This is a very convenient location to stay overnight with proximity to the airport. We were disappointed in the breakfast which had basically all simple cold bread/donut items and no hot food. Most hotel breakfasts have some scrambled eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, and hot waffles/pancakes/french toast. We wish the pool was open later for later arrival guests, we miss it every time. We would like it if we could just take a dip in the evening. Our room was fine, staff was very pleasant, the airport shuttle is great.

There were 3 different receptionists. The first one was polite and helpful. The other 2 were not very helpful or polite.

Check-in was remote and very easy to complete. Would have been better if there was a microwave available.

Room was clean, property was fairly quiet. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep, so can't comment on much else.

The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy, but the property is nice, clean and quite convenient for airport pickup. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the hot water was hot.

This place was really convenient to everything I needed to do this weekend. Close to the airport and the freeway. Not too far from downtown also. The room and bathroom were really clean and the bed was comfy it was a short weekend trip but the property fulfilled all of my needs. I flew in late Friday and even at that late hour the staff was so attentive. I will reserve here again.

Personnel were great. Facility seemed to be fairly recently remodeled. Manager caught an error in my billing and fixed it before I even knew it existed. SUPER AWESOME employee!!! Noisey, neighborhood was sketchy at best.

I purchased a king bed and was forced to use a queen room. Room smelled of Marijuana and the AC was loud all night. Additionally, the blackout curtains were worthless and the sunrise around 5:15am woke me up. Airport shuttle is once hourly, also not communicated, resulting in my having to pay nearly $30 for an Uber and nearly missing my flight. Staff was rude and inferred I was lying when told that I had been misinformed.

This is definitely a hotel you want to avoid. They may maintain it well. But, is your safety worth the risk? I think not!!!

There was no soap in the shower soap dispenser and of course I did not know that until I tried to use it. Also the mattress was way too soft.

The rooms were newly renovated and were very clean. The location, though an easy accessible ride to the airport, was not great. There were prostitutes down the street and tons of homeless folks out and about. We didn't feel unsafe but we will not be staying in this hotel again. The prostitutes and large amount of homeless folks. We also didn't enjoy the fenced area of construction right next door.

The Sure Stay staff were courteous and helpful my complaint is against *Expedia,* whom l booked the "two" night stay with and have yet to receive my $172.00 refund, Expedia said it would be 7 to 10 business days but deducted the $172.00 from my account immediately. Do not book with Expedia or any other third parties, *YOU WILL BE SORRY.*

We weren't provided with any hand soap where the sink was but they did have it in the shower. There was also no body was and no conditioner. There were 2 lotion bottles by the sink. It would be helpful if the cleaning crew checked the bottles.

We enjoyed this well-appointed room, with its comfortable king-size bed, an armchair, a desk and swivel chair, large screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, full-length mirror, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, ample closet space, and a deep bathroom sink. The provision of hand soap, lotion, and conditioner in dispensers attached to the wall is an ecologically friendly gesture, in comparison to bars of hand soap that are often half used before being discarded. The morning staff were especially friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the generous continental breakfast and the free shuttle service to the airport nearby. It is a good value for the price. There is no restaurant, or even fast food, within walking distance; there are not many within even a short drive, although the motel manager nicely provided us with a list of these. They don’t accept credit cards affiliated with an online bank, like PayPal for example; and this information is not mentioned in advance, which might cause problems for someone with no other form of credit. The shower is very slippery; why not apply non-slip tread strips so that guests don’t have to deal with this risk, as opposed to the current sign “Slippery when wet”?

Many junk yards, car repair shops all around. Saw lots of homeless people on my drive leaving the next morning. Good for an overnight stay

Since this was just an overnight so I could pick family up at the airport, it was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. It was in a terrible neighborhood. I felt very unsafe. There were no restaurants nearby. There were a lot of what looked like vagrants and scary people roaming about.

The outside neighborhood looks rough, but once you get inside the courtyard, everything is fine. I only saw airport travelers coming and going, during my stay.

I loved how efficient everything was, the staff, the rooms, the shuttle. From top to bottom everything was flawless. Housekeeping was great! Front desk was so attentive and nice. Araceli from the breakfast area was the top of the top! She was great with amazing hospitality and a kind hard working attitude! She was so attentive to my child. Also I would like to mention that the crib for my son was so so clean! Better than many 5 star hotels we have ever stayed at, the crib was comfortable !

Stayed here before an early flight and was impressed for the price ($73+tax). The lobby is clean, bright, and smelled nice — efficient and pleasant front desk staff. Room was spacious and clean with reasonably well-maintained furnishings. Fast Wi-Fi with no annoying portal (QR code didn't work but typing the key was fine). Appreciated the functional USBC ports on the nightstand — didn't need to unpack my charger brick. Fridge worked well for leftovers. Online checkout was convenient for my early departure. You can tell they're actively upgrading the property, which is great to see. A few minor things: lights are very blue/cool and the bed springs were noisy. Shower was low flow (typical for Phoenix) and the hard water made it less than ideal. A little noise from neighbors and parking lot, but that's expected for a city motel with exterior doors. None of the minor issues detracted from my stay. For the price, this place is a gem. Would absolutely stay again.

Everything went without a single hitch. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fairly simple, but good, with good variety. The location was very convenient to the airport and perfect for our unanticipated overnight stay. The hot and cold water lines to the bathroom sink were installed opposite to convention, which is hot to the left, and cold to the right. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The size of the room and renovations First - this property was listed as a hotel. THIS WAS CLEARLY A MOTEL and very misleading. Second- My price jumped by over $100 after I upgraded from a kind size bed room to a 2 bed (Queen) room. That has never happened to me before. Another family member was offered a king bed room with a roll bed for $15.00 for a 3 night stay, I paid $166.00 more for the same size room. Three - my toilet clogged. No maintenance on staff we were offered a plunger to do the maintenance work ourselves. Fourth- we had to borrow a broom to sweep. No cleaning staff available at the time of need. Fifth- area was surrounded by drug addicts and homeless people. Sixth - The power was turned off for maintenence work around 9 PM, the guest were NOT notified. It was black ⚫️ outside. Guest were told no power until 1 pm, however the power was restored approximately 3 AM. DANGER!...i.e. someone could have gotten injured OR guest could have been victimized or burglarized by addicts and/or criminals. I will be writing headquarters and notify them of the halse advertisement.

The location is near airport , so the area is what you would expect. Upon arrival ( near midnight) it was a little concerning the size of the hotel that is basically like a motel with multiple building all accessed from outside or steps outside. It did not use the safety I would have preferred as a female solo traveler and no car to drive up in front of room. The front desk did give me a room on first level as close to office. I honestly for the price would not recommend.

On my 3rd night there was a power outage from 10pm to 3am that the hotel staff didn't inform myself or other's staying at the hotel!!!! Five hour's in the dark didn't feel safe especially since the hotel is setup like a motel and the fact that there's homeless and people using drugs on the main street where the hotel is located! Also, I paid to stay somewhere with safe and without any disruptions!!!!.

Pros: Great value. Nice and clean rooms. Up to date furniture and bathroom. Cons: 1. Located in Downtown Phoenix in a sketchy looking area - homeless and chronics. 2. Some staff are nice, like our check-in clerk. Front desk clerk however didn’t even bother to look up to say Good Morning we checked out and told us to just leave the card in a box. Just sat there like a lump on a log. Terrible Customer Service. 3. Not many options for dining close by, Even the fast food ones are quite a hike several streets away. Not good if you have to go in tie evening, considering the sketchy area.

The bus service to and from the airport worked well. Good shower water pressure. Comfortable bed. Did not have the included breakfast as we left before it opened. Had a good dinner down 3 blocks at the Pozoleria Mexican. The room was clean, but sparsely appointed. The neighborhood is fading-industrial with a lot of homeless folks. The walkable restaurant facilities are limited: seafood and Mexican.

One night stay passing through with an early morning flight out of Phoenix. Convenient location and frequent, free airport shuttle. Very affordable. Clean and basic. Not near too many stores or places to walk. Took ride to dinner and back.

Everything was great from the cleanness of the rooms to the breakfast in the morning! The front desk person especially the one that's there in the morning was very professional and courteous... Nothing!

Overall, stay was excellent. Good breakfast and clean rooms. Working air conditioner and generally friendly staff. The only downside, if a room is booked by a family (2 adults, 2 kids) why do you provide supplies (soap & shampoo) equivalent to one person? Kindly consider the number of occupants at booking and prepare supplies equivalent to them. Nevertheless, it was a good stay. The front staff and housekeeping were really top-notch.

Room was clean. The bed was not good, too soft. The multiple large signs in the lobby were mostly what you can’t do a what they won’t do. That first impression was not inviting.

We had been traveling since early morning and the clerk let us in our room early.

Pillows were small but I asked and received a few more pillows to get a better quality of sleep. LK was great at check in.... easy and efficient. The Shuttle to the airport arrived on time and made the trip easy to manage. Missed breakfast as we started to the airport at 5 am. Room was clean but not immaculate. We had a bottom floor and went to sleep early so I expected noise but it was very quiet.

Front desk staff and housekeeping staff ware exceptional. Regrettably, the management approached me while in a rather rude manner while he was outside smoking and I was outside on a business call with a client. I ended up having to place my client on hold to be interrogated on rather or not I was legally allowed to be on thebpropert. It's the first time staying at a best Western oporated facility, and honestly my last.

This was a fine place for a quick overnight. There was almost nothing at the breakfast buffet, the air shuttle was just fine. Although if you were at the airport, you should mention you were going to this hotel cause otherwise they are going to go too many parking lot first. The staff was a little less than friendly.

Driving to the place I thought for sure I was gonna die. The neighborhood is TERRIBLE. I think I passed a jail of some sort a few blocks down even. The the property was well lit and set far off the street. Room was small but nice. Things worked as they should, well, the bed, TV , icebox and shower worked fine. Think they just finished a remodel or something, cause it was very nice. So if you go, go now before it gets ruined!

Clean and close to airport for travel. Bed was on some kind of metal platform and every time you move it made loud cracking noise so really can’t sleep well. Also noisy with cars coming and leaving. Would not stay again 🙁

Air conditioning unit was so noisy

I went to ask if our room was available (215pm) and was met by a hostile and aggressive man wearing sunglasses behind the desk. Verbatim, he said ‘do you need something?’ UMMMM is that how you greet your guests? I asked if I could check in 45 minutes early and he was blunt with a very direct and cold ‘no’. No other words were spoken. No other options given. After reading their website, they do offer early check-in for $30. This wasn’t offered to me at all. At the check-in counter, there’s a list of items that you will be charged for if you remove them from the room (towels linens mattress covers) just to put into perspective what type of area this hotel is located in. The neighborhood was sketchy to say the least. We only needed a one night stay because of an early flight. After the interaction with the man working behind the counter and based solely on this hotel surroundings, we went down the street to the Hilton Garden Inn where we were greeted with kindness and warmth, even without a reservation, letting us check in before their check-in time. Do yourself a favor, save your money!

This place is good to stay if you have a flight and need.a quick stay. Very clean place. The beds were ok, didnt really have a comforter just like a thin sheet. Breakfast is limited, I wouldn't consider it continental.

This hotel was all we needed for our one night stay in Phoenix before we flew out early the next morning. It’s ten minutes from the rental car drop off. The room was clean and comfortable and affordable. We would stay here again.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. We left too early to experience the breakfast, but the dining room appeared to be clean and spacious. The airport shuttle was on time even at 3:00 a.m. It runs every hour 24 hours. There are not too many eating places within walking distance, and the area is not great. But it’s a good and safe hotel at a fine price near the airport for a quick in and out. We would use it again.

The room was fine - you could tell it’s been updated. the bed squeaked every time you moved though. Best perk was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. There’s no gym, just a small pool. The outside does look “sketchy as hell”, as a fellow guest said out loud. There’s a shuttle to the airport that runs on the hour, which was convenient (especially at 4am). If I had to do it again, I’d probably pay a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

The staff were friendly and helpful when one of our keycards stopped working, and they even provided us some spare utensils when we realized that we'd neglected to acquire some to eat our dinner with. Only weird thing about the stay was that all of the pillows on our beds were square.

I took one star off because I was in a room in the lower level near the ice machine and the stairs that go to the second level. It was very noisy and I could hear the people upstairs walking around their room.

We did not stay in this room. The entire facility was filthy!! There were a ton of homeless ppl in the parking lot, there were ppl smoking drugs in the parking lot. It is in a bad part of town and as a female I did not feel safe staying there!! This should not be on your app as a place to stay!!

There were very scary looking people in the parking lot and it looked as if they were dealing drugs. We were scared to even get out of the car. We left and stayed elsewhere. Something else. I was able to book my hotel last minute, but then no amendment could be made for refund. I emailed the hotel immediately but they didn’t reply. In other cases, like air bnb, they would take on the reimbursement that the merchant would not and issue a credit to supplement. Neither vendors were able to help in a state of emergency when all flights were cancelled and my luggage was lost. Great job 👏

Very large property has high-intensity lights over the vast parking area, lending a feeling of safety to a property that abuts a somewhat shabby neighborhood. Close proximity to airport makes this a convenient in-transit lodging, but decent restaurants are at least 10 mins. by car away.

It’s more of a motel style than hotel and has two floors with no elevator. The room I stayed in on the first floor was modern and bed was comfortable. Recommend for 1-2 night stay especially if traveling

The property well taken care of. There is a small pool with a few tables and chairs and chaises. Staff very nice. The Preflight Parking garage we used was 5 minutes away. That parking garage had a shuttle to the airport, also 5 minutes away. So a great place to stay if you are going to the airport. We were 10 min from downtown, the Chase Field and the Suns Basketball arena.

The room was exactly as pictured, very clean, and ready two hours before our check-in time (always a bonus!). The only downside was the “continental” breakfast—there weren’t any hot foods (eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc.), just bakery items like bagels, toast, cereal, and muffins. The coffee also left much to be desired. You get what you pay for, which in our case wasn’t much, so overall it was a good experience.

First, call ahead after reserving to make sure they have a first floor room. My husband is an amputee and we did not have a vehicle. Not only did they assign us a room at the far end of the complex as far away from the office as was possible and did not have any first floor rooms so on top of the walk, he also had to climb 2 flights of stairs to the room. In addition, the bathroom floors and showers are made of very smooth textures that are an extreme hazard for anyone who is a fall risk. There is a sign on the shower warning guests but it does not negate the fact that he absolutely could not shower for this night because of the danger. A few other nuances to note that I think should be better communicated as well- the airport shuttle only runs every hour so plan accordingly. They also will not take a credit card for incidentals only a “bank card” which I personally have never run into so would have been good to know as I was not traveling on my own dime. Staff is great, breakfast was good and rooms were very clean! No complaints at all there!

Stayed 3 nights. Basic amenities. Close to airport with free shuttle. The rooms were completely updated last year!! All new floors, painted walls all fixtures bathroom shower. We appreciated that there is no carpeting to gather dust and possible mites. Good AC and heat. Staff was friendly & inattentive. Basic breakfast: coffee yogurt toast bagels instant oatmeal etc, no hot entrees. Only drawbacks: We asked for extra blanket because bedding was thin. No streaming TV services which is normal for a motel at this level.

The only issue I had was with the shuttle, I didn’t know it was not a hotel shuttle, but just a regular green and white parking shuttle and when I found out about 40 minutes after I’ve landed and was waiting Outside lol I phoned the front desk twice as the first time I think the guy put me on hold and then never came back and the second time the lady explained about the shuttle, otherwise it was really good. The breakfast was great and having the shuttle was perfect. As I am female travelling by myself, so I didn’t like waiting outside at the airport but overall all good!

The room was fine, staff very nice, but location was poor. There was an elderly mentally ill man ranting in the lobby waiting for police to pick him up. He provoked a client who was in line to check in and almost got into a fight, threatening him with his cane. Not what you want to experience when checking in to your hotel.

The parking fee was also a lot. I paid more to park and fly than the hotel night itself. Should be cheaper in my opinion, but I was glad it was on a locked lot. Neighborhood wasn’t the best, but the motel was clean and well maintained and appeared recently remodeled. Bathroom was spacious and had good lighting, unlike many more expensive hotels. Staff were friendly and attentive. There was no clock in the room, but I brought my travel alarm and there were plenty of available electrical outlets. Shuttle back to airport only does pickups on the hour, and since I did not know how long it would take to get to my gate, I spent an extra hour sitting at my gate when I could have slept another hour. But all in all, the motel was fine. Shower was good with good water pressure.

The room was poor, bed was very noisy and uncomfortable.

Clean room, courteous staff & place to park while traveling.

The room was nice and clean, but the noise level was a major issue. I could hear people talking outside, street noise, airplanes, and even dogs barking next door. The neighborhood also didn’t feel very safe. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The only positive was that the hotel is conveniently close to the airport.
