Place is ok for what you pay, no issues there. Unfortunately the type of people this place attracts, lack decorum. People arguing, talking loudly, kids screaming and running around all this past midnight hours, guarantee you will be restless the next day. Side note, the extra fee for a 2 hour early check-in is ridiculous and laughable for this type of Motel/Hotel.

I sent One text earlier today because I was driving so I was doing speech to text the gist of the tax was at that Jay guy at the hotel was rude and raised his voice to me when he realized that I had my nickname Billi and was crazy! I told him I said I have a credit card with my nickname on it. I have a credit card with my real name on it. I sent had to send him an email because he was afraid he was gonna have to pay for my room out of his pocket the next day. He has no sense of CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was rude and he showed that he came from a caste system in India. I manage people from India and they are professional nice… But people who come to America and they manage hotels and motels bring their cast system with them and they're not easy to deal with. Just note he put me in a dirty room, he never apologize. The hall smelled like pee. I was so disappointed in that stay. I've never been treated so rudely and I've traveled all over the world. What a waste of a person he should be claiming floors or digging ditches, but not talking to people, he didn't even help me with my luggage up the stairs, and it was raining once again an awful place that should not be rated 8.2 on a 10 stars somebody's lying because it was more like a one

Basic room. Other than the small imperfections like roaches in the room, terrible paint job, holes and weird stains on the walls, cigarette burns on the comforter, blanket smelled like it hasn’t been washed along with some stains. But the a/c worked well and water pressure in the shower was nice.

We had good stay at this accommodation. Above all, I would like to appreciate a reception manager who kindly provided his personal kettle as it was not in the room. The room condition was not perfect but quite good and reasonable price.

Expensive for type of room it was. It was clean. I was allowed early access, but the attendant charged me $3.00. Not sure why, but i was happy not to wait for 3:00 pm check-in.

Clean and huge 3 double bed room, very safe parking. Jay is great guy helping us promptly when we needed helps. We would recommend to others and come back!!!

Room was decent and clean the only thing that was that when arrived was told that the tvs were out due to cable provider was being changed so that was a inconvenience for us being that I had my kids with me

Personally I loved this hotel, no noise, the bed was comfortable and there was a Norms restaurant across the street! The owner was very friendly.

The lobby needs a lot of work to be more comfortable and inviting. The coffee service is laughable. It’s such a disappointment in light of the other shining offerings.

Very satisfied with the facility. Clean, quiet, good location near a major shopping center. Accessible shower was excellent. JAY was very helpful. And he had some OK jokes. Ha ha.

I chose primarily for the accessibility features and they were excellent. Bench in the shower to sit. It’s just what I needed. I really don’t have complaints, but it would’ve been better for me if I had a microwave and I had a bedside light that I could reach without standing. Overall, I would rate better than good but less than excellent.

The stay was excellent. Mr Jayesh the manager was so courteous, professional and treated me good. The only issue was water was not hot enough and he said he will fix it. The place was clean. Bug free. Pest free. Bed bug free. Clean. Nice smell.

Floor was dirty, put the “request maid service” on the door and no one came all day, Went to work at 6:30am retuned at 3:30 pm. Pretty sure I heard gun shots next door. At the very least explosions of some kind. I ironed work shirts and due to the floor being dirty I had to roll my sleeves up because the cuffs were filthy where they touched the floor. I wore shoes the entire time I was in the room. Overall I won’t be back at that location.

The property manager/owner was very attentive. I had a problem with the toilet and he gave me a plunger late at night. I do wish the walls were more insulating and quieter. The room was sufficient for the price in the LA area. There are no homeless camps around it which is a huge plus. The floor could be cleaner, I understand it is a popular place to stay for the price and safety factor. The staff are great! I love that they have someone available all the time.

Hands down if you care about elite customer service, safety and care for property this is the spot! Forget the weight rooma or pools and extra amenities. Comes with 1 blanket, the fridge had a lil smell but once you close it you wont noties it, And no microwave in the room, there's only one and it's located in the main lobby. And ice machine was down but they were getting it fixed One light bulb was out and the bed led light didn't work And seen a person walk by in the back Passing the window a couple times and cought me off gaurd.Lacking a lil privacy Not sure if it was random pers Recommend if you're staying more than one day bring your own travling blanket and pillows, also a HDMI to phone for the tv for maximum comfort. The area its a hit and miss. Some people that stay there can be questionable but the car didnt get messed with. Don't expect superfront parking unless your handy cap For some reason cones where blocking some front spaces. The room was actually nice looking, but dont expect an out side view. Hotel actually looks nice but the type of people around could kinda make feel not so welcoming but the over all area is decent The walls are thin, you can hear if people are loud, and when its actully quite it feels like you dont wanna make any noise. lol We can hear some snoring from the other room But what can you do.. not there fault. The services was Great! Staff was great. Jay took care of us and did everything he could to make are stay great. And they actually watch the premises

It’s our 3 rd time staying and I love it .we plan to go back in 6 months

To make things worse, our next door neighbor was being extremely loud during "quiet hours." I didn't feel safe enough to bring it up as I figured nothing would be done about it.

I'm a single woman and felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, because of the Man in the next room, every time I opened my door he was there and I told the owner of the hotel and I even and to ask him to watch me walk to my room, I couldn't even get to my car to smoke and I ended up smoking outside of my room and he started yelling at me that I can't smoke in my room and I yelled back at him and told him I was not, but he didn't care about my safety, because he was also there every time I came and he is creepy as hell..

This place was pretty clean. A bit old and outdated but not bad for a single man to spend 1 night it. Your stay really depends on your neighbors. The walls are super thin and you can hear any conversation your neighbor is having, clear as day. On my last night I received a new neighbor around 4am. They had just came back from a bar and were ready for action. I heard everything!! I was forced to start my day at 4am!

The location is great, but I was completely disappointed. After we walked in to our room, we went into the bathroom to check it out… there was a hair on the “fresh” towel. Nasty. When I turned on the TV, it didn’t work… I had to contact the front desk and the gentleman working had to come into our room to fix the wiring for the TV. The ceiling is paper-thin, so we heard every little thing they were doing up there. It was not at all what we had expected based on the description of the hotel.

Stated that ice machine was not included in the hotel stay that my fee was only covering the room a that was not including the ice machine that was not working.

while the room was great and the room was clean some issues we did have were the neighbors, now its unsure to us but the amount of yelling done behind our room (we were down the hall) was insane. its to our belief it was someone on a substance, it wasnt just one occurance but for the whole stay it happened and we were terrified to leave the room and would sometimes be awoken from our sleep hearing them yell. im not sure how someone doing that can be allowed to stay there, overall i have no other complaints and for the price point of four nights id say its a good place to stay dependent on what yoy go for

Convenient and perfectly situated for our two night stay. Came down to Pico Rivera for a Rodeo Event with my significant other so decided to stay at Epic for our stay due to the proximity to the venue and decent reviews. The room itself was decent for the price. Didn’t have any issues other than the bed was not as comfortable and we could hear the springs with any slight movement. Also there were line ants roaming on the top of the walls from the room door all across to the other side. I didn’t mind the ants as they weren’t roaming on my stuff but it was a concern to check my stuff constantly just in case.
