Nothing I tried to take a shower after checking in but there was no hot water, I called reception and notified them and they said they will fix it, I left for the evening and came back at night. Slept and woke up wanting to take a shower and there’s no hot water again, I called and explained that I neee to shower before going to work, I asked if they could accommodate me by allowing me to use a working shower in another room - I was refused and not accomodated, the young girl at the reception has an attitude problem and suggested to partially refund me instead of help me with getting a much needed shower. I had to cancel my 2nd night stay and left cheated and mistreated. This place is not welcoming, not clean and the staff is terrible, don’t bother booking here, go somewhere else.

That it was tucked back off the road The towels was dirty found black hairs in them and the beds super uncomfortable also too you could hear everything between the walls and above shaking the entire floor. Was on a side that was supposed to be nice a quiet but had people in cars playing music that was so loud with the bass you could feel it in all the rooms. Also two tried to get up early and only one waffle batter mix was out and so many people was greedy for that so didn’t even get to enjoy the breakfast so total waste of money for me when all I was only able to have was the cereal and a bagel and my coffee

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is barely anything. They have a selection of breads and cereal. Even the yogurt was empty and the nutrition info said it was mostly sugar. It seems the muffins are the most popular item. They quickly ran out, so I let the front desk know. That's when I was told they are not allowed to refill these items outside a set schedule. I stopped by at the scheduled time only to find all the muffins were gone again. I think they may stock two muffins every hour so they can say there is a breakfast. It seems the goal is to frustrate you enough so you'll get breakfast somewhere else. This is why I recommend staying somewhere else. Another frustration was when I arrived at 2:45 and asked to check-in early. I was told a room would be available in 45 min. The usual check-in is 4 PM and they were saying to return at 3:30 for an early check-in. When I got back, there was someone else at the front desk. I think it was shift change and the first person just wanted to avoid doing any work. The stay was not bad, just frustrating with every interaction with the people that work there. They were not rude, just unable to do even the most basic things like early check-in and refilling muffins for breakfast.

Beds were clean and comfortable, TV worked, lobby nicely decorated but a little worn, had an iron and inroning board, frig worked and seemed clean, plenty of desk and suitcase space, night desk person helpful, nice shower & shampoo products, request for a quiet room honored. no tissues, exterior of property could use a lot of care, day desk person apathetic, computer nor printer worked fot 4 days..so could not print boarding pass, breakfast very basic and out of several items by 8:30, shower water faucet confusing,

The front desk staff except the daughter and son of the owner. The floor was dirty. The pillows smelled like they had not been washed. The owner fed his family in the dining room and told the guests that they could only have one waffle per guest. He said his family was eating first. There were at least 15 family members that he was feeding. There were dead bugs on the floor.

I was told to pay upon arrival, but instead my card was charged before arrival. Also, the charge listed "Best Western" when I had booked with SureStay. My credit card company said three charges were attempted for 3 different amounts: $212.58, $214.58, and $216.58. When I saw what had happened I tried to cancel my reservation, and they said I would be charged for one day anyway.

Easy freeway access. Some amenity’s close but nothing to write home about. The place isn’t the same under new management. The property was riddled with trash. While walking my dog you saw the same trash daily. Talking with someone on the phone was nearly impossible, never answering while I tried calling multiple times. Front desk was left unattended for whatever reason for long periods of time. And the breakfast bar was underwhelming to say the least. It’s gone downhill in the last 10 years.

The person at the front desk was not so friendly. She was more by the book. And she could have cared less that this was our second time staying here within two days ago. The ice machine was out of order. The laundry room where the machine was swamped with water all over the floor and the smell of mold was so bad.

The pool, for some reason, was almost as hot as the jacuzzi. It's not very refreshing on 90 + degrees day. Breakfast was like all the reviews. Accept this time, they were out of napkins and yogurt.

Location was most important. My room was clean but the shampoo was completely empty (which I didn't find out until I was already in the shower. The breakfast bar was pitiful!!! The only warm items available were the waffle maker and the toaster. There were a few English muffins, white bread and pre packaged muffins. There was no jam/jelly, cream cheese or peanut butter..only little hard squares of butter. There was never anyone at the front desk...he hung out in an office. When I tried to talk to someone, no one was available, so I went back to my room to call the desk and my phone was dead. I had to talk to some reservation person (not on site) to get the actual front desk's direct number.

This place was pretty run down and not particularly clean. The exterior was especially dirty - the same cigarette butts and broken glass lying around the whole time (3 days) that we were there. Ice maker didn't work. Pool and hot tub did not look clean so we did not end up using them. The person attending the front desk, breakfast bar, etc. was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating despite being responsible for what seemed like multiple jobs. She was the only employee we saw all weekend.

There was no soap by the sink and the AC made terrible revving noises all night. There was a flood in the kitchen area in the morning, so the staff cancelled breakfast. My husband and daughter were very disappointed. Breakfast may have redeemed the stay, as they are big breakfast eaters. I am not, so it didn't bother me. They should have at least put out bread and fruit in the lobby while they mopped. Would not stay here again. We've staying in nice places that were $60 a night, and this one was $230!!

After staying in three previous hotels on this trip this was disappointing. Several things were broken in the room shower base was completely off the wall. The drain hole was exactly that a hole there was no drain stop. One of the bathroom lights was replaced with that it felt like a heating lamp. A bulb in the vanity was missing completely. The main lamp light in the room did not work and the door latch was completely gone. The curtains were dirty and the grounds it self needed to be cleaned. It’s like the more you looked the more things you noticed. I did not feel safe in the neighborhood. Because of the door latch missing I used the room chair to block the door at night. Thankfully this was a one thing we were flying out very early in the morning so we sucked it up. But I would not come back.

The sign in the room says they have spare toiletries available, but when you call the front desk, they tell them it’s not available and send you to a gas station. The water in the hotel was lukewarm at best and I asked about it and they said they had issues with hot water and Plumbing.

The rest was terrible... The first room had major wall damage with very poor repair work. The A/C was broken and the room was 98 degrees. There was also no hot water in the first nor second room. The hotel room interiors need a significant remodel. The BBQs outside had broken handles so most of the burners didn't work. The breakfast was ridiculous. There were no eggs, sausage nor hasbrowns. The only hot food was from two waffle makers with 30 people standing in line. Even the muffins/bread were pre-wrapped and the OJ dispenser didn't work. We will never stay here again!

In all my years of coaching (15 years), I have never had such an unsafe, dirty, and terrible experience with a hotel. We had 16 rooms and the price was very affordable but the pictures catfished what was really offered. The hotel does NOT look anything like the pictures. There was no soap in the rooms (even hand soap), bugs in the rooms and in a few beds, NO HOT WATER, not enough towels (the crew said “we are at capacity - but we found a giant bin full of dirty towels that were not washed for multiple days). Our teenagers had a man and women employee just walk into rooms without knocking and when questioned about it the hotel employee said “that didn’t happen.” This is an embarrassment of a property that is no higher quality than a 1-star hotel. We were stuck there because we paid for it and with 45 high school athletes. We couldn’t afford to lose the money and change hotels. NEVER stay at this location unless you want to feel dirty and unsafe without any customer service.

There was absolutely no or barely hot water in the shower. Even if the weather in Phoenix is hot, I do not wish to take a cold shower. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone in the room does not work. If your room face the main road, it is very noisy with cars passing by. No sound proof whatsoever.

There is no elevator to help you get up to the second floor which can be a problem with heavy bags. We didn't have any warm water until the last day we were there. It was not hot then but at least it was lukewarm. We had trouble getting housekeeping to clean our room. The week we were there they cleaned it once and that was because we actually heard them in the hall and went and got them. They also ran out of soap so we had to buy our own.

The front desk staff was very nice, which made up for the 2 hour wait to check in. The room was comfortable and clean but not well maintained. The bathtub had paint peeling from the floor exposing rust, the faucet handle was loose and not easy to turn on, towels were very small and scratchy not soft at all. The handles for the sink were not secure to the countertop. The hot tub was nice and hot but the bubble jets did not work, there were used towels left everywhere around the pool. Then the free breakfast was very limited and the area unkept and not clean with very cheap paper plates that were not strong enough to hold a bagel. If I had not been completely exhausted after a 25 mile bicycle ride that day I would have just cancelled my reservation after the first hour of waiting for my room.

1. There was a water leak in the room above us which caused us to evacuate it for the day. It ruined our plans and we missed out on a big spring training game and couldn't resell the tickets. There were water/mold stains in the shower area. 2. There was no soap in the facility. No soap in the bathrooms by the breakfast area, no hand soap in the restroom, no body soap in the shower. 3. In the breakfast area, there were no napkins and the coffee was undrinkable. The half and half was left at room temperature and they only had sugar free jam. 4. Check-in was listed at 4 PM, but our room wasn't ready until 5 PM. We had to wait until 7 PM to get bath towels. 5. There was a domestic incident outside our room around midnight. One of the neighbors opened his door and blasted his stereo out to the public at max volume. Whenever a door closed, the room shook. 6. While the staff were friendly, the hotel seemed to be very understaffed. The front desk person was also the breakfast cleanup person. It seemed like there weren't enough maintenance and cleaning staff. Verdict: Avoid! Spend the extra $100 a night at a nicer place instead of messing up your trip.

On all five days we complained that there was no hot water, and we had to go to the front desk to do that because on all five days, they never answered their phone connection to the front desk. One desk clerk said that she was the only one there and didn’t have time to answer the phone. That’s absurd. Only decent thing was the swimming pool.

This hotel does not deserve the rating it has on hotels.com. The room entrances are from the outside like a motel and our door had a gap at the bottom that you could see to the outside. There was a roach crawling on the chaise lounge in our room. The rooms seemed to be very clean though. The breakfast should not be advertised as they only have waffle batter, yogurt, cereal and a few breads. We went to breakfast an hour and 20mins b/f it was over and there was no waffle batter left, no juice, no coffee, no yogurt. There was no one working the area and a lot of upset guests. When the front desk gal was asked about refilling the breakfast she said she was the only one there and she couldn't do anything about it. You can't advertise that your hotel stay comes with breakfast when you don't provide breakfast. They do not provide any eggs or meats ever so it was very poor especially for the rate they charge per night. I would not recommend staying here.

Checked in late at night and key didnt work to get into room. Went to front desk and they "upgraded" us to a suite. It was terrible. Super hot in the room, no towels and super dirty and run down. Tried to get some sleep as we only needed to stay 7 hours. Went to get into bed and found bed bug eggs. Left right away.

I was hoping I could post a good review to counter the negative ones. However, after having a door lock that had loose screws, a shower that was luke-warm at best, no TV remote....and this was just the first room we were in. Our second room had to slam the door to close and no body wash in the shower. One positive note about the room, you could take off foot calluses with your towel. Sound deadening between the rooms was pretty good, especially for what appeared to be an older building. Staff was super friendly and was quick to assist when we contacted them. Looks like Best Western just bought this property. Hopefully they will make improvements.

I wasn't there for work, but if I had been the desk, its chair and the Wi-Fi would have been fine. The TV mounted on the side wall a foot from the bed was a bit uncomfortable but there was always the sitting room to watch TV from. Staff was helpful in changing my room from poolside to 2nd floor with a mountain view.

We tried to check in early and I was told they couldn't accommodate us, which I understand. I kept checking back periodically to see where we were at, no luck. Then I come back in to check again, what are you getting? It was it for the next hour the entire staff was eating lunch

I am older and have arthritis and taking a cold shower each morning was not good! The room was nice, very comfortable bed in separate room with fold out couch in living room, and handicap parking right there, but the water situation was really upsetting.

The hotel needs updating. The bottom on the bathtub is peeling off. The room was clean. We had a horrible room location, it was next store to the storage area. The staff made noise and was talking really loud at 4am, 5am etc. we lost sleep for two nights. They should not vacate the room next to the storage room. The breakfast they offer is more of a continental breakfast.

This hotel is essentially a repainted motel 6 that has seen better days. Grossly overpriced. Blood stains on the walls, coffee machine broke (no coffee for breakfast), had to eat cereal out of a cup, and the only “napkins” they could offer at breakfast were tissues. This place is struggling. The front desk guy overnight was a good guy though—helped breakup a domestic dispute in the room next to mine.

The breakfast was rather disappointing. No eggs or other protein, just cereal, a toaster, and a waffle iron. They only had fresh fruit occasionally. When we checked in, there was no mention of the fact that we had to request servicing of our room. So our room was cleaned one day but then not cleaned the next day. We were out most of the day and returned to a dirty room and no refreshed supplies. The housekeepers had left for the day, so there was nothing to be done. This hotel is nowhere near to what I had expected based upon the other reviews. It is not up to the standards of a Best Western property. I do not recommend staying here.

Terrible experience with the staff. Minus the male front desk manager. Wish we knew his name. He was kind, upbeat, informative and really went above and beyond. But Kirby at the front desk was horrible. We asked about the housekeeping and she said you only get housekeeping if you request the night before. I asked for extra towels and wash clothes and an extra blanket. She gave me 2 towels. The male desk person saw us by the pool and we asked him about our requests at the front desk. He personally cleaned our room and provided all we requested. The breakfast was terrible. Not only was the options limited, in the 3 days we were there, there was bananas once, but never had any other fruits. The yogurt machine was broken 2 of the 3 days. The juice machine ran out. My husband requested a spoon from Kirby and her response was " breakfast was over, I can't give you a spoon". The room was comfortable updated and clean.

I had some apprehensions as I approached the property late the first evening at check in. By the next day I couldn't have been more wrong. Everything (room, bed, sheets, bathroom/shower, lobby, pool) was very clean and in great condition. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. As mentioned prior, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the bed & sheets as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Negatives:,the breakfast was nothing but empty carbs. Not even hard boiled eggs or yogurt. We ate someplace else each day. The water in the shower never got past tepid for temperature. Bring ear plugs, as the hotel is next to a very busy street and there is a lot of road noise.

Negatives:,the breakfast was nothing but empty carbs. Not even hard boiled eggs or yogurt. We ate someplace else each day. The water in the shower never got past tepid for temperature. Bring ear plugs, as the hotel is next to a very busy street and there is a lot of road noise.

Staff were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Nice view of Lake Mead from the balcony. The hotel was not a resort and glitzy like those in the strip, it was affordable, clean, and convenient. Hoover dam was just 4 minutes away and Las Vegas was only 20 minutes down the interstate. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying here next time I’m in the area.

Noisy buzzing and equipment for several hours at night. Room was not stocked for 4 night stay and I had to keep asking for supplies. Staff were professional and courteous. Room clean. Walls really thin as I could hear neighbor snoring loudly.

The room we stayed in was dated and has aged poorly. Fresh paint and new flooring can only do so much. The bathroom vanity was in dire need of a sanding and new finish, the shower head was loose, and the hot water was lukewarm. It was nonetheless a good stay, but be forewarned, "You get what you pay for."

Bathroom shower/bath faucet was just weird rotated 360 degrees and needed to me at an unmarked location to get hot water. Door didn't close easily/normally but was secure once closed. Staff also didn't close door to latch it closed once, but I was luckily there to fully close it. Would have liked the hdmi ports accessible on the TV.

The room was clean for the most part, meaning the bed, sink/counters, and bathroom areas but the small couch in the sitting area had a weird looking stain and also part of the carpet near the restroom and sink area, leading to the small sitting area, seemed like they were not vacuumed very well. There were food crumbs and what looked like toilet paper pieces on the floor, which kinda grossed me out. The hot water took awhile to get warm and the toilet bowl was very low. However, the bed was super soft and sheets/bedding was clean, the front desk lady was cool, and the heater/AC worked great. Also, there was a small fridge and microwave which was a plus.

Room was fine and was the fitness room. There was a pool and hot tub that looked fine too but we never got time to use it. However, the breakfast was terrible so this would not be a place to stay if you value a good breakfast. There was very little choice (cereal, waffles, toast with no butter or jam and muffins) and on first day the juice machine was broken.

We sat for two minutes trying to fill a waffle cup but the mixture was out and we couldn’t even get a half cup out of it. They had white bread, cream cheese, coffee in the decaf, cereal (no milk) and syrup….I am not exaggerating. That is it. It was by far the worst hotel. Thin walls meant you could hear the neighbors conversation just talking. The water in the next room sounded like an explosion when turned on it was so loud. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock or latch. Tile job still had the cut lines marked on them which tells me it’s never been cleaned. Stains on the bed at arrival. Can’t put perfume on a turd and charge full price. Don’t waste your time staying here. We had to go and buy breakfast elsewhere so we should have stayed at a $20 more a night room.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past. I attend a Christmas party the first week in December. The room last year compared to this year was comparable, clean and comfortable. Breakfast this year made no comparison to last year. They were out of coffee cups, the only offering for breakfast was cereal, waffles and a few muffins. I had to contact the staff to get a coffee cup and they brought in the coffee cups used in the rooms.

Rooms are poor, breakfast is terrible. Almost everything in the breakfast are are broken.

we booked this hotel base on the reviews of a full breakfast buffet BUT is no true is a very base breakfast with zero protein selections also they have a washer and dryer but the dryer was not working and the front deck could not provide any change to break down a dollar bill

The Bathroom Toilit stopped working and they sais it would be fixed while we were out. But it ws not so we changed rooms.

Second problem was that the internet speed was in the range of <100kbps. That's KILOBYTES. Not even 1/2 a megabyte. Called to ask about it and was told that they had to ask the manager if they could restart the router. Then the next day was told that the manager was "talking to the internet company about getting a little more speed." Never got that "little more." Apparently I'm the only person who stayed there who wanted more than dial-up speed. On the plus side, the price was good, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and the exercise room, to my surprise, was reasonably well acquitted.

The rooms they had given me had the exterior door blocked, far away in a very dark corner and the air conditioning was very noisy. They also had large trash cans in the rooms like those they have outside and they wouldn't take them out of the room. There were also used water bottles and the toilet was full of waste. No breakfast bar because of remodeling even though website says there is one. Not worth the price. Hotel promised me a partial refund but never got it. Would not stay there again.

My room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It was a very hot day in Phoenix and the airconditing was fantastic. My suite had a microwave, refrigerator, iron & ironing board, and hair dryer. It was quiet and perfect for my needs. The check-in was quick and Danny (front desk) was friendly and helpful.

Check in and out was easy. The room was clean however there’s plenty of dust around the bedding. The bed wasn’t comfortable and there were only three pillows. No amenities, only two towels for shower and hand wash. Fridge wasn’t working well. Breakfast was ok; no fresh fruits or juice. Parking was ample.

The woman that checked us in was amazing and that is the only reason for the 3 stars. If it was not for her i would give 1. The vending machine is too expensive, the pool does not get cleaned out, they never have towels, the room is outdated, garbage was left out our whole stay, breakfast was okay, parking is great, finding the place when not familar sucks. We could not even hook up a console to the tv. Gentalmen that gave us our extended stay charged us for the same price as staying for 2 days and never asked for room to be cleaned. I will say again the woman who checked us in was accomadating and amazing. The pool is open and theres no security. There were lights out. Seemed like i needed to bring protection and i did not.

The staff was attentive and beyond amazing. A beautiful setting tucked away in a lovely place. The setting was beautiful with nature surrounding. I was treated and felt like I was at a five star resort. The breakfast was amazing also. A surprisingly quaint experience.

The location is wonderful, the rooms are clean, just this time the air conditioning did not work, I ended up in a different room which the refrigerator did not have a freezer section and I needed to keep my ice packs frozen. Breakfast sucked.

At check-in, my credit card was charged a $50 deposit, which I had not been told about until I asked, so that was a bit disappointing. All in all, a good stay at a nicely maintained property.

It was very noisy around the pool, as it was spring break and there were two large groups poolside throughout the evening. I asked for a room change to the south side by the parking lot. Then it was nice and quiet. At breakfast the next morning, there was no coffee available or juice. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel at a good price and there was no charge for parking.

Breakfast was inedible, really poor quality. Overall fine for a quick overnight stay but don’t expect much.

Safer part of town. Started with needing to request wash cloths because the ones in the room were dirty and stuffed under the bathroom sink. Then when in shower to discover no body wash. Evette was absolutely amazing ! Very accommodating and super sweet. We traveled from cali with kids she made check in super quick and easy! Only complaint would be the road next to the hotel is very traveled on. So you do hear the highway. Other than that it was a good spot.

I am shocked with how deceived I was by this "hotel" in person. Full breakfast... more like just sausages and waffles fruit, juice machine.. empty the entire time. Coffee machines were broken. Our ceiling fell in the bathroom during our stay and all we were offered was to switch rooms. Housekeeping came once, thr 4 nights we spent there. Not impressed and wish I stayed somewhere else.

Need better customer service… No hand soap, no washcloths, regular light in bathroom very hot over toilet, had to turn off when in there, pillows looked like they belonged on a couch (photo), claimed to have cloud nine pillow top beds and did not! Desk was asked three times to change station in breakfast room on Sunday from church service to something else. Never did. At 9:30 Sunday morning-No orange juice. No bread- no butter. No yogurt. Said late delivery. Bad following days as well. No sprinklers in guest rooms. Bad. Bad. Bad

Pool was warmest we’ve ever been in, not looking forward to other pools. The walls and floor could use a cleaning of the pool though. Rooms open up to outside.

Our room was facing the busy road. Road traffic was very noisy and annoying. After arriving, we asked for an extra blanket and they told us that the housekeeping staff wasn’t working and that they didn’t have any blankets available. Pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned recently. Plastic bottle on bottom of the pool.

Hot breakfast buffet breakfast which was fine, enough variety that no one should go hungry. Rooms are small but comfortable. You can hear all the passer by conversations easily and if the neighbor lets the door slam your windows rattle. Generally a fine facility but perhaps a little pricey for quality. Easy drive to airport.

Liked everything. Pleasant staff and friendly.

The hotel was suitable for our one night stay.

The first room see like smoke. The one they moved us to was fine. The bath tub was peeling so I only took a shower. The inside of the room looked decent but the outside of the hotel looks old.

Overall fit the needs for what I was looking for. Needs some general maintenance e.g faucet sink needs to be screwed in as it was loose and there were some general signs of maintenance needed.

Property was average.

It's was a acceptable place to stay the only complaints were light black colored substances along caulking sink about to fall off the wall and the bed has been well used as there was a noticeable indentation where people lay it was not uncomfortable but borderline. Nice selection of pillows but I bring my own some soft some harder so that's good. The hot tub was warm. The handicap room was very accommodating with a shower chair roll in shower and toilet handle things. Breakfast was also decent eggs were a little mah typical hotel bf. The bacon was better than usual not crispy but not inedible like I've had at other motels. I frequent hotels monthly and usually don't give feedback so this is a little bit better than others.

Decent hotel, definitely some little things like the water faucet handle wiggled a bit when turning on and off the water and the door seemed hard to close but otherwise great for the price/location.

Room was nice, clean and large for one person. Got noisy one night, several young people hanging around outside making noise and banging on doors, otherwise not bad.

The front desk people were friendly enough, my issue was the over all vibe. All neighbors on all sides of my room were loud all hours of the night, to the point where I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours in two nights of being there. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered. It was a miserable two nights of non sleep. They were loud all through the night into the early morning hours when I left to go to my meetings at 6am. Terrible.

Nothing unique

A group of people were noisy during the early hours of the morning. Nobody from the hotel was there to stop the noise. Otherwise, everything eas as expected.

Overall cleanliness was good, though when I checked in I found a visible spill on one of the nightstands that had not been cleaned up (I cleaned it up). The biggest problem was in the second night, my sleep was interrupted at 3 a.m. by the smoke alarm chirping (indicating a low battery), and I wasn't able to get back to sleep for a couple of hours. Fortunately I didn't have to be anywhere that morning, so I was able to sleep some more and checked out later than I had originally planned. Other than these problems, my stay was o.k., and I will probably stay there again next time I'm in north central Phoenix. The neighborhood is nice, convenient to where I needed to be, and I haven't had any problems during previous stays there.

I had some loud people above me that sucked and the washers and dryers were gross ! Other than that it was ok. The desk clerk was Skiddish and nervous. Whatever!

Great stay. Loved the hotel and room location. Quiet. Great breakfast. Attentive and responsive staff.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was impeccably clean and the entire staff was the best that we have experienced in a very long time! We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice comfortable bed

Hotel refused to change room to a double beds, even though they had rooms available. Room was rundown. Won't stay here again.

Overall good stay but room and breakfast a little weird. Phone in room didn't work, hot and cold water reversed on bathroom sink. The first 3 days of breakfast buffet the toaster was moved to 3 different locations which was not a big deal but a little annoying when you're tired first thing in the morning. Otherwise everything was ok.

..hard as a rock. The room was lovely and very clean. The nite mgr went out of his way to try to find soft pillows. They sincerely need to buy new pillows. The bed was comfy...no complaints but plows so rock hard they hurt both our necks. I will return but next time i will bring pillows.

Stay was good. The breakfast was not so good. It is disorganized. The set up is just wrong. There is only one toaster that doest work very well and is not enough to serve all the guests.

Booked a ADA room for 1 night for an NFL playoff game. First of all where our room was located we had to go around the other side of the building to get to a ramp to even get up on the sidewalk. Went to take showers in the morning and was unable to. The lever to pull to have the go to the shower head was broke. When we let the front desk know we were unable to shower the gal said so sorry we will let our maintenance know. Never offered a partial refund or anything. Absolutely ridiculous to spend over $100 and not even able to shower!
