quite noisy, outside and upstairs. The thing I disliked the most is that they advertise breakfast and there was no breakfast - just some toast, muffins and fruit. There is no coffee pot in the bedroom, which I really didn't like. I didn't remember that, cause if I had I would not have stayed there the second time.

I was charged a day that I did not stay. I will never stay in any facility assosicated with Howard Johnson Hotels if this is standard practice. I will ensure my military and DOD associates, family members and friends are made aware.

Hotel is not maintained, the first time I was there it was very clean and up to date. Everything is old and not working.

The location was adequate for my needs, the room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. The bath tub and toilet were in good condition with good flow of water from the shower head and drain. Room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The lavatory faucet was not so good, it had an aerator that restricted the water too much. The breakfast wasn't great.

Gave this place a chance as we didn’t plan on being in the room much knew from reviews not to expect anything much for breakfast which was accurate just bread and bad coffee the room was a poor attempt at look we remodeled bed cover had holes no coffee pot in room floor needed to be swept and was surprised by a cockroach when pulling a tissue out of tissue box front desk not very welcoming one plus close to food and shopping very disappointed that this is connected to Howard Johnson/wydam I didn’t expect it to be this poor for the price

I was hauling a trailer and I was able to disconnect the trailer and park it next to my car. No safety issues; easy access to the main highway!

Front desk was accommodating and polite, check in was super quick and easy. Rug was stained and ripped, bedding was old and tattered. Bathroom clean and updated.

Everything was ok but the bed was super uncomfortable. It was one of those old spring coiled mattresses .

The tv stopped working kept saying weak signal. There was no storm or bad weather I tried to tell them and they wouldn’t answer the bell. Wash clothes still 2 after I said 4. They did acknowledge that they need to change the website to continental breakfast instead of breakfast. It still wasn’t continental because it was no cereal yogurt donuts bagels. It was toast and a piece of a muffin with OJ. Not acceptable. I would never go back there.

You get what you pay for!

When I arrived and checked in, it took more than 20 minutes because the mu ha ho that was there didn't taste very good until the lady came to help and then the room I was assigned to had cockroaches and it was full of ants. We told the staff to clean it and when we returned, they still hadn't cleaned it. I always go to this hotel but this year I was disappointed.

We enjoy the convenience of this location and have been coming for years. I just have noticed that some of the rooms could use a good mopping. The room appears clean, the linen is laundered but after stepping out of shower and walking across room we both had black feet. This hasn’t completely steered us away but we prefer upstairs closer to the stairwell and next time will make sure to request that. The clerks are always very accommodating when we have needed anything

An ok place, needs fixing. I went for vacation, but couldn’t sleep well due to a lot of noise. On my last day I couldn’t sleep longer because they started “sweeping “ with a blower at 7am. Check out is at 11am. I understand that they might want people to be out soon but that is not the way. I didn’t mind the room or lack of room service, but because of the constant noise I won’t go back.

The rating would be higher if the property actually offered a free breakfast. Went to get breakfast and nothing was available, just empty countertops. No food nor any coffee! Do not offer free breakfast in your advertisement if you are not going to offer free breakfast.

Well to begin the tv did work. The ants were horrible, the ac air out put was very very low , and when I called the manager why his response was it was just to hot. I’m sorry I’ve been to hostels in the desert and the ac blew out colder and stronger air than what me and my family had to endure these last two days. The pool was dirty and cloudy. The website said that there would be breakfast and there wasn’t. To be honest I feel like I should be compensated or compt what I’ve paid for, I’m so unhappy with what me and my family had to go through. I would like for some one to reach out to me and help me out with my issues please!!

Disappointed... Got there and they checked us in and after a long day was looking forward to a shower but they neglected to mention that the water was shut off and weren't sure how long it would be before it was on. Then in the morning go to the office for breakfast and learn there isn't any or even coffee for that matter even though they advertise that they have breakfast. This place is a joke seeing that they are more expensive than Motel 6 and offer less, at least Motel 6 has coffee in the morning

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious, clean and well maintained. Check in was simple, staff were kind. It was easy to walk to the grocery store and surrounding food places. The only thing was the walls are very thin so you can hear everything that goes on around the entire hotel - however, that really was the onlt negative. There was plenty of space, we were really pleased with our stay. Thank you greatly!

When we arrived and already booked the room. We where told that they served no breakfast very miss leading and disappointed

The property was fantastic on the outside. On the inside of the room was terrible. Furniture had huge stains, cigarette burns in the polyester fabric. Said they had a continental breakfast but the doors were locked until 10 am no breakfast.

The room was nice. The staff are nice. The breakfast was in the list when I reserved but the man said we don't have breakfast at all. In the form they said cleaning is upon request but they entered the room and cleaned it while we were not there. It was very far from places to visit in LA, and it's always heavy traffic to get there. If you are planning to visit LA for fun, maybe look for somewhere near those places instead.

Over the years the quality of this hotel has certainly gone downhill. There was no longer any breakfast served, no tissues or coffee maker in the room. Barely any amenities at all. It was a place to sleep and take a shower. I will not stay there again

There was someone's leftovers in the fridge. This is the second time this happened to me. My sons didn't like the room at all. It's also noisy.

There was a very loud conference room playing loud music we were put next to, they were not willing to let us move rooms when there were more rooms like our available. There was a loud explosion or firework that went off around 2am very hard to sleep.

Nothing hotel is disgusting and weirdos all around the area
