    I liked that it is really quiet at night no noise from other rooms or hallways which was my main concern , room is very comfortable new appliances , staff is nice I would stay here again

    Nothing people were stomping upstairs of our room all hours of the night it sounded like they were dropping a bowling ball all night long until we called the office no one answered so we walked down there and Faith was there passed out High passed out high at the desk with her face down and got a recording of that then we proceeded to ask her to switch us rooms because it was so loud and she said well I just went up there after we called and didn't hear anything which was a lie she never went up there she was passed out to two days in a row she was passed out on the desk then we got our stuff and left until about 5:00 in the morning and then we came back and took a shower and then left the worst day of our life the most disrespectful people never go there face should be fired for being high on the job Nothing

    I dont know the guys name, but he was very helpful my first day upon check in. I had no clue hotels charged refundable damage deposits its been about 5+ years since I've had to stay at one and that wasn't a rule back then. We were able to work something out and the situation was handled. I really appreciated the patience and effort Daija put into my requests as well. We were visiting for my brother's graduation and I had my sisters flying in a separate times and leaving on separate days having to switch who would check for who. It would've been very hectic had she not notified her team and left notes on my account. Daija, you rock!! Idk if im comfortable with the hallways being patrolled, and then parking lot as well. I felt more like i was being watched instead of protected especially since theres a no visitor rule. Crazy. I understand that the area is riddled with badly imaged people if you will but if im paying 600 dollars for a week to stay in a hotel that's being remodeled that offers piss poor breakfast options, a pool that wasn't cleaned until my sister cleaned it and skimmed all the bugs out, and a non fuctional gym, prices should be discounted further until renovations are complete. I was told this hotel sees frequent regulars, please remain mindful that tourist come to this hotel too. No food allowed in the room, I assumed this meant breakfast food as I purchased a couple things from Walmart. Why would there be a mini fridge and a microwave in my room if we cant have food. Arizona is a recreational state. Yall should make the top floor smoking and put double beds that can be pushed into California king beds (that you could charge extra for) on the ground floor so that there are double rooms on the ground floor as well.

    It was a cheap clean hotel room. There were quite a few homeless individuals hanging out by the entrance driveway but there is not much the management would be able to do about this so it is what it is. The staff were friendly and the hotel room entrance is within a hallway so it was safe in that regard. I probably would spend a little more for a safer location but it worked.

    We didn’t have a breakfast it wasn’t included so it’s not applicable We did not like that. The TV was broken and that they said they would fix it the next day after we had checked out, of course. The hallways were filthy. It was kind of under construction in the hallways. It seemed it was just all in all one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in.

    Breakfast??? What breakfast? My stay was for (unfortunately) 14 days. I was able to snag a few cups of "coffee" and a stale bagel. Oh, one time this very unpleasant staff clerk put out a few pints of cold powdered eggs. I tried to take a little up to my room, I was told it wasn't allowed along with the cup of coffee. ??? Are you kidding me? That was on the 1st day of what eventually became the "Horror of Hotels). Everything! This Hotel was recently purchased from a group of Pakistans and they pinch every penny until even Lincoln's face grimaces. No joke. I wish I was joking. There is NO Security. Just a couple of cameras scattered around. Management assigns the front desk clerk that responsibility. On the Midnight shift, it's just 1 staff member who is the front desk clerk who doubles as "Security". This particular Phoenix neighborhood has been designated a high crime area by the Phoenix Police Department for over a decade! Illegal drug deals and usage every where you turn. The dealers walk in 24/7 because the back entrance door is usually propped open and left that way by multiple people, day and night. There was a couple of serious assaults on Hotel guests where the Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire Departments had to respond. You would think Management would be concerned? Not at all. It seemed like quite a few guests staying there, were only there because Management would let them fly under the radar of any local authorities. I felt so bad for the older couples just passing there way through, and had no idea how dangerous this Hotel really is. 1 night and they quickly went there way, hopefully not robbed or accousted. This is a corrupt "family business" venture. Only a matter of time before they might face some very serious State and Federal charges. "Caveat Emptor".

    Property is under renovation (not mentioned in ad) and hallway carpet was filthy. Rooms were okay, but we had to be moved as air conditioner was not working in first room, but then safe and fridge not working in second room. They placed us by the back door which has a broken closure and it banged open/shut all hours. There was a party in the room on the second night and it wasn’t dealt with. Hotel was loud, we had to buy earplugs. No housekeeping and I was told I had to ask for that. (Not mentioned when I checked in) We had enough and checked out one night early to find another hotel. No refund given after repeated messages to the hotel. Stay elsewhere if you can.

    Under renovation (which is a good thing). Room was nice and clean (although carpets are stained in hallways and in room...hope that new carpetting is in the renovation plan). I didn't use pool or hot tub, but looked really tempting! The biggest beef was breakfast or lack thereof. Waffles (standard to most hotels nowadays, but all they had beside that was toast and cold cereal (but I didn't see any milk). Coffee was out. I ended up going to Denny's. Bed comfortable. All in all, I guess you get what you pay for.

    Our first day we moved twice. Our second night in a newly renovated room was pleasant. The shower floor is slippery and should have had a grab. The pool area and outside of the building was freshly painted and we enjoyed it very much. The pool and hot tub were handicap accessible but nobody should stay in the accessible rooms until they are renovated. The staff on the second day were very helpful.

    The hotel was undergoing construction during my stay, yet guests were not informed in advance. There was a strong paint smell throughout the building, along with dust on multiple floors and in common areas, which made the environment very uncomfortable. The most frustrating issue was the lack of customer service. The manager, Nick, was never available to speak with despite multiple requests. Front desk staff repeatedly stated they did not have authority to resolve issues and said the manager would call me back, but I never received a return call. I checked in on a Friday afternoon before attending a church conference at 7:00 PM. Upon entering my room, I immediately reported that the air-conditioning unit had a broken fan making a very loud noise. I was assured it would be repaired, but the maintenance technician was working on another room with no hot water. When I returned at 10:00 PM, I was informed that maintenance staff leave at 4:00 PM, meaning no repair had been completed. Since no alternative rooms were available, I had no choice but to sleep in the room. I was not reimbursed. I used Travelocity to book my stay. I filed a complaint and requested an investigation and a full refund. Two weeks later and still no response. I do not recommend using either the hotel or Travelocity.

    Very nice hotel room. Construction going on but didn't bother us at all. Swim pool was clean and the hot tub was working. Continental breakfast was minimal even for continental standards. First key given to us was for an unclean room but staff righted the situation immediately. Overall, we would book again.

    Kathy was kind and Andrew was also kind Safety issues, dirty, moldy breakfast fruit, under construction, pool not truly available due to being worked on, carpet damaged, rooms not cleaned even when requesting it be cleaned, bought my own wash cloths and hygiene products shampoo, conditioner and body wash because they never filled it at all in 18 days. Water smelled like raw sewage in the sink, floors and shower not cleaned even when we checked in. Spoke to staff multiple times to try to get a resolution or response and didn’t get to speak to anyone who could fix anything until 2 days before check out when the “manager” offered to refund multiple nights of the stay but then didn’t do what he said he was going to do. Two hours after check in two men walked into the room uninvited and without any notice to us. The housekeeper let them in with her keycard. We complained that it was a safety issue and the response was that they took the secondary lock off of the room door “to paint” and didn’t put it back on at all during our 18 day stay. The property resolved nothing and the couple who wanted to didn’t have the power to change anything. I repeatedly asked for the hotel manager to speak to me and he never once did. The parking is nearly insufficient for the number of hotel guests

    The property was under going renovation so things were out of sorts. The shower water pressure was pretty low. The double room was pretty small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast sub-par. Our room keys were disabled on the 2nd day so couldn't get in the side door and had to wait a bit at the front desk until someone came and got them, to work- a bit of a pain after a long tiring day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    I had to ask for room service and the lady that was down there at checkout or whatever you want to call it some white lady with the tattoo on her eyes that you would get it for me and she never did then when I left I told the lady that was there I think she was an Indian she told me how was my staying I told her it wasn't that good because I had for room service and she said that I have to call for it which I never saw no sign or nothing saying that second I wanted to use the heating spa machine outside that you guys have but it was dirty the whole place was just a mess I know that you guys put up science but it was just a mess and also the continental breakfast they didn't have milk they didn't have coffee ready none of that stuff so yes I'm sorry to say it was a horrible stay but I hope that you guys can fix all this in the near future soon thank you

    The bright spot was the woman at check-in. The room was in such bad shape that I didn’t stay the second night I had booked. It was shabby and questionable of safety. A hotel sign at least will provide a little more assurance. Would not recommend.

    The hotel appeared under renovation. The hallways were dirty. In the room there was no toilet paper or kleenex. After notifying the staff, none was to be found, and I had to go off site to obtain. Also, dirt and fingerprint smudges were on the sink faucet and knobs. In addition, there was noise from adjoining rooms and street noise (all of which I would put up with had I not been upset to begin with). All in all, not an enjoyable stay.

Temperature control in the room worked perfectly, nightly rate was relatively within our budget, front desk staff was attentive, and our stay was lovely. We didn't get to take advantage of the pool and hot tub while there, but picked this stay over comparable places because it had indoor pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was minimal coffee and juice with a slice of toast. Pancake machine not working. Wasn't sure if the guy was a guest or worker but appeared to belong to a circus. He and a few of his travelers were getting on the front desk clerks nerves. Clerk went into hiding. We left our key on the counter and I phoned after we arrived home to be sure they got it. I used to stay there frequently on my trips to Phoenix was always very nice and felt very safe.

    I booked this place for its workout center and Hot tub. Work out center was closed and the Hot tub was ice cold. Construction was going on and the place was a mess. We needed ice for my wife’s knee replacement and the ice machine was not working. I couldn’t even keep ice in the refrigerator because the freezer part of the refrigerator was missing. There was no soap or even a place to put soap in the shower. You had to keep it on the floor. The complimentary breakfast was not good. The pancake maker was broken. The orange juice machine was always empty. The biscuits were hard as rocks. The room had no place to put you clothes and no place to hang up hanging clothes. I talked to the staff every day about it, and every day they said they would take care of it. Nothing was corrected the whole time we were there. I will never go here again. I was not even offered a discount for all the things that we paid for but did not get.

And if u cancel and modify the room if the info dosent get sent to them they will charge u gor no show and not refund. For what i paid i couldve stayed at a 5 star. They seem $ hungry and wont work with customers even if theres proof u canceled or modified. This was the 2nd stay here will never be back and wont recommend anyone to this place.

    Hotel was undergoing reconstruction and was a complete mess. The main hallway to the first floor rooms was filthy dirty and was missing several ceiling tiles. My husband thought there were large areas of blood stains, which was probably not blood, but just dirty and spilled coffee or some other liquid. The walls in the hallway were a mess and a wall in our room was covered in drywall mud. The bathroom in our room looked dirty and moldy like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We had zero towels or washcloths in our bathroom and had to go ask for some. The towel rack had been pulled off the wall. I can appreciate they were remodeling, but they should have adjusted their price accordingly and in my opinion it wasn’t even worth half of what we paid for the room. I can say, however, that the breakfast area was nice, just not much of a selection.

    The property is undergoing tremendous renovations the rooms themselves are nice enough and they’re clean however there’s paint marks all over and whoever is doing the renovations the contractor just simply doesn’t clean up after themselves also the hot tub is not really working because it needs to be fixed the pool is nice and the staff was nice and breakfast was pretty good but for the price it’s fair and the rooms are OK but it’s just a lot of construction patch and paint here and there and a lot of rooms are missing room numbers etc. it’s quiet though clean and safe in the room

    Hotel is under construction. The room had a soft bed and pillows with updated mirror and TV, but it was still under construction, bedding had a few holes in the pillow cases, a few stains on the sheets, the AC unit was damaged, the toilet did not flush properly, and there was a small puddle from the rain so I would assume a roof leak.

    The facility is being renovated. The halls and rooms are a disaster. Our room had a wall being sheetrocked. The TV didn’t work, the hot tub was cold, lots of carpeting has been removed, and I saw a giant cockroach in the hall. I don’t understand how they can even be open.

    Property under construction, therefore limited facilities, dirty common areas, room fairly clean, drier was not pluged in and breaker had to be flipped, ice machine on the second floor did not work nor would you want it to due to dusty conditions, rooms only available at the far end of the property therefore wear comfy shoes and be ready to walk a lot every time you need ice and anything else, staff was very nice and helpful under these conditions though

    The room was clean, stocked with towels, etc. , and the bed was comfortable. There were no black out curtains but the FD young lady brought them to the room. Frankly, the breakfast was poor. I believe, this hotel, with good intentions,could turn into a nice place. Until then ,$76/ night with $100 deposit is a bit too much

    The staff is amazing! I can't say that enough. Everyone who works there so good. The neighborhood is dodgy, the pet areas are terrible. It's just hot rocks and when trying to find a place for my dogs to relieve themselves we came across a human outdoor toilet. Most of the people who stay at this place live there, which is fine, but there is a heavy population of all night drug users. I would not stay

    I had a serious family obligation come up and needed to cut my trip one day short. Expedia told me they would get back to me and that I should be expecting to hear from them in regards to getting a refund on my last night. Nobody called anybody and nobody emailed me in regards to what I felt needed to be taken care of. I checked out at a reasonable time. I did what I was supposed to do and I am not pleased. The hotel I was at was under great construction the shower door, barely even hung on the shower, and honestly, the two star rating was pretty generous. Overall, probably worst hotel experience I’ve had.

    this ia my issue,they are updating the hotel,hotel its old.looks from 2000 but they charge you like a 2025 hotel.they remodeling,but why the 2 floors at the same time? make no sense.to dirty,to noisy and too many non residents in the areas.pool was dirty,115° and was no ice at all.again,they are working on it,they shoud give a discount cuz when you reserved they dont explain the situation.2 days and wasnt no salt for breakfast.need more attetion on that.i travel a lot and i never ever come to my room at 9:00 am to knock and ask me is im checking out.thats not profesional at all.and at 11 they calling you like crazy to check out.we are dealing with they remodeling mess but rhey cant deal with 15 or 30 minutes late check out.i love the staff,but the coordination is out of control.no fair for the guest.i used to not leaving reviews,but i fi d out this is the only way they will take action.they upgrading,hope they turn a awesome hotel,but now? too many better options even for less money......

    The entire hotel is under construction, so it's messy in the lobby, hallways and my room including the carpet. The only place that didn't have construction was the dining area. The staff needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms though cuz there was trash on the bathroom counter, in the shower, and hair was visible, definitely was not my hair cuz I hadn't used the shower yet. I did bring it to the staff's attention in the morning but all they said was sorry. Breakfast was very limited, sausage and eggs, the pancake machine, 2 types of cereal, bagel/bread, and oranges. When I left the room in the morning, there was a bag of trash next to my door. Not sure where it came from. The door behind the property by the parking lot was taped so anyone can come in, which poses a safety concern. The hallway was a bit noisy, you can hear the other guests talking/tv but inside my room, it was quiet.

    The place was under construction and very filthy. I was itchy in the bed all night long and it felt like I had bedbugs crawling all over me. The place was just gross. We never go there again. I don’t care how inexpensive it is. I will never go to this hotel again.

    2nd key pass for room was not programmed correctly even had their staff try 3rd time. 3rd Jacuzzi color of piss with sand in it. Brought it to attention to staff 4th free breakfast I will accept something to eat. Let's start with eggs and sausage only have tin foil wrapped on it and no lids to keep it warm after tin foil no good. So dry on top eggs. Plus no where to put utincels that is usedto take food. The coffee maker broken. Machine with three juices to select only Orange juice worked. No hot water but have instant oatmeal to have as option. Pancake maker broken. No signage of broken. Went to front desk and informed them. Response " Been broken for long time". 5 swimming towels always empty every day had to request for towel and wait awhile. Very disappointed from beginning to end. Staff very lazy

    They are doing remodels and renovations. Nowhere was this indicated to us. They are doing remodels in the room immediately next to us at 8:04 in the morning. Know what they are doing? Something requiring a drill. It's somewhere in the wall by the TV. At 8:04 in the morning when check out is 11 and I had another 90 minutes of sleep planned before a long flight. They put is in a handicap accessible room that was unfinished. There is white sheet rock dust on everything. The floor isn't even finished. I'm staring at Home Depot cardboard covering the floor where the baseboards are ripped out. I can't even walk around without my shoes on because there might be tacks out here. The handicap bathroom doesnt have a tub. Taking a shower meant water on the floor. And water on the floor meant from the toilet to the shower and across the room. There wasn't a lot of water though since i cut my shower short because of the moldy seat there stressing me out. Good news the shower was short and I wasn't too wet because the towels I wanted to dry myself off with all had grease stains on them. I didnt so much dry myself off as danced a dance called "which part of these towels are usable". This is a joke. I am an extremely patient person but this is absolutely ridiculous. The fact this place has a rating above 7 blows my mind.

    Property is under renovation and should be closed until completed. Hallways are full of drywall dust which tracks into rooms. Room was dusty and had a stale odor. TV did not work- front desk staff tried to help but couldn’t fix it. Said that the cable place would need to reset- which didn’t happen. I asked for a discount but was ignored. There are better options in town.

    I am very pissed-off. My husband and I walked into the lobby and we stood there for almost 15 minutes before someone came to the desk. There were workers cleaning the little Café area, but no one knew where the desk had gone. When she did appear it was obvious she had been away cleaning rooms. The hotel was being remodeled with drywall dust all over the place, even in the bedrooms. It was not listed on the Expedia website that the hotel was under construction. The shower stall in my room was filthy and there was liquid stains on the bedroom wall. The carpet was dirty. One of the bedside lamps did not work and the ironing board was broken. They also allowed animals- really big dogs and had no rooms available for people who are allergic to animals. This hotel is also used for homeless people so it’s like a transient hotel. People sit out on the front who looked shady smoking marijuana, and homeless people walked around the parking lot looking into cars. The homeless also up set up 2 tent cities across from the hotel. I tried to cancel my reservation but could not do so because of company policy. This hotel should be taken off Expedia or any website. I am very disappointed with Expedia at this time. I refused to stay during the day because of the noise and more dust, but had to spend 2 nights sleeping in a hell hole.

    I wish I had known it was under renovation. I'm glad it is, as it is needed, but it was a bit difficult to walk thru the hall with half torn up protective paper on the floors. Other than that, it was surprisingly clean considering it is undergoing a renovation. Great value for the comfortable bed and clean room, and I felt safe in the neighborhood. The staff were all very helpful and kind. I wish they would have reminded me there was a breakfast! But I would absolutely stay here again.

    There were renovations going on during the stay that left dust and debris everywhere. Our room was not clean, we had to wipe down drywall dust off all the furnishings. The clientle is getting more shady and the homeless vagrants frequent the surrounding area. We had to get new rooms keys at least twice a day.

    The property was undergoing previously unannounced renovations. Our floor was a mess. Construction was current. Chairs in the pool as I was leaving. Also sounded like there was a party in the hotel (or parking lot) overnight. Lots of noise. Lots of unhoused people in the area. Luckily I only stayed one night. Would have been a slightly better stay if it were not for the construction in the facility.

    I didn’t like anything about the Sleep Inn at I17 N. They have construction on both floors the full length of the hallways. The rooms are filthy, they don’t clean them for you if you’re staying more than one day unless you request it 24 hours in advance. The toilets don’t flush properly. We had to request another room with a working toilet. The shower has very low water pressure. They charge you a $50 deposit for incidentals as soon as you check in. Wish I’d known all of this beforehand, I would have been glad to pay a little more somewhere else. oh sounds good.

    First of all, this property is under renovation. And they have a LOT of little things to remedy. Half my stay the pancake maker wasn’t working, and the other half the wi-fi went down. Days. The washer and dryer ate more quarters than they should have. Homeless and transients hang around all day. The breakfast tables are wobbly and don’t get cleaned enough. Some selections run out permanently. The hot tub water looks brown. Lots of little things.

    The staff did not return my full deposit.I left no damage or took nothing from the room. The area around the hotel had transients staying close by and in the parking lot. The breakfast area was picked over quickly but not replenished. It was a one night stay and we slept without interruption.I would not stay again.

    This place has seemingly been under renovation for months and didn't see anyone working on anything during 4 day stay. Wires hanging out of walls, putrid carpets, absolute shambles. Room service never showed. Car park full of drug takers or dealers or both. Hotel entrance doors never lock after hours to feel safe from the tweakers in the lot outside. Stay away from this disaster of a place.

    The hotel is currently being remodeled with guests present. Our room had items in it from a previous guest and some of the linens had stains on them. Room was comfortable but didn’t feel thoroughly clean. We were going to stay a second night but cancelled and went elsewhere. Disappointed because we have good experiences with Sleep Inn in other locations.

    The front desk clerk was rude. My TV did not work and the clerk was not willing to have anyone look at it and fix it. I reqiested a room with a working TV and she immediately declared "we are booked", so the service was lacking.
