- Beautiful property with multiple pool options
- Excellent customer service
- Outdated rooms in need of maintenance
- Parking difficulties and limited spots

Someone used our room number at the cafe. I checkout out early because it ruined the trip
- 5/5
Great shuttle service, great buffet at breakfast, helpful with golf stuff, drinks from servers at the pool!
- 5/5
We had a great experience with the entire staff! At registration, when I mentioned we were visiting the family pool with our children, we were quickly given a room near the family pool. Our suite was clean and newly renovated with very comfortable beds. Lastly, I was given a $50 food and beverage credit because of my vip status with Expedia. Great job team!
- 2/5
The pool area had big broken concrete pieces missing, and cracks. Our room air conditioner would not cool the room down it stayed pretty warm all night.
- 5/5
WE loved the place. We will return and recommend to everyonde.
- 2/5
The staff was nice and helpful. The original room I stayed in had mold or rust in the tub. Bella(helpful and sweet) without hesitation switched my room. It was “better”. The cleaning crew need to do more of a deep clean of each room. I won’t stay there but I will come back to visit the restaurant with the breath taking view. They close at 9pm btw, I mad a reservation for 8:45 on open table. I was under the impression that it closed later than 11pm because I had the option to book that reservation time. I ended up not going because I didn’t want to feel rushed.
- 4/5
Excellent staycation with 4 boys in a suite. Microwave would have been nice and elevator barely worked. Staff was amazing. Movie nights at pool was a great time. Beds need an upgrade.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, excellent pools, great gym (up to 75lbs dumbbells, peloton bikes, plenty of tread mills, and cross fit cable machine). I have been visiting this location for a few years now, the Mountain View rooms are the best!
- 5/5
Stay was great! Pools were nice. Staff was good
- 5/5
Great time service experience was awesome
- 5/5
We loved exploring, especially the pools, and the food was excellent. We did find it tricky to get around, though, even with the map. We would definitely go back again!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! But the only reason I stayed there was to enjoy the pools with the older children. That is where I was disappointed but only because I called to check on the pool closure times and they told me 11 and though that was correct. The main pool closed at 8 and that had a swim up bar and so on… let’s just say I only had like 45 minutes and there was no bar… that closed at 6. If I would have known I truly would not have gone out of my way. Overall it is a beautiful hotel with pretty views but not worth what I was there to enjoy and couldn’t.
- 4/5
Beautiful area, well maintained rooms. The pool and hot tub were great. We stayed in building 12 and had no issues. Had dinner at Point in Tyme and it was good. Only complaints are the super narrow streets and difficult parking. Also the self parking is so expensive…
- 5/5
Didn’t stay long but we enjoyed every bit of our stay. We definitely will be going back when in Arizona
- 5/5
Was a beautiful and relaxed weekend with my kids. We all enjoyed. Definitely recommend and will book again
- 5/5
Was clean and kids loved the pools
- 3/5
The falls pool area was great the rooms need updated and dusted and cleaned bettet
- 5/5
The only negative thing I can say is that for such a large resort and that many pools, they should add a kiddie pool area and way more slides. They definitely have the space for it and would attract more people.

Mostly a great spot. I don't like that you can't bring drinks or food to the pool. And parking is terrible. Some guests were rude to us because of a parking situation out of our control.

Guest and staff were all very pleasant. Will come again. We ate at the point of view and for our anniversary. Server forgot to put app in so we didnt get it. Then we asked for our steaks med well and was over cooked. With not receiving our app she offered desert and it was burned. Other then that it was a great time and staff was friendly and we even met so new friends from Az.:)

Beautiful Parking
- 5/5
We enjoyed our time very much, room service was great and the staff was very friendly!
- 5/5
We loved the resort! Very clean, spacious, great amenities. Cliffside was worth it for quiet area with less guests and more parking. We also loved the pool. Didn’t get to use the gym or spa but wish we had more days to do so!
- 5/5
What impressed me most was the staff. They treated the resort as if it were their own business and took tremendous pride in every interaction. I've never experienced such a dedicated, helpful, and welcoming team. The resort itself is beautiful and feels authentically Phoenix, with a distinct sense of place that made my stay even more memorable. I would gladly return.
- 5/5
What was particularly concerning was that after I had been waiting, the employee immediately assisted other guests who arrived after me. This occurred on two separate occasions and created the impression that I was being treated differently. While I cannot speak to the employee’s intentions, the experience left me feeling undervalued as a guest. I am sharing this feedback because I believe every guest should receive prompt, courteous, and equitable service. I hope management will review these interactions and reinforce the importance of providing consistent customer service to all guests.

The room was clean. The amenities were not great. The cantina bar was not open because there was not enough staff. Could not watch the NBA championship game on any tv. Could connect the phone or laptop to tv because it was an old tv.

The staff was very friendly

Second time coming here with the whole family. The pool, room and dining was excellent.

I traveled with a friend and we had an excellent time. The hospitality of the staff workers are top-notch. The resort is very clean. I didn’t get to try the buffet, but I heard that the food was delicious at the buffet. The food at the bar was very good. Everyone was just very welcoming and friendly. I can’t depict in words how wonderful my short day was and how amazing I was treated definitely recommend and I definitely will be back.

The resort was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Although my visit was brief, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Bella, and the entire team for making my stay a great one. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this resort to others.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, very cozy and beautiful! They cater to your needs to make sure your experiences are pleasant. I will definitely return with friends and family.
- 3/5
I stayed at the other facility last year and it was so much better
- 4/5
My only criticism is that parking was insufficient around my suite. I understand that it was a holiday weekend and the resort was packed. This was just an inconvenience, and I would recommend that you visit this fine resort.
- 5/5
We came for our 40th wedding anniversary and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Kristine the sales manager and Jose the bell captain were especially caring as they were helpful in planning our dinner at a different point of view restaurant which was a superb experience. We would highly recommend this location for your next staycation.
- 5/5
Enjoyed with Hilton standards.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, on day 2 , I had an unpleasant interaction with a server named Joshua at The Falls. To make matters worse we experienced a leak in our room from the ac unit . Maintenance came out twice in an attempt to resolve the issue.
- 3/5
Older property. Pleasant staff
- 2/5
Beware of the resort fees charged at check - n when booking your room on this site. Got me twice.
- 4/5
Overall good due to the pools. But the rooms are really starting to show their age. The carpet smells, and the bathrooms are really outdated.
- 5/5
Great stay for the price, nice pools and clean room
- 5/5
The service was great! Quickly received my room key and they even gifted me some wine. We only stayed one night but it was worth it. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and big enough for us two have two separate meetings. Highly recommend staying here, the pool views were amazing.

I will definitely give this a five star plus

- 5/5
I loved the rooms and amenities! Sadly the pool bar was closed the whole week of the stay. Downside is there was very very minimal parking next to our room. We had to walk uphill and past 3 building to get to our room if we left our room past 5 PM

Nice resort and great food in restaurant.
- 3/5
We enjoyed everything about our stay EXCEPT the parking. This is an extremely large property with most rooms up very steep hills. There is a significant shortage of parking when the resort is relatively full. The drive paths throughout the resort are very narrow and cars / trucks are parked everywhere outside of parking spaces because the parking is so limited and this makes it impossible to get by some of the vehicles. There doesn't appear to be any monitoring of the vehicles - how they are parked or if they have a parking pass. You pay $10 a day additional for parking yet you may not get a parking spot. I would not recommend this resort if you will have a car and want to come and go from the property or have issue with walking up hill for a distance to get to your room.
- 3/5
The main pool area was under maintenance. We stayed at the adult pool and enjoyed it. Only thing the restaurant at the adult pool was closed. Front desk staff was very helpful! Loved the restaurant on the cliff! Beautiful views!
- 4/5
The property is nice. The staff is stretched thin, I think, because I had some temperature problems in my room and it was hard to reach anyone.

- 5/5
Very nice spacious rooms.
- 5/5
King suite did not have a microwave, odd for an all suite resort.
- 1.5/5
The area around both of the bathrooms at the main pool area had a horrible smell of sewage. We ordered food at the pool and it was over a 45-minute wait to get our food. Also, our room was out of lotion, it was more than two hours before more was sent.

The family next door were exceptionally loud and obnoxious. I don’t understand why the hotel would put a single traveler next to a family with small children.
- 5/5
Nice location.
- 4/5
Loved the room service
- 4/5
Room was clean and spacious (king sig suite). Lots of space to spread out. Bathroom was not as new as the pics showed, but still clean. Walls were pretty thin, so if you have a light sleeper, bring earplugs or a sound machine.
- 5/5
The food and service were exceptional! Everyone was so helpful and nice. One of the best teams. Two of the only things I found lacking were that the mattress was pretty uncomfortable, like it hadn't been rotated in a while. And that if you make a reservation for the spa online it doesn't allow for a couple to book a room together. Thankfully, the staff at Tacaloma was able to accommodate and fix this day of!
- 5/5
Always a great stay at pointe tapatio. Nice, spacious rooms and friendly staff.
- 4/5
The hotel was awesome ! Made us feel like we were in a whole other world with the scenery and views and vibes . The staff was great and when we needed something there were there ! The only downside I would say with this property is the parking situation there. It was Memorial Day weekend so we expected it to be busy but not to the point of having to walk so far for parking or it being limited
- 5/5
AMAZING room and the service I loved all the pools.

- 4/5
The property is very beautiful and well kept. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. The room was not what I expected. I mean it was ok. However, not as bright and across from pool as I was led to believe. The breakfast buffet and restaurant choices were excellent.
- 3/5
It was super busy when we went which I can’t blame the resort for but this hotel is very outdated also the weekend we went which was memorial weekend they were doing a bbq and charging $15 for a hotdog and you couldn’t bring your own food or drinks in. They were doing bag checks. I think the pictures make this place look better than it is. The bathrooms smelled and looked like they had a lot of water damage and the room just looked like it went through a lot. I think if they updated a lot of things this place could be amazing. It had a good base just needs lots of updates. It’s also not in the best location in my opinion. It was okay I wasn’t super blown away. I think the buffet breakfast was the best thing here but even there the service wasn’t that great.
- 3/5
Too many walking around smoking weed in the lobbies and by social areas. Place was super ghetto. Had to switch rooms until I finally settled on the third option with a broken fridge, busted shower head and mold in the bathroom and had to be busted back into my room with security with my whole family soaking wet after swimming because the card reader wasn’t working on our door. Asked for an allergy sensitive room and the filter was caked with dust in a 2 inch layer. I won’t be staying here again to say the least. The Expedia site won’t let me add pictures of the things I listed above.
- 5/5
For an established older resort it was very well kept and clean. The amenities were well beyond what I expected for the price. The staff kept in contact without being too obtrusive to make sure I was satisfied.
- 5/5
Mother daughter trip was amazing, beautiful pool and property we enjoyed walking around.

- 5/5

Loved the pools!
- 3/5
The resort is good for a quick getaway. Whether that be as a couple or with family. The food was good and the drinks were as well. We loved that they had golf carts to take you wherever you needed to go. Our only complaint was the rooms were a bit outdated and the tub — had stains that just would not come out. We reported this to the staff and they sent someone to attempt to clean it but … no luck. So we just used shower shoes which was a tad uncomfortable… but other than that, a decent getaway for a quick stay. Would rate it a solid 6/10.

For the price, this was a fine stay. With that said, the facilities are in need of a major update. The rooms are really dated, furniture is stained, and plaster is cracked in several areas. The description is a bit misleading - several of the pools are quite small and one is off limits to kids. The family pool area has signs saying there is food and drink delivery but there isn't. The water slide was never open when we were there. We enjoyed the big pool areas but they are very crowded on the weekends.
- 5/5
The multiple restaurants available. The 5 pools, the lobby agents helpfulness. The shuttle drivers were all pleasant and helpful. The prices were a little steep but, economy wise understandable. I wasn’t happy with the Presidential pool it was too small to accommodate the people using the pool.

The shuttle service was very important to us as my husband walks with a cane. The drivers were friendly, efficient and helpful. We dine at Pointe in Tyme and enjoyed the food very much. The parking was tricky, but it’s worth the inconvenience to stay in this beautiful resort

I love staying here when I come to Phoenix! The property is beautiful and the staff is always so helpful and friendly! The property has several pools to help relax during your stay. I want to commend the employee who helped me to check in he was so friendly and helpful! Thank you for always making my stay wonderful!

Great relaxing stay.
- 4/5
This was a fun resort to stay out. Very unique design being built into the. There was construction going on near my building so I just used the adults only pool in the center of the resort. Loved the restaurant A Different View but wished they were sitting outside. We could go onto the patio for pictures though. The sunset was amazing. There was a large corporate group the first night I stayed there that was loud but the second night was more calm. Staff members were nice and responsive to questions.

I did not like getting upstairs for breakfast and being told that I was 20min late and the breakfast I was going to order was now 19.99 advertising in elevator failed to mention it

The staff at the pool cafe were really great, Jewel was very friendly and nice! Check in and out was a breeze The beds were hard tho so sleep wasn’t as easy to get
- 3/5
The rooms were okay. Very outdated and could use a deep cleaning. And replacement of furniture. Microwave not in room. Experienced two door issues and maintenance came quickly to replace batteries. The resort is an elevated motel experience with lots of pulls and amenities. Great location and there is a water slide that my family enjoyed. Room service was awful for $100 everything was over cooked and tough to eat. The room itself doesn’t really uphold the Hilton standards.
- 5/5
Pool and front desk staff were amazing. The property itself could use a little clean up (paint, carpets, wallpaper) but all in all for the cost it was a great stay.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, hotel was nice.
- 5/5
Great place to get away and relax
- 3/5
Room and property need updating. Plumbing issues lasted more hours than stated on the notification left at our door. Nearly impossible to find parking near our building so longer walks up steep stairs were required.
- 5/5
Excellent location and amenities!
- 5/5
It is a hilly property. Shuttles are available to and from the rooms - we never had to wait. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. And quick service when our screen door fell off. It didn't seem very busy, so it was easy to get parking close to our room. April in Phoenix is perfect.

The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. The room we were given wasn’t checked before putting it out for rent because neither of the tvs worked the room wasn’t completely clean as dust could be seen on furniture and under. The bed in first room literally had an indentation in it and it was very uncomfortable. I asked for a room with something nice to look at and I was given a room which looked at the parking lot. I went back to switch rooms and then got the above room. Maintenance came to try and fix the TVs and after an hour they couldn’t be fixed so we had to switch rooms after a very long day of traveling from NY and the airport. I’m not sure why rooms aren’t cleared before being available to rent. The rooms ABSOLUTELY need an update. The beds are horrible as are the pillows. Those are the most important items in a hotel room and others have the same review. We had friends come stay two days and they booked through Expedia and paid half what we paid through booking.com. They were told they got that price because they booked thru a 3rd party. But so did we. That did not make us happy. We inquired as to why this was the case but didn’t get a very good reply. We booked in advance and should have been offered a good room and a good deal like our friends who literally booked last minute

--- Staying at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort was an absolute delight. The property blends desert scenery with a true resort atmosphere, but what really stood out was how much fun the water features were. The main waterpark-style area is a highlight all on its own — multiple pools, waterfalls, and private cabanas. It’s the kind of spot where you can easily lose an entire afternoon without even realizing it. One of my favorite surprises, though, was the quiet pool near the guest laundry area. It’s a hidden gem: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect when you want a break from the more energetic parts of the resort. I loved being able to toss a load of laundry in and then relax by the pool with a drink while everything washed. It’s such a simple thing, but it made the stay feel incredibly convenient and thoughtful. Between the friendly staff, the gorgeous mountain views, and the mix of lively and low-key pool options, this resort really nails that balance of fun and relaxation. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone heading to Phoenix.

Beautiful property. Price was perfect for the many pools and dining options. We did not need to leave during our 4 night stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will be back!
- 4/5
Went there for a long weekend business meeting and we had rented out the penthouse meeting room. Internet was not great in meeting room and we had difficulty doing a zoom meeting. Rest of resort was nice. The resort is large and seems to lack sidewalks to get around. Poor planning for that.

While the grounds themselves are beautiful from a distance, many of the amenities that justify the premium pricing were either underwhelming, not functioning properly, or simply not maintained the way you would expect from a Hilton property. The main disappointment was the pool and hot tub experience. Several hot tub jets were not working, certain water features were lacking pressure, and the overall “resort” feel that is heavily marketed online did not match reality. When you are paying specifically for access to these upgraded amenities, that matters. Our guest room also presented issues immediately upon arrival. The floor was noticeably wet, creating an uncomfortable first impression. Cleanliness and upkeep should be a top priority at this price point. Breakfast each morning was repetitive and underwhelming with little variety, which again did not reflect the upscale resort atmosphere being advertised. To make matters worse, during one of our dinners I found a hair in my entrée. Although management did eventually address it after I contacted the hotel’s text assistance line, it should never have gotten to that point. Overall, this property charges luxury-level fees for an experience that currently feels dated, inconsistent, and lacking

Rooms need a lot of updating tiny bathroom can barely close door…staff was so so …first got sent to a room where people had never checked out! How embarrassing….then asked for complimentary water. Said no. Least you could have done was said sorry for the future we can’t but heres one from us for now. Just common courtesy I think.

Everything was great but our flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. I am disappointed that we had to pay for a night that we didnt get to stay due to something out of our control. We were flying from WI to AZ so it wasnt like we could by pass the flight and just drive to the hotel.
- 5/5
We love how they have 7 pools. Staff are very helpful, breakfast buffet is also great. The only downside is that the staffs who drive the golf carts need to pay attention and not speed, especially at night, I almost got hit standing right next to our vehicle while holding my 1 year old.
- 5/5
Beautiful location. Good breakfast buffet.
- 5/5
Having several pools was nice and prevented over crowding. Staff were friendly!! We had a great stay.

Don’t waste your money. Day one given wrong keycards to room. After standing outside with front desk on phone was told we were at wrong room. Tv in room didn’t work. In room dining did not work. Last day water was turned off on property w/o us k owing. We had no toilet or showers at 4 am to go to airport. I want a refund

Great place to stay. Great on-site amenities.

It was super duper !

Very good

The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Our room was pretty run down and the carpet was stained and needs a good shampooing. The room has so much potential but needs to be renovated. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and clean and the WiFi was great! Loved the smart tv with apps to watch a variety of shows while relaxing at night. The service at the adult pool was wonderful and the food was very good and fresh. Front desk staff was friendly. Would love to come back if renovated someday :)

The room was clean and spacious, only problem on the top floor is you can hear all of the AC units running

Love this resort! It’s beautiful with great amenities (multiple pools, golf). Unfortunately we had an issue with one of two rooms, which couldn’t be immediately repaired.. but they were fair in offering a discount. Will definitely stay again

The hotel was very rundown. It has not been updated. We only stayed one night of the two nights we purchased. We checked out early and found another hotel because of the conditions.

The first room had a bad small. The front desk moved is promptly to another room that had not been used in a long time. There was a layer of dust on all the surfaces, the toilet was dirty, the shower curtain was all snagged up, mold inside the shower and the bed had been laid on by the looks of the bedding and ruffled up pillows. Not to forget to mention the hair dryer that looked like it came out of someone's garage. The view was that of a large parking lot and all the facilities security vehicles and laundry service trucks There was nothing to like that matched what I paid for. The resturant had great service as did the woman at the pool by the bar. Only bonus.

Beautiful landscape, amenities galore, great for families. Fantastic stay especially for the price!
- 5/5
The most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication. We only learned about the potential pool closure after asking about renting a cabana. There was no prior notice about restaurant closures—we found out only when we tried to dine. Additionally, some staff members seemed unaware of what was open or closed, leading to inconsistent and confusing information. That said, the resort itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff were very kind and understanding when we raised our concerns. I would still recommend this resort and would consider staying again, but I hope they improve communication, especially regarding large events that impact guest amenities.
- 2/5
The room was great. Comfortable bed, clean. My greatest dislike was the property was not easily accessible on foot to get to the restaurants or pools. Extreme hills. Cannot walk in heels. They have golf carts to take you around but I was not expecting this. Not convenient. I was very disappointed. I’m a walker so getting around was difficult. Hiking nearby but didn’t feel safe..

No kitchen

We were very disappointed that many amenities were unavailable because they were setting up for a big weeklong event. We were not told about this in advance.

1. We weren’t aware that if it was low occupancy, they have people order on the breakfast menu instead of having the buffet open. The only time this happened to us was on our very last morning, where we had a plane to catch. The buffet being closed was not something we accounted for so I was a little upset with this. 2. We had a leak in our ceiling above the bathroom sink. Maintenance came to fix it once, but the problem persisted. Thankfully that was only an issue for the last two full days we were there. 3. The cafe near the main pool turned me away for a beverage after 11am on a Monday morning. It was our last full day and I wasn’t able to get a drink by the pool, which was a major bummer if I’m being honest. The people at the cafe said I could walk down to the restaurant, but I was looking for the poolside drink delivery. I had mentioned it a few times to my wife leading up to going down to the pool that morning, so that too was also a bummer. Overall, we had a great time, as I mentioned. Other than those few things, we very much enjoyed our time. Thank you!
- 4/5
Nice stay overall. Our sink wasn’t draining well and we had no shower gel upon arrival. Our check in was fine though they didn’t offer any help or suggestions. The water slide was to open at 11 but each day didn’t open until 11:30. This was a drag considering one day the whole falls area was closing at noon to a private event. Both days we had to request they open. Also we had noisy neighbors one night; unfortunately the walls are thin. Overall nice rooms and views.

- 5/5
Loved drinks by the pool!
- 2/5
Beware you get charged $39 per day just to use the ‘amenities’ such as the walking trail. I don’t recall this being disclosed when I booked. My room was also not available despite me reserving it weeks in advance. They put me in a different room that had a pullout bed, not an actual bed for my guest. The staff were great just disappointed in my overall experience.
- 5/5
An added bonus was the easy access to trails and mountain foothills. We will be back
- 4/5
Everything was great
- 2/5
Hard to walk around a park. Couldn’t find restaurants even though maps took me to a different place. Outdated
- 3/5
The positives are the staff are attentive and bring anything you need right away. We got extra pillows, blankets and towels right away. The negatives are the rooms are older, mattress was uncomfortable, doors squeak so they wake everyone up. Also there was a flashing light from the smoke alarm or sprinkler but it was awful when the lights were off. It was so bright and obnoxious. Not sure if we would stay here again.
- 5/5
There was numerous pools that were all very nice! The food is amazing, and the vibes are immaculate!
- 4/5

- 4/5
Getting around the property was a little challenging but great views at top.
- 5/5
Getting around the resort was incredibly easy thanks to the convenient transportation options, which made exploring everything stress-free. The pool experience was a highlight—there were so many options to choose from, it felt like there was something new to enjoy every day. The poolside service was also excellent; our server was friendly, responsive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Most importantly, my kids (ages 5 and 12) had an amazing time. There was plenty to keep them entertained, and seeing how much they enjoyed themselves made the trip even more special for us as a family. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

- 5/5
This resort was perfect. The pools were abundant and at the perfect temperature. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food and drink delivered to the pool area were tasty. I would highly recommend.
- 2/5
Parking was challenging. No free breakfast. Broken Roof tiles. $176 surprise resort fee charged after checkout.
- 4/5
Spa experience was very good! Highly recommended massage. Our room looked pretty dated. The dresser drawer literally wouldn't close. Don't bother paying for a poolside. We were down a hall with 0 view front or back. Talked to resort host, they offered 0. Bar/Restaurant nice. It was super busy, but still great service, especially by older gentleman bartender.
- 3/5
What we did not like: Pillows were the worst (means barely a good night of sleep), whereas the landscaping was decent it needed alot of upkeep (basically a good overhaul), I noticed that alot of the building and pathways need major work (seen dry rot around windows and paths could use a major update, tripping hazard), the room we had 6225, sink barely drained neither did the shower, the whole experience of room service seemed more like a door dash (food was not really hot, shrimp was undercooked and it was in a paper bag), I got a little sick after eating the shrimp tacos but that could happen anywhere really. The adult pool bar could have stayed open longer and so could the larger pools. All in all, I just would not stay here again for the price.
- 4/5

I won't say I didn't like. But I wish we had some different breakfast options on different days. every day was same and on the third day we ended up going out to eat .

The parking for my car was atrocious. There was 4 parking spaces in front for the 20 room building. The room did not have a microwave oven. We were not able to check in until after 4:00, and the resturant closed for the day at 5:00.

Loved the location and the different pools. Beautiful retreat!

The property was older than I expected. We arrive there at night and the property was extremely dark. This property is not well lit, which is a safety hazards. Many of the guess including us were wondering around at night trying to find our room or restaurants basically in the dark. In the Ambassador room where we stayed, the doors have shifted and were sticking. It took a little effort to open and close bathroom and the bedroom doors. The toilets flush extremely slow, loud and long. We had dinner twice at the Pointe Tyme. If you are a vegan you may want to call ahead to see if they have the impossible burger they had sold out on the evening of 2/26/2026. They turned away a large family because their party was too large. However, we noticed a number of unoccupied tables that remained empty until we completed our dinner. There was also a large group of thirteen sitting across from us. I expected a lot more, a better quality property. I also booked the property based on the rating that it received on Expedia. Next time I will check the reviews on the property. There’s more that I could say, however, I think this is enough. Thank you.

We took our kids to Mid winter Break. The Resort was clean and Great Pools for the Kids. Few thinks that they need work on. They stared to clean the street withe there blowers at 6:30am when it was still dark and woke the whole family up with there blowers. The rooms need some updating the fan in the bathroom sounded like a Tractor and has mold on the ceiling. The caulking around the tub and floor has mold. The rooms need to get updated. Great location to hiking and activities for the kids

- 5/5
Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Great place to stay while visiting Arizona. Great staff.
- 4/5
I know its Arizona and its hot but I do wish they put heavier blankets on the bed, and maybe I could have called to ask for one im not sure but they provided us with basically 2 sheets to cover up with. But those are meniscal complains, I really liked the place.
- 5/5
Great last minute addition to our trip. Great trails to hike, wonderful pools and a wonderful atmosphere for a little extra R&R!
- 1/5
What was most disappointing was not just the lapse in service, but the repeated need to follow up on commitments that were made. When a resolution is offered, I expect it to be handled promptly and without additional effort on my part. That consistency is part of the brand promise. As a Hilton Honors member, I chose this property with an expectation of reliability and elevated service. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect that standard and was a real downer for our precious family time away. We had to move rooms 4 times and things were still not satisfactory. We were promised by two different parties to have the resort fees waived and that didn’t happen and I have a new charge on my bill since we left that I have no idea what it is for. Never again.
- 5/5
We were a little bit apprehensive to stay here after reading some of the reviews, however, our stay was perfect! Great food, great views, great service! Definitely stay here.
- 4/5
One small complaint that keeps this from a 5/5 ... they can't handle too much load. Our room was ready but we received no text as promised. We also waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to the Different View restaurant. However, the staff on property and wait staff at each restaurant were exquisite. We would love to return.
- 3/5
Disappointed by the room. Out of date and not clean. One of the two electric chargers was taken apart and rewired with a Tesla charger. The pool was really the only part of the stay we thought had value.
- 5/5
Great time
- 4/5
The rooms were clean but had a lack of wastebaskets in them. For 4 rooms we only had 2 baskets. The towels were thick and fluffy. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We wanted to have dinner at the POV Terrace but they were full with reservations, but we were allowed to sit at the bar and have our entree. We ordered the filet mignon and it was out of this world delicious. Fortunately they provide drivers to take you to various places on the site because we would not have made it otherwise.
- 5/5
Hilton PTC resort was great for us! The room layout worked well and we enjoyed the multiple pool locations throughout our stay.
- 3/5
The weather was cool and there was no pool time. The lighting at night walking to our room was poor. There were several dark areas that could be unsafe. Our room didn't have robes in our room. There's no shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel caters to golfers. This property is not worth the money and we won’t be staying there again.
- 5/5
Love this hotel !!
- 5/5
The amenities were nice.
- 3/5
Ok 1st the good stuff. The rooms are big they have been updated, 2 big flatscreens, a nice balcony, the hotel grounds are nice with good amenities. The bad stuff, the showers are a dated tub shower with the motel 6 shower head. The bathroom had ants in it, the couch was dirty/stained and the ac didn’t work well always seemed hot and stuffy. Although the hotel grounds are nice you are surrounded by bad neighborhoods that get rough at night. The hotel is also out of the way at least for our purposes. The other issue I didn’t like was the parking situation. It is built on a mountain hillside so the grounds understandably are steep and narrow which doesn’t really bother me but if you get there later in the evening good luck parking near your hotel room because the parking gets full and you either have to hike to your room or call for a golf cart ride. Most of the staff was polite and helpful but one of the lobby clerks was rude on the phone and took forever getting us a ride to the lobby. There are better options than Tapatio in Phoenix but if you have a family or a larger group it’s not a bad value. I won’t be staying here again but I’ve been to much worse, I think Hilton has expanded too much and is loosing there edge as a luxury hotel and have become pretty mediocre.
- 5/5
This resort is AMAZING! We stayed in the suites at the top and the views were gorgeous. The pool options are so fun, the property is beautiful, the rooms were perfect and the staff so kind. My family has been going to this resort for years and it never disappoints and has major wow factors and the restaurants are lovely.
- 5/5
Rooms were great and the staff was super friendly and the nicest people i met in a very long time
- 2/5
The guest service took longer time to sever and the room and building were kind of old
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly, room was gorgeous
- 5/5
Great experience for the whole family. We are sad to leave. Would be back next year. More New Yorkers need to know about this place. Its a great escape during the winter months.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent and facilities were as well. Early February seems to be a great time to visit for lots of sun and few people!
- 2/5
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak — almost unusable. The carpets smelled bad and felt unclean. Some of the towels provided were dirty and should not have been given to guests. The bed sheets also looked poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance standards of this hotel were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
- 3/5
The room smelled pretty musty and in room dining needs improvement. The fries weren’t very warm when they came and the food was pretty small for what we paid. That may just be standard with resort. We added the $30 breakfast on and I liked that! The buffet was pretty good. Also, the pool cafe closes at 5 which I thought was weird. It also was pretty pricey but probably what you can expect at a resort. They also add on an automatic 20% gratuity.
- 5/5
Lovely location. Great resource, good restaurant. I really liked our room - very spacious!

Great hotel and amenities.
- 4/5
All of the above. Nice location
- 3/5
Rooms were ok just outdated. Show don’t get hot just warm. It’s a maze to get to any room. Roads to get to rooms are very narrow. Best to take a small car otherwise hard to find parking in front of rooms. Doubt I will be back.
- 5/5
- 2/5
The safe was already locked with the door open so we couldn’t enter a code to get it to work. I texted Angie on both of them and she was to send house keeping right away to help with the smell and the safe…neither were ever done. We went to the bar/restaurant to have a snack and beverage we never got served but was passed by multiple times by staff so we just left. Would not stay there again.
- 1/5
The rooms were not as depicted online. The bathroom fixtures were barely functional at best. The faucet for the tub was dislodged from the wall and the sealant around the tub was worn. The elevators are slow and spotty with the elevator attempting to lift before the doors even close.
- 5/5
It was perfect completely perfect. The restaurant was very good. The pools were great. The staff was on point.
- 5/5
Great experience! Will stay here again
- 5/5

ERIC & AMY we're quick on getting us extra coffee and trash bags to our room when we asked for them!! Main pools are really nice and big! Staff was very friendly at the restaurant, totally recommended! Beautiful Resort!! Perfect 5!!

- 4/5
Room was pretty clean but one bed comforter had stains. Property is nice, parking is kinda crazy. Server at pool tipped herself on 2 drinks so watch out and don't tip twice.

Some of the buildings could use some I'm keeping maintenance but overall very very nice facility. We would definitely go back
- 5/5
Beautiful resort. Loved the spacious suite. Awesome views.
- 5/5
Everything was great. One issue that was resolved immediately and more than fairly. A little dated but clean.
- 1/5
Staff was not very helpful out of 6 nights our room was only cleaned 1 time we had to beg and wait hours for fresh towels. Customer service was horrible. Very outdated and beds and pillows were horrible. Food on site was very overpriced and not worth it. Location is beautiful but needs updates and better customer service. Not at all worth the money we paid! High dollar motel at best

Great experience! Rooms were clean nice and big. The hotel was stunning, they have a variety of pools around the resort. Overall, we had a really nice stay. The building is older, but has nice updates. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the service at the pool! Jenna Lee was our pool server as well as our restaurant server for dinner at Pointe in Time. She was exceptional! So kind and a wealth of information for local things to do! Highly recommend.

This is an aging resort but the pools were great, the gym was awesome, close to hiking trails, excellent restaurants.
- 5/5
Clean facilities ! Location! Perfect with my vacation!
- 2/5
Staff and room was very good. But the ADA room was too far from a parking space. There was an alley that was accessible but it was cobble stone. not suitable for mobility limitations. Really appreciated the drainage for the shower. One of the best I have seen.Kudos to the staff. They ferried us from the room to the car multiple times a day. Thank you.
- 5/5
Friendly, fantastic service...made us very welcome and taken care of! The resort itself is beautiful, our room was spacious and comfortable and the restaurants were great. We will be back again and recommended to anyone we know heading to Phoenix.
- 1/5
First they told me my reservation wasn’t paid only reserved. I showed them the Expedia receipt and the man said to me. I have to go in the back and check. He comes back and tells me oh sorry it is paid. Then I had called ahead and asked if I can get a good view because we had one of our friends birthday. And they wouldn’t accommodate me.
- 5/5
The staff all go above and beyond to make sure everything goes as planned and the pools are amazing. Beautiful place to get some sun and rest!
- 3/5
The staff was amazing but the room was mediocre.
- 5/5
Wonderful old property with all suite rooms. 7 pools and 7 spas. Dazzling rock formations, amazing hiking and golf. We were warmly greeted by check in. Our room was Hilton clean. The pools are all sparkling and refreshing. The water slide was a blast but a cold plunge in January! The scenery is just stunning. The property is like something out of a dream with some many steps and walkways and bridges. We sure did get our steps in just checking out the property! I fell in love with it and have already booked another stay for the entire family. Wonderful for a quiet couples get away with an adult only pool. And I mean 21 and over. The landscaping is lovingly tended to. The falls are beautiful. We can't wait to come back for more. Only downside is the expensive fiid and drinks. I suggest a happy hour like some of the other resorts have. $14 for a 20oz beer is a no way.
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and some of the outside areas like the pools showed their age but we're not rundown in anyway. Amenities were very nice but not sure if the resort fee is fully justified unless you intended to stay for those reasons. Good location and would recommend to all groups including families with kids.

I will never come here again and will tell all friends and family the same.
- 5/5
Customer service very great , service is fast , an amazing experience already have my next stay booked.
- 3/5
The breakfast was decent, the property is nice for a little getaway.
- 5/5
Clean Room and Friendly Staff! Thank you! =)
- 5/5
Great staff, nice accommodations and lots of activities, both on-site and close by.
- 5/5
friendly staff, clean room, bwd qas comfortable and the noise level was not bad
- 2/5
Room didn't meet the 4.5 star standard as advertised. Grossly dirty carpets, rooms too hot at night for Phoenix area, a/c temperature limited to 68 degrees, bed sheet and bathroom dirty. Towel quality too thin. Room fridge not working.
- 5/5
Loved this resort
- 4/5
The workers were great and the room was very clean really liked it
- 5/5
Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The pools and hot tubs were nice, and we thought the fitness center was good, too. I would recommend staying here!
- 5/5
Pools are everywhere, staff are great and breakfast is decent.
- 1/5
Too many to list. Room cleaning not done on day 2. Awful room layout I could go on
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds, wondeful food and friendly staff
- 5/5
Wonderful!
- 5/5
Wonderful...everyone and everything!
- 5/5
Facilities were outstanding.
- 1/5
The first room, the shower didn’t work. The staff lied to us and said maintenance was on holiday until after Christmas so the shower couldn’t be repaired so we had to change rooms. The new room leaked from the ceiling where the air-conditioning vent was the other room that we had because we had four rooms entitled smell of cigarette smoke One of the rooms. The security latch on the door just came off in your hand the star for unhelpful, they didn’t tell you about any of the immunities at the hotel. You had to work it out for yourself. It could be an amazing hotel but it’s overpriced and the little details. Make a big difference, but it was lacking in the little details. I didn’t appreciate being lied to. I didn’t appreciate being dismissed and overall I thought the hotel was overpriced for the condition it was in the armchairs were black housekeeping didn’t do a great job if they came at all not what I expected for my $10,000 for the rooms that I bought Not at all
- 4/5
There are many things that I enjoyed about this place- the staff is phenomenal, the views are beautiful and The Falls pools were so much fun for the kids. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were many healthy options to choose from. The only downside is the rooms are outdated.
- 4/5
Only drawback was no wi-do in our room.
- 5/5
Very beautiful relaxing stay
- 4/5
Maybe pro maybe con: Kids very loud late into the night at courtyard pool - this didn’t bother me but I was honestly surprised parents/staff allowed straight up screaming. Pro if your kids like to party late. Con if you’re trying to sleep. Needs improvement: rooms are dated; Bathroom door awkwardly hits toilet; can’t hear neighbors voices but can hear lots of knocking, banging, not sure what’s going on; waited at the bell desk forever and no one came to hold our bags.
- 5/5
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the pool was perfectly heated, and amenities like pickleball added to the experience. The resort’s location near North Mountain Park offered excellent hiking trails, and it was an easy, scenic drive to Sedona—making it a great base for both relaxation and outdoor adventures
- 2/5
The property/ground is beautiful but the rooms are very dated and worn out. Definitely did not feel like a 4 star resort.
- 1/5
I shouldn’t even give them one. It should be below 0-10.
- 4/5
The resort was a wonderful weekend get away
- 5/5
Clean room, amenities, polite, staff, various pools. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5

- 5/5
Staff was amazing and accommodating Emily was such a sweet server top tier in paying attention to details
- 5/5
Room was clean, however shower tub had rust in tub. Amenities were nice, pool and hot tub. View was nice too. Great stay overall
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Very nostalgic property that was family friendly and exactly what we were looking for in a Xmas getaway. Great pools, room was very clean and updated. A different pointe of view restaurant offered amazing vistas with nicely presented fare and great service. Another example of a nostalgic spot who’s heyday has past.
- 4/5
Room was great
- 5/5
Great staff, awesome layout, beautiful views
- 5/5
Clean room.nice views
- 5/5
The room was cozy and the people are so nice we had dinner on the roof top and got a ride on the golf cart everywhere we wanted to go 10/10 experience
- 5/5
Johnny at the front desk was awesome. Really made sure to take care of us for our anniversary. The stay was lovely, very quiet and intimate.
- 5/5
Yes awesome
- 5/5
The pool was wonderful, especially with the cabanas.
- 5/5
Room were great, plenty of pools and hot tubs. Good restaurant and the golf course was awesome for December golf!
- 4/5
I fell off
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Staff were super nice and hotel was great
- 4/5
Amenity information was not provided- at least not in important details… had to literally google a lot of the information. It simply was not made available. And that limited the extent to which I could use the resort amenities they were charging extra per day. Clever, but dishonest. Facilities are dated. Facility hours are confusing, or just not observed.
- 5/5
The Pointe in Tyme restaurant is great. Good food and service right on site.
- 5/5
No it was off putting the garbage and floor were full of dirty qtips. And the bathrooms were locked at the pool and hottub by us so we would have to go back to the room. The golf course had no martial and the foursome ahead were min 3 holesbehind. Rhats life sometimes but i would stay again. The food was amazing, the staff were great.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
The place was great. We got locked out of our room due the card lock running out of battery. We were late for an event and couldn’t get the our stuff in the room.
- 5/5
The view, the staff and the fact we got a discount 😁
- 5/5
Great service.
- 4/5
The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The property was beautiful even though it is an older property.
- 5/5
The staff was soooo lovely and accomodating, the resort was PRISTINE, so clean and well maintained. The food at breakfast buffet was fab, hiking trails gorge, pools clean, housekeeping thorough! God bless the hardworking staff at this resort, they REALLY care.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious and in a great, quiet location. Pools were most excellent. Food at the lower restaurant was very good.
- 5/5
Nice staff, good location and classic AZ resort charm
- 5/5
I has a beautiful view
- 5/5
Great staff and loved the hot tub
- 1/5
The shower was plugged up could not shower on Thanksgiving Day staff was coming in the room or unlocking the room opening the door 8:30 in the morning to clean the room horrible
- 5/5
Beautiful views. Excellent, helpful & courteous staff. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Initially hot water wasn’t working but the staff quickly got us respirated in a new room. Great service! Beautiful pools and facilities.
- 5/5
Room was great, view is amazing - we didn't get a chance to really try out the pool but everything was good.
- 3/5
Bed just ok, bad pillows. Didn't like the sink outside the bathroom. And there was only paper cups with bad coffee, not even a corkscrew. Seems really cheap to put so little in the room.
- 5/5
Loved my stay
- 5/5
Mountain bike no cost usage and direct access to trails was a major bonus! Room was decent. Pools were great.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect , thank you!
- 5/5
Fresh and nice
- 3/5
Old outdated large property. Inconvenient location. Not recommended.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Parking was a bit tricky and we had to park SO far away
- 5/5
Nice nice, very quiet and spacious , coffee could have been better
- 5/5
staff and accommodations were over the top great
- 4/5
Restaurant food and restaurant view were excellent. I was surprised with extra fees. Expedia price did NOT cover the fees as advertised. Resort nightly rate plus resort fees were not worth the price for this facility. Good weekend breakfast buffet (not included). Have to plan well ahead for Saturday tee times. None were available.
- 5/5
Had a nice stay at this hotel. Lovely restaurant and beautiful view for cocktails.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and the room was really nice
- 4/5
the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't take advantage of anything else.
- 3/5
Directions to the hotel via GPS was leading to golf course not to hotel and at dark night we had very hard time finding it. Also, the reception location was hard to find at night without enough signs and directions to lead t it.
- 3/5
I was put in a handicap room in a dark basement type vibe. Horrible, asked to change rooms and they accommodated me. The shower didn’t work in that room
- 5/5
Excellent time. I would suggest that they work on the sliding glass doors that go outside to the patio. It was very difficult to open. The staff was wonderful. We hiked every day and really had a chance to relax if you’re looking for a resort to relax at this is it!

- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Absolutely love this hotel every time I stay... this is my #1 go to whether traveling solo, with friends/family, or with the kiddos in tow. :) Beautiful property that makes me feel as though I am in another country staying in some villas built into the mountain side. <3
- 3/5
Dated and never got the breakfast vouchers they promised me.
- 3/5
Nice location and structure but rooms are old and were not really clean. If you are looking for luxurious hotel this is not the plane for you.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Bathroom tub did not drain properly...water backed up in tub
- 5/5
10/10 stay! The staff were the best part! Beautiful, clean resort. Wonderful location! Will stay again!
- 5/5
The room was excellent! Very close to shopping. A very healthy place. I plan to return for an extended stay during the summer months.
- 4/5
Beautiful property.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and comfortable. The cliffside setting of the resort was beautiful. Enjoyed the pools in between all the fall rainstorms!
- 4/5
The staff at this Hilton Resort were top notch. They were friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. You can see the age of this resort… might need some updating in the near future to compete with other resort options. Room was clean but I felt it could have been cleaner. I loved how quiet it was at this hotel but it might be due to the season. Dinner was amazing! Staff was wonderfully amazing at the restaurants on site too.
- 5/5
Great as always.
- 5/5
Great job by everyone
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly and helpful where ever we went on the property. Beds were so comfy and the amenities were awesome! This is our second time here and we will be back!
- 5/5
This was my second stay at this property. The property is lovely and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable despite the property being on the older side (1980's). I think the age adds to the charm. The many available pools and hot tubs meet whatever need you are looking for, quiet, lively, or sunset. The Falls is the larger pool and has something for everyone, families, cabanas, and a full service bar with delivery of food and drinks available directly to your lounge chair. The only complaint anyone in my party had was that the poolside menu was expensive for the quality of food. The included breakfast with our stay was perfect. You have the option of ordering from the menu or the buffet and the buffet option included an omelet station. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. I'm not usually a buffet fan, but the quality of the abundant selections (pastries, meats, eggs, breads, yogurt, cereal/granola) far exceeded my expectations. The selection of fresh berries and fruits was outstanding and consistent every day of our week-long stay.
- 5/5
Robbie was amazing at check in! The entire stay was great!
- 5/5
The only minor downside was that some parts of the property could use a little maintenance and modernization, but it didn’t affect my stay. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, enjoy quality amenities, and experience warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Cool
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and amazing! The food was fresh and delicious. The view of this place is like no other. The Different Pointe of View was spectacular!
- 5/5
Needs updates and fans in bathrooms.
- 5/5
Fantastic and fabulous
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly, facilities were clean, and the bartender Keith was great! He got my to go orders ready, separated our drinks and food for the pool from the drinks and food we were going to take back to the room. He made sure there were utensils and plates and condiments in the to go bag and was just overall friendly, attentive and remembered the order the following evening when we came back.
- 5/5
Clean, staff friendly. Parking difficult
- 5/5
What a beautiful place! And when an unexpected event caused us to need to stay an extra night, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be retuning here at our next trip to Phoenix!
- 5/5
Very pleasant place, it was beautiful!
- 5/5
Room was very clean, restaurant was very good and the location was perfect. The staff was amazing always willing to help with anything.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, great pools, friendly efficient service
- 5/5
Beautiful, peaceful, mountain retreat! View was great! All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pools were fantastic and nice bonus to have the waterfalls.
- 5/5
Little bit of a maze when you first get there, take a picture of the map and don't get lost. But if you do get lost you will find many photo ops around the way. The pools are nice, some busy, some quiet.
- 5/5
The service was outstanding facilities were outstanding. The coffee and food could use some improvement.
- 3/5
All the staff members were great, and we were able to procure an upgrade to a suite, but boy—this isn’t the same place I remember staying at many years ago. Some areas are in a very noticeable state of disrepair, crumbling stairways, pool areas, even corners of buildings. Our shower temperature regulator didn’t work, so we had cold showers, blinds on the windows were broken, sinks rusty, commodes didn’t flush properly, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, door to the suite looked and felt like it was going to break. The sauna (which I hoped to use) was likely inoperable, judging by the sketchy control panel and the padlock on the door. Had a snack at the main pool cabana, and the nachos were topped with “concession stand” cheese. On the plus side, dinner at the Different Pointe of View restaurant was exceptional—both the quality of the food and the terrific service. Overall, though, kind of disappointing.
- 5/5
Beautiful Resort
- 5/5
Great location to the bars, shops or anything asu. Very quiet and comfortable
- 5/5
it was excellent
- 5/5
The pools were amazing! Great walking trails
- 5/5
Great venue. Great views. Big suites. Stay here!
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
The entire staff was so friendly, everyone went out of their way to say hi or check in to see how the stay was going. The Falls pool was AMAZING, it felt like we were at the Caribbean. The kids loved the slide and the whole family loved playing volleyball in the pool. The breakfast buffet was not your ordinary hotel breakfast buffet, it was a gourmet buffet! The food was amazing. Lunch and dinner were great too! The hotel was not busy at all, we did not have to wait in long lines for the slides or at any of the restaurants. North Mountains trail was walkable from the property and definitely worth walking up to see the sunrise! The trail was an easy walk. The hotel room was clean and laundry is free. 100% will come back!
- 5/5
Great staff. Beautiful property but very loud/active. Hotel did a great job of getting back sunglasses I left in the room. Would definitely recommend
- 4/5
Property was nice and relaxing, very dated rooms but felt clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
The room was very rundown and in need of an update or some repairs.
- 5/5
It was perfect
- 5/5
Richard was amazing and took great care of us! Made our night!!
- 5/5
Tapatio Cliffs is a great place if you're a golfer, its literally right on the course. Like most places in Phoenix, if you don't have a car, good luck! We loved the pool areas and the Pointe in Thyme restaurant was wonderful. Kudos to the bar staff!
- 5/5
This is a large resort built on a hill and if you have issues with mobility, the staff provide golf cart services to get you around the resort. I highly suggest making a reservation at different points of view restaurant. The service, view and food were phenomenal..
- 5/5
The atmosphere for this location is pretty cool with the rooms being all around the cliff side. They had shuttles to get you around the whole resort since it was so spread out. We really enjoyed the water park they had for our 10 month old baby. I appreciated the hotel use of technology in which I was able to text anything I needed.
- 5/5
Room was spacious & clean. Staff was very friendly and brought us where we needed to go. Made sure we had everything in the room we needed. Helped us find places to go. Beautiful gym and pool area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
- 5/5
Great all around!
- 5/5
Great facility and family location
- 5/5
Loves the pool area.
- 5/5
Went for a long weekend vacation, the resort was clean and the room was clean. The pool was beautiful and all the staff were very friendly.
- 1/5
Big water beetles and crickets everywhere on property. They need to fumigate. There was two crickets in my room an a huge cockroach in the elevator!!!!!
- 5/5
Our room was amazing and HUGE overlooking the beautiful waterfalls and grounds... the staff was so kind and friendly. BTW please give MARC at the pool service, he was AMAZING and so genuine.... Loved this place and we're moving here because of the Cliffs!
- 5/5
Lovely hotel
