This area is bustling. There's a large amusement park not far away. Numerous restaurants surround the area. Regarding public safety in Phoenix: the hotel is enclosed by a perimeter fence, and entry requires check-in verification, making it quite secure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fully equipped, though the flooring looks a bit dated.

I liked the location and the the rooms are very spacious. The kaundry facilities were not working which apparently haven't worked since last October. There is no breakfast offered. The room had no coffee maker or alarm clock among others. Room wasn't that clean. The place is haunted because I'm got something on camera that clearly wasnt there. Maybe the ghost took the coffee pot..

Location was excellent. Counter staff was excellent. Easy, hassle free check in. All vehicles required to have parking pass. This is a good policy for security. Bathroom plumbing had some problems. Toilet and shower fixtures not working properly and communicated issues to the general manager upon checkout. He was gracious and professional and he will address these issues. I am a repeat customer and will return in the future.

Cuts on the floor were cut by someone blind. Old trash from previous guests stay under the bed and in the bath tub. Toilet paper and towel holder half of the holder was missing. Random dudes knocking on the door at 4am. Cable for the tv was falling out of the wall and kept going static if you even touched it.

Not the prettiest hotel, but it served its purpose. I was bumped to a deluxe king (incl mw and fridge), very thankful for that. ALL of the staff that helped me was very kind and helpful. Room was clean, bed was very clean, shower was hot, AC worked great and ideal location to be around everything I needed. I would rent again. Thank you Staff!

I have been staying here temp no problems nothing and they DNR me for no reason the white security guard with glasses told me he doesn’t have to explain to me why but he doesn’t want someone like me on his property. I have been very respectful never gave issues here an I feel he had no reason at all. They're rooms are never cleaned had to clean my own room everyday and they never had towels, air conditioning doesn’t work in a lot of rooms. They are infested with roaches

The staff was actually really decent when our room keys had to be rebooted each day. They also brought us a fridge because the ice machine was out of order. The room had laminate flooring which was all tore up. I caught it with my boots multiple times and almost broke my neck. The shower curtain was about 3” too short, so after every shower the floor in the bathroom was soaked. The walls need to be stripped and repainted. There is what appears to be rust on the walls (assuming it’s water damage). The door lock handle worked about 30% of the time. Had to reswipe the card at least four times each time we left the room. The manager did say they were remodeling, so hopefully that’s the reason why everything was so outdated and worn.

Room was dirty, no fire detectors in our room. There was one towel and one hand towel and no washcloths in a 2 bed room . when I asked for more towels and some washcloths they said they’d get it when I got back from dinner the items were never delivered and I had to go up to desk again to ask for items needed for 3 people in our room and finally got them but never got washcloths! Very unhappy with this rental

If you like being around crackheads, this is the spot for you. I kept waking up every two hours just to check up on my car. See if anything was stolen the hotel itself inside the room where I stayed. The only thing that was clean was the bed it had an old early 2000s TV walls are very dirty. Paint was peeled wouldn’t recommend for a family with kids.

This was one of the worst motels I have stayed at in a long time.it was dirty the doors,walls were patched but not repainted.floor tiles we're coming up.ot was horrible. Everything could have been better from front attendant service to the upkeep and cleaning of the room.the only thing I was happy about was having roving security because the motel was very sketchy.

This Property was the worst I have ever seen. No door on the bathroom. Door would not dead bolt & placed a chair and suitcases behind the door. Toilet seat was almost falling off, and I had to tighten the bolts just to sit on it. The Bathroom sink was just that. No Vanity and just A SINK. Nowhere to put personal item and the Sink was falling off the wall is you put arm on it to brush one's teeth. The Place is like a Rat's Nest. Not even coffee served. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP.

I was assigned room 2052, and honestly, it should be condemned. The carpet was extremely soiled, the room smelled horrible, the furniture was beyond worn and broken, the sink had only a knob for cold water, the bathtub was in very poor condition, and there did not seem to be any hot water. It does not even get lukewarm. I was expecting a four-star hotel when I booked, but as a person who travels the world and stays in many hotels, this was the worst condition a room has ever been in.

The staff was as friendly as they can be through the night window. The lobby was not ever open while we were there.

There were literal holes in the wall, what looked like a bullet hole over one of the beds where the headboard should be, but of course there was no head board. There were holes in the floor, pieces of the flooring missing. The TV didn't work. The beds were pretty rough, but clean. Will definitely never stay here again. Staff, however, were great. Hard to work in a hotel like this.

Had to cancel the stay, and the staff agreed. Price was again, but it was bad. Broken air vents, burns in the sheets, and homeless in the front and side of building.

The room was grimy with old dirty finger prints on walls and doors. I woke up to itching and discovered 9 bed bug bites on my body. I even caught and killed the bed bug. Our door was very finicky and did not open even after unlocking it numerous times. Shawn the manager was helpful and understanding of our door issues. The door continued to have issues during our whole duration of our stay. Would really think twice about staying again. The hotel is very outdated. We had no way to cool our food or heat it up. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. The upside was the price of the room and the manager. Otherwise I give 1 star.

It doesn't have clean towels, they were all dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the main bathrooms that are next to the front desk are totally disgusting, the door of the room they gave me opened by itself, it seems that the door lock doesn't work

Let them know our hotel room was smoked in even though it was advertised as non-smoking. We got two full-size beds instead of two queen size beds as advertised there was missing flooring in the bathroom. There was Mr. stains on the beds.

This hotel was ran down. Let's start with the staff...not friendly at all. The rooms were horrible. Water damaged walls & ceilings, mold in the shower. No ice machines. The place should be contained. Could not believe I wasted $155 on something let this. We didn't even stay the entire night. The outside of the hotel has unfortunate homeless people setting around the perimeters. If you're looking for comfort and safety this is not it. I would not let my children out of my site at this place.

This hotel is the worst of the worst, would never ever go back there. Please do your research. It was my first time in Arizona never been there and the picture it has through Expedia looks good, has the worst reviews ever. The state of Arizona needs to check all these Hotels and shut them down. Dirty rooms, smells bad, they have alot of homeless on premises or walking around. I was disappointed on this first trip to Arizona. This one not the only hotel we went to but there all false advertisement online. If you really want a 5 star hotel you have to pay a bit more but it would be more worth it. And search the areas when you're looking for hotels or motels.

If it is the cheapest hotel you can find then stay here. We stayed two nights and it wasnt the greatest. The fan sounded like it had a bearing going out and the TV was purple. Brought to the attention of the front desk and neither issue was taken care of. Also no hot water in the evening or in the morni g for a shower. Definitely needs some TLC in the inside. The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself needs some upgrades.

Pictures online are not Even close to what is actually the room. If my rate was $29.99 I would have been prepared not $160 a night. I wasn't able to secure my door, flooring is missing and broken. Injured my foot in the night going to the bathroom. No door frame in the bathroom and every blanket has cigarette burns in them. they locked the doors at 8pm and don't open them back up until 9 AM. You have to talk through a window to anybody and you have to sign a waiver before going in. The motel is next to I-17which is busy the entire night. Not a place I'll ever come back to. Oh I forgot the TVs don't work because there's no Wi-Fi unless you pay for it.

I had to continuously inform him my dog was a certified service dog. The clerk was more interested in smoking a cigarette than helping guests. There were several ladies of the night and one screamed in the early am. Upon investigation she was having a physical altercation with her “manager”

This place is horrible, not family friendly at all is full of junkies, we booked 3 rooms and one of them had a hole in the bed, the other was the mattress was falling apart and all furniture was broken. My kids were so scared because there was a fight on the middle of the night and they were screaming all over the place, there was about 7 ppl in the same room I had to call the police because there was no answer fro n the front desk. Not “someone just smoked” but deeply embedded, years-of-smoke-in-the-walls bad. The room itself was bleak: bare walls, visible cords everywhere & the absolute minimum effort in furnishings. The bathroom felt straight out of a horror movie - dirty shower, toilet paper not even on the roll, cracked floors, no counter space & a pedestal sink. While the towels looked clean, spotting a flea on the wall & a cockroach disappearing into the cracked floor was truly the cherry on top. The bed had one thin sheet & one scratchy blanket covered in cigarette burns. Yes I checked for bed bugs - thankfully none, but that’s about the only positive. There’s a reason this place is nearly half the price of everything nearby. It makes Motel 6 feel like a luxury resort. If you have kids, stay far away. If I hadn’t been with

One of the worst rooms, places Ive come across. I should have checked more about it prior to booking. They did refund my charges with no issues. I wont bash but it was not a good experience on the room it's self. Both individuals that helped me were great.

Got there on a Friday at 4 PM to check in just went in and dropped my stuff off quick and took off back to pick up my parents and my son on the way back that night. We were ready to stay and we walked in and my mom and dad did not approve all of the rooms. They are in a really need of restoring doors were all messed up. Beds were dirty showers were garbage this place looks like crackheads rented there. I don’t understand how they stay in business. I will not recommend this place to anybody no matter what this place is for people to live on the street.

Upon check in I was forced to wait at the night window at 8 pm. I get that they use it because the area is crime ridden with homeless beggars everywhere. It was raining. I stood in the rain with a lightning storm for 30 minutes and was soaking wet and I could have been hit by lightning. I complained to the man behind the desk and he didn’t care as he was dry. The next day they made a key for my room and gave it to some thief on the property. My stuff was gone through. The front desk made me go up and down the stairs with my luggage 8 times while he pretended to re key my lock. On the 8th time my food bag ripped open dumping my food on the floor. I asked him why he couldn’t make my key and he yelled out don’t threaten me. I told him I don’t threaten anyone which I don’t. He was a really crazy fool. At night at 1:00 am a guy was smoking pot by my door. And a beggar approached me one morning. This place is unsafe the door wouldn’t lock properly. And there was a roach in my room. I won’t be back. All I can say is beware. They made a key every day for thier buddies to steal from my room. Crack hotel

First I get there, can't go into the lobby have to stand at a small window for my transaction.. I get to the room, OMG dirtiest place I've ever been.. room had a TV but not hooked up to internet or cable TV so might as well not had a TV.

The property online shows clean rooms and amenities. The reality is that it’s located in a drug riddled center. The lobby closes at around 8pm and all businesses is conducted through a bullet proof window. The rooms look party damaged, smoke filled smell, no furniture with graffiti in some rooms. Everything in the rooms to even the doors, look like they have been kicked in. DO NOT stay there… unless you have a conceal carry license.

These motels are Good for a comfortable & quiet stay. most of the employees are excellent at doing their job, and treating the guest/customers great and respectful. But i do have a bad experience with the white lady working on the evening shift (10am-6pm). Today i called and explained to her that my tv is stuck on the same channel and wont turn off, the remote control will not work, maintenance tried a few diffezrent remote swaps and determined it was the tv it self. So i explained to her what the situation was and asked her if she can switch me to a different room. She gave me a bossy attitude and told me she her self does not believe that the tv problem is a good enough excuse to switch to a different room. I asked if she can at least give me a discount on the daily rate and she told me that if it was up to her that she wouldn't allow me to move. do it but i have to speak to the msnager in the morning. I liked the rice untill the room had no tv and no microwave. For a long day hard work i got neither a way to wind down nor to make food.

This was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. It was gross and disgusting! Floor was so dirty my feet were dirtier after shower than before. The room stunk and they tried to spray it with air freshener, it wore off after 60 minutes. AC shroud falling off inside and out. Plenty of drug addicts wandering the property if you are looking to score. Staff was more concerned about doing nothing than helping. I’m amazed they are in operation. I was scheduled for 3 nights, I made it one night. The towel in the pix is dirty from wiping my feet off after showering. The light switch looked to have a booger on it, my finger stuck to it when I turned on lights. GROSS AND DISGUSTING!

It was the lesst expensive and best buy available. I got a great price and a great night's sleep. Nice and quiet i a beautifuly well prepared room. Very clean and all amenities in working order.

Desk girl was not helpful at all.Delayed my checkin by over an hour did not know how to check me in off of hotels dot com. Wasn't until I asked for the manager and he took care of me right away.Thank you.

The place just needs a facelift

The staff is great! They just need to touch up their rooms with some paint and make sure each room has the standard amount of towels, garbage cans and to make sure all of the lights work as well as making sure the tv remote works and has batteries in it! Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Kristin is awesome! Her and her staff were always such a delight to work with!

Run down junk hotel

You get what you pay for. But no complaints, it was a good trip.

I have experienced rooms needing modern decor upgrades. Additionally, one room was in need of new flooring.

The room was ok and clean, however, I was

locks shot, large gaps under main door and huge gaps in flooring.

To many homeless

While the pictures show clean, tidy rooms, the actuality of the room was peeling drywall and walls with holes. The curtains were filthy and not hanging on the rods, which would have taken someone all of 5 minutes to replace. It seems as though the room has not been painted in years, and the overall presentation was a lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Would not recommend this establishment in future.

Room was run down. Door looked like it was busted in. Nothing but drug people walking around.

Super laid back and able to relax

It was good until I got a DNR do not return! I’m in between homes! I have been there Off and on for months now! The area wasn’t the greatest but i tried not to care.

Showers broken, no hot water, dangerous surroundings...really really bad

Close to Office...no microwave in unit. Very small refrig, but ok. Worst was paying, they got paid twice, said payment not received, but i kmow we paid the night before, had to repay. Reflects this on my bank statement...also seemed to be too many extras ,too high from amount quoted, as $87becomes $97? Extras , for whar? Wi-fi? Only covers 1 phone?

This is a true one-star hotel. The sheets were clean and the shower was hot (no bathtub). But, it's in a dicey area, which explains why they lock the lobby in the evening, and we had to check in from an outside window like talking to a bank teller, there are people wandering around the area in an apparent haze every morning. The bed was compressed to one side, the floors were so dirty your feet were filthy after walking ten steps from the shower to get dressed, our door lock was falling out when you open the door and barely locked. It looks like they're starting to remodel (and it needs it badly) but the pictures online are not what our room was like at all.

They were very rude and kicked me out becauseni had animlas . Which where service dogs they are my emotional support animals keep my money and left me and my amimals on the streets for the night no refund

Very outdated and in need of restoration

It was clean, but at the same time the place looks scary and unsafe, especially in the morning when a man was trying to call to those ladies that were checking out whistling and asking her to come over that was scary. They need a security guard there to watch over the females that are leaving in the morning

While the location is good for restaurants, it's fentanylville, USA.. The staff knows but they can't do anything about it. The staff is awesome! But there's a reason the hotel is this cheap. Just not for the faint of heart or Karen's...

This hotel was very filthy. It wasn’t clean at all. There was roaches everywhere. The area was very insafe I was harassed by homeless people. I do not recommend this hotel.

I was in need of a bath tub and they were in the middle of converting to all showers, but they managed to get me into a unit with a tub!! Thx so much premier inn!!

It was a nice motel, at 1 point but has gone down hill. I don’t know how you can call a room clean and livable if there are holes in the walls, baseboards missing, floorboards coming up, mold on the wall and blood stains on the floor

It was typical what you get for your payment i must say.. but the best but it's a clean room just to sleep of course. The neighborhood was abit crazy ppl all hrs of the night walking around looking crazy and sketch. And there is a bar just west of the parking lot...id rate the total experience a 3 for the area & ppl outside. Mainly probably because of the bar..too. but for rest and necessary showers is a 5.. staff was kind.

The property is used as a homeless shelter and people with substance abuse issues stay in the rooms and give the property a bad aspect and appearance.

The bathroom door was missing a large portion in side the bathroom. There was no trash can in the room. Walls very dirty. Flooring uneven. Very poor condition. I didn’t even use the shower. All very sketchy
