The lock on the door was loose and the bathrooms weren’t clean. I tried two rooms before going to a different hotel.

I didn't like how many times I had to go up to the office to renew my room card.

Nothing The mirror fell off the wall as I walked in. Maintenance guy was laughing. The guy in the office when I told him. Wasn’t concerned. In the morning I asked for a refund for the next two nights as his attitude was not pleasant. He did not refund me even after being hit In the face with a room mirror

Its a hookler hotel and reeks of cigarrettes

Yep pretty nice and clean.

The room was falling apart. It smelled like marijuana and there were people smoking. We checked in and only lasted 10mins and left because the room smelled so bad.

The bad something like blood on it the bathtub was clogged walls were peeling it was terrible

Room was clean and the maid I met in first say was nice office staff was nicr Photos do not represent property. Pool has been filled in. No working ice machine, no coffee in lobby or room. The bathroom door had been kicked and had damage and there was no inside door knob.

The room smelled like cigarettes real bad no swimming pool. A/C didn’t work good. We checked out a day early so I hope I get a refund.

It was clean and decent for the price. It was surprisingly quiet at night given it's in a sketchy neighborhood but it helped that the facility is gated and one can only gain access to the hotel parking lot other than with a room key. It was overall a decent stay. Neighborhood. Which I know they can't help that. No breakfast options and a lot of the housekeeping staff didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate.

The builder has mold

Dirty as hell

I don't even know where to begin. Maybe from the beginning when we walked into the room and heard our next door neighbor thought what seemed to be a door leading across some crazy lady screaming on the phone. We spent 2 night out of of the 3 nights I paid for 1st night and 3rd night so I can check out. Beware allot of drugs in area saw powder substance bags on the stairways and a bunch of prostitution is crazy. So be aware I have never experienced this from a motel 6.

This place is a real dump! Sad because it used to be a nice hotel. Do yourself a favor and look for another hotel.

Front desk staff was not courteous. Hard to understand when talking. Should use a speaker as there is a big glass window you have to talk through.

No breakfast. Did NOT like anything. It was a gross motel. Prostitutes next door to me and working all night, drug addicts EVERYWHERE, 40 of them, doing drugs, openly, quiet a lot of homeless people just running rampant on the property but I did feel really bad about the HUNCHED BACK old lady. Management didn't care. People walking around with blasting music at all hours of the night. People fighting in the parking lot for hours. The whole place smelled like urine. BEDBUGS!!! Filthy rooms. GOOGLE is your friend, USE IT!!!

The room was disgusting. The toilet was broken and not clean. The bed sounded like it was going to break. There were drug addicts and people lurking around that probably did not belong there. We booked a different room somewhere else. The front desk person was rude and uncaring. I would suggest taking this place off of your website

It was nothing like the pictures showed, it was a motel for prostitution. The first room they gave me the beds were dirty, none of the outlets in the rooms worked, the television didn’t work nor had a remote. Then once they switched my room you can tell it was not fully cleaned because someone’s fingernails were on the bathroom floor. Had hookers knocking on my door all night looking for John’s. I will never book with hotel again and I recommend no one else does either.

Hotels.com should be embarrassed by representing this property on their site. The entry door has a inch and a half gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. The beds stands have sticky drink rings on them, I wouldn't even step foot in the bathtub. It was so filthy I decided not to stay in the room. Last time I added photos of a filthy room with cockroaches represented by hotel.com they didn't let the post move forward. This one will probably never see the light of day either.

I had a good stay at this hotel overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and well taken care of. I can see that the hotel is doing its best to provide a great experience for guests. That said, the surrounding neighborhood was not the best. There were a lot of people loitering and making noise late at night, and I often felt uneasy walking outside or checking on my car. While the hotel itself is well managed, the area around it unfortunately feels unsafe at times.

While in the room the front of the AC unit fell off without being touched. Bathroom was filthy, disgusting, and built like it is in a hotel in Tijuana. Please see photos! Do not get ripped off like I did with this property, if it wasn’t 9pm when we arrived I would have gone elsewhere, we left before 5am but I left trekking poles near the bed in the event of a break in. I’ve never felt so unsafe in a hotel in my lifetime.

Renovated My door was adjacent to the staircase where people liked to hangout.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed soo dirty I got some towels I had in my car so we San sleep over them we had the reservation for 2 nights and only stayed one. I don’t know how this places are in business and hotels.com has them on tbeir hotels with more than one star.

There was a roach in the sink

It was horrible couldn't check in, was told that I was DNR I asked if there was a reason the teller answered no.

The parking lot is well l it so you can see all the crime happening. Hotel seems to be overrun with it, people )kids on bmx bikes even!) smoking fentanyl under the stairs and a whole lotta shady crap going on all around.

The tv did not work and I went back to the office and they said non of the tvs work in the whole hotel. Add to the dirty parking lot and paint on the door handle and lock its not that great if a place.

Pulling into the property there are what seems to be A LOT of homeless people who are doing drugs in plain view blocking the stairs, there was bed bugs in one of the beds, the room was cleaned using what may have been a dirty rag cause there was a layer of grease or dirt everywhere, the sheets were still dirty, the tv didnt work. The he best part about the stay was the ac.

The property is unsafe. TV did not work. No phone available in the room to contact front desk. Door did not securely close and lock automatically.

There were people walking around everywhere. The rooms were not great. I went back to ask for my money back, but I could not cancel. I was worried that my car was gonna get broken into.

They first gave me room for 12 and there was no mattress so then they gave me room for 11 and I tried my key the very first time it did not work so I had to go back to the office again there was people banging on my door late at night I never opened it And there was drug dealing going on all over the place.

The outlets didn't work the tv didn't work, Google says theres internet and a kitchenette no there's not! The sheets were dirty and the door was locked in before so it was hard to sleep and the shower was dirty so it was hard to enjoy the shower comfortably

We got a ADA(handicap) room. The sink is too high, no bedside lamp, TV screen was damaged and didn't work, no phone, paint peeling above the shower, safety bars in shower not accessible due to oversized sink, deadbolt didn't work due to being installed wrong. Even the 'security' was loudly singing all night when making the rounds. WiFi password wasn't given and the coffee is no longer available

I hate giving bad reviews they would’ve got probably four stars but the room had bedbugs. My friend and I we got the double bed room & both of us found bedbugs so bad that I slept in my car come on guys we gotta do better..

I'd give it a 4 out of 10. The bed was clean and the room smokeless. The fridge was nice. There were soap and towels. The negatives: super sketchy. I'm pretty confident criminal activity takes place on the site. The deadbolt was missing, despite signage to use it. I slept with the bathroom light on and a chair propped under the door. I did sleep okay but was awaken in the wee hours of the morning with a rant right outside my door, "bi0n@!, I'm gonna slap you." Wouldn't stay again or recommend

We almost got attacked by a homeless guy with a stick. We didn’t go back to the hotel.
