The first room they assigned us was not even clean, there were no linens on the bed & the window was wide open. The second was ok, but tub was dirty and huge stains all over carpet & couch. Pool was dirty & breakfast was minimal. Very disappointed!

Hot tub under construction. Stairwell was dark, no lights, had to use phone light. Pool area was dark no lights. Breakfast was very minimal. Staff were very nice. Pull out bed was in very poor condition. In a sketchy area but felt safe. Very quiet.

The rooms are roomy, bathroom facilities were clean and roomy. Beds were somewhat hard, the jacuzzi was broken, the pool was not well heated, and carpets in rooms were disgusting. They needed to be replaced or cleaned. Preferably, they should replace the carpets.

It was disappointing to learn that although I requested a handicap accessible room, near the elevator, the closest accessible rooms were nearly at the end of the hallway, nowhere near the elevator. Additionally, the carpet in the hallway as well as in the room was filthy and laiden with stains. Inside the room, there was a damp, mildew smell and the bathroom tub seemed as if it could use more attention. I appreciate Melissa, the manager trying to rectify the matter after repeated requests for her to be contacted, but this is not a place I would recommend, even in a pinch.

Was disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren’t working. They need more lights outside at night because the hotel looked sketchy in the dark. Staff was very nice. Breakfast’s was delicious and cook was very helpful. Rooms were clean.

First the room smelled like BO. The pool was out of order. The breakfast person was very late and we were told to walk over to a sister hotel to then be told oh no the breakfast will be back at the hotel we are in. Then it was very limited because the person was late. While I should have gotten a discount because I booked 3rd party (Travelocity) They could not do so. So it was terrible and I had pay the full amount. Not Happy. Won't stay there again and likely won't use Travelocity again. Also the rate was cheaper the day before than the weeks ahead of time I booked it. So Travelocity kind of screwed me twice.

Breakfast was not ready and the breakfast area was dirty. When we called the front desk for extra towels and tp they told us that we had to wait our turn fkr house keeping to be imon our floor

No pool-no breakfast-bad toilets again Nasty dirty carpet and rooms. This place is simply horrible. I gave them a second try…shouldn’t have. 1. Six months ago, no water and kids couldn’t shower after playing three games in the heat. Told to come back at six pm-couldn’t even check in to get our room. Insane. 2. Next morning, three teammates had toilet issues. Flooding or not flushing at all and they were simply handed a plunger. 3. Stayed there with hesitancy last night…pool not functional and told go to our sister hotel across the way. Ummm, no thank you! 4. Told breakfast was at 6:30, no breakfast available and was told “no it’s at 7”. We hung out as did two other families and at 6:50 a lady quietly came out and put up a sign “please join us at our sister hotel for breakfast”. She didn’t even say a word to us and if I wasn’t sitting where I was we wouldn’t have even noticed as it was behind a wall. Walked to sister hotel (town place) and guess what - no breakfast “go back to your hotel” 5. Heading up to our room after no breakfast we shared the elevator with a guest who had plunger in hand. Yep, 6 months and toilets still flooding and as a guest you have to fix it yourself. 6. One window was cracked from left to right. 7. Our room had gummy bears and peanuts under the bed and on the floor. Both stays we were offered nothing, no discount, no apology.

the pool at the property was not in working order. The hot tub was not working no water in tub ,just leaves and an empty water bottle.

The room faced highway and was loud. The bath tubs paint was peeling and looked like a mosaic and not in a god way. No wash clothes available. Breakfast had 2 bruised bananas and 5 oranges for a fruit option. No pastry’s. The bed was clean and comfortable and the staff was courteous.

Not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floor in the room wasn’t properly vaccumed, the toilet didn’t flush and the pool is green.

Staff was helpful especially the check in clerk when I first of there, she helped me wirh timing my driving to an event and helped with getting things delivered to my room/ complex such as takeout and delivery options for grocery snacks. Check in took awhile since I went 3rd party the complex had issues, but after the mix up it was ok. The pool on the complex was out if you wanted to go swimming you had to go to their other complex across the parking lot. Also some of the bedding seemed out of date the pillows and blankets had stains on them.

The second room we were moved to was better. Carpet and walls in hallways and common areas were dirty and rundown. This place could use some TLC.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious, family enjoyed staying at Springhill Suites. Pool wasn't open which was what kids were looking forward to but maybe next trip.

Breakfast was good . We got to Breakfast at 930 . I know a little late but staff quickly refilled the food before 10am.

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel is VERY dated and needs a remodel. Pool was not working and breakfast had very LITTLE options.

The hotel was either dirty or old, the carpets were very dirty looking. It was clear our room wasn’t vacuumed because we found small pieces of trash throughout the room. We went around and wiped all areas with wipes to be sure it was clean. The linens smelled clean though. The pool was closed. The breakfast was ok, the ladies on Saturday & Sunday seemed better at trying to keep everything stocked compared to the girl on Friday. We probably wouldn’t stay here again as there was more cons than pros.

The hotel is alright, the location is dodgy, they fail to mention the homeless shelter and surrounding homeless population. Signs say park at your own risk, at the hotel you pay too much to stay at. Pool looks much better in the photos. Stay elsewhere if possible.

Breakfast was descent but not to many selection. Staff that checked us in was not pleasant. I didn’t know I was charged for parking. The carpet in rm 219 and the entire corridor was so dirty. The refrigerator was not emptied from previous customer. The bed sheet was stained and dirty

They were completely out of breakfast. They were out of any hot food, as well as out of yogurt. They had waffles and oatmeal and bagels.

The bed was subpar, it was caved in the middle. The toilet ran. We could not get a late check out due to staff shortages. I am loyal to Marriott brand hotels but this one needs some help.

Looked good from street. But was discussing inside. Dirty carpet throughout Hotel. No Breakfast as advised. Had to go down the Street to eat. I have Had a stroke and can’t Get around so couldn’t Eat breakfast. Slip-in Bath tub due to no Matt I’m tub. Hurt arm On side of bathtub wall. Ask front deck for A bandage. Nothing horrible experience. Bad customer service, dirty room, dirty toilet and hairs in the sink. Beds were uncomfortable, sofa wouldn't open to male it a bed. And they charged me more than what booking said.

Our hotel breakfast was only available at a neighboring hotel which was out of food and no place to sit. Front doors to hotel locked 24/7. Had to call to get in. Staff engaged with their personal phones not the guest. Terrible experience. We will not return.

the first woman i spoke with was very empathetic and said someone else would reach out to help resolve. I was threatening law suits. No one helped and my bank finally refund me my money. This is the worst Hotel experience Ihave ever had in my life. DO not stay. Beware of rip off practices.

This is an older location and hasn’t had any recent renovations. You can see it on the grounds that things need to be addressed. Dirty stained tubs, rusty rings around shower drains, stained furniture. Staff super friendly and tried accommodating for properties short comings. I’ve had great experiences at other springhill locations so I had high hopes for this one.

This was unfortunately a very uncomfortable stay. Although I paid for the stay via the hotels app. The clerk still charged my credit card an additional 274 dollars. From the clerk to the assistant general manager, never once did I hear an apology for the clear mistake. The clerks were defensive and combative. Making the stay very difficult.

Property was clean, good location. Last day had a call out, so no hot food for breakfast. Then there was a gas leak and a little confusion. First told to evacuate, then told to go back and gather all our things ascwe wouldn't be allowed back in.

The service was great. The hotel is a little run down from age but I would definitely stay there again because the location is very convenient for my business in Phoenix.

It was a little odd to have to go next door for breakfast. But that would have been okay except for the fact that they basically ran out of food before the breakfast hours were done and quite a few people left with nothing. There was cold cereal but nothing left to toast, no eggs, no hot cereal etc. If they are feeding guests for two hotels then it seems like there should be enough food to accommodate both hotels.

Centrally located, close to Grand Canyon University. The key cards were difficult at times and we were locked out by the pool for about five minutes. Our toilet ran the whole night and it did not work. Bedding was comfortable, TV worked well, the air conditioning ran well. The morning breakfast was good. It’s nice that they had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The location is safe. It’s likely rare that we had a broken toilet. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available when I called them at 12 o’clock in the middle of the night.

The front lobby was dirty. I used the bathroom in the lobby, it was dirty, trash flowing over and no soap either. The carpeting is disgusting in the lobby and hallways. Overall room was clean but could use some small improvements (ie replace older AC outlets over the work desk with an AC Outlet/60W USB-C combination outlet charger instead). Shower could use a deep cleaning, bit of staining on the bottom of the tub, but otherwise clean.

This was a great hotel coming from Los Angeles for AEW double or nothing I was spectacle for the price but this is a bang for your buck so clean ans comfy! I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Glendale/Pheonix area!

Room was good, was hoping to see another TV where the pull out bed was, we had to share the TV with the third person...we all had to sit on the bed.

bathroom you couldn’t even close the door if you wanted to breathe looked it up and it said most likely mold, called the front desk asking if we could move for kids safety he then proceeded to get an attitude and say there was nothing he could do i asked to make a note of what i was saying if anything happened health wise with my kids he laughed and said “now ms.poole” like i was a child, the front desk just wasn’t very polite went downstairs at morning time after deciding that was to much risk when they didn’t even deny that wasnt a possibility ladies up front were abrasive also my husband was just asking if they were bringing out more waffle mix it was out my 3 kids were starving she looked at him and said patience like he was a two year old when he was literally just asking if that was something that gets refilled because it’s not common the hotels we’ve stayed at so we just needed to know to adjust plans, spoke to the manager on site and she did agree to let us leave early to get outta there and get a new hotel by this point

I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because our room smelled strong of sweat and dirty shower drapes.

I would like if they would clean more often. Other wise it was ok for the 2 day stay.

Nice place with good service

I booked this hotel for a three-night stay but ended up checking out a day early because I simply couldn’t stand another night there. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the advertised continental breakfast, but that turned out to be very misleading. If you don’t get there early, don’t expect to be served anything. I was told “Sorry, it’s done” when I showed up within the breakfast hours, which is unacceptable. No effort to replenish anything or offer alternatives. Overall, disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Other than that, it was a good stay. Being right next to the highway, it was very loud out by the pool but nothing to be done about that.

Trey was absolutely amazing. He was so kind abs helped us in anyway he could. He walked us up to our room to make sure it was clean for us and was genuinely so kind to talk to.

To be honest, we just got here so I can’t really answer these questions. We arrived after dark and cannot see the outside very well. Everything inside seems fine.

Don’t stay here. Rug in room was filthy. No toilet paper, despite numerous requests for more. Keys to rooms didn’t work for any guests. The treadmills in the fitness center didn’t work, it smelled like smoke. Milk had gone bad for free breakfast; one day there was no food. Also no cable on the TV. Requests for any housekeeping, including toilet paper, also were ignored.

If possible, more complimentary breakfast options; very slim pickings. However, nice peaceful stay, close by many locations.

The room was clean, but we did notice the amenities were under maintenance. The morning staff were very friendly, but the location wasn’t the greatest. Lots of homeless people around. For the price, I wish I would have something a little better.

Common areas were really dirty and there was random construction and doors with “do not enter” around the hotel. Seemed sketchy. The room was average but not as clean as I would have liked.

Just in town for the weekend. Conveniently located midway between the venues we were attending. Staff friendly, exercise room clean and machines working. Breakfast usual.

Good property. Front desk staff excellent. Kitchen staff slow to replenish breakfast items. Adjacent to very busy freeway so noisy.

Property is clean, adequately maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful with booking issues. Breakfast had no juice but there was enough food. Handicapped shower with tub was fitted well with grab bars and bench. We were surprised at the cost of the room but learned that it is high season for sports finals for soccor, baseball and others.

Kept having trouble with our keys not opening the door from the parking lot. Other than that all was fine. Friendly staff. The Suite room size was really spacious.

We were there 3 nights and we appreciated the little living room area. It was noisy with the I-17 so close. There were 2 other hotels set back from the I-17 which would be a better choice in the future. We had 2 queen beds and they both were lumpy and uncomfortable. The 1 elevator is small so there were waits for an elevator. The breakfast was disappointing - the coffee was cold and the juice machine was not working.

Check-in was smooth, with free parking and plenty of space. The room was decent and clean.

Staff were very quick to help with any issues and share information about the area. One of my kids lost a wireless earbud and staff found and held it until we could return a few days later. Really good breakfast. The room did have an unusual layout where you could only watch the TV from the couch, not the 2 beds.

It was okay but it is probably time to update. Room was quiet even though it was close to freeway. Pool was clean and warm. Breakfast was basic but plenty of food.

We like the room has a ceiling fan. It keeps the air circulation better. But the shelf under TV was not clean. It was dusty. Also, there are two shampoo bottles, missing body wash bottle. I called front desk and was being hold too long. So I had to go downstairs. The guy said he would bring it up later. But he never did. Good think I asked for extra hand soap bar. For breakfast, a lot of items ran out by 8 am. We had to went a while until they got refilled.

The staff and the rooms were nice. The staff that checked us in were awesome. The outside area is a little sketchy. We were swimming and my kids pointed out a transient in the bushes watching us which cut are swimming short.

There is only 1 restaurant close and it's a breakfast spot. Everything is on the opposite side of the freeway and is a long walk. All staff was great! The first room I was put in had a horrible smell 202, so they put me in a different room. I did get woken up a few times because of freeway noise. When I come back to Arizona I know where not to stay. I would not recommend to friends or family.

Staff that check us in was very understanding about finding our initial assigned room had some issues and he was able to find us another room.

Towel shortage and rude front desk girl (Desiree). If your toilet overflows, you must go downstairs to get your own plunger and do it yourself, no maintenance at 4pm on a Thursday. Advertises fresh fruit for breakfast for our vegan friend but had zero fruit or vegan opinions. Cut open foot and no incident report from faulty jacuzzi railing. My blood is on the carpet in the dining area across from the OJ machine. I was refused towels when i went to the pool. Awful experience.

We stayed 2 days and unfortunately didn’t have our bed made after 1st night or refreshed towels during our stay. Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was close to airport with transportation to airport. Which was important to us.

Great customer service, clean comfortable, quiet.

There was a ton of black mold within our room. The property outside was dirty.

We enjoyed a quiet stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner wasn’t noisy. There was a large selection of food at breakfast. We would come here again!

Staff are very nice. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were kind and welcoming, I loved the usage of essential oils in the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast bar was laid out different then hotels i have stayed at un the past. Overall it was a very war welcoming encvironment that helped us relax after playing at Castles N Coasters all day.

The hotel is located near the GCU campus and so we have stayed here a couple of times out of convenience. The rooms a spacious and clean but this room has significant water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom from water damage above. The water damage is now causing mold growth which was discussed with staff so hopefully will be remedied.
