The room was okay. Check in/out was easy. Door lock was not easy to access. You suppose to pull a little bit. So instructions not clear. Delayed with serving at patio. Was dusty and dirty. Server took so long. Too noisy due to freeway was very close. Didn't realize that.

Located approximately 10 minutes from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport; they offer a free 24 hour shuttle. Restaurant on site offers a breakfast buffet or menu option 3 elevators minimize your wait time to get to your room. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Located near one of the main highways, makes getting around town easy. We will stay here again.

Clean room and courteous staff. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Areas of the hotel had a mildewed smell.

Excellent staff. However, we went to have lunch at the restaurant and the bartender was also the waiter. He was less than enthused to be waiting on us and as a result we waited a long time, never even got drinks, and finally just left. Very disappointing but everything else was excellent.

Shower pipes rattled all night! Everything else was excellent but did not sleep much because of the pipes clanking.

This was my first time in Phoenix and I chose this place because it was close to the airport and more affordable compared to other hotels nearby. It was in a very safe area and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler staying two nights. There was hardly any noise at night and no sketchy people in sight like many other hotels I’ve stayed at. My room was spotless and staff even left more towels and water bottles at my door. The hotel also has an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and dropped me back at the airport at 5am in time for my 6am flight, however it doesn’t run continuously when picking people up at the airport so I had to request it upon landing in Phoenix, which wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, my experience was beyond amazing, and this will definitely be my to go spot if I ever visit Phoenix again.

This hotel is very luxurious, the no microwave in the room was disappointing. Breakfast was not included. Over all very nice. The bed and lines were top notch.

I gave average because the room was clean. The staff was rude. They would not let us unload our luggage by the front door. They had us move and we had to walk all the way across the parking lot with out luggage. My husband is older and had a hard time walking that far with the luggage.

I did feel the lobby smelled a bit moldy, but I didn't hang out there. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was classic and I enjoyed it.

The room was in fine condition and the view was of Camelback Mountain, which we loved. However, the lights were in weird places. I didn’t know how to raise or lower the temperature and I needed a nightlight in the bathroom.

I had to pay twice for my room, one was an electronic charge to a master cad and the other one was at the front desk with a direct payment (american express) I need a refund for the master card charge.

You have to pay extra for WiFi and parking your car. Again- you have to pay extra to PARK YOUR CAR. Can’t speak to the breakfast, we didn’t eat. Don’t get a drink unless you’re prepared - 2 mid shelf bourbons, an Angry Orchard Cider and a tap beer was $86.

Hotel was clean. We used the hotel to basically only sleep since it was for business. We had accidentally booked the wrong Sunday to Monday and the hotel refused to refund our money. So I paid an additional $300 for a room I didn’t even use. Because of that we will not be using for work again, and I would not recommend.

The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. I was so impressed with their level of service. The property was spotless and well-organized, and my room was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful—I didn’t hear a sound all night and slept like a baby. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is my go-to property whenever I find myself in the area. The services is amazing. Facilities are clean. This property is self parking but I haven't had any issue with this. Area is safe. Will 100% recommend staying here.

Convenient and efficient shuttle service to the airport. Parking for up to 7 days is complementary with a one night stay. There is an in-house restaurant that is quite good. The facility including rooms was clean and hospitable.

This was by far the BEST Marriott we have stayed at, in Phoenix! Very friendly, extremely quiet, and close to everything. My husband flew in from a busuness trip and they picked him up so I didn't have to battle the traffic.

The beds were comfy and clean. We enjoyed the view from the room. The hotel had a very strong odor of bleach, especially the room. The staff wasn't very friendly. We sat outside for dinner at the firepit area and nobody came to get our order even though a waitress acknowledge us when we sat down. I ordered a specialty drink from the cocktail menu and got a basic gin and tonic rather than the special one listed on the menu, but was charged for the specialty one. It was very disappointing. We also noticed a lot of feral cats running around outside.

Less than 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, ideal location. Several dining options nearby (wished hotel restaurant opened at 4 for early bite before early flight. Gas station within a few blocks too. Will return and definitely recommend. Only negative, no valet parking, or luggage carts.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, shuttle transportation was nice. It was clean, the pool was nice. I had to keep getting keys made because my door wouldn’t open then I realized it’s not the keys it’s the door. Having to swipe the key 10x just for it to open was annoying. Maybe the door battery was going dead. The bed was too low for my liking and the toilet flush was so loud.
