Everything was good and place was also quiet area.

Traveled here with my two kids for a couple days. The room was clean and smelled clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it’s small but the hotel was slower so we had it to our selves both days. The breakfast is good that they offer and it was nice having access to the restaurant and bar for dinner. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that you could hear the people upstairs stomping around. Wasn’t too bad tho. I Would come here again

They have a 24-hour shuttle. We were diverted to Phoenix; they had plenty of rooms available. The shuttle was prompt; they gave clear directions on how to get to the courtesy pickup since we had never been in that airport. The staff was helpful and had little amenity kits for us since we didn't have our luggage.

Check in was easy, customer service was excellent. Employees were friendly and courteous.

Check-in clerk personable n cordial. Room was larger than I expected. A microwave and fridge was a plus. Dinner menu had a nice variety and the prices were comparable to regular restaurants. The room rate was fantastic! Biggest plus was the shuttle to airport and driver was helpful and respectable. Extremely pleased with the whole experience, thank you, Holiday Inn Phoenix Sky Harbor. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Mahalo

Minor complaints: The TV service provider - less channels and much pixilation. The larger TV was nice though. The elevator - it's time for a new one.

We loved the breakfast very much. The chorizo and egg scramble was delicious! The fresh fruit and everything was stocked. The restroom in our room was not very clean. There was hair in the drain and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Along with the restroom floors. Luckily we had Clorox wipes to do a quick clean up.

The airport shuttle was a great amenity, breakfast was well a hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about. They do ration the juices.

Checked into my room, food and beer were in the fridge. I have a $12.99 charge when I didn’t charge to my room and never got a call back from management when I asked about the charge. Parking was awful, very little space to find parking

Great place to stay for Sky Harbor flights. We requested a late check in after a midnight arrival and they were so welcoming. Rooms are getting a little dated but overall comfy with friendly helpful staff.

Needed to call and wait for shuttle outside the terminal in the 110 degree heat. That was unpleasant.

The location was conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle service was on time and clean. The pool was just the right size to enjoy some time in the sun. We met family there in the evening and enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks together in the restaurant on property. Very family friendly and relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was exceptionally good. Our room was very spacious and clean. Overall, it exceeded expectations.

No parking spots available so I had to park in a handicap spot - with hotel staff permission. Exercise room a little lacking. Other than that - a good stay.

Breakfast staff never greeted us. Spent a long time waiting on the food. Looked like the staff were in the back room just talking amongst them selves. For some reason there was no tv in our room. Elevated button information almost not existent hard to see what button is which. This was our go to hotel but it has sadly declined each time we have gone.

AC was super loud with an annoying rattle. Hard to sleep. It was 15 minutes from car rental drop off. They increased my price 50% for moving the schedule one day.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The server/bartender in the restaurant was welcoming, friendly, and very good at her job. She was efficient and at ease as she took orders and served food and drinks. She never appeared hurried as she worked. When she checked back with us to see if we needed anything, it felt genuine, not an afterthought. Best service I've had in quite some time.

The breakfast was a bit spendy for what was offered, saved my $$ and got something at the airport.

Looks new & cleaning crew called about expensive airpods we forgot in the room! They say free breakfast but then they give limited vouchers and try charging for other guests; airport pick up was mentioned as 15 min wait and it took 30 min - this was at 9 pm after a long trip with kids.

My only complaint was the floor by the desk was dirty we took my son and his friend and they were playing games near there and their white socks got so dirty on the bottom.

Large suite Difficulty getting to pool. Under staffed waited 15 min to check in. Cancelled 2nd night in advance but now fighting for refund of $300 as they won’t refund me. Requested room not facing dock but they never read my request.

The room was 52° thermostat broken so stuck like that the phone is broken so I couldn’t call the lobby so I had to constantly go back up and down to the front desk to complain. They offered a tiny heater that would not have warmed a corner of the suite I had. They lied and said there were no rooms available to switch to until I threatened to go to another property. Then all of a sudden another room was available. I have not had a chance to look at my bill yet, but I think I was charged for the suite even though I was downgraded to a smaller less expensive room. We’ll see what happens.

Disappointed that Expedia and hotels.com are now the same. Made check in harder than it needed to be. The bed was hard- but not new hard- like feel the springs hard (King room). Everything else was good.

Great staff, clean rooms and a restaurant Bistro on site which is so great. Close to airport has a shuttle as well. Have stayed twice now and would highly recommend.

Gave us the wrong room and both elevators quit working, so that was fun. The first one didn't work at check in. Went to dinner and came back to find neither worked. The front desk guys didn't seem to care either. They just said the stairs are outside. Yeah, behind locked and unaccessible exit only doors. How is that helpful? I can only imagine the lawsuit if someone incapable of climbing stairs came in and was told they couldn't access they're room or belongings and had been given the same kind of indifferent attitude shown everyone we witnessed that evening.

Breakfast could have been better. The property is great and service not really at par with the bear minimum. They didn’t have luggage carts available to get to the room. And there was no body to help bring the luggage.

When we walked into our room in the evening it stank!!! Like sewer pipe. Luckily I had lysol and that helped plus we alsoleft the fan on all night. 3. The people above us kept running in the room all hours of the night. I believe they were here for soccer tournament but it was noisy. Perhaps putting them in a separate hall would be better? 4. Pillows were flat time to replace??

The shuttle left before the scheduled time without checking if everyone was there. The attitude of the driver is also terrible. You’ll not feel good staying here.

Staff seemed courteous and hotel seems renovated recently and clean. However despite the newness of the room some poor construction and renovation decisions. The floorboards were noisy from design. The shower was tub siz with no tub and water constantly made for a wet floor in the admittedly roomy bathroom. The worst was the low to the floor bed that had a super hard uncomfortable mattress. Did not sleep well which is vital in a hotel room. The sofa in the room was actually a slight bit more comfortable. Location for airport is of course great but nothing around it and a bit pricey for not sleeping well. Would I stay again? Probably not if I can find a similar room of better price point.

Best holiday in ever

Everything was great from the moment I landed to I checked out. Shuttle service was quick and easy to use. Stay was quiet, and especially for being a busy weekend and placed directly facing the elevators, it was quiet the whole stay. Safe outside during to day to walk around. Close enough to Mill Ave and Sun Devil stadium. Overall enjoyed my stay for the weekend and will book here again.

We liked the airport shuttle to the hotel. I believe that Expedia said breakfast was included, however the hotel charges for breakfast. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The coffee was delicious.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was nice and clean and the beds are wonderful. we only slept there as we were in the the Charlie Kirk funeral, so were not there much. But looked really nice.

I always bring food with to save money and time. This is the second time all my food has frozen in the fridge. I kinda assumed when I noticed that they had remodeled and it looked like a newer fridge, that I was safe. Checked for temp controls, nothing obvious🤔 so loaded it up. But after one night everything was frozen solid. When I brought it up to the front desk (2 times) I was told we will let maintenance know…not ‘I apologize’. I feel this is more on the part of the hotel policies…not the staff. But seems pretty simple to apologize. Also could’ve offered me some vouchers for the restaurant as a kindness. But nothing. Pretty basic customer service. I spent money on food that was wasted because of the faulty fridge and it was barely acknowledged.

And we have to wait 15 minutes in the reception. No body was there

Expensive no complementary breakfast. Drury Inn is the best comes with dinner and breakfast all you can eat +2 complementary alcohol drinks Dunn hold bigger 9.5 star ratings. All about the same price.this place is a joke. They have you put down $160 deposit? It’s pretty crazy never again.

The property was great, clean, excellent pool, and staff is fabulous. My only complaint is that in our bathroom, there was a drain hole in the floor, through which a terrible sewage odor came and stunk up the entire room 24/7. It also came from the sink drain. Room 306.

I stayed only 1 night to catch a flight the next morning, love the hotel, I end up having dinner at the restaurant I ordered a steak salad that was well made, good price and delicious.Great deal!

It was as expected - clean, quite and convenient.

Convenient access to the airport and quick drive to surrounding areas. Clean, well appointed, friendly staff, easy check in/out. Served our needs of being close to airport for early departure flight and a very late return flight. I like that price of breakfast is not automatically included in the price of room but can be added on if desired!

After AA canceled our flight, we were stuck in Phoenix and had to get a hotel. The room was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was a nice touch too. And it was reasonably priced. We didn't get to use the pool this trip because all our bags are at the airport, but next time I'm in Phoenix this will be the first place I stay.

This is our go to hotel when we fly out of PHX. Great staff, comfortable beds, bar and restaurant are excellent. Shuttle and parking are the best.

Good toiletries in the bathroom. No luggage assistance. Slow check in.Expensive bottled water and none in room. Room entry key cards deactivated 30 minutes prior to checkout time.

Harzell was awesome checking us in. Food and amenities top notch. Parking was small and in the middle of nowhere but the room and all of it are top notch. 5 stars and will stay here again.

The front desk staff and the shuttle driver went out of their way to be clear and helpful about transfer from the airport and gave very specific, correct, instructions to make it quick and ensure we were going to the right Holiday Inn. Excellent customer care, great location by the airport and nice, clean, new facility.

Unfortunately the hotel was having some maintenance issues during our quick stay. The hotel stunk of sulfur and the rooms barely escaped the smell. We told the staff and they seemed unbothered. The smell was truly awful. When we asked the front for towels they told us to find housekeeping. Thankfully it was a short stay because it was not pleasant at all.

Room was nice and spacious but in bathroom showers curtain was all ripped to shreds, didn’t say anything as was there for funeral so didn’t want to bother with anyone coming to the room. Think the made that cleaned the room should have replaced it. Horrible

Spent one night here. The hotel had old fixtures and was somewhat run down. The entire floor we stayed on smelled like pot. There were discarded take-out bins and other refuse in the dimly lit hallways. Overall - Yuck!

The rooms were not quiet. We did not get a good night sleep!

The hotel room had an awful smell when we arrived. The front desk offered to bring in a machine to try and get rid of the smell since they didn’t have another room available.

The lobby and restaurant were great. Our shower curtain was threadbare and barely hanging. The pool was disgusting and dirty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed staying there but their elevators seemed like they might quit any given second and the house keeping staff kept banging on the door asking us when we were going to check out and entered the room before we were done inside. Other than that no complaints. Rest of the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and tidy.

Greeted by the front desk staff who was friendly and helpful.

Clean facility, well appointed, front desk staff unfriendly and unhelpful on check in. They put us in a handicapped room, never told us they were doing it or why. Neither of us needed it and the hotel was nowhere near full. No usb or type c connections for chargers at all.

Always great stays at your hotels. Great service from staff. Very grateful for to and from ride to airport. Had an interview for a border pass.

Quick one night stay on our way home. They were very helpful at the front desk when there was a small problem with our reservation and the room was very nice and comfortable.

Staff was superb!

One bummer was that they do not offer recycling. I had to collect all my recycle items and drop them at the airport. It while be good to introduce that to minimize the waste that hotels produce.

Your breakfast is $15.99 and not made to order? You are very pricey and over-rated.

The hotel is pretty new, therefore clean and well maintained. I was disappointed that they didn't offer any included breakfast, only an expensive restaurant meal. But my biggest problem was the fragrance in the room. Possibly it was air freshener, maybe the detergent used on the linens, and although it was a pleasant odor, it was too strong for me and made it difficult to even sleep. The odor woke me up. I needed to get up very early so I was really trying to get some good sleep which was impossible due to an odor. It sounds crazy but it's true.

The staff was wonderful but I have to question why I could not get at least an hour late checkout. I cannot believe the maids were waiting to clean my room at noon as they had finished all others. Very disappointing as I would have been happy to pay extra for another hour or so. As it was, I got to sit in the airport that extra time.
