It was quiet. Which was good. Everything was nice and clean. The rooms were nice. The breakfast bar in the morning was great. Outside of the rooms, the hallways were hot. Like the a/c in the hallways were off. But nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was great with many choices, staff response to our needs, cleanliness. Ethnicity of guests. Most guests were either going to work or school.

Our room had a very offensive odor. We checked in rather late and were extremely tired so the thought of changing rooms was unappealing…so we lived with it. The smell was so bad, it permeated our clothes and travel pillows. When we opened our luggage the next evening, the leftover smell on our clothes was overpowering! There also were no ice machines available to the guests. When my husband asked where they were located, the front desk handed him a baggie full of ice and said if we needed more to get it from the refrigerator in our room, but our fridge wasn’t making any ice as the ice maker DIDN’T WORK! They also charged $75 for a pet fee. This place was very disappointing.

The room was really clean and the breakfast was plentiful and well organized. The only downside was the A/C in our room that would click off then rev up again over and over all night. It was noisy and kept us up.

This hotel is the best in deer valley ! They treat there guest with respect and treat them like it’s there home !

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

The hotel was good, except for our entire floor reeked so very bad like curry. I would have gave more stars for cleanliness but the smell becomes sickening with how strong and constant it is. There are people who are here from out of country who are clearly living in this hotel so it has become a little community for them there which made us uncomfortable like we were in their home. I personally would not recommend or stay at this hotel again for this reason alone. Other than that, the staff were very nice.

Location was good. Big closet with ample coat hangers. Very comfortable bed. GREAT bed pillows! Hot water in my shower was WAY TOO HOT. Could easily have scaled me.

My only complaint would be the shower in the room. The shower head didn’t work well and water leaked on the floor. I wish the pool heater worked better but it was January. It was an overall good stay.

While the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the accommodations were lacking. I did not feel that the photos matched the actual decor—which was outdoor furniture used as indoor furniture. Also, the room was not very clean. In addition, there was only a second floor room available but there were no elevators to access it. Overall, hotel is misrepresented. Not terrible, but not great.

The front desk clerk was just fine although I was very disappointed to hear that the hot tub was not working. The hot tub was the main reason for staying there. Also, they remodeled the hotel and the room seemed very small. It was advertised as being 665 sf but it was not that large.

Love the location . Close to restaurants , shopping &freeways. The fitness room temperature was set at 75’, too hot for workouts . Get fans! The room was supposed to be “refreshed “ after our second night so we left all our used towels on the bathroom floor to be replaced as indicated . They were never removed , trash was not emptied but clean bath towels were placed on the shelves . No fresh hand lotion or make-up remover or hand soap. Oh, and trash truck woke us up at 5:00a.m.

On another note, the person who checked us in upon arrival was very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. We definitely felt welcomed by her excellent service, and it set a great tone for our stay. That said, I did want to share one concern. While I was serving myself breakfast, a member of the kitchen staff made a remark out loud about someone being wasteful because some bacon had been dropped near the serving area. I was the only person in the breakfast area at the time, so the comment felt directed at me—even though I hadn’t caused it. I felt uncomfortable and had to correct the staff member, as the remark came across as accusatory. This won’t impact my decision to return, but I do believe the kitchen staff could benefit from some coaching on guest interaction and maintaining a respectful atmosphere during service. Thank you again for an otherwise wonderful stay!

My husband and I were visiting for a wedding and Jared remembered us and asked us how the wedding went. He was also able to offer options for dining which is above and beyond. It was a very welcoming group of employees,as I go there when I visit my grandkids. Thank you. They had my name down wrong on my booking, I don't feel this was the fault of the facility but of the booking company I went through. The hotel was able to find my reservation. Koodoos again to the hotel.

The front desk was unable to do anything about it and said that 10pm is quiet time. I even called Marriott corporate and they said the noise level is allowed until quiet time at 10pm. If you want to hear a basketball bounced continuously, with an echo, along with screaming past 10pm...this is your hotel.

The couch in the room was broken and sagging in the middle, the bedding on the bed was just cry thinsheet like blankets, the bathroon was extrey small, could barely close the door without having to step practically into the shower.

We have stayed here several times in the past. The 2 bedroom suite fits our needs very nicely. This last time though, the central living area had the distinct smell of urine. My guess is someone's pet had an accident. The hotel is pretty new to be having such a thing. I would just recommend housekeeping take a sniff test, before another guest comes in.

Lever on the front door would work intermittently and the AC was extremely loud and making strange noises. Stairwells smelled like a machine shop.

They said my cats (2) were too smelly. They are supposed to be pet friendly. There were a million barking dogs on my floor, but my litter box smelled. Everything was really good except for the air conditioner. It rattled all night long, waking us up constantly. And it was so loud that we had to really turn up the T.V. in order to hear it. But everything else was really nice, the room size and cleanliness was perfect and the service was great. I did tell the staff at check out about the problem, so I hope they get that fixed.

There was not much we didn’t like; but there was only 1 garbage can in the whole room which was annoying. I don’t know if that is the way it was supposed to be or our other one is missing. Also the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. It was weird shaped and had no pillows. Weird

The front desk was extremely helpful. I requested a roll in shower for ease because I am having difficulty getting around and it was 100% excellent and ready to go. We both appreciate the 12:00 checkout time and absolutely like the fact that you can check in at 3:00 p.m. it's nice that the rooms have separate bathroom and bedroom and then a completely full kitchen and TV room area. We have had a great stay we wish you could stay longer we will be back thank you

I was very pleased with my stay. Upon check-in, the staff was friendly & made me feel welcomed. The room was very clean & spacious. The breakfast was decent but not much of a variety such as waffles or pancakes. Overall, I was satisfied & would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, room was very comfortable. Bed was a little firm, but overall great place to stay. It was a very good location for our visit, took many day trips out to the North and West, it was a great location for those day trips, easy access to the I17 and other roads with scenic drives.

The hotel was nice. Clean. Great landscaping out front and in the courtyard. They provided a hot breakfast everyday. I wasn't there much but it was nice when I was.

This was not a good stay, no one cleaned our room between days, needed extra towels and the hotel said they were out of clean towels and didnt get any for us the entire rest of our stay. Couldnt get a luggage rack when i showed up, the guy went looking and of course couldnt find any so we made 10 trips up and down. Just really disappointing and no one cared that all of this was happening.

The only negative was that the breakfast wasn’t fully ready until about an hour and a half after it started. There was no toaster for the bread nor milk for the cereal. They did eventually bring it out after I was finishing.

The hotel stunk like dog, my room smelled like dog so bad that i had to buy candles to mask the scent. I had to request fresh bedding because my sheets smelled and had hair all over the sheets.

This place was really nice, like how thye have a mini kitchen in the rooms somethings Hotels or other places don't have definitely will be back for extra days with all the family.

Beautiful and incredibly spacious room. Kitchen had all the amenities! Even though we only needed a one night stay, the kitchen was impressive (full size fridge!). My biggest criteria for a hotel is cleanliness and this place was IMMACULATE!

We had a nice stay overall. There was a situation with the toilet at night, but the staff was amazing and put us in a room conveniently located next to our room. Really appreciated the staff’s help since it was late at night.

Very clean. I always re-wipe everything with Lysol wipes wherever I stay. This is the most clean hotel I’ve stayed. Little to no dust picked up on our wipe down. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times with no issues. Check in & check out is super easy with no issues.

The room itself wasnt very clean, at a glance it does, but with a closer eye you could see that many of it just wasnt doen properly. I can say they were friendly at the desk, but thats about it

Hotel is well maintained, friendly staff, good location in Deer Valley. Walkable to shops and dining. The grab-n-go breakfast was the only minus, it consisted of a bottle of water, a small protein bar, and a muffin. Most suite hotels offer a warm sandwich, or yogurts and fruits.

One of my top two hotels in 3 months. Love this hotel. Best matress very clean room, breakfast, nice check in and check out. Ill be back!

Stayed one night. Beds are firm, but had a good nights rest. If you do not prefer a firm bed, you may not have a good nights sleep. Like the layout because it feels more like a home instead of a hotel. Would stay here again.

Pretty good aside from being told the wrong time for breakfast, in a bag, pickup. So we missed it by 5 min. But bedroom room was awesome!

We liked the size of the room. We had stayed here before. There were many problems. When we checked in we had half a roll of toilet paper, a nearly empty kleenex box, 1 huge pan ( no frying pan) and 1 towel. We called the front desk and he said that was normal. He did bring towels up. The next day we noticed there was not hot water in the kitchen sink. We called the front desk and the woman said she would call maintenance, but nobody ever showed up, so we had no hot water in the kitchen or the use of the dishwasher the entire 4 days. She did bring kleenex and a frying pan. We went on Saturday morning to check out at 4:10 AM. There was nobody there. I called on the phone and there was no answer. I knocked on the office door and no one answered. We waited 10 minutes and tried again but no luck. At this point we put the keys on the desk and left. We would have done better paying half the price and staying at Motel 6.

Everything was great, the room was very spacious and very clean as was the entire hotel. My only complaint is the shower temperature. It took some time to figure out how to get it right, it was to cold then to hot and finally after about 5 minutes it was right.

We came out for the weekend was amazing baring the whole covid-19 thing going around, was clean, quite, and comfortable. Got to come back next year to the area good chance we choose this place again 😉

The girl at the front desk (I wish I would have got her name) was AMAZING!! Everything about our room and the hotel were absolutely wonderful!!

Our power went out in the room and they were fast to put us in another.

First of all bugs in the room. False advertising of hot breakfast; only a sack with nothing good in it. Went down for another cup of coffee because the stuff in the room was awful. Was told we could not have more even though the breakfast time was not over. Garbage all over the halls because no maid service. People cooking in the rooms flooding the hallways with strong smells. Some rude people to deal with at the counter. The pool is one of the main things we want when we travel. Closed both Saturday and Sunday. Maybe after covid it might return to a good hotel, but till then stay away! False advertising on their part; they should tell you on the website what to expect.

Very clean! Beds were super soft and my girlfriend and I felt right at home. We were on the 5th floor, so the mountains against the moonlight when it hit dark were beautiful.

I was charged a non refundable pet charge of $125. More then the actual hotel charge. These were hidden charges.

There was a homeless person with mental health issues living in the parking lot, in a car. He would rant, spew profanities and wander around. There is a kitchen with a 2 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and full size refrigerator. The hotel is close to amenities

Property was nice overall. I wouldn't call what I received in the brown bag "breakfast"!

I liked the place I was staying at because it had a kitchenette. I was able to get my meals to go and I ate in my room. I didn't like having to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper as if everyone that stays there steals the stuff. When I checked into the room there was only a half roll of toilet paper and no extras at all in the room. Also, the room has a thermostat that is motion sensitive and if you are not in the room, it can get very warm when a person comes in from temps of over 100 degrees outside and it takes time to cool down.

Hotels was clean and had good services available. Room doors slammed and resulted in far more noise then necessary.
