Pit stop on road trip. Clean room, AC worked well and minimal noise. Nearby shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend. Would stay again.

We would definitely stay here again, very easy check in with our Labrador for one night. We love the kitchen which allows us to eat in without take out prices.

Loved our big room, the bed was very comfortable with no complaints there. The pool was a little too cold for us but we did get to serious enjoy the jacuzzi which helped to relax those muscles after hours on a plane. The staff were very informative & pleasant, the breakfast was tasty and hardy. Next time we’re in Phoenix we will definitely stay here again

Everything was wonderful except that the elevators were so far away. Bed was comfortable, it was a quiet room, very clean and nice! Scrambled eggs at breakfast were not so great.

I booked my stay months in advance and within that time, I got two French bulldog puppies. I was able to bring them both! It was very convenient to have a potty area for dogs outside with bags. Staff was great and the 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. You can bring your cats as well.

The room was spacious and clean and included a full kitchenette. Nice bed and comfy pillows. The hallways were very cold.

Excellent stay! The pool area is very nice and there are BBQ grills in there with tons of covered table space! Breakfast is great, too and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. This is our fav hotel to stay in when we visit the area!

There was no body wash it was a bit of a challenge to get it and they just left bottle in the room instead of installing it in the shower. We had asked them to clean the room. Well that did not happen as well. Overall stay, staff, & room was good…

All the staff was very helpful. Service was prompt and kind. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location was central to everything we needed this trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon entry into the room we found tools left behind from a worker. I brought those up to front desk. The entry door into room requires more force than usually required by ADA regulations. My wife had issues opening the door. The couch in the main room had the side torn up from the looks of a cat. The carpet base along a wall also was torn up and missing its binding on edges. The A/C unit in bedroom made a lot of noise. We had to keep it off. The flooring at the entry of main room by the entry door looked to be separating at joints. The tile floor in bathroom was missing grout from its joints.

The gentleman in the front desk was very professional and polite. The rooms were clean. However, I don’t think we ever had housekeeping come in our room during our three day stay.

The room was spotless and the cleaning crew kept the room nice and tidy with house cleaning. There's tons of parking. Breakfast is your average hotel buffet. We also brought our dog and it was a simple check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend.

The room and amenities were awesome. Big comfy bed, sun-blocking curtains, good breakfast, and very helpful and attentive staff. How about healthier breakfast, non-red meat options?

Our room didn’t have toilet paper upon arrival. Front desk took care of me. The food was decent but they need 2 waffle makers. I never got one cuz I didn’t want to wait in line. The hotel was full so maybe it’s ok on a regular day. Bed comfy, clean. Overall a lovely place I’d come back to.

The breakfast options were great! Better than any other hotel! Had overnight oats and chia pudding. Along with tacos, corn or flour tortilla w lots of sauces, bacon eggs, yogurts, breads etc. was by far the best breakfast at any hotel I have stayed at! Highly recommend! I will be back!

Sounded like an elephant moving so we were unable to sleep much A guest in an ajacent room or floor smoking weed and cigs the smell came into our room and I’m allergic to smoke made being in the room very uncomfortable so we spent a lot of time outside the room …. the spa did not work was not hot at all so I was very disappointed. Terrible layout with elevators if you’re near the end of building or center of building would I return again probably not

Stay was nice. Only thing that was misleading was the onsite bar. There is no bar. If you’re looking for a place with a kid getaway for a drink the picture shown online is not true. Did call room service for toilet paper and there is no delivery to your room. Had to go to the lobby for it. Other than that the stay was nice.

The breakfast was good. Very convenient location close to stores and food. The a/ c unit wouldn't cool in one room. Also the living room ac didn't work . At the end of our stay we had house keeping waiting to clean our room 2 hours before checkout we felt rushed and my son left his favorite hat.

It was like our own apartment and so nice having kitchen and also separate bedroom. Man who checked us in wearing face mask, he was hard to hear and understand.

The basketball court closed early and it was too hot to play earlier in the day

It was fantastic across the board. One of the more stylish hotels I've had to date. Not only was the room phenomenal but the service and complimentary breakfast were above and beyond. Will absolutely be coming back.

Amazing had a little issue with a bedbug, but that was about it but only one bedbug so they took care of it real quickly and I recommend staying in the two bedrooms three bed suite with a kitchen it’s worth it

Property was in good condition. Front desk person was friendly. When we asked which elevator was closest to our room she said we were near the middle of the hotel, so either elevator would work. However, this was not the case. We went to the elevator on one side of the hotel and our room was on the complete other side. I don’t know if she was new but maybe the manager should do a better job of orienting employees to the hotel layout. I also did not care for being handed a piece of paper about the hotel amenities and not getting a verbal briefing as well.

Other than a broken ice machine on our floor and broken water dispenser in the fitness room, we loved our stay. We had access to ice in other floors and water at the hotel next doors’ fitness center, so that was inconvenient, but the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly!

We had a good stay for 3 days. Pool was nice, morning breakfast was good, customer service was excellent and staff was friendly. Rooms were ok. Good size, but found dog hair in our room and on the sheets. Not horrible but not pleasant either. I didn’t complain but wanted to. The whole experience was very good and still recommended it. Honestly we’d love to stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent, location is fantastic. This seems to be a consistent theme with the Hilton chains. Try to renovate but miss the mark on the simple things. Switched over to a Best Western tonight and it’s great!

We have stayed here five times now and love doing so. The room set up is wonderful w/ the separate tables and kitchen area, bath/sink arrangement, breakfast quality, service, and pool/deck area. Avoid Rm. 138 because the room above squeaks loudly, something we have not had a problem with in any of the other rooms, all of which have been on the first floor.

the room the first time had more comfortable furniture, but overall the hotel was great. as all hotels, the carpets and sofa are a bit stained, but that is to be expected. rooms are very spacious and well stocked

Everything was clean BUT I will never go back to Hilton due to their pet friendly policy. A hotel, as well as an airplane cabin, is not a place for a pet. I am allergic to cats, like many other people. I should not suffer for you bringing your pet and the condition that they create.

I love that it is a pet friendly hotel but if the carpet cannot be manitained then tile is the way to go. hotel sign out fron is partially unlit. gives a feeling of less than first class upon arrival. car in lot that had been there a long time with a tow sticker on it. just little things can make a difference between excellent and ok

Location is great, Walmart next door, lots of eateries, good TV selection, hot breakfast. Nice bed and pillows, good kitchenette, smaller than the suites at the Metro property but that's ok since I'm solo.

Not the best Homewood Suites location. It felt more rundown then a normal Homewood Suites. None of the bed sheets fit the bed. It seemed like they put queen size bedding on a king size bed. The breakfast choices weren’t the best either.

Found couple of spots that had sticky stains on sitting room furniture & on kitchen flooring. All in all a good stay

Room was clean and smelled fresh, Hallway carpets at least on 1st and 3rd floors were in need of replacement, and there was an odor in the hallways (but, again, not in the room). Hot breakfast was missable. Good coffee in the lobby.

The rooms are always clean. The staff is always kind and helpful.

The “box” air conditioner was very nosey. But a maintenance person came & fixed it pronto.

My husband and I came on vacation and business! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The area around the hotel was awesome! There was shopping and a variety of eating places very close! The location was near the highway so any business and visiting that needed to be done it was convenient to hop on the highway!

Quiet place to stay

The room was bright and sunny. Comfortable bed and pillows, well equipped kitchenette. Wish breakfast selection was a little better, but figured it's due to Covid restrictions. Nice pool area. Hotel is close to shopping area and many restaurant choices.

Very nice staff clean and comfortable rooms. Wish their breakfast was a hot one instead of the classic boxed and odd premade hard boiled eggs. But overall a good stay
