Room and bedding met our expectations. Shuttle service to downtown area was helpful.

I like that the facility offered breakfast and the room was very clean. I did find that some of the staff felt overworked. They were helpful with the exception of the lady that went to the pool. I did not like that the pool was dirty, and as we were starting our day in the pool we were asked to have appropriate swimwear which my children did, also was asked what room number I was in at that moment I felt targeted that I was the only one being asked when there was multiple families in the pool. I asked the staff if she was going to ask everyone or just me and then she assumed that all 10 kids in the pool at that moment were mine when I only had four. She then proceeded to say oh they're not yours. That right there left me not wanting to go back. When I asked the staff for her name she refused to give it to me because she realized she had made a mistake.

I enjoyed the free breakfast and the proximity to Chase Field. Great hotel if you wanted to catch a game in walking distance. The free parking was also a great amenity.

The stay was good nice comfy beds no complaints of my back hurting. The breakfast was pretty good for what it was. The staff was helpful had a couple questions and helped me out. I was there for a Dodger vs D-Backs games and the staff told us about the shuttle. The stadium is a close walk but during those blistering heat days the shuttle comes in clutch. Pool was not big not small had a hot tub but it was June. My only small complaint is that since it’s hot the trash guys come early in the am lol and the gardeners. I get it but man that woke me up. Overall good stay close to Chase Field all the cool hip bars are a mile away heads up.

Had a short 2 night stay but our room was very clean. The staff especially Luisa, Pedro & Jazmin were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Will be recommending to family & friends who visit Arizona.

Room wasn’t clean, door to our room had to be slammed to close & push hard to open, very inconvenient & loud. Didn’t use iron because it was dirty & ironing board very dirty. Floor not vacuumed, hair on floor. Water in shower & sink drains very slow. Found a huge bug in room crawling on wall. Tv remote batteries needed to be changed. Front desk staff friendly, however other staff we saw in hallways not friendly at all, housekeeping staff was nice & acknowledged us.

The staff was very helpful and professional, also the shuttle transportation was a big plus !! My room was located directly above the pool, so there was a little extra noise during pool hours. I came back later in evenings so this didn't bother my sleep too much.

Great location to go to Chase Field. Walking distance. Room was clean. Breakfast and parking included is a plus. Standard hotel breakfast. The hotel does need repairs. The lock on our door kept sticking which was frustrating going in and out. One of the elevator doors would stick. In the bathroom, the vent screen in the ceiling was held on with zip ties. Overall it’s fine for a night or two. I do expect better from the Marriott brand.

We stay here when we attend Chase field games so we can take advantage of the shuttle. This is the first time we had issues. We could t get through on the telephone to be picked up. And there was some confusion on when it left so we had to uber twice causing extra expense.

we were not advised at Check-In that the rooms would not be cleaned each day. Front desk staff were rude when we inquired about it on 2nd day. The staff driving the Shuttle were all very pleasant and informative. Breakfast was available on flimsy paper plates and not much variety. Not worth the price paid for this hotel.

Our mini suite was very comfortable, clean and roomy.

The hotel is old and needs to be fully remodeled. The staff were nice but just nice. The rooms are really old, run down and need a full remodel, not just paint and wall paper. It looks like it was built in the early 2000s and they never had any budget money to do real repairs or updates. I will not be staying there again.

Booking.com didnt have me in the system to the hotel once I got there, but Jackie from Ohio made sure she took good care of making sure I had a room to go to despite booking taking forever to get me in the system instantly. I didnt Luke that booking.com system takes over an hr to get me checked in after arriving at 1 am in the morning.

It was very to close to the venue where our event was. Parking paces were small, I had a larger vehicle. It fit, it was just tight.

Close to the Phoenix airport for an early morning flight. Also, the shuttle service was excellent. Jasmine, at the front desk, was incredibly helpful with all our questions about organizing our needs before our departure. It’s a little “tired”. Could stand a refresh to keep up with SpringHill Suites concept.

Amazing stay! Would absolutely stay here again. The room was very clean, and the staff was GREAT! They have breakfast every morning in the lobby, good variety of things. The shuttle was an awesome perk, they are able to take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius.

Elevator so slow

Front desk staff were super nice, especially the first night. The room was clean and linens fresh. The location was amazingly convenient for everywhere we wanted to go, museums, downtown, restaurants. The pillows were down and very uncomfortable and the couch was a bit stiff, The TV sound wasn't amazing but having the bluetooth option was nice for listening to music.

We have stayed at other SpringHill Locations, that were better than this location. The shower was clogged and water was slightly running the hole time . Cold coffee and warm breakfast should be hotter .

The elevator was very slow, no housekeeping and was super disappointed they couldn't amend my room charges due to the fact our flight was cancelled and we missed 1 day of our reservation, and we had to make arrangements and approval for our late check in. Otherwise the location was great, staff friendly and nice to have an airport shuttle

This hotel is very nice, the breakfast was very good, there are many transportation options from the hotel (scooters right outside or Waymo easy to catch), the area around is walkable too! Lots of dining options nearby, we tried Blanco Cocina and Cantina (SO GOOD), and the Chase field is super close ! There's an ice machine near each entrance and water to fill bottles, and we got to enjoy the coffee bar on the days we had to head out before the breakfast buffet was open. My only issue was, I didn't think the bed was super comfortable, just very firm. But some people enjoy that! Additionally, they were down to one elevator, which wasn't really an issue, unless it was during peak use time, like after breakfast , around dinner. Overall though, no issues, the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay !

This was the worst hotel for an overall experience. From the inattentive front desk, the smell in the room of wet dog, the mold in the shower and finally the lies the front desk said regarding the wrong size room our reservation was for.

Evidently many people who didn’t stay at the high end hotels chose to stay at Springhill as well. The staff handled the crowd very well especially at breakfast time and with the free transport shuttle since so many of us had to go to the convention center about the same time of day and evening. Check in was very easy, kept our bags for us while we went out before check in! Super friendly staff and very helpful especially Karen. She went above and beyond driving the shuttle and getting us to our destination as close as possible!

Nice breakfast options, but one of our mattresses had such a severe dip in it, my husband and I couldn’t share the bed. Luckily it was a double queen room. We were too tired at 11 when we checked in to change rooms. We just made the best of a bad situation.

Bed a little lumpy on one side

Nice sized room, walking distance to diamond backs baseball stadium, easy drive around phoenix, clean hotel, nice pool and hot tub, great breakfast, helpful staff, enjoyed everything about my stay met all my expectations

I was given a handicap room which I did not request, however the front desk person told me it was because I used a third party to make the reservation. The showerhead would not stay straight, and the bed felt like cardboard.

We went to Phoenix to see s baseball game. Hotel was close to the field and the hotel provided a shuttle. Very nice especially in the 110 degree weather. Breakfast was great.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Free parking. You’re given a parking pass to display on your windshield for the duration of your stay. Free breakfast with good options every morning. They have a free shuttle that takes you downtown if needed. The hotel was quiet and the room was overall clean. The bed sheets did have some stains and the water in the bath tub took a bit to drain. One of the elevators wasn’t working but taking the stairs as needed was no problem.

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very very spacious. The two women at the front desk, I wish I had received their names, were both so incredibly nice. The location is good and has plenty of parking. The breakfast area had a little something for everyone. Only downside was the pool. I came in a day early for an event, hoping to just lay by the pool all day, but there are only four chairs and they have metal edges. They only give you one very small bath towel to check out and I couldn’t cover enough of the chair to get comfortable and not burn myself on the chair. That was disappointing only because I had planned on spending time there relaxing. Oh and the view from room 216 is of a concrete ball. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. (next time I would just bring my own pool towel)

Have stayed at this property four years in a row wow we contend the martial arts world championships my son who is an adult was stopped at the front desk asking if he was there because he had a room or he was homeless trying to take a vantage of their hotel we have stayed there four years in a row and never had a problem this was embarrassing since there was about 50 people in the lobby who were all other martial artists that they stopped my son singled him out and asked him if he was one of the many homeless people living around the hotel Very embarrassing for him

This is a great property for a big family, the hotel is very comfortable. We went for a taekwondo tournament, hotel is 12 minute walk from convention center but the hotel offers shuttle that takes you and brings you back.

Easy walk to Chae Field...plus no parking fees and free breakfast!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Reservation requests are accommodated. The breakfast buffet is always well stocked and great quality! All staff are welcoming, friendly, and have excellent customer service skills. The pool and gym are good quality as well. They also offer shuttle service to the park, which is wonderful during the summer. Take it to the park and cooler to walk back at night. The area downtown has wonderful attractions and good food that are within walking distance.

Great downtown hotel

Staff were very nice and offered shuttle services. Overall this was an amazing experience.

Hotel was clean, rooms were super clean, rooms are a great size, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and only a 5 min walk to the convention center which was great as it saved us from $30 parking. Girls had fun at the pool!

Amazing staff. Every single person was very friendly and kind. Great location to downtown Phoenix. Complimentary shuttle was a great convenience. The bed could have used a little more cushion, but otherwise a great stay.

They were in the process upgrading their card entry readers. You could not enter from some of the side doors with your room key card.

All around great in every way. Plus, a shuttle to the Dbacks game (which was convenient though we did not use it). Kind, friendly staff.

We stay here every time we watch the DBacks. It is a great place to stay. Great service with clean rooms. My only complaint is that the last two times we stayed there the room smelled strongly of marijuana. The smell travels through the vents from other rooms.

Hotel offers shuttle in a two mile radius once an hour-so convenient for those going to baseball games! Too hot to walk the 0.8miles-and not the best neighborhood to walk through to and from so for safety this was a great available benefit

Perfect location to downtown! Clean, great customer service and free parking. Hottub was closed was the only bummer but swimming pool was clean and perfect.

Check in was smooth & the staff was nice. We really liked that they offered continental breakfast, a list of restaurants near by, and provided a free shuttle to the airport!

Quick overnight trip for family graduation. This was the BEST experience we’ve had in Phoenix. Luisa at the front desk was so welcoming, and just a pleasure to speak with. She was friendly, offered a list of restaurants nearby and gave a great smile. The room was clean, spacious and very accommodating. I would recommend 10/10!!

All staff were amazing and made our stay very enjoyable! Our checkin assistant was very sweet and attentive, and the shuttle driver was a very sweet lady! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you 😊

Staff at the property was friendly and kind. They were helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

We did not have hot water. Showering was not pleasant. Also, we were given incorrect information about the driving service to take guests to and from the downtown area. We were charged $200 more for our room because we were there the same day as a Diamondbacks game and the James Taylor concert. that's capitalism and I understand but good business would have given us a discount because the hotel knew what caused the water temperature problem and didn't advise us.

Affordable hotel within walking distance of many downtown attractions (music venues and sports). Room was spacious and clean. Area around property felt safe. Above average continental breakfast. Will stay here again next time I visit downtown Phoenix. Thx.

Bathroom door kept sticking and would not open. Beds were so thin you could feel the box spring instantly. So uncomfortable. Pull out sofa was not any better.

Front desk lady was WONDERFUL! Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We love this location because it's within walking distance to the ballpark, which is the reason for our visit to Phoenix. We've never used the free shuttle before, but because we're older, we appreciate its availability. Both shuttle drivers were very helpful. There was sufficient parking and signs about 24-hr surveillance. Our vehicle was safe.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom was in poor condition — there were clear signs of mold, and a visible patch on the wall, which made it feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. But the worst part was the bedding: it was obvious that the sheets had not been changed before our arrival. The bed looked used, and there was even someone’s hair on the sheets, which was absolutely unacceptable. This level of cleanliness and care is simply not okay.
