I was very disappointed with the level of service I received. Communication from staff was poor, several issues during my stay were either ignored or handled unprofessionally, and the overall experience did not meet the standards I expected. As a guest, I expected better attention to customer service and a more welcoming, responsive environment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests do not have the same experience.

My weekend stay here was amazing. Upon entering the hotel the lobby was very clean, organized and the front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was immaculate. The beds were super comfy and we did not hear any of the other guests. We used the pool and fire pit areas which was a true delight. Hot breakfast was delicious although it could've gone on a little longer, service stopped at 9:30am. Other than that i would highly recommend this hotel and still be staying here the next time we are in town.

We loved our stay at Home2suites Phoenix airport north. Everything was seamless from the friendly airport shuttle ride to the efficient check in and warm welcome from Brenden, attending to us so well while also managing a medical emergency. The lobby is welcoming and our toom spacious, comfy and clean and the breakfast was tasty and filling. Check out was easy with Tulise who put us at ease regarding our UBER booking. All in all, I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

A hotel 1 mile from airport isn't an airport hotel if it can't deliver you to the airport for morning flights. The earliest shuttle only allows people with 8am flights or later to use the shuttle (shuttle doesn't start until 6am). It's just a hotel, not an expensive hotel, not an airport hotel in my view. The mobile webpage does not mention that shuttles don't start until 6am (nowhere does it say that). Other third party vendors can't know how often they are switching their shuttle start time (the published time even changed since yesterday on the full webpage - but most people are booking through phones and the mobile webpage). Otherwise the hotel was fine, but I wouldn't have paid this price for no shuttle. I had booked it specifically so my daughter would have a safe shuttle to airport for a flight before 8am...

Dirty sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in god knows how long smelled like dirty hair oil! Just to be fair I’ve noticed this problem with a lot of hotels! I don’t know what’s going on but this is unacceptable! This is a health hazard you can get lice, athletes foot, Breakfast was awful there was not enough food or dishes for everyone! People were standing around waiting for the food to be replenished which took forever! Absolutely ridiculous! The staff was very friendly other then one front desk lady who looked like she was angry the whole time not once did we see her crack a smile never said a thank you or have a nice day! She acted like she was mad at us for staying there!

The evening check-in staff member was tremendously accommodating and seemed to really enjoy his job. The morning desk clerk did his job but didn't seem to want to go out of his way to accommodate requests. He was very "by the book". I was checking out at 5 AM in the morning and asked if there was a complimentary bottle of water I could take with me. His first response was, "didn't you get one on check-in?" I answered no, but should I have saved the bottle for my morning need if I did get one? Next, he seemed want to have a discussion about the topic. I wanted a simple, yes or no, and be on my way.

Management needs to upgrade the water and soap quantity use for laundry purposes. The bed sheets were stinky and the stored extra set was in was not better. The replaced set was improved.

Early flight out from phx airport it was perfect location close to airport and seemed pretty safe. Saw others park car and take hotel shuttle to airport. I brought car but parked at airport terminal. For longer parking this maybe economic choice.

This was a great hotel. I’ll clean the new, they have a fully light blocking shape, which is nice for sleeping, fully functional kitchen, people are very nice. One of the nicest hotels we stayed at in a long time.

My microwave was dirty. And to order an overnight cleaning service, has to be asked for the night before is ridiculous. Although she still did it and did an amazing job ?.

A blond, tall woman asked if we checked in and told us we couldn’t have breakfast. I later found out she was the general manager. Very poor look! We paid for a night we didn’t use. Maybe find out the story first. Certainly not the way we wanted to be greeted!

Stephanie was amazing during breakfast. She accommodated our food requests and even catered to us by serving us. Stephanie made our bacon extra crispy and gave us our own plate of potatoes. She was exceptional!

Great place to spend a night. The room is fresh, clean and very inviting. I wish their breakfast had more dietary needs options. If you're diabetic or need food that is gluten or dairy free, you'll poetically have to eat outside.

I was given a room that smelled very bad, like something from the kitchen sink. A musty smell. I went strait downstairs and told them and they moved me to another room on a different floor. New room was much better.

Clean, friendly staff and very convenient location to get to and from airport, central Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. One suggestion to establish time limits for EV car charging as vehicles remained on chargers even though they were fully charged not allowing space for us to charge ours. Would stay here again though.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was suppose to be a turn around trip for work but last minute decided to stay over night. Front desk provided me needed toiletries. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, but best of all the price was very good.

I loved the check-in staff, the shuttle from/to the airport, and the room was so quiet and clean. This hotel was really reliable and comfortable. I loved everything about this hotel. I will say though that I will not be coming back. I stayed with family and we had a rude interaction with what seemed to be one of the managers or lead staff the morning of check out. I assumed she was in a higher position because she did not wear the standard uniform. we had planned to leave early morning. As we put our bag in the car we entered through the main entrance to get breakfast before we left. As we were getting our food we noticed that the lady by the check in desk was eyeing us and staring a bit intensely. We tried to let it go but it made us uncomfortable. She then proceed to ask in a very interrogative and rude tone “how was the room last night.” My family member couldn’t see her right away as she was hiding behind the breakfast counters. 3 seconds later after not responding she then says in a harsh voice “I’m down here!” We were so taken a back from this interaction that we didn’t want to stay a moment longer. So we ate what little we had and then left. My family and I felt belittled and upset after we left the hotel that morning. We saw how friendly she greeted other guests with “good mornings” and smiles. We just didn’t understand why we got a different treatment. The lady was tall&blond color of hair.

The check-in staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. I absolutely loved the bed. It was very comfortable. Overall a very good experience staying in this hotel.

Had two stays. Convenient, shuttle service, great and helpful staff, breakfast, available coffee and tea bar.

Negatives: the hotel is more like a 3-star motel with rooms equipped with some dishes plus a microwave and fridge. The suite room as such is pretty congested. They don’t even provide lotion without asking at the reception. Cleanliness and upkeep is pretty rudimentary. We had noisy neighbors and there was an odd smell when we opened the door. There are no cribs but only broken pack n plays that you need to collect from downstairs. Water is supposedly only for HHonors but was given to us as complementary anyways. There was a $30 early checkin charge though I had called in previous night and confirmed that it won’t be charged after 11 am if rooms are available. Breakfast is a sub-par make your own waffles, bad coffee, good oatmeal, cheap breads. Only a vending machine in the property and no convenience store. It’s an area with many hotels close by but no restaurants at a walkable distance (though it’s never advisable in the Phoenix weather). Overall a 2-star experience

Disappointed that no shuttle service available after 11 PM. Had to arrange for my own ride to the hotel at almost midnight. Shuttle ride to the airport in the morning was fine. Friendly staff at this hotel.

It was very nice for the most part. Just had some loud guests in the middle of the night and early morning in the hallways.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the whole visit feel smooth and stress-free. The room and common areas were spotless, showing great attention to cleanliness. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning—it was a great way to start the day. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which made everything even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Very close to airport and a very nice room.

It is close to the parking facility we use when flying out of Sky Harbor. We have stayed at other Home2Suites and this one is a bit nicer and quieter

Traveling home after 10 days and North Carolina needed a break for the night stayed here and it was great. Easy to get to from the airport easy to return nice staff breakfast was good as well.

The only negative was the microwave (door and rack) was dirty, most silverware was missing and there was dried up lettuce in the silverware drawer. I wasn’t cooking on this trip so I didn’t need a lot but I would have felt the need to clean and sanitize the entire kitchen if I was.

I love the staff they’re all so friendly. Room was so clean and all we needed was in there. Bfast was also good.

The rooms are very spacious which was great. The room did have a strong smell of Clorox as soon as you walk in. The lady taking care of breakfast was a little sarcastic.

Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, and staff was absolutely great. We noticed the sofa bed was broken, let them know the next morning, and the staff had it fixed in a matter of hours. Comp breakfast was pretty good. Nothing extravagant, but enough to satisfy. Coffee and tea is ready to go 24 hours round the clock in the lobby.

My room was very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous.

At the start of the trip, I was irritated because they charged us $30 to check in before check-in time. I had never had that before. We were coming from a 24+ hour international flight and were quite tired. So we were either going to have to wait 2.5 hours or pay the fee. What a racket. But the front office staff was lovely and all was forgiven. The breakfast is just so-so but again the staff were friendly and helpful and kind.

Quiet, modern hotel.

Room was filthy. Torn bedding, smelled like dog pee, dirty dishes, dirty floors and walls. Couldn’t wait to leave gross.

The staff here was so wonderful and communicative. I had a long layover and tried to check in early. There wasn’t any rooms available at first, the staff checked me in as soon as a room was available. And was so kind about it.

Hotel was an easy check in with a lot of parking. We came in really late and they let us check in anytime before 3 am.

Fabulous night. We wish we had longer to stay in Phoenix as this was the perfect spot. In fact, we liked it SO much we booked this hotel in Florida instead of another brand.

The room was much nicer and cleaner than I expected, and the furniture and amenities were all new. I was really happy with it!
